"Sumber Daya Manusia memegang peranan dan fungsi yang signifikan dalam rangka tercapai keberhasilan organisasi termasuk juga erat kaitannya dengan lingkungan kerja dari personel tersebut. Hal ini sejatinya juga yang ada dan terjadi di Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Dit Reskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya sebagai salah satu unit organisasi pada Kepolisian Daerah Metro Jaya. Dit Reskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, secara struktural memiliki 2 (dua) Bagian, 6 (enam) Sub Direktorat (Sub Dit) dan 1 seksi sebagai satuan tugas di bawahnya yang memiliki tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab berbeda. Dalam openelitian ini, penulis membatasi objek penelian khusus pada personel yang berdinas pada 6 (enam) Sub Direktorat saja yaitu Sub Direktorat Keamanan Negara (non operasional), Sub Direktorat Harta Benda-Bangtah (non operasional), Sub Direktorat Reserse Mobile-Resmob (operasional), Sub Direktorat Umum-Jatanras (operasional), Sub Direktorat Renakta (non operasional) dan Sub Direktorat Ranmor (operasional). Penelitian ini diselenggarakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan persepsi responden yang merupakan personel Dit Reskrimum Polda Metro Jaya dengan 3 (tiga) variabel yaitu lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Lebih jauh, peneliti juga mencoba menguji pengaruh antar variabel tersebut pada responden. Adapun Jenis penelitiannya adalah eksplanatif untuk mengungkapkan perbedaan persepsi responden terhadap variabel penelitian dalam lingkup organisasi yang berbeda serta untuk mengkaji lebih dalam terhadap pengaruh variabel independen maupun variabel dependen yang dirumuskan dalam pertanyaan penelitian. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 820 orang anggota Polri yang tersebar pada berdinas pada 6 (enam) Sub Direktorat yang ada di bawah Dit Reskrimum Polda Metro Jaya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara kluster random sampling dari personel di masing-masing subdit tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi personel Dit Reskrimum Polda Metro Jaya terhadap variabel yang diteliti tergolong bervariasi namun faktor lingkungan kerja sangat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan juga kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja disini pun erat kaitannya dengan motivasi kerja personel. Sehingga seluruh variabel tersebut saling terkait dan berhubungan satu sama lain.

The role and function of Human Resources plays a significant role in achieving organizational success, including closely related to the work environment of the personnel. This is similar to what happened to the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, which is one of the organizational units within the Metro Jaya Regional Police. Within the work environment of the Directorate General of Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya, there are 6 (six) Sub Directorates (Sub Directorates) under it which have different duties, authorities and responsibilities in handling cases of general crimes that occur, including Sub Directorate of National Security (non-operational), Sub Directorate Land Assets (non-operational), Sub Directorate Resmob (operational), Sub Directorat General Crime - Jatanras (operational), Sub Directorate Renakta (non-operational) and Sub Directorate Ranmor (operational). This study aims to identify and analyze the differences in perceptions of Polri members based on the work environment, work motivation on the achievement of job satisfaction in the personnel of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya which consists of several organizational units. This type of research uses explanatory research which aims to reveal differences in respondents' perceptions of research variables in different organizational units and examine more deeply the influence of independent and dependent variables formulated in research questions. The research population was conducted on 820 members of the National Police who serve at the Directorate General of Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya which consists of 6 (six) Sub-Directorates under it. Sampling was carried out by cluster random sampling from the personnel of each sub-directorate in the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation. The results showed that the perception of the personnel in the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Polda Metro Jaya on the variables studied was varied, but the work environment factors greatly influenced work motivation and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction here is also closely related to the work motivation of personnel. So that all of these variables."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara aspek kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja personil penyidik pada Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Metro Jaya. Aspek kecerdasan emosional sebagai variabel bebas yang pertama terdiri dari indikator kesadaran diri, pengaturan diri, motivasi, empati dan ketrampilan sosial. Sedangkan untuk aspek kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel bebas kedua terdiri dari indikator pekerjaan yang menantang, reward yang sesuai, kondisi kerja yang mendukung dan dukungan rekan kerja.
Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 74 responden yang menjadi sampel dari populasi 230 personil penyidik pada Dit Reskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik simple random sampling. Sedangkan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui tehnik survey menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Tehnik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi dan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis regresi digunakan mengetahui hubungan antara masing-masing variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, sedangkan analisis regresi ganda untuk mengetahui hubungan secara bersama-sama antara variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat.
Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara aspek kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja personil penyidik pada Dit Reskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara aspek kepuasan kerja dan kinerja personil penyidik pada Dit Reskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, (3) terdapat hubungan yang sigifikan dan positif antara aspek kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja personil penyidik pada Dit Reskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya.

This research aims to determine the relationship between aspects of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on the performance of the investigators personnel in the Directorate of Specials Criminal Investigation at Jakarta Police. Aspects of emotional intelligence as the first independent variable consisted of indicators of selfawareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. As for the aspect of job satisfaction as a second independent variable consisted of indicators is challenging work, rewards are appropriate, supportive working conditions and support colleagues.
This research was conducted on a sample of 74 respondents from the population of 230 investigator personnel in the Directorate of Specials Criminal Investigation at Jakarta Police. The sample selection is done by simple random sampling technique. Whereas for this study using quantitative methods of data collection through a survey technique using the enclosed questionnaire. Techniques of data analysis using regression and multiple regression analysis. Regression analysis is used to know the relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable, while multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship jointly between the independent variables on the dependent variable.
The survey results revealed that (1) there is a significant and positive relationship between emotional intelligence and performance aspects of the investigators personnel in the Directorate of Specials Criminal Investigation at Jakarta Police, (2) there is a significant and positive relationship between job satisfaction and performance aspects of the investigators personnel in the Directorate of Specials Criminal Investigation at Jakarta Police., (3) there is a positive relationship between aspects sigifikan and emotional intelligence and job satisfaction together on performance of the investigators personnel in the Directorate of Specials Criminal Investigation at Jakarta Police.

"Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) RI merupakan leading institution dalam menangani salah satu bentuk ancaman nir-militer, yaitu penyalahgunaan narkotika di Indonesia. Melalui strategi soft power approach, BNN menyediakan layanan rehabilitasi bagi penyalahguna narkotika. Konselor adiksi, merupakan tenaga profesional yang berperan penting dalam melaksanakan layanan rehabilitasi kepada penyalahguna narkotika. Kepuasan kerja konselor adiksi dalam melaksanakan tugas pokoknya, menjadi indikator terhadap kualitas, kapabilitas layanan, dan kredibilitas organisasi BNN dalam melaksanakan tugas P4GN.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja konselor adiksi. Faktor tersebut yaitu: persepsi dukungan organisasi, sindrom burnout kerja, serta lingkungan kerja fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain mix-method eksplanatori, dengan melibatkan 130 orang konselor adiksi yang bekerja di fasilitas layanan rehabilitasi rawat jalan dan rawat inap BNN RI. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dalam mengukur persepsi dukungan organisasi dan sindrom burnout terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui lingkungan kerja fisik sebagai variabel mediator. Hasilnya, sebesar 95.4% konselor adiksi memiliki kesesuaian persepsi dukungan organisasi. Kemudian, 86.9% konselor adiksi berada pada level burnout rendah karena memiliki strategi coping stres yang sesuai. Konselor adiksi yang bekerja dengan lingkungan kerja fisik yang sesuai sebesar 96.9%, dan konselor adiksi yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaanya sebesar 96.2%. Lingkungan kerja fisik konselor adiksi, memiliki pengaruh langsung (direct) dan tidak langsung (indirect) antara persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja fisik tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan antara sindrom burnout kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh organisasi BNN RI dalam memaksimalkan kepuasan kerja konselor adiksi melalui optimalisasi dukungan organisasi, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan upaya pencegahan serta penanganan sindrom burnout kerja.

BNN RI is a leading institution in dealing with one form of non-military threat, namely narcotics abuse in Indonesia. Through a soft power approach strategy, BNN provides rehabilitation services for drug abusers. Addiction counselors are professionals who play an important role in carrying out rehabilitation services for drug abusers. The job satisfaction of addiction counselors in carrying out their main duties is an indicator of the quality, service capability, and credibility of the BNN organization in carrying out P4GN tasks. This research aims to determine the factors that affect the job satisfaction of addiction counselors, such as: perception of organizational support, burnout syndrome, and physical work environment. This study used an explanatory mix-method design, involving 130 addiction counselors who worked in BNN RI's outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation service facilities. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS in measuring the perception of organizational support and burnout syndrome on job satisfaction through the physical work environment as a mediator variable. As a result, 95.4% of addiction counselors have a suitable perception of organizational support. Then, 86.9% of addiction counselors are at low burnout levels because they have appropriate stress coping strategies. Addiction counselors who work with an appropriate physical work environment are 96.9%, and addiction counselors who are satisfied with their work are 96.2%. The physical work environment of addiction counselors has a direct and indirect influence between perceptions of organizational support and job satisfaction. While the physical work environment does not have a significant influence between job burnout syndrome and job satisfaction. While the physical work environment does not have a significant influence between job burnout syndrome and job satisfaction. This research can be used by BNN RI organizations in maximizing job satisfaction of addiction counselors through optimizing organizational support, physical work environment, and efforts to prevent and treat work burnout syndrome."

"Pemulihan ekonomi negara melalui peneriman perpajakan menjadi sangat penting untuk mencegah adanya krisis dan mengembalikan kondisi perekonomian. Kinerja Direktorat Jenderal Pajak mengalami peningkatan selama dua tahun terakhir dalam hal penerimaan negara, namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan adanya disrupsi tatanan baru dalam bekerja, terdapat fenomena baru seperti faktor work-life balance, meningkatnya job stress, menurunnya job satisfaction, burnout dan dampaknya terhadap job performance pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari disrupsi yang ada pada masa transisi setelah pandemi Covid-19 kepada pegawai sektor publik, khususnya Direktorat Jenderal Pajak melalui kuesioner secara daring kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa work-life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap job performance, sedangkan job stress, dan job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif, sementara burnout memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap job performance. Selain itu, job satisfactiondan burnout mampu menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan variabel penelitian job stress dan job performance, namun tidak memiliki efek yang signifikan pada hubungan antara work-life balance dan job performance.

The performance of the Directorate General of Taxes has increased over the last two years in terms of state revenues, but with the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in the disruption of the new work order, there are new phenomena such as increased stress, decreased job satisfaction, burnout, and its impact on the job performance of the Directorate General of Taxes employees. This study aims to see the impact of disruption during the transition period after the Covid-19 pandemic on public sector employees, especially the Directorate General of Taxes through online questionnaires which are then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study provide an illustration that work-life balance, does not affect job performance, while job stress, job satisfaction and burnout have a significant influence, both positively and negatively on job performance. In addition, job satisfaction and burnout can become mediating variables that strengthen the relationship between job stress and job performance, while they have little to no effect in relationship between work-life balance and job performance."

"Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi, komitmen pada organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja anggota terhadap kinerja anggota penyidik dan penyidik pembantu di Direktorat Reserse Kriminal khusus Polda Metro Jaya. Fenomena kinerja penyidik dan penyidik pembantu sangat penting karena berkontribusi kepada kinerja Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Metro Jaya di dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan bantuan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari teori dukungan organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja (Minnesota Satisfaction Quesioner), dan kinerja (berdasarkan penilaian atasan). Populasi penelitian berjumlah 150 orang (anggota penyidik dan penyidik pembantu Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya). Sampel penelitian yang terjaring sebanyak 101 anggota penyidik dan penyidik pembantu Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada aturan Roscoe (1982). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS Ver 19,0 dan Microsoft Excell 2007.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dukungan organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja penyidik dan penyidik pembantu pada Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Metro Jaya. Sedangkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja penyidik dan penyidik pembantu pada Direktorat Reserse Kriminal khusus Polda Metro Jaya begitu juga dengan variabel kepuasan kerja hanya variabel komitmen organisasi yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.
Temuan empiris ini mengindikasikan bahwa dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyidik dan penyidik pembantu pada Direktorat Reserse Kriminal khusus Polda Metro Jaya tapi belum pada komitmen kerja. Demikian pula dimensi dukungan organisasi yang berpengaruh signifikan hanya pada respon terhadap pegawai yang menghadapi masalah. Untuk dimensi kepuasan kerja hanya pada pembayaran dan supervisi Faktor lain yang memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kinerja yang belum tercakup dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, iklim, motivasi kerja kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Organizational Support, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Performance Against Members Investigator and Investigator Assistant Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Dirkrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya. The phenomenon of the investigator and the investigator Assistant performance is very important because it contributes to the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate's performance in carrying out its duties and functions.
This study uses a sample survey. The data used are primary data with the help of a questionnaire adapted from the theory of organizational support, organizational commitment, job satisfaction (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire), and performance (based on the assessment supervisor). The population amount 150 people (members of the investigator and the investigator Assistant Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya). The research sample were netted as many as 101 members of the investigator and the investigator assistant Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, sampling is based on the rule of Roscoe (1982). The analysis technique used in this study is the technique of multiple regression with SPSS Ver 19.0 and Microsoft Excel 2007.
The results showed that there are significant organizational support, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and the performance of the investigator and the investigator assistant at the Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya. Partially, there are significant organizational support to the performance of the investigator and the investigator Assistant at the Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya as well as job satisfaction variables only variable organizational commitment not significant.
The empirical findings indicate that organizational support and job satisfaction affect the performance of the investigator and the investigator Assistant at Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya but not at work commitment. Similarly, the dimensions of the support of society together have significant effect only in response to an employee who has a problem. For the dimensions of job satisfaction only on payment and supervision. Another factor that has an important role in supporting the performance of which is not covered in this study are leadership, organizational culture, climate, work motivation to significant impact performance.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan back office PT. MD Entertainment. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja yang diukur dengan menggunakan teori dari jurnal yang ditulis oleh Ruchi Jain dan Surinder Kaur 2014 . Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja yang diukur dengan menggunakan teori dari Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire Job Satisfaction Scale. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Subyek penelitian ini sebanyak 45 karyawan back office PT. MD Entertainment. Hasil penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada pihak perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja yang ada, terutama lingkungan kerja mental.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction of back office employee at PT. MD Entertainment. The independent variable is work environment which is scaled by using the theory from journal written by Ruchi Jain dan Surinder Kaur 2014 . The dependent variable is job satisfaction which is scaled by using the theory from Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire Job Satisfaction Scale. This research used quantitative method through the distribution of questionnaires. Subject of this research is 45 back office employee at PT. MD Entertainment. The result of this research is work environment was significantly and positively affect job satisfaction. This research suggests that management have to improve the quality of work environment, especially mental work enviroment."

"Work satisfaction is a pre-condition for productivity, work quality responsiveness, and customer services enhancement (Kaplan & Norton, 1996: 112). An employee satisfied with his/her work and all aspects of the environment will have positive work behavior in completing the organizational tasks and will give positive impact on task performance. Human resources at Secretariat Directorate General HAKI today cannot escape from the vast dynamics of change. The ever fast growing of technology development and work structure which demand more efficiency demanded employees to adapt. Not all employees can adjust in a short time and many of them became contra-productive, such as taking day-offs, have many backlogs, etc. This symptoms assume to DB forms of work dissatisfaction. Work load of the Secretariat which supported other units work activity had to pay attention to aspect of today work design. Work characteristic approach is one of the many approaches used in determining the employees' opinion toward work and aspects surrounding them. The aim of this research is to determine how the relation between work characteristic and work satisfaction. The existing literatures mentioned the existence of relation between work characteristic (Hackman & Oldham, 1976) to work satisfaction (Spector 1 997: 30).
The population of this research is employees at Secretariat Ditjen HAKI. Total respondents of this research are 59 people. This research used survey and questioner method. Two questioners are used, work characteristic and work satisfaction questioners. Data is analysed by simple correlation and multiple correlation analyses. Validity and reliability data shown questioners items used get above margin score.
Correlation test result shown there is a positive and significant relation between the seven dimensions of work characteristic (work firmness. skill variety, autonomy, task identity, work significant, feed back, duty) with work satisfaction. This fault ls similar with previous research done by Spector (19972 4). An important finding from this research is that work dimension is the strongest dimension related to employees' work satisfaction (0,710). While the multiple correlation score to determine the relation between work characteristic and work satisfaction is 0.797 and proven to be signilicant.
This finding can be used bythe management of Secretariat of Ditjen HAKI in improving the employees' performance through work characteristicapproach. Improvement on dimensions of work characteristic which have potentials in enhancing work satisfaction. such as giving support and spirit as well as giving attention to daily employees? problem are ways to directly involved with enhancing work satisfaction level."

"Penataan struktur disertai pembenahan alur kerja dan proses bisnis pada organisasi
sektor publik dilakukan agar terwujud pemerintahan yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini
menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial untuk mengamati pengaruh internal communication
satisfaction dan perceived organizational support terhadap readiness to change yang
dimediasi employee engagement untuk mendukung pembaruan pada pegawai Lembaga Fiskal
Pusat (LFP). Hasil analisis data dari 387 responden pegawai LFP menunjukkan bahwa 7
hipotesis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara 3 hipotesis ditemukan tidak
signifikan. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui metode survei dengan mengirim kuesioner
daring kepada responden. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
dengan aplikasi Lisrel 8.8.

The structuring of the organizational framework, coupled with the improvement of
workflow and business processes in the public sector, is undertaken to achieve effective and
efficient governance. This research utilizes social exchange theory to examine the influence
of internal communication satisfaction and perceived organizational support on readiness to
change, mediated by employee engagement, to support reforms among employees of the
Central Fiscal Agency. The results of data analysis from 387 respondents of Central Fiscal
Agency employees indicate that seven hypotheses have a positive and significant influence,
while three hypotheses are found to be not significant. Primary data were collected through a
survey method by sending online questionnaires to respondents. Hypotheses were tested using
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 application.

"Penelitian ini membahas Pengaruh Motivasi dan Reward terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bagian Office (Non Medis) Rumah Sakit Bogor Medical Center. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh reward terhadap kepuasan kerja , dan pengaruh motivasi dan reward terhadap kepuasan kerja Karyawan Bagian Office (Non Medis) Rumah Sakit Bogor Medical Center. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling yang berjumlah 51 responden. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan regresi linear dan regresi berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja Karyawan Bagian Office (Non Medis) Rumah Sakit Bogor Medical Center. Pengujian pengaruh reward terhadap kepuasan kerja, diperoleh hasil temuan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara reward terhadap kepuasan kerja kerja Karyawan Bagian Office (Non Medis) Rumah Sakit Bogor Medical Center. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi dan reward terhadap kepuasan kerja Karyawan Bagian Office (Non Medis) Rumah Sakit Bogor Medical Center.

This study examines The Influence of Motivation And Rewards Towards The Job Satisfaction of Non Medical Employees at Bogor Medical Center Hospital. The goal of the study is to find out the influence of motivation towards the job satisfaction of ,Influence of rewards towards job satisfaction and the Influence of Motivation And Rewards Towards The Job Satisfaction of Non Medical Employees at Bogor Medical Center Hospital. The research adopts quantitative, descriptive analysis methodology. Total sampling which held to 51 respondents was used. Hypothesis was tested by using linear regression and doubled regression.
The result of the study indicates that there is significant influence of motivation towards the job satisfaction of Non Medical Employees at Bogor Medical Center Hospital. Meanwhile, the test result of the influence of rewards towards job satisfaction shows that there is significant influence of rewards towards job satisfaction of Non Medical Employees at Bogor Medical Center Hospital. There is also a significant influence of Motivation And Rewards Towards The Job Satisfaction of Non Medical Employees at Bogor Medical Center Hospital."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beberapa elemen dari work characteristics (konidisi kerja yang buruk, kesempatan pertumbuhan karir dan dukungan sosial) terhadap turnover intention pada pekerja garmen di Indonesia dan Vietnam. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji efek mediasi burnout terhadap kondisi kerja yang buruk dan turnover intention serta efek mediasi kepuasan hidup terhadap dukungan sosial dan turnover intention. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 2897 pekerja garmen Indonesia dan 2840 pekerja garmen Vietnam. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa kondisi kerja yang buruk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout dan mengarah pada turnover intention pekerja di dua negara. Untuk kesempatan pertumbuhan karir, hasil pada pekerja Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya kesempatan promosi, hal tersebut tidak membuat turnover intention pekerja menurun. Kondisi ini berbeda dengan Vietnam, dimana dengan adanya promosi, hal tersebut berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pekerja. Sedangkan untuk dukungan sosial, kedua negara menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari dukungan sosial terhadap kepuasan hidup. Namun, adanya dukungan sosial yang diterima dari beberapa pihak tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention di dua negara.

This study aims to examine several elements of work characteristics (poor working conditions, career growth opportunity and social support) on turnover intention of garment workers in Indonesia and Vietnam. In addition, this study also examines the mediating effects of burnout on poor working conditions and turnover intention as well as mediation of life satisfaction with social support and turnover intention. The total sample in this study consisted of 2897 Indonesian workers and 2840 Vietnamese workers. The results of the study found that poor working conditions affect worker burnout and leads to turnover intention in two countries. For career growth opportunity, the results for Indonesian workers show that with the presence of promotion opportunities, this does not make their intention to move to decline. This condition is different from Vietnam, where promotion has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. As for social support, both countries show that there is a positive effect of social support on life satisfaction. However, the existence of social support received from several parties did not have a significant effect on turnover intention in both countries."
