"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan langsung pada workplace ostracism terhadap knowledge sharing pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Indonesia. Selain itu, peran mediasi dari organization-based self-esteem dan organizational silence juga diteliti. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring. Dari 424 jawaban yang terkumpul, hanya 420 jawaban yang lolos tahap screening dan berpartisipasi di penelitian ini. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa workplace ostracism berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap knowledge sharing dan organization-based self- esteem (OBSE), dan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap organizational silence. OBSE juga berpengaruh secara positif terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dan memediasi hubungan antara workplace ostracism dan knowledge sharing. Di sisi lain, organizational silence terbukti tidak signifikan dalam memengaruhi knowledge sharing, serta tidak signifikan juga dalam memediasi hubungan workplace ostracism dan knowledge sharing.

The purpose of this study is to examine the direct relationship between workplace ostracism and knowledge sharing on Civil Servants (ASN) in Indonesia, and to examine the mediating role of organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) and organizational silence. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the questionnaire is spread online. From 424 responses obtained, only 420 responses passed the screening questions and participated in this research. The collected data was then analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method using the SmartPLS 3.3 application. These empirical results show that workplace ostracism affects knowledge sharing and organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) negatively, and affects positively on organizational silence. OBSE also affects positively on knowledge sharing and mediates the relationship between workplace ostracism and knowledge sharing. On the other hand, organizational silence has no effect on knowledge sharing negatively and has no mediating role. "

"Penelitian terdahulu telah menunjukan adanya hubungan antara Workplace Ostracism (WO) dan Turnover Intention (TI). Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengeksplorasi peran mediasi dari organizational based self-esteem (OBSE) dan Job Satisfaction (JS) terhadap WO dan TI. Penelitian ini juga mencoba untuk mengeksplorasi peran mediasi rantai ganda OBSE dan JS terhadap WO dan TI. Data yang digunakan berasal dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada 435 responden yang merupakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil generasi Y. Penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan mediasi oleh OBSE, namun tidak menunjukan adanya hubungan mediasi oleh JS. Penelitian ini telah memperdalam pengetahuan mengenai proses psikologis dari peran OBSE pada pengaruh WO terhadap TI yang belum tereksplorasi pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya.

Previous research has shown a relationship between Workplace Ostracism (WO) and Turnover Intention (TI). This study attempts to explore the mediating role of organizational based self-esteem (OBSE) and Job Satisfaction (JS) on WO and IT. This study also attempts to explore the mediating role of the dual chain of OBSE and JS on WO and IT. The data used comes from questionnaires distributed to 435 respondents who are civil servants of the Y generation. This research shows that there is a mediation relationship by OBSE, but does not show a mediation relationship by JS. This study has deepened knowledge about the psychological processes of the role of OBSE on the influence of WO on IT which has not been explored in previous studies."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat servant leadership, job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction dan family quality of life pada Kantor Pusat Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Selain itu penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui pengaruh organization-based self-esteem sebagai mediator dari variabel servant leadership dan job social support terhadap family satisfaction dan family quality of life. Responden penelitian adalah 100 pegawai tetap Kantor Pusat BKN pada berbagai bidang dan tingkatan yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun dan sudah menikah. Pengujian pengaruh antar variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi pada aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction dan family quality of life masuk dalam kategori tinggi sedangkan servant leadership masuk dalam kategori sedang. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan organization-based self-esteem memediasi pengaruh antara variabel servant leadership terhadap variabel family satisfaction secara penuh (ful mediation), organization-based self-esteem memediasi pengaruh antara variabel servant leadership terhadap variabel family quality of life secara parsial (partial mediation) serta organization-based self-esteem memediasi pengaruh antara variabel job social support terhadap variabel family satisfaction dan family quality of life secara penuh (full mediation).

This study aims to determine the level of servant leadership, job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction and family quality of life at the Headquarters of the State Civil Service Agency (Kantor Pusat Badan Kepegawaian Negara). In addition, this study also wants to know the effect of organization-based self-esteem as a mediator of servant leadership and job social variables support for family satisfaction and family quality of life. The research respondents were 100 permanent employees at the BKN Headquarters in various fields and levels who had worked for more than one year and were married. Testing the influence between variables in this study uses regression in the SPSS application. The results showed that job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction and family quality of life are in the the high category while servant leadership are in the medium category. In addition, the results of this study show that organization-based self-esteem fully mediates the effect of servant leadership variables on the family satisfaction, organization-based self-esteem partialy mediates the effect of servant leadership variables on family quality of life variables and organization-based self-esteem fully mediates the effect of job social variables support to family satisfaction and family quality of life."

"ABSTRACT
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran sikap karier boundaryless dan organization-based self-esteem pada komitmen afektif. Partisipan penelitian adalah 290 karyawan di Indonesia. Komitmen afektif diukur menggunakan Affective Commitment Scale, kedua dimensi sikap karier boundaryless, yaitu boundaryless mindset dan organizational mobility preference, diukur dengan Boundaryless Career Attitude Scale, serta organization-based self-esteem diukur menggunakan The Organization-Based Self-Esteem Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa boundaryless mindset, organizational mobility preference, dan organization-based self-esteem secara gabungan memiliki peran pada komitmen afektif sebesar 27,4. Hasil juga mengindikasikan bahwa boundaryless mindset tidak memiliki peran pada komitmen afektif ? = -0,09, p > 0,05, organizational mobility preference memiliki peran yang negatif pada komitmen afektif ? = -0,34, p < 0,01, serta organization-based self-esteem memiliki peran yang positif pada komitmen afektif ? = 0,36, p < 0,01. Pembahasan dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya didiskusikan.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to examine the role of boundaryless career attitude and organization based self esteem towards affective commitment. Participants of this research were 290 employees in Indonesia. Affective commitment was measured using Affective Commitment Scale, both dimensions of boundaryless career attitude, which are boundaryless mindset and organizational mobility preference, were measured by Boundaryless Career Attitude Scale, and organization based self esteem was measured using The Organization Based Self Esteem Scale. The result of this study showed that boundaryless mindset, organizational mobility preference, and organization based self esteem combined had a role towards affective commitment of 27.4 . The results also indicated that boundaryless mindset did not have a role towards affective commitment .09, p .05, organizational mobility preference had a negative role towards affective commitment .34, p .01, and organization based self esteem had a positive role towards affective commitment .36, p .01. Discussion and suggestion for further research are discussed."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Justice, Proactive Personality, dan Transformational Leadership terhadap Innovative Work Behavior yang dimediasi oleh Knowledge Sharing pada pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian konklusif, cross-sectional serta menggunakan pengambilan sampel metode purposive sampling. Data primer yang dikumpulkan berasal dari 549 responden. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui aplikasi Lisrel 8.8 dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Justice, Proactive Personality dan Transformational Leadership memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Organizational Justice dan Proactive Personality juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing serta berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap Innovative Work Behavior dengan mediasi Knowledge Sharing. Transformational Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing dan tidak dimediasi oleh Knowledge Sharing terhadap hubungannya dengan Innovative Work Behavior. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengkaji kesenjangan teori terkait faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan Innovative Work Behavior dan memahami fenomena perilaku inovatif beserta faktor faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya. Sedangkan kontribusi secara praktis dari penelitian ini adalah dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi Direktorat Jenderal Pajak untuk dapat menciptakan strategi berbagi pengetahuan dan mendorong perilaku inovatif.

This study aims to determine the effects of Organizational Justice, Proactive Personality, and Transformational Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior, mediated by Knowledge Sharing among employees of the Directorate General of Taxes. The study employs a quantitative approach, cross-sectional design, and purposive sampling. Primary data is gathered from 549 respondents and analyzed using the Lisrel 8.8 application with SEM method. The study's results demonstrate that Organizational Justice, Proactive Personality, and Transformational Leadership exert direct, positive, and significant influences on Innovative Work Behavior. Additionally, Organizational Justice and Proactive Personality significantly influence Knowledge Sharing and, in turn, Innovative Work Behavior is mediated by Knowledge Sharing. Transformational Leadership does not have a significant effect on Knowledge Sharing and is not mediated by Knowledge Sharing in its relationship with Innovative Work Behavior. The contribution of this research lies in its ability to address theoretical gaps and shed light on phenomena related to Innovative Work Behavior and the factors influencing it. From a practical standpoint, the findings can be utilized to devise knowledge-sharing strategies and foster innovative behavior."

"Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, institusi perguruan tinggi, khususnya universitas, didorong oleh pemerintah untuk melakukan pencapaian akreditasi. Salah satu indikator dari penilaian akreditasi ini adalah pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang tercermin lewat kualitas yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Knowledge sharing behavior dapat menjadi salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas karyawan non-akademik di universitas. Adanya workplace spirituality, trust, dan perceived risk menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi terjadinya knowledge sharing.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace spirituality dan trust yang dimediasi oleh perceived risk terhadap knowledge sharing behavior. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan non-akademik pada program studi universitas swasta di Jakarta yang memiliki nilai akreditasi A dan diolah dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science SPSS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace spirituality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing behavior. Selain itu, trust dapat memiliki pengaruh postif terhadap knowledge sharing melalui interaksi langsung dan melalui peran mediasi variabel perceived risk.

In order to improve education quality in Indonesia, higher learning institutions, especially universities, is encouraged by the government to get accredited. One of the assessment indicators to get accredited is human resource management which reflected by the staffs rsquo quality. Knowledge sharing behavior can be one medium to increase non academic staffs rsquo performance and quality. Workplace spirituality, trust, and perceived risk are factors that can affect knowledge sharing behavior.
This study aimed to analyze the effects of workplace spirituality and trust with perceived risk as mediating factor toward knowledge sharing behavior. Data for this research were collected from non academic staff of university study program in Jakarta which has A accreditation score and then were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science SPSS.
The result of this study shows that workplace spirituality has positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior. Also, trust has positive effect towards knowledge sharing behavior directly and indirectly using perceived risk as mediating variable.

"Tingginya pertumbuhan tenaga kerja di perusahaan e-commerce diakui oleh Asosiasi E-commerce Indonesia, seiring dengan tingginya pengunduran diri karyawan. Oleh karena itu, komitmen karyawan merupakan masalah yang harus dihadapi oleh perusahaan e-commerce. Affective organizational commitment dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan work engagement, yang dapat meningkat jika perusahaan memiliki tempat kerja yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesenangan di tempat kerja terhadap affective organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh psychological capital dan work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui model persamaan struktural terhadap 260 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace fun tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi affective organizational commitment. Selain itu psychological capital berpengaruh negatif signifikan sementara work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung antara workplace fun dan affective organizational commitment. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi perusahaan e-commerce dan praktisi pada umumnya tentang bagaimana meningkatkan affective organizational commitment karyawan dengan menyediakan workplace fun.

The high growth of the workforce in e-commerce companies is admitted by the Indonesian E-commerce Association, along with high employee turnover. Therefore, employees’ affective organizational commitment is an issue that e-commerce companies must face. Affective organizational commitment can be improved by increasing work engagement, which can increase if the company has workplace fun. This study aims to determine the effect of workplace fun on affective organizational commitment mediated by psychological capital and work engagement. This study used a quantitative approach through the structural equation model to 260 respondents. The results showed that workplace fun has not directly affected affective organizational commitment. Psychological capital was negatively significant meanwhile work engagement was positively significant in providing an indirect effect between workplace fun and affective organizational commitment. This study is expected to provide new insight for e-commerce companies and practitioners in general about how to improve employees’ affective organizational commitment by providing workplace fun.

"ABSTRAK

Berawal dari tingginya tingkat turnover yang tengah dihadapi oleh perusahaan saat ini, peneliti melihat adanya unsur generasi yang berperan dalam intensi untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan. Generasi Y dilaporkan memiliki tingkat turnover yang lebih tinggi dari Generasi X. Dalam diri individu, terdapat suatu hal dasar yang mempengaruhi seseorang untuk bertingkah laku dan mengambil keputusan yang diduga juga dapat mempengaruhi keputusan untuk menetap atau meninggalkan perusahaan, yaitu self-esteem atau lebih dikenal sebagai Organization-Based Self-Esteem pada konteks organisasi. Peneliti tertarik untuk melihat perbedaan tingkat Organization-Based Self-Esteem antara karyawan Generasi X dan Generasi Y. Peneliti berhasil mengumpulkan data dari 297 responden karyawan Generasi X dan Generasi Y. Namun demikian, hasil perbandingan independent sample t-test menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan Organization-Based Self-Esteem yang signifikan antara karyawan Generasi X dan Generasi Y dengan t(297) =0,673, p>0.05.


ABSTRACT

Begin with the high turnover rate faced by companies today, this study noticed the role of generation in intention to leave the job. Generation Y is reported to have higher turnover rate than Generation X. There is a basic thing in ourself that can influence a person to behave and make decisions that allegedly can also influence the decision to stay or leave the company, known as self-esteem, or better known as Organization-Based Self-Esteem in the organizational context. This study aimed to see the differences of Organization-Based Self-Esteem level among Generation X and Generation Y employees. The data were collected from 297 respondents consist of Generation X and Generation Y employees. However, the comparison of independent sample t-test showed no significant differences of Organization-Based Self – Esteem level among Generation X and Generation Y employees (t(297) =0,673, p>0.05).

"Spiritualitas di tempat kerja muncul sebagai salah satu upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan dalam menemukan tujuan, makna, dan pemenuhan kehidupan pada pekerjaan mereka. Konsep tersebut diformulasikan memiliki tiga dimensi yaitu meaningful work, sense of community, dan alignment with organizational values. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja (workplace spirituality) terhadap intensi untuk mengundurkan diri (intention to quit) dan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) yang dimediasi oleh  kesejahteraan kerja (well-being at work). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 351 karyawan generasi milenial yang bekerja di Jabodetabek dan minimal telah bekerja selama setahun di tempat kerja mereka. Data responden diolah menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  spiritualitas di tempat kerja berhubungan positif terhadap kesejahteraan kerja, perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, dan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi untuk mengundurkan diri. Kesejahteraan kerja memediasi secara penuh hubungan spiritualitas di tempat kerja dengan intensi untuk mengundurkan diri dan memediasi secara parsial hubungan spiritualitas di tempat kerja dengan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi.

Workplace spirituality emerges as one of managerial efforts to meet the needs of employees in finding purpose, meaning, and fulfillment of life in their work. The concept is formulated to have three dimensions, namely meaningful work, sense of community, and alignment with organizational values. The purpose of this study is to study the impact of workplace spirituality on intention to quit and organizational citizenship behavior mediated by well-being at work. The samples of this study are 351 millennial employees who work in Jabodetabek and at least have worked in their workplaces for one year. The data is processed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the study prove that workplace spirituality positively correlated with well-being at work & OCB and indirectly negatively correlated with intention to quit. Well-being at work mediated fully the relationship of workplace spirituality and intention to quit & mediated partially the relationship of workplace spirituality and OCB."
