"ABSTRAK
Artikel ini membahas bekerjanya modal budaya orang bukan dari kalangan selebritas dapat menjadi terkenal melalui Instagram selebgram dan memikat pengguna Instagram. Studi-studi sebelumnya membahas selebgram sebagai social media influencer dan modal budaya pada media baru. Berkaitan dengan kedua pemetaan tersebut, peneliti berargumen bahwa proses menjadi selebgram dilatarbelakangi oleh modal budaya selebgram dan pihak eksternal dan terjadi negosiasi modal budaya khususnya ide-ide dalam berpakaian untuk ditampilkan secara visual di akun instagram selebgram. Dalam upaya melengkapi studi-studi sebelumnya, artikel ini berfokus pada bekerjanya modal budaya dalam proses menjadi selebgram di bidang fesyen dan bagaimana negosiasi modal budaya yang dilakukan baik selebgram dengan pihak eksternal sebagai pihak yang memiliki intensitas tinggi dalam membantu selebgram sehingga tercipta kesepakatan yang di repsesentasikan melalui akun selebgram secara visual. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi literatur. Adapun subyek penelitian dalam artikel ini adalah 1 selebgram yang terkenal di bidang fesyen, 2 memiliki jumlah pengikut instagram aktif diatas 3.000 followers 3 bekerjasama dengan korporasi sebagai endorser 4 tergolong kelas sosial tertentu 5 dan pihak eksternal yang membantu selebgram yaitu teman dan keluarga.

ABSTRACT
This article is discussing about how cultural capital, which can turn people from non ndash; celebrity background into celebrity in Instagram, or what people usually call selebgram and have successfully attracted Instagram users. Previous studies discussed selebgrams as social media influencer and cultural capital to new form of social media. Based on the said mappings, this study was conducted under the assumption that the process of being an Instagram celebrity and attracted Instagram users were based on the properly working cultural capital from celebgrams and external parties that assisted them and there was a negotiation of cultural capital between the celebgrams and the external parties in the self-celebrification process especially in the idea of dressing. In the effort to complement previous studies, this article is focusing on the work of cultural capital from the selebgrams and how it rsquo;s negotiation between selebgrams and external parties with high intensity, helped selebgrams to reach the agreement which is represented by the selebgrams account visually. This article uses qualitative methods by using in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The subjects of this research are 1 selebgrams who are most known on the field of fashion, 2 currently followed by more than 3.000 active followers, 3 currently co-operating with companies as an endorser, 4 belong to a certain social class 5 external parties who have helped the creation of such figure such as friends and family. "

"Disertasi ini membahas tentang proses terbentuknya kapital budaya melalui
kegiatan eksrakurikuler di kampus. Studi yang dilakukan di Universitas Katolik
Indonesia Atma Jaya Jakarta, mengkaji pengalaman mahasiswa menggunakan
waktu luang dengan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Studi ini menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat
meningkatkan kapital budaya dalam dimensi manusia dan institusional. Mengikuti
kegiatan esktrakurikuler di kampus merupakan salah satu representasi aktivitas
waktu luang terstruktur. Habitus mahasiswa menggunakan waktu luang dengan
aktivitas waktu luang terstruktur merupakan habitus yang terbentuk melalui
konstruksi budaya, melalui peran tiga agen sosialisasi yaitu keluarga, institusi
pendidikan, dan kelompok teman sebaya. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa
habitus mahasiswa mengisi waktu luang dengan aktivitas waktu luang terstruktur
merupakan reproduksi budaya melalui keluarga dan/atau sekolah. Namun
demikian, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat memberi peluang bagi proses produksi
sosial dan dapat meningkatkan kapital sosial mahasiswa.

This dissertation discusses the formational process of cultural capital through on
campus extracurricular activities. This Studies conducted in Indonesia Atma Jaya
Catholic University Jakarta, examined the experience of students who use their
free time by participating in extracurricular activities. This study used a
qualitative approach. Students who participate in the extracurricular activities can
enhance the cultural capital dimensions in human and institutional dimensions.
Participate in the on-campus extracurricular activities is one of representation of
structured leisure time activities. Habitus of students to use free time with
structured leisure time activities is habitus which is formed through construction
of culture, through the role of three of socialization agents, namely families,
educational institutions, and peer groups. The findings of this study suggest that
the habitus of students to fill their free time with structured leisure time activities
are reproduction of culture through family and/or school. However,
extracurricular activities can provide opportunities for social production process
and can increase the social capital of students.

"Meningkatnya popularitas karya-karya budaya populer yang mengangkat tema Zaman Sengoku di kalangan anak muda Jepang, atau yang dikenal dengan Sengoku Boom, telah menciptakan kecenderungan baru dalam bidang pariwisata. Ueda merupakan kota bersejarah tempat lahirnya Klan Sanada, salah satu keluarga ternama di Zaman Sengoku yang juga sering muncul sebagai tokoh dalam karya- karya budaya populer. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai bentuk-bentuk pemanfaatan sumberdaya budaya yang dilakukan Ueda untuk mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi melalui contents tourism. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian pustaka dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk pemanfaatan sumberdaya budaya di bidang ekonomi melalui kegiatan contents tourism di Ueda adalah dengan menciptakan fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang dan mengkreasikan produk wisata sesuai dengan permintaan wisatawan.

The increasing popularity of the works of popular culture with the theme of the Sengoku Period in Japan among young people, also known as the Sengoku Boom, has created a new trend in the field of tourism. Ueda is the historic town and the birhtplace of Sanada clan, one of the leading families in the Sengoku Period who also frequently appears as a character in the works of popular culture. This script discusses the forms of cultural resource utilization which is done by Ueda for economic benefit through contents tourism. This research is a literature study with descriptive-analysis method. The results showed that the forms of cultural resource utilization in the economic field through contents tourism in Ueda was done by creating supporting facilities and creation of tourism products according to the demand of tourists."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perubahan budaya organisasi pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) (Studi dari Budaya “PEDULI” menjadi Budaya “THE BEST”). Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses perubahan budaya organisasi pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan tujuan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, proses perubahan budaya organisasi ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, antara lain adalah melakukan tinjauan ulang terhadap visi dan misi perusahaan, melakukan tinjauan ulang terhadap strategi perusahaan, merumuskan nilai-nilai budaya baru, melakukan workshop kepada Dewan Direksi dan jajarannya, serta melakukan sosialisasi awal kepada karyawan PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).

This study aims to analyze the process of organizational cultural change in PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) (Study of culture “PEDULI” becomes culture "THE BEST". Question in this research is how the process of cultural change in the organization of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The approach used for the research is qualitative research and the purpose of this research is descriptive. Based on the result of this research, organizational culture change process is carried out in several stages, among others, is to conduct a review of the vision and mission of the company, conducts a review of the company's strategy, formulating value-new cultural values, conduct workshops to the Board and staff, and the last is the socialization to employees of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). "[ABSTRAK
Pesatnya pertumbuhan media sosial membawa banyak perubahan. Dengan
karakternya yang berbeda dengan media lama, media sosial membuka banyak
kemungkinan, termasuk bagi representasi identitas lokal. Seperti komunitas
Banyumas, mereka menjadikan media sosial sebagai ruang baru untuk
menunjukkan identitasnya. Sebuah pertanyaan mengemuka, apakah kehadiran
media sosial yang berkarakter global akan melemahkan identitas lokal, atau
sebaliknya justru memperkuatnya.Penelitian ini mencoba melihat transformasi
identitas komunitas Banyumas dari ranah offline ke online, dengan melihat
bagaimana realitas kontemporer praktik kebahasaan orang Banyumas dalam
kehidupan sehari-hari dan di media sosial. Pengamatan praktik kebahasaan di
media sosial dikhususkan pada pesan-pesan terpilih di blog, Twitter, dan
Facebook. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori Pierre Bourdieu yang
melihat identitas sebagai sebuah kontestasi dalam sebuah ranah dinamis. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter dasar orang Banyumas seperti cablaka,
penjorangan, dan dopokan, tergambar kuat dalam berbagai pesan di media sosial.
Uniknya, pesan-pesan ini banyak yang ditampilkan secara kreatif, sebagai bentuk
adaptasi karakter media sosial. Sebagai sebuah kontestasi, representasi identitas
lokal dipengaruhi oleh relasi antara ranah, habitus, dan modal. Ranah
menunjukkan setting media sosial itu sendiri. Sedangkan habitus ditunjukkan oleh
kecenderungan yang berbeda di antara para pengguna Banyumas dengan latar
belakang yang beragam. Sementara modal, ditandai kepemilikan modal yang
berbeda, baik yang berupa modal sosial, budaya, simbolik, maupun modal
ekonomi. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan nilai dan
kekuatan modal, antara realitas offline dan online. Jika di ranah online, modal
ekonomi menjadi dominan perannya, maka di ranah online, modal simbolik lebih
berperan. Secara praktis, hasil penelitan ini menumbuhkan optimisme bahwa
identitas lokal akan terus bertahan, bahkan menguat, di era media sosial.;

with the old one, social media opens many possibilities, including the
representation of local identity. For instance, Banyumas community uses social
media as a new space to show their identity. A question arose whether the
presence of social media which has global character may weaken or strengthen
their local identities instead. This study tries to figure out the transformation of
identity of Banyumas community from offline to online field, by paying more
attention on how the contemporary reality of Banyumas people‟s linguistic
practices in their daily life and in social media is. The Observation on linguistic
practices in social media particularly focuses on the selected messages available in
blogs, Twitter, and Facebook. The analyses were conducted using Pierre Bourdieu
theories that viewed identity as a contestation within a dynamic field. The results
showed that the basic characters of the Banyumas people, such as cablaka,
penjorangan, and dopokan, were strongly reflected in various messages available
in social media. These messages were uniquely displayed in creative ways, as
forms of character adaptation in social media. As contestation, the representation
of local identity was influenced by the relationship between field, habitus, and
capitals. Field showed the setting of social media itself. Habitus were shown by
the different tendencies among users of Banyumas with different backgrounds.
Capitals were marked by the possession of different capitals, either in the form of
social, cultural, symbolic, or economic capital. Theoretically, the results of this
study showed differences in values and capital powers, between offline and online
reality. If in online field, the economic capital had the dominant roles, the
symbolic capital had more roles. Practically, the results of this study grow
optimism that local identity will surely survive and even be stronger in the era of

"Latar Belakang: Umpan balik merupakan komponen penting dalam pendidikan kedokteran yang dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran. Umpan balik pada tahap akademik memegang peran penting dalam pembelajaran konsep dasar untuk persiapan tahap klinik. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas proses umpan balik ini, salah satu di antaranya yaitu aspek budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aspek budaya dalam proses umpan balik pada peserta didik dan staf pengajar di pendidikan kedokteran tahap akademik.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama bulan Februari sampai Maret 2016 melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) peserta didik angkatan 2009 hingga 2014, observasi latihan KKD dan wawancara mendalam staf pengajar di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara (FK UNTAR). Hasil FGD dan wawancara dituliskan dalam bentuk transkrip verbatim, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis tematik dan koding. Analisis hasil observasi dilakukan dengan analisis tematik. Selanjutnya dilakukan reduksi dan penyajian data.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan banyaknya faktor yang berperan dalam proses umpan balik, baik pada saat pencarian maupun pada saat penerimaan dan pemberian umpan balik yang selanjutnya akan menentukan efektivitasnya. Aspek budaya berperan dalam beberapa hal. Budaya collectivism, high power distance dan sopan santun berperan dalam perilaku mencari umpan balik. Budaya femininity, masculinity pada peserta didik, serta terdapatnya kompetensi budaya pada staf pengajar dan dipegangnya prinsip pendidikan nasional Indonesia, Tut Wuri Handayani, berkontribusi dalam efektivitas umpan balik.
Kesimpulan: Aspek budaya memegang peran penting dalam proses umpan balik. Peran budaya tampak pada perilaku mencari umpan balik dan merupakan faktor penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas umpan balik. Institusi perlu meningkatkan kemampuan staf pengajar dan peserta didik dalam memaknai proses umpan balik yang sadar budaya. Kompetensi budaya merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang dapat mendukung hal tersebut. Selain itu, institusi perlu menyusun kebijakan untuk membudayakan umpan balik pada lingkungan pendidikan kedokteran.

Background: Feedback is an important element in medical education since it can improve learning. Feedback has a significant role in learning in basic concepts during undergraduate medical program as a preparation for learning in the clinical years. A lot of factors influencing feedback process effectiveness, one of them is cultural aspect. This research was aimed at exploring cultural aspect related to feedback process within medical students and faculty in undergraduate medical education program.
Method: A qualitative study using an ethnography approach was applied as a research method. Data collection was conducted between February and March 2016 through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 2009-2014 batch of medical, direct observation of skills teaching in clinical skills laboratory and in-depth interview with the faculty members of Faculty of Medicine Tarumanagara University. Thematic analysis and coding were used to analyze FGD and in-depth interview transcripts and also observational data. Data reduction and presentation were then conducted.
Results: The themes emerged are related to influencing factors in feedback-seeking behaviour, feedback process and feedback effectiveness. Cultural aspects play an important role at some points within the feedback process. Collectivism, high power distance and politeness are cultural aspects found in feedback-seeking behaviour. Femininity-masculinity in medical students along with cultural competence of faculty members and also the principle of ?Tut Wuri Handayani? (the identity of Indonesian national education) are contributing factors in feedback effectiveness.
Conclusion: Cultural aspects are the key to understand the influencing factors in feedback-seeking behaviour and feedback effectiveness. There is a need for medical education institution to encourage faculty and medical students‟ cultural awareness within the feedback process. Cultural competence is an important component fit for that purpose. Moreover, institution needs to set a policy in order to establish feedback culture in medical education.

"Disertasi ini membahas mengenai peranan modal budaya dan modal sosial dalam perkembangan klaster industri seni keramik Kasongan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan arti penting modal budaya dalam perubahan laster dan mobilitas sosial di antara para pengusaha. Modal sosial penting dalam memfasilitasi transaksi ekonomi dan dalam usaha mendapatan modal budaya, modal ekonomi dan modal simbolik. Terdapat hubungan dominasi, subordinasi dan resistensi di antara para pengusaha. Pengusaha dominan menggunakan berbagai modal untuk mempertahankan dominasinya dan beberapa pengusaha kecil melakukan resistensi terhadap praktik dominasi.

This dissertation discusses the role of cultural capital and social capital in the industrial cluster development of ceramic art craft of Kasongan. The study was conducted using qualitative research methods. The results show the importance of cultural capital in change of the cluster and in social mobility among enterpreneurs. Social capital is important in facilitating economic transactions and in pursuing economic capital, cultural capital and symbolic capital. There is a relationship of dominance, subordination and resistance among enterpreneurs. Dominant enterprenurs make use of a variety of capital to maintain its dominataion and some small-enterpreneurs do resistance act to the domination practices.

"Kondisi kemiskinan yang masih tinggi di DKI Jakarta adalah hal yang perlu untuk ditekan angkanya sehingga masyarakat mengalami hidup yang lebih sejahtera. Kemiskinan tersebut menjadikan anak-anak yang berasal dari lingkungan dengan status ekonomi yang rendah menjadi terhambat dalam mendapatkan hak mereka. Dengan kondisi seperti ini, diperlukan aksi nyata dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan pada anak-anak tersebut agar masa depan mereka dapat tercipta dengan lebih baik. Melalui penelitian ini, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai kehidupan anak jalanan terutama dalam hal pembinaan pada Yayasan Bina Anak Pertiwi. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bagaimana proses dan bentuk pembinaan yang dilakukan terhadap anak-anak tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif, di mana dalam melakukan pengumpulan data, metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi secara langsung merupakan metode yang digunakan. Pengambilan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan pada Agustus hingga Desember 2023. Gambaran yang dijelaskan melalui penelitian ini berupa bentuk-bentuk proses belajar sosial yang terjadi pada anak-anak binaan yang sedang menjalani pembinaan bersama Yayasan Bina Anak Pertiwi melalui modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh anak binaan.Anak-anak binaan yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga jenis latar belakang,yaitu children on the street, children of the street, dan children from families of the street. Ketiga latar belakang ini memperlihatkan kondisi dan status mereka sebelum menjadi bagian dari anak binaan Yayasan Bina Anak Pertiwi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana proses belajar sosial yang dialami oleh anak binaan melalui modal sosial yang dimiliki sebagai bagian dari proses pembinaan mereka. Anak-anak binaan tersebut diketahui memiliki berbagai jenis modal sosial, seperti bonding, bridging, dan linking. Peneliti melihat jenis belajar sosial seperti apa yang didapatkan oleh para anak binaan, melalui masing-masing modal sosial yang mereka miliki. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, para anak binaan memiliki modal sosialnya masing-masing pada tiap jenisnya. Ikatan yang dimiliki oleh anak binaan dengan tiap jenis modal sosial menunjukan relasi yang dekat serta dalam berbagai bentuk relasi dan interaksi. Dari analisa tersebut, ditemukan bahwa adanya peran guru, pembina, dan teman sebagai modal sosial yang memicu adanya bentuk belajar sosial anak binaan Yayasan Bina Anak Pertiwi selama melakukan proses pembinaan. Secara lebih mendalam, bentuk belajar sosial yang dialami oleh para anak binaan berupa modelling dan cognitive learning. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan adanya indikasi anak binaan yang mengalami proses insight learning. Beberapa faktor penyebab seperti minimnya pendidikan dan finansial membuat tidak terjadinya insight learning.

The condition of poverty which is still high in DKI Jakarta is something that needs to be reduced so that people experience a more prosperous life. This poverty makes it difficult for children who come from environments with low economic status to obtain their rights. Under conditions like this, real action is needed to create welfare for these children so that their future can be created better. Through this research, this research provides an overview of the lives of street children, especially in terms of guidance at the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation. In this way we can find out what the process and form of coaching is for these children. This research uses a qualitative method approach, where in collecting data, in-depth interviews and direct observation are the methods used. Data collection and collection was carried out from August to December 2023. The picture explained through this research is in the form of social learning processes that occur in assisted children who are undergoing guidance with the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation through the social capital possessed by the assisted children. The assisted children who became informants in this research consisted of three types of background, namely children on the street, children of the street, and children from families of the street. These three backgrounds show their condition and status before becoming part of the children assisted by the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation. The results of this research explain the social learning process experienced by fostered children through the social capital they have as part of their coaching process. These fostered children are known to have various types of social capital, such as bonding, bridging and linking. Researchers looked at what type of social learning the target children received, through the respective social capital they had. Based on the findings of this research, assisted children have their own social capital in each type. The ties that assisted children have with each type of social capital show close relationships and various forms of relationships and interactions. From this analysis, it was found that the role of teachers, coaches and friends as social capital triggers forms of social learning for children assisted by the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation during the coaching process. In more depth, the form of social learning experienced by assisted children is in the form of modelling and cognitive learning. This research did not find any indication of assisted children experiencing the insight learning process. Several causal factors such as lack of education and finances prevent insight learning from occurring."

"ABSTRAK
Perkembangan fesyen streetwear di Jakarta membuat beberapa anak muda dalam komunitas North Sneakers Squad mulai mengkoleksi beberapa pakaian bertema fesyen streetwear. Mereka mengoleksi beberapa pakaian dari merek dagang internasional. Dari berbagai macam merek dagang tersebut anggota komunitas North Sneakers Squad hanya mengoleksi tiga merek dagang yang dianggap sebagai merek dagang eksklusif. Bagi anggota komunitas tersebut, pakaian bertema fesyen streetwear ini memiliki makna tersendiri yang mana antar setiap anggota memiliki pemaknaan yang berbeda dengan yang lainnnya. Pemaknaan tersebut berkaitan dengan pengalaman pribadi yang dialami oleh aktor dalam komunitas tersebut. Adanya pengetahuan baru tidak lepas dari proses pembelajaran terjadi dalam komunitas North Sneakers Squad dalam pemilihan style dalam fesyen streetwear.

ABSTRACT
The development of Streetwear fashion industry in Jakarta made some young people in North Sneakers Squad community start collecting streetwear labels of fashion industry. They collect some clothing from international brands. Of the various clothing brands, members of the North Sneakers Squad community only collect three brands that are considered to be exclusive brands. For members of the community, this streetwear clothing has its own meaning which between each member has a different meaning from the others. This streetwear fashion context exhibits how the actors in the community give meaning of their highly individual experience. The existence of their knowledge is also cannot be separated from the learning process occurs in the North Sneakers Squad community in the selection of styles in streetwear fashion. "

"Revolusi digital terjadi dengan adanya perubahan teknologi dari mekanik dan analog ke teknologi digital dan terus berkembang hingga saat ini. Memasuki era digital, kita dapat memperoleh informasi dan saling berkomunikasi satu satu sama lain dengan mudah. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi berkat adanya jaringan internet. Dengan adanya internet, akan terbentuk sebuah bentuk komunikasi interaktif salah satunya adalah melalui media sosial. Dewasa ini media sosial memiliki peranan penting dalam dunia pemasaran termasuk membangun personal branding. Saat ini semakin banyak orang memiliki kesadaran untuk membentuk personal branding dengan menggunakan media sosial salah satunya Instagram yang penggunanya berasal dari berbagai kalangan termasuk kalangan androgini.
Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mengangkat Jovi Adhiguna dan Wisnu Genu yang merupakan seorang selebgram androgini. peneliti menggunakan kriteria Authentic Personal Branding (Rampersad, 2008) dan Taktik Manajemen Kesan (Jones & Pittman, 1982) untuk menganalisis pembentukan personal branding melalui Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma penelitian postpositivisme dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalan enam orang follower Jovi dan Genu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam membentuk personal branding yang otentik, Jovi dan Genu memenuhi 11 kriteria Authentic Personal Branding dan 2 Taktik Manajemen Kesan yakni ingratiation dan self promotion.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan kriteria Authentic Personal Branding dan Taktik Manajemen Kesan diperlukan dalam membangun personal branding yang otentik. Menjaga keseluruhan personal branding yang otentik¸ adalah dengan menjadi diri sendiri dengan tidak merubah apapun dan keluar dari jalur ambisi pribadinya sendiri serta menjalankan seluruh kriteria yang ditentukan serta melakukan manajemen kesan guna menyempurnakan personal branding yang dibentuk oleh Jovi dan Genu sebagai seorang selebgram androgini.

We are now starting a digital era where we can easily get information and communicate with each other. This can happen thanks to the existence of the internet network. With the internet, an interactive form of communication will be formed, one of which is through social media. Today social media has an important role in the world of marketing, including building personal branding. Today more and more people have the awareness to make personal branding by using Instagram social media which users come from various circles including androgynous circles.
In this study, researchers raised Jovi Adhiguna and Wisnu Genu which are as androgynous celebgram. The researcher uses the criteria of Authentic Personal Branding (Rampersad, 2008) and Impression Management Tactics (Jones & Pittman, 1982) to analyze the formation of personal branding through Instagram. This study uses the paradigm of postpositivism research with qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques carried out were through interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects in this study were six followers of Jovi and Genu.
The results showed that in forming approved personal branding, Jovi and Genu fulfilled 11 criteria of Authentic Personal Branding and two Impression Management Tactics namely ingratiation and self promotion. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the use of the Personal Personal Branding criteria and Management Tactics is needed in building reliable personal branding. Personal Branding sponsored by Self-Branding and Self-Personal Branding made by John and Genu as a androgyny program.
