"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan pola penggunaan moda transportasi pada pekerja komuter di kota metropolitan antara sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel sosio demografi dengan pola penggunaan moda transportasi pada pekerja komuter di kota metropolitan Indonesia. Dari data Sakernas 2019, 2020 dan 2021 memberikan hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan penggunaan transportasi pribadi pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penggunaan moda transportasi sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik seperti jenis kelamin, usia, status perkawinan, status pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan. Serta dipengaruhi juga oleh variabel konstekstual seperti sharing border, kepadatan penduduk dan PDRB.

This research aims to analyze the changes in the pattern of using transportation modes among commuter workers in metropolitan cities between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, to analyze the influence of socio-demographic variables with patterns of use of transportation modes on commuter workers in metropolitan cities in Indonesia. From Sakernas we could explain that there was an increase in the use of personal transportation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The use of transportation modes before and during the COVID-19 pandemic is influenced by characteristics such as gender, age, marital status, employment status, education level and income. It is also influenced by contextual variables such as sharing border, population density and GRDP."

"Penelitian ini membahas kesejahteraan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan agar tetap menjalankan keberfungsian sosialnya di masyarakat selama kebijakan (WFH) berlangsung dilihat dari Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi dengan perubahan dalam dunia kerja yaitu tingginya jumlah perempuan yang bekerja yang telah menikah dan memiliki anak. Namun terdapat permasalahan tersendiri bagi perempuan yaitu mengalami peran ganda, tuntutan pada pekerjaan dan keluarga secara bersamaan sehingga menimbulkan ketegangan dan konflik peran ganda. Adapun kebijakan WFH yang memberikan implikasi bagi pekerja perempuan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai konflik peran ganda yang dialami oleh pekerja perempuan yang memiliki peran ganda selama WFH pada pekerja perempuan di Human Initiative. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif serta menggunakan teknik studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan secara daring/online pada bulan September 2021 hingga Juli 2022. Penelitian ini melibatkan 6 orang pekerja perempuan dengan rentang usia 21-49 tahun yang memiliki anak dengan usia dini 0-6 tahun, 3 orang pasangan/suami dari pekerja perempuan, dan 1 orang Manajer People Care. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pekerja perempuan sebagai individu mengalami gangguan terhadap keberfungsian sosialnya selama WFH dikarenakan mengalami konflik peran ganda, baik dilihat dalam dimensi work-family conflict yang ditunjukkan dengan melakukan pembagian waktu antara pekerjaan dengan urusan rumah, kendala dalam urusan anak ketika bekerja, mengalami burnout dengan masalah pekerjaan, mengalami perdebatan batin yang memicu keinginan untuk resign, dan adanya perdebatan batin dengan alasan anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pekerja perempuan di Human Initiative mengalami konflik peran ganda yaitu dilihat dalam dimensi work-family conflict terlihat dari faktor penyebab yaitu time-based conflict, strain-based conflict, dan behavior-based conflict. Namun, selama kebijakan WFH berlangsung pekerja perempuan melakukan upaya untuk menyeimbangkan peran gandanya baik dilakukan secara individu, bersama pasangan, dan bantuan dari keluarga yang dilakukan dengan pembagian peran dan cara mengatasi konflik peran ganda agar tetap bisa menjalankan keberfungsian sosialnya di masyarakat selama WFH berlangsung. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengembangan kontribusi pada konsep mengenai deskripsi konflik peran ganda pada mata kuliah Kesejahteraan Sosial Industri serta Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Organisasi Pelayanan Kemanusiaan khususnya dalam pembahasan mengenai masalah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang didalamnya terdapat aspek work-family conflict.

This study discusses social welfare for female workers in order to continue to carry out their social functions in the community during the Work From Home (WFH) policy seen from Social Welfare Science. This research is motivated by changes in the world of work, namely the high number of working women who are married and have children. However, there are separate problems for women, namely experiencing multiple roles, demands on work and family simultaneously, causing tension and dual role conflicts. The WFH policy has implications for women workers. This study aims to provide an overview of the dual role conflict experienced by female workers who have multiple roles during WFH among female workers in the Human Initiative. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive design and uses literature study techniques and in-depth interviews conducted online from September 2021 to July 2022. This study involved 6 female workers with an age range of 21-49 years who have children aged 0-6 years old, 3 spouses/husbands of female workers, and 1 People Care Manager. The results of the study explain that female workers as individuals experience interference with their social functioning during WFH due to multiple role conflicts, both seen in the dimensions of work-family conflict as indicated by dividing time between work and home affairs, problems with children's affairs at work, experiencing burnout. with work problems, experiencing inner debates that trigger the desire to resign, and inner debates with children's reasons. The conclusion of this study is that female workers in the Human Initiative experience dual role conflict, which is seen in the dimensions of work-family conflict as seen from the causative factors, namely time-based conflict, strain-based conflict, and behavior-based conflict. However, during the WFH policy, women workers made efforts to balance their dual roles, both individually, with their partners, and with assistance from their families, by dividing roles and overcoming dual role conflicts so that they could continue to carry out their social functions in the community during WFH. The results of this study are expected to add to the development of contributions to the concept of dual role conflict description in Industrial Social Welfare and Human Resource Management courses in Human Services Organizations, especially in the discussion of occupational health and safety issues in which there are aspects of work-family conflict."

ponsel dan sedang digemari oleh penggunanya. Pemesanan layanan transportasi melalui perangkat mobile (pembelian mobile) telah menjadi nyaman melalui aplikasi mobile layanan transportasi, tetapi banyak konsumen masih tidak
memanfaatkan aplikasi tersebut secara maksimal. Dari perspektif mobile vendor (penyedia layanan jasa aplikasi transport), mempertahankan pelanggan saat ini dan memfasilitasi pembelian lanjutan mereka sangat penting untuk membuat keuntungan dan mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor penentu yang mempengaruhi intensitas niat
konsumen konsumen dalam menggunakan aplikasi mobile layanan transportasi darat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan 159 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepuasan menjadi faktor penentu utama dalam mempengaruhi niat keberlanjutan konsumen. Variabel kepuasan dipengaruhi oleh aliran dan kepercayaan yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas
informasi, kualitas layanan serta privasi dan keamanan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan beberapa implikasi penting untuk penelitian mobile commerce terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian.

applications), retaining current customers and facilitating the purchase of their continued very important to make a profit and achieve sustainable development. Therefore, it is important to understand the determinants affecting consumer intention intensity consumers to use mobile application service ground
transportation. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with 159 respondents. Results of this study stated that satisfaction becomes a major determining factor in influencing the sustainability of consumer intentions. Variable satisfaction is influenced by the flow and trust that is influenced by the quality of information, quality of service as well as privacy and security. "KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek merupakan salah satu moda transportasi massal perkotaan yang paling diminati saat ini, Dalam perkembangannya, aspek keselamatan marak diperbincangkan oleh para pengguna jasa moda transportasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pengguna mengenai aspek keselamatan di KRL Commuter Line tahun 2015.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode cross sectional dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara, dan pengamatan langsung untuk memperkuat data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para pengguna jasa KRL Commuter Line cenderung berpersepsi baik terhadap dimensi aspek keselamatan yang terdiri dari kondisi fisik dan housekeeping, safety sign, emergency feature, dan SDM/petugas.

Nowadays, KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek is one of the most popular urban mass transportation. The safety aspect is one of the major topics frequently discussed by users. This study aims to determine the users perceptions about the safety aspect in KRL Commuter Line in 2015.
The study was conducted by cross sectional method by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation to strengthen the quantitative data. The results showed that the users perception of the safety aspect dimensions which is consists of the physical condition and housekeeping, safety signs, emergency feature, and the crews/ personnel have a positive score.

"Sebagai wilayah metropolitan terbesar di Indonesia, jumlah penduduk yang melakukan pergerakan menuju DKI Jakarta, pada tahun 2014 jumlahnya mencapai 1,1 juta jiwa dan terus bertambah. Kondisi ini akan menyebabkan beban lalu lintas di pusat kota semakin besar, sehingga membutuhkan transportasi umum yang baik dari segi keterjangkauan tarif dan tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkirakan tarif optimal untuk bus METROMINI terintegrasi Transjakarta yang menerapkan sistem layanan langsung (Direct Service) demi meningkatkan pelayanan, serta memprediksi dampak kebijakan tarif terhadap potensi permintaan dan keuntungan operator bus. Estimasi jumlah penumpang bus sistem layanan langsung tersebut menggunakan metode log arc elasticity, dengan menggunakan koefisien elastisitas tarif dan layanan bus di Indonesia yang didasarkan dari analisis perbandingan di lima negara di Asia. Koefisien elastisitas tarif (fare elasticity bus) sebesar -0,75 saat jam sibuk dan -1,14 saat jam lengang, sedangkan koefisien elastisitas pelayanan (service elasticity bus) bervariasi menurut jenis pelayanan. Analisa skenario penetapan tarif optimal dilakukan berdasarkan potensi permintaan terbesar dan keuntungan maksimal. Untuk periode jam sibuk dan jam lengang, alternatif terbaik tarif rata (flat fare) adalah sebesar Rp 4.500 yang menghasilkan potensi permintaan terbesar. Sementara untuk tarif Rp 5.000 saat jam sibuk dan Rp 4.500 saat jam lengang akan memberikan keuntungan maksimal untuk pihak operator bus METROMINI.

Jakarta as the biggest metropolitan area in Indonesia, is having more than 1,1 million people commute every day and growing overtime. The need of decent public transportation with reasonable fares and proper services is very important. This paper aims to estimate the implementation of optimum fares direct service system for integrated METROMINI bus with Transjakarta, and also predicts the impact of fare policy on potential demand and expected profit for bus operator. This potential demand is analyzed by applying the log arc elasticity method. Prior to estimating the potential demand, a comparative analysis on five Asian country is conducted to obtain the coefficient elasticity. This analysis yields to a bus price elasticity of -0,75 for peak hour and -1,14 for off peak, while the service elasticity varies according to the type of service. Fare change scenarios of direct service system bus is based on the greatest potential demand and maximum profits, for each period of peak hours and off-peak.By applying a flat fares of Rp 4.500 will yields to the biggest potential demand. On the other hand, applying Rp 5.000 during peak hour and Rp 4.500 during off-peak will yields to the maximum profits."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan pola mobilitas non-permanen tenaga kerja di kawasan metropolitan antara sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh faktor individu dan faktor daerah asal dan tujuan pekerja terhadap keputusan pilihan pola mobilitas non-permanen selama pandemi. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah Sakernas 2019, 2020, dan 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan regresi multinomial logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi penurunan pola mobilitas non permanen di kawasan metropolitan Indonesia selama pandemi melanda. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pola mobilitas komuter selama pandemi adalah usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, sektor lapangan pekerjaan, klasifikasi daerah tempat tinggal, serta pertumbuhan PDRB. Sementara, faktor yang mempengaruhi pola mobilitas sirkuler selama pandemi melanda adalah usia, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, bekerja di sektor manufaktur, klasifikasi daerah tempat tinggal, serta pertumbuhan PDRB.

This research aims to analyze the changes in the patterns of non-permanent labor mobility in metropolitan areas before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study also examines the influence of individual factors and factors related to the workers' origin and destination areas on the decision to choose non-permanent mobility patterns during the pandemic. The study utilizes data from Sakernas (National Labor Force Survey) for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021. The research methodology employed in this study is multinomial logistic regression. The findings of this research reveal a notable decline in non-permanent mobility patterns in Indonesian metropolitan areas during the pandemic. Factors that influence commuter mobility patterns during the pandemic include age, gender, education level, employment status, employment sector, residential area classification, and regional gross domestic product growth. Meanwhile, factors that affect circular mobility patterns during the pandemic include age, gender, marital status, education level, employment status, working in the manufacturing sector, residential area classification, and regional GDP growth."

"Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan pembatasan aktivitas di lingkungan masyarakat dan mengubah banyak kebiasaan lama, termasuk perilaku konsumsi makanan. Meskipun pembatasan aktivitas baik untuk mencegah semakin tersebarnya virus, hal ini berdampak pada industri penyediaan makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, studi ini menyelidiki perubahan perilaku konsumsi makanan di Indonesia selama pandemi COVID-19 serta kemungkinan keberlanjutan perubahan perilaku tersebut setelah pandemi berakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer. Data primer didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner dan terkumpul sebanyak 479 responden yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan perilaku konsumsi makanan, seperti dari cara belanja, pola makan yang lebih sehat, dan pengurangan aktivitas makan di luar rumah, serta perubahan perilaku konsumsi makanan yang terjadi diperkirakan akan tetap berlanjut setelah pandemi berakhir. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menginformasikan industri penyediaan makan dan minum yang terdampak oleh COVID-19 terkait perilaku konsumen.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused restrictions on activities in the community and changed many old habits, including food consumption behavior. Although activity restrictions are good for preventing the spread of the virus, this has an impact on the food and beverage supply industry in Indonesia. Therefore, this study investigates changes in food consumption behavior in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic and the possible continuation of these behavioral changes after the pandemic ends. This study uses quantitative research methods with primary data sources. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires and collected as many as 479 respondents spread throughout Indonesia. This study shows that there is a change in food consumption behavior, such as from shopping, healthier eating patterns, and reducing eating activities outside the home, and changes in food consumption behavior that occur are expected to continue after the pandemic ends. The results of this study are expected to inform the food and drink supply industry affected by COVID-19 regarding consumer behavior."

"Mobilitas ulang alik (commuting) telah menjadi fenomena global di seluruh kota-kota metropolitan di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Kegiatan perekonomian/bisnis cenderung berada di pusat kota, mengharuskan mereka bermobilitas (commuting) untuk bekerja. Mereka berhadapan kemacetan/kepadatan, polusi, durasi commuting yang panjang, hal ini diperberat buruknya sistem transportasi publik. Pada perempuan kondisi tersebut menjadi permasalahan tersendiri, dikarenakan perempuan bekerja tidak serta merta dapat melepaskan peran domestiknya. Tujuan studi ini menganalisis apakah commuting berkaitan dengan kualitas hidup komuter, dan apakah peran gender memodifikasi pengaruh commuting terhadap kualitas hidup komuter. Studi ini menggunakan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada tiga Kawasan Metropolitan di Indonesia, yaitu Jabodetabek tahun 2014, Mebidang dan Sarbagita tahun 2015.
Sampel studi: Pekerja komuter berusia 15-65 tahun di wilayah tersebut dengan kriteria eksklusi adalah commuting dengan berjalan kaki/bersepeda (active commuting). Untuk memperkaya studi ini dilakukan studi kualitatif. Temuan studi ini membuktikan adanya commuting paradox pada komuter, perempuan memiliki pola commuting yang khas multi-trips dan multi-destinatios. Temuan lain studi pola commuting berhubungan negative dengan kualitas hidup lebih baik belum dapat dibuktikan. Peran gender berpengaruh terhadap negative terhadap kualitas hidup komuter. Selain itu efek commuting terhadap kualitas hidup berbeda menurut kewilayahan. Beberapa rekomendasi studi ini bahwa beban commuting harus diminimalisir dengan mengembangkan sistem transportasi public yang handal dan humanis dan ramah perempuan, serta dan juga mendorong penggunaan transportasi massal lewat dengan kampanye dari perspektif kesehatan masyarakat.

Commuting has become a global phenomenon in various metropolitan cities in the world including Indonesia. Economic and business activities tend to be located in the city center has requires people live suburb area to commute to work. The people facing several problems such as traffic, pollution, long duration of commuting also poor transportation system. For women, this condition becomes a real problem, because women have dual role within the households. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether commuting have an impact for the quality of life of commuters, and whether gender roles also influence of commuting on the quality of life. This study uses 2015 and 2014 Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) data on three municipality in Indonesia, namely Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok Tangerang and Bekasi) and Mebidang (Medan, Binjai, dan Deli Serdang) and Sarbagita (Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar dan Tabanan).
Sample study: Commuter workers aged 15-65 years within three municipality with exclusion criteria are walker and people whose work by cycling (active commuting). To enrich this study a qualitative study was conducted. The findings of this study prove the existence of commuting paradoxes in commuters, women have a commuting pattern that is typical of multi-trips and multi-destinations and commuters with minor gender roles have a better quality of life. In addition, the effects of commuting on quality of life differ according to region/area. Some recommendations from this study that the burden of commuting must be minimized by developing a reliable public transportation system that is friendly to women, and providing subsidies for low-income commuters, and also encouraging the use of mass transportation through campaigns from a public health perspective.

"Infeksi Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit penyebab angka kematian kedua tertinggi secara global setelah Covid-19. Pada kehamilan, infeksi tuberkulosis dapat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi pada ibu dan janin. Selama pandemi covid-19, ditemukan angka pelaporan kasus infeksi TB menurun sedangkan angka kematian ibu justru meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan kasus infeksi TB pada ibu hamil dengan masa pandemi Covid-19. Data didapatkan dengan menggunakan data kumulatif dan rekam medis dari empat rumah sakit di Kota Depok. Dari 40.933 data kehamilan ibu selama tahun 2018-2022 didapatkan angka kehamilan dengan infeksi TB sebanyak 28 kasus dengan peningkatan proporsi dari 0.03% menjadi 0.12% selama pandemi. Didapatkan hubungan bermakna antara kasus infeksi TB pada ibu hamil dengan masa pandemi (p-value<0.05). Analisa menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil memiliki risiko empat kali lebih tinggi terinfeksi TB selama masa pandemi (RR=4.21, 95% CI 1.706-10.382). Tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan bermakna antar masing karakteristik subjek dengan masa pandemi. Karakteristik yang dianalisa diantaranya: usia ibu, trimester kehamilan saat terdiagnosa TB, status gizi dan glikemik ibu, status ekonomi, pekerjaan, dan tingkat pendidikan ibu.

Tuberculosis (TB) infection is the second leading cause of death globally after Covid-19. In pregnancy, TB infection can increase the risk of complications for the mother and child. During the Covid-19 pandemic, case detection and case notification of TB infection decreased. However, the number of maternal deaths is increasing. This study aimed to find the association between TB infection in pregnancy during with Covid-19 pandemic. This cross-sectional study collected data from four different hospitals in Kota Depok using each cumulative report and medical record. Out of 40.933 pregnancy data from 2018 to September 2020, 28 are infected with tuberculosis. There was a significant proportion increase from 0.03% to 0.12% during the pandemic. A Chi-square test was done with the data given and showed that the pandemic has a significant association with TB infection cases in pregnancy (p value<0.05). It also shows that pregnant mothers during the pandemic are four times more likely to be infected with tuberculosis (RR=4.21, 95% CI 1.706- 10.382). No relationship was found between the subject's characteristics and the pandemic. All characteristics analyzed were: mother's age, trimester of TB diagnosis, mother's nutritional and glycemic status, and mother's economic, work, and educational status."
