"Penelitian terkait perilaku kewargaan organisasi pada profesi pelayanan kesehatan masih menjadi pusat perhatian hingga saat ini. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, koefisien korelasi antara occupational future time perspective (OFTP) dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasi yang diarahkan pada individu (PKO-I) dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi yang diarahkan pada organisasi (PKO-O) tergolong kecil, yang mengindikasikan peran variabel lain sebagai mediator pada hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek mediasi dari persepsi kompleksitas kerja pada hubungan antara OFTP dengan PKO-I dan PKO-O. Kerangka teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah conservation of resources (COR). Pengumpulan data menggunakan convenience sampling terhadap karyawan pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) di Makassar (N = 311). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua sumber yang berbeda untuk meminimalkan common method bias, dimana variabel prediktor dan mediator diukur menggunakan self-report questionnaire, dan variabel outcome diukur menggunakan peer-rating questionnaire. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan menggunakan SmartPLS ver. 3. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompleksitas kerja hanya memediasi hubungan antara OFTP dan PKO-O.

Research related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the health care profession is still the center of attention to this day. Previous studies show that the coefficient correlations between Occupational Future Time Perspective (OFTP) and OCBs are quite low, indicating other variables to mediate the relationships. This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of job complexity on the relationship between OFTP and Organizational Citizenship Behavior directed at organizations (OCBO) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior directed at individuals (OCBI). Drawing on conservation of resources (COR) theory, it is argued that OFTP may serve as the personal resource that lower the perception of job complexity, and in turn positively affect OCBI and OCBO. Data were collected using convenience sampling method from healthcare workers in five public hospitals in Makassar (N = 311). Different sources of data were employed to minimize common method bias, wherein the predictor and mediator variables were collected using self-report surveys, and outcome variables were collected using a peer-rating survey. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the SmartPLS ver. 3. Results showed that job complexity only significantly mediated the relationship between OFTP and OCBO."

"Keberhasilan perusahaan bergantung pada kinerja SDM yang berjalan semaksimal mungkin, dimana diharapkan pegawai tidak hanya memenuhi tanggung jawab utama (in-role) namun juga bersedia melakukan bagian pekerjaan yang diluar dari kewajiban mereka (extra role). Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, terdapat hubungan antara OCB dan authentic leadership dengan korelasi yang rendah sehingga dapat dieksplorasi hubungan kedua variabel ini dengan adanya mediator serta terdapat perbedaan budaya antara Korea Selatan dan Indonesia. Pegawai dengan OCB tinggi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat peran mediasi identification with the supervisor pada hubungan authentic leadership untuk meningkatkan OCB pada pekerja di Indonesia (N=111). Hasil analisis mediasi PROCESS macro SPSS versi 21, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang tidak signifikan antara authentic leadership dan OCB (c’ = .1003, t(111)= .0512, p > .05) dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara authentic leadership dan OCB yang melalui identification with the supervisor (ab= .0583). Maka disimpulkan bahwa identification with the supervisor memediasi penuh authentic leadership dan OCB. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan data bahwa perusahan perlu memperhatikan authentic leadership yang dapat membentuk identification with the supervisor dan meningkatkan OCB.

The success of a company depends on the performance of the employee to the fullest extent possible, where employees are expected not only to fulfill their primary responsibilities (in-role) but also to be willing to perform task beyond their obligations (extra-role). High OCB can enhance the productivity of the company. Based on previous research, there is a low correlation between OCB and authentic leadership, indicating that variable can be explored with a mediator, and a cultural differences between South Korea and Indonesia. The research aims to explore the role of identification with the supervisor on the influence of authentic leadership in enhancing OCB among employees in Indonesia (N=111). The results of the mediation analysis using PROCESS macro SPSS version 21 revealed that there was a non-significant direct effect between authentic leadership and OCB (c’ = .1003, t(111) = .0512, p > .05), and there was an indirect effect between authentic leadership and OCB through identification with the supervisor (ab = .0583). Therefore, it is concluded that identification with the supervisor fully mediates authentic leadership and OCB. This research may provide evidence that companies need to pay attention to authentic leadership that can shape identification with the supervisor and enhance OCB."

"Intensi keluar dari organisasi merupakan suatu isu penting dalam konteks perilaku organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran kelekatan karyawan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara identifikasi organisasi dan intensi keluar dari organisasi. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 260 orang dari perusahaan konsultan dan organisasi pemerintah di Indonesia menggunakan alat ukur Organizational Identification Scale, Turnover Intention, dan Job Embededdness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaidentifikasi organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif dengan intensi keluar dari organisasi, identifikasi organisasi berpengaruh secara siginifikan dan positif pada kelekatan karyawan, dan kelekatan karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif pada intensi keluar dari organisasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan kelekatan karyawan pada organisasi berperan sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara identifikasi organisasi dan intensi keluar dari organisasi pada karyawan perusahaan dan pegawai organisasi pemerintahan. Implikasi teori dan praktis dari hasil penelitian didiskusikan lebih lanjut pada tulisan ini.

Turnover intention is an important issue in the study of organizational psychology. Drawing from conservation of resource theory, this study aimed to examine the mediating role of job embeddedness in the relationship between organizational identification and turnover intention. Data were gathered from 260 participants from consulting companies and goverment offices in Indonesia, using Organizational Identification Scale, Turnover Intention Scale, and Job Embededdness Scale. Results showed that organizational identification had a significant negative effect on turnover intention, organizational identification had a significant positive effect on job embeddedness, and job embeddedness mediated the relationship between organizational identfication and turnover intention. Theoretical and practical implications were further discussed."

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara identitas organisasi dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada perusahaan X. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pesatnya perkembangan dari industri kreatif. Pendekatan yang sesuai dalam menghadapi hal tersebut adalah pendekatan inovatif yang dapat memicu diterapkannya perilaku kerja inovatif dalam organisasi. Salah satu hal yang dapat memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif adalah identitas organisasi. Identitas organisasi sendiri memiliki peranan penting dalam memandu perilaku kayawan yang diharapkan muncul. Terdapat total 401 karyawan perusahaan X yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Perusahaan X merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki nilai inovatif dan bergerak dalam bidang industri kreatif dengan sub-kelompok penerbitan dan percetakan. Terdapat dua alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Innovative Work Behavior Scale (Janssen, 2000) dan Organizational Identity Scale (Etikariena, 2015). Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis pearson product moment correlation, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara identitas organisasi dan perilaku kerja inovatif (r= .063, p> .05).

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to see the relationship between organizational identity and innovative work behavior in X Company. It was based on the rapid development of creative industry. One of the approaches to deal with that condition is innovation, which can leads innovative work behavior in organization. One of the factors that can have a correlation with innovative work behavior is organizational identity. Organizational identity itself has a significant role to guide employee’s behaviors. There were 401 employees of X Company that has participated in this research. X Company is an organization that has innovative value and runs in creative industry area, specifically printing and publishing sub-sector. There were two instruments used in this research, innovative work behavior scale (Janssen, 2000) and organizational identity scale (Etikariena, 2015). "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara kepercayaan terhadap organisasi dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada konteks industri kreatif di Indonesia. Dengan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, industri kreatif perlu untuk dikembangkan. Salah satu hal yang sangat penting bagi industri kreatif adalah inovasi yang dilakukan oleh karyawannya. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. X yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang termasuk ke dalam sub-sektor industri kreatif di Indonesia. Terdapat 395 responden dalam penelitian ini.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Innovative Work Behavior Scale dari Janssen (2000) dan Organizational Trust Inventory dari Cummings dan Bromiley (1995b). Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Pearson Product Moment, Independent Sample T-Test, dan One Way Anova.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap organisasi danperilaku kerja inovatif pada PT. X (r = .060). Namun, pada penelitian ini ditemukan perbedaan mean yang signifikan antara faktor-faktor demografis dari perilaku kerja inovatif yakni jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, level jabatan, dan departemen.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between organizational trust and innovative work behavior in the context of creative industry.With a considerable contribution to the Indonesian economy, creative industries need to be developed. One thing that is very important for the creative industry are innovations made by employees. Samples in this study are employees of PT. X which is one of the companies that belong to the sub-sectors of the creative industries in Indonesia. There were 395 respondents in this study.
This research is a quantitative research that using measuring devices Innovative Work Behavior Scale from Janssen (2000) and Organizational Trust Inventory from Cummings and Bromiley (1995b). The analysis technique used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment, Independent Sample T-Test, and One Way Anova.
Results from this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between organizational trust and innovative behavior at work in PT. X (r = .060). However, this study found significant differences in the mean between demographic factors of the innovative work behavior that is gender, education level, job level and department.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran harmonious passion sebagai mediator antara job resource dan OCB. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini mengikutsertakan 240 responden yang bekerja di Bank Pembangunan Daerah BPD . Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah OCB Scale 2002 untuk mengukur OCB; Questionnaire on The Experience and Evaluation of the Work QEEW Scale 2017 untuk mengukur otonomi, umpan balik performa kerja, dan technology resource; dan Passion Scale 2003 untuk mengukur harmonious passion.
Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji peran mediator adalah dengan menggunakan Process Macro for SPSS and SAS 3.0. Konsisten dengan teori job demand-resource, penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa ketersediaan job resource di lingkungan kerja memberi motivasi dan dapat membantu karyawan mengembangkan OCB dan asosiasi ini di mediasi secara parsial oleh harmonious passion. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang pentingnya perilaku extra-role di organisasi dan bagaimana menghasilkan perilaku tersebut.

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of harmonious passion as a mediator on the relationship between job resource and OCB. The data collection in this study included 240 employee respondents who work in Bank Pembangunan Daerah BPD . The measurements used in this study are OCB Scale 2002 to measure OCB Questionnaire on The Experience and Evaluation of the Work QEEW Scale 2017 to measure job autonomy, performance feedback, and technology resource and Passion Scale 2003 to measure harmonious passion.
The analysis statistic method of Process Macro for SPSS and SAS 3.0 were used to examined the mediational hypotheses. Consistent with job demand resource theory, result shows that when job resource exist in working environment, it can motivates and encourages employee to develop OCB and this association is partially mediated by harmonious passion. This study provides a deeper understanding about the importance of extra role behavior in organization and how to generate this behavior in future.

"Hal-hal seperti globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, telah mengubah bagaimana organisasi dan para pekerja melihat pengelolaan karier. Sebelumnya, tanggung jawab pengelolaan karier pekerja berada pada tangan organisasi, namun telah terjadi pergeseran dimana sekarang para pekerja lebih bertanggung jawab atas kariernya masing-masing. Orientasi karier tersebut bernama orientasi karier protean. Individu dengan orientasi karier protean akan cenderung lebih proaktif dan rela untuk berkontribusi lebih kepada organisasi.
Penelitian ini ingin melihat apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara orientasi karier protean dan organizational citizenship behaviors OCB atau perilaku warga organisasi PWO. Penelitian ini menggunakan Protean Career Attitude Scale PCAS untuk mengukur orientasi karier protean berdasarkan kedua dimensinya, yaitu self-directed dan values-driven, serta menggunakan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Williams dan Anderson 1991 untuk mengukur PWO berdasarkan dimensinya PWO-I PWO-O. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan 101 karyawan yang bekerja di sektor industri/manufaktur.
Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara self-directed dan PWO-I r = .26, p = .004, one tail, serta PWO-O r = .23, p = .011, one tail. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan hubungan negatif antara values-driven dan PWO-O r = -.17, p = .043, one tail, tetapi tidak ditemukan hubungan dengan PWO-I.

Things like globalization and rapid technology development has changed the way organizations and workers see career management. Before, the organization was responsible for its workers career management, however there has been a shift, where now the workers themselves are more responsible for their own careers. This career orientation is called protean career orientation. Individuals with protean career orientation are more proactive and willing to contribute more to the organization.
This research aims to see if there is a positive relationship between protean career orientation and organizational citizenship behaviors OCB. This research uses Protean Career Attitude Scale PCAS to measure the protean career orientation, based on its two dimensions, which is self directed and values driven, and also uses an instrument developed by Williams and Anderson 1991 to measure OCB by its dimension OCB I OCB O. The participants of this research consist of 101 workers who works in the manufacturing industry.
Results from this research shows that there is a positive correlation between self directed and OCB I r .26, p .004, one tail, and also OCB O r .23, p .011, one tail. The results also found a negative relationship between values driven and OCB O r .17, p .043, one tail, but no correlation was found with OCB I.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai hubungan antara psychological capital dan perilaku kerja inovatif di industri kreatif pada karyawan perusahaan XYZ. Hal ini didasari oleh perkembangan industri kreatif yang mengalami peningkatan pada beberapa tahun belakangan, sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi. Pendekatan psychological capital digunakan untuk dapat unggul dalam berkompetisi yang didasarkan pada fakta bahwa kebanyakan organisasi saat ini tidak menyadari potensi penuh dari sumber daya manusianya. Psychological capital dapat menjadi salah satu faktor internal yang dapat berperan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Pengukuran psychological capital menggunakan alat ukur Psychological Capital Questionaire (PCQ-12) yang disusun oleh Luthans, Youssef, dan Avolio (2007). Pengukuran perilaku kerja inovatif menggunakan alat ukur Innovative Work Behavior Scale (IWB Scale) yang disusun oleh Janssen (2000) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Damayanti (2013). Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 398 karyawan perusahaan XYZ. Melalui teknik statistik Pearson Correlation, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological capital dan perilaku kerja inovatif (r = 0.448, n = 398, p <0.01, two tailed).

This research was conducted to find the correlation between psychological capital and employee’s innovative work behavior in creative industry generally, XYZ company specifically. It was based on the development of creative industries which have increased in recent years, so it took innovation to deal with that condition. This new psychological capital approach to gaining competitive advantage is based on the generally accepted fact that most organizations today are not realizing the full potential of their human resources. Psychological capital can be one of internal factors that may contribute to innovative work behavior. Psychological capital was measured by using an instrument named Psychological Capital Questionaire (PCQ-12) made by Luthans, Youssef, and Avolio (2007). Innovative work behavior was measured by using Innovative Work Behavior Scale (IWB Scale) made by Janssen (2000) and adapted by Damayanti (2013). Participants of this research were 398 employees of XYZ company. The Pearson Correlation indicates positive significant correlation between psychological capital and innovative work behavior (r = 0.448, n = 398, p <0.01, two tailed)."

"Penelitian ini ingin melihat hubungan antara persepsi kesempatan promosi dan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Generasi Y di beberapa perusahaan. Pengukuran persepsi kesempatan promosi menggunakan alat ukur Job Descriptive Index (JDI) yang disusun oleh Bowling Green State University (2009) dan merupakan pengembangan Job Descriptive Index (JDI) oleh Smith, Kendall, dan Hullin (1970) dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar .825. Pengukuran komitmen organisasi menggunakan alat ukur Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS) yang dikembangkan oleh Allen dan Meyer (1997) dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar .760. Kuesioner kedua alat ukur ini diberikan kepada 191 karyawan Generasi Y.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan (r = .315, p < .001) dengan persepsi kesempatan promosi pada karyawan Generasi Y. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan bahwa berdasarkan data demografis partisipan, jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki perbedaan mean yang signifikan terhadap kedua variabel tersebut. Sedangkan, data demografis berdasarkan status kepegawaian dan status pernikahan memiliki perbedaan mean yang signifikan pada persepsi kesempatan promosi dan tidak mempunyai perbedaan mean yang signifikan pada komitmen organisasi.

This research intended to see the relationship between organizational commitment and perception of promotional chance among Generation Y employees on several companies. Perception of promotional chance was measured by Job Descriptive Index (JDI) by Smith, Kendall, Hullin (1970) and has reliability coefficient .825. Measurement of organizational commitment conducted with Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS) which is developed by Allen and Meyer (1997) and has reliability coefficient .760. Both of this scale administrated to 191 Generation Y employees.
The result showed that organizational commitment had positive significant relationship with perception of promotional chance on Generation Y employees (r = .315, p < .001). This research also showed that according to demographical data of participants, both of variables didn’t differ based on sex and educational level. While demographic data based on employees’ status and marital status had significant mean difference on perception of promotional chance and no significant mean difference on organizational commitment.
