"In an industrial set-up, conditions of orthogonality and optimality of a statistical experimental design often get violated. This paper attempts to find an optimal design which performs uniformly better with respect to multi-design-optimality criteria. Initially, using non-dominated
sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) with single D-optimality criterion, a near-optimal design is searched for linear, interaction, quadratic, pure quadratic, and some pre-specified models. The solutions obtained are verified with the existing upper bounds. In the second phase, Pareto-
optimal solutions are obtained with multi-design-optimality criteria. The method of comparison is illustrated with an example along with its demerits in terms of design efficiency."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pembutan serious simulation game peranan manajemen armada dalam distribusi. Manajemen armada merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam distribusi karena berkaitan dengan kapasitas distribusi, penjadwalan pengiriman dan pemeliharaan kendaraan. Belum adanya serious simulation game yang membahas peranan manajemen armada. Penelitian ini menggagaskan media pembelajaran manajemen armada menggunakan serious simulation game. Penelitian ini menggunakan media permainan papan sebagai sarana pembuatan permainan. Berdasarkan hasil ketika menjalankan permainan, serious simulation game peranan manajemen armada ini sudah cukup menggambarkan dan dapat menyampaikan poin pembelajaran yang terdapat pada permainan.

This research discusses the designing of serious simulation game the role of fleet management in distribution and logstic. The main factors in transportation are the distribution capacity, operational of fleet, and fleet maintenance. Those are the top element in fleet management. Serious simulation games that concern in distribution and logistic has not reach the fleet management factors. This paper answer the need of learning media in teaching the role of fleet management in distribution and logistic. This research use board game as a media in building the game. The pilot testing result of this game shows that this game can accommodate the learners need in fleet management role in distribution and logistic.

"Alat transportasi menjadi salah satu fasilitator untuk memudahkan manusia berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya. Hal ini menciptakan terbukanya ladang bisnis produksi alat transportasi, salah satunya mobil. Dari tahun ke tahun, angka penjualan mobil semakin menurun meskipun sempat meningkat dalam beberapa waktu. Kekhawatiran timbul dalam dunia industri otomotif akibat menurunnya angka penjualan mobil sehingga diperlukan strategi yang mampu mempertahankan bisnis untuk tetap terus berdiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk sebuah strategi korporasi yang ditinjau berdasarkan hasil analisis internal dan eksternal perusahaan sehingga mampu membantu menstabilkan finansial perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk internal dengan Resource-Based View, sementara analisis eksternal menggunakan Porter’s Five Forces dan General Electric (GE). Hasil yang ditunjukkan dari kedua analisis tersebut berupa Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Thread (SWOT). Keputusan mengenai alternatif strategi diambil menggunakan metode FAHP dan telah disetujui oleh petinggi perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari hasil keputusan tersebut yaitu memperluas penetrasi pasar, mengembangkan pasokan produk, dan memperluas protofolio. Metode selanjutnya yaitu Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), FAHP menunjukkan bahwa mengembangkan portofolio dan mendistribusikannya kepada para dealer dapat meningkatkan penjualan.

Transportation is one of the facilitators to make it easier for humans to move from one place to another. This creates a business field for the production of transportation equipment, one of which is a car. From year to year, the number of car sales has declined even though it had increased for some time. Concerns arise in the world of the automotive industry due to the decline in car sales, so a strategy is needed that is able to maintain the business to continue to stand. This research aims to form a corporate strategy that is reviewed based on the results of the company's internal and external analysis so that it can help stabilize the company's finances. The analysis method used in this research is the internal Resource-Based View, while the external analysis uses Porter's Five Forces and General Electric (GE). The results shown from both analyses are in the form of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Thread (SWOT). Decisions regarding alternative strategies were made using the FAHP method and were approved by company officials. The conclusion of the decision is to expand market penetration, develop product supply, and expand the portfolio. The next method is Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), FAHP shows that developing a portfolio and distributing it to dealers can increase sales."

"The Impact of Contractor's Role in Improving the Constructability of the Design-Construct ProjectIn 1982 The Business Roundtable's Construction Industry Cost Effectiveness (LICE) identify one important aspect is that construction too often is relegated to operate as production function separated from financial planning, scheduling, and engineering or architectural design. The involvement of construction experts is delayed until the design is so far along that changes would be so disruptive as to increase cost. The traditional construction contracting method made this division even further. The construction contractor would only be engaged in the project after the designer completed their design.
By separate design and construction, opportunities to reduce project costs and schedules by using existing and new construction technology are lost. Significant savings in both the costs and time required to complete the project can be accrued from integration of construction expertise into all phases of project. The Construction Industry Institute's (CII) Task Force defines this term as Constructability, which is the optimum integration of construction knowledge and experience in planning, engineering, procurement, and field operations to achieve overall project objectives.
This thesis study the role of contractor's in improving the constructability of the design-construct project which leads to an improving project cost performance of construction project in Indonesia. A questionnaire survey was distributed to projects contractor's in Jakarta area. The data obtained was analyzed quantitatively to find the correlation and to make a regression between the role contractor's in improving the constructability of the design-construct project and the performance of construction project's cost.
The result of this research show a positive, linear correlation between the interface of contractor's in improving the constructability of the design-construct and cost performance of the project. The main variables are: pro-actively involved in developing project plans and plan the sequence of field task to improve productivity.

"ABSTRAK
Industri perkapalan merupakan industri yang selalu berkembang mengikuti zaman. Salah satu permasalahan dari industri perkapalan adalah biaya pembuatan kapal yang besar, dikarenakan bentuk lambung kapal pada umumnya yang memerlukan proses bending untuk menyesuaikan dengan bentuk kapal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, didesain tipe kapal yang menggunakan lambung kapal dari pelat datar untuk mengurangi biaya produksi kapal. Tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk menganalisis stabilitas dari rancangan kapal cepat yang menerapkan lambung kapall dengan pelat datar. Pengerjaan tugas akhir ini dilakukan dengan simulasi melalui aplikasi Maxsurf.

ABSTRACT
Shipbuilding industry is an industry that is always evolving over time. One of the problems of the shipbuilding industry is a large shipbuilding costs, due to hull shape that requires the bending process to adjust to the shape of the ship. To overcome these problems, a type of vessel designed using the hull of a flat plate to reduce the production cost of the ship. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the stability of the designed fast ship that applies a flat surface hull. This final project is carried out by simulation through the Maxsurf application."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penilaian kebaruan terhadap suatu desain industri
yang diajukan permohonan pendaftarannya serta bagaimana penerapan prinsip
kebaruan dalam praktik penyelesaian sengketa desain industri. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Penulis memperoleh kesimpulan
bahwa dua pandangan tersebut yaitu apakah suatu desain industri dapat dikatakan
baru apabila memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan (significantly differ) atau hanya
sedikit perbedaan dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu desain industri yang baru (slightly
differ). Dualisme pandangan mengenai pengertian kebaruan terhadap suatu desain
industri di Indonesia dapat menjadi salah satu kerancuan dalam praktik
penyelesaian sengketa desain industri.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discussed the regulation of the novelty assesment of an industrial dsign
for registration as well as how the application of the novelty principle in the
practice of industrial design dispute cases. Normative juridicial was the research
method used within this thesis. Author concluded that these two views are
whether an industrial design can be said to be new if it is significantly differ or
slightly differ. These different views on the definition of the novelty can be
considered confusingly in the practice of industrial design dispute resolution.

"Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara Asia Tenggara yang optimis dengan konsep industri 4.0 yang dapat mengubah model bisnis untuk menghadapi persaingan kedepannya. Tetapi masih sedikit perusahaan yang melakukan transformasi industri 4.0. Salah satu penghambat transformasi tersebut adalah kesulitan dalam melakukan integrasi. Pada kenyatannya hal tersebut adalah salah satu target akhir dari industri 4.0 dan memerlukan perubahan secara bertahap untuk mewujudkannya salah satunya dengan tahapan maturitas. Hal tersebut menunjukan ada perbedaan pemahaman pada perusahaan. Serious simulation game dapat membantu perusahaan untuk menganbil keputusan tanpa ragu akan kegagalan dan mendapatkan umpan balik untuk membangun model keputusan yang baru. Serious simulation game masih sedikit dilakukan untuk media pembelajaran industri 4.0 dan belum ada yang menekankan pada tingkat maturitas. Pembelajaran tingkat maturitas dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi transformasi industri 4.0. Tujuan permainan ini adalah untuk mengedukasi pemain mengenai tahapan transformasi industri 4.0 dengan mencapai tingkat maturitas dan keuntungan aktual yang maksimal. Permainan berinfrastruktur multi player untuk memunculkan interaksi antar pemain sehingga menimbulkan kolaborasi dan integrasi antar pemain.

Indonesia is one of the Southeast Asian countries that are optimistic about the concept of industry 4.0 that can change the business model to overcome future competition. Only a few companies did industry transformation 4.0. One obstacle to this transformation is the difficulty in integration. It is one of the final targets of Industry 4.0 and needs stages of changes to make it happen such as maturity model. The discrepancy shows the difference in understanding. Serious simulation games can help companies to take decisions without hesitation to return and get feedback to create new decision models. Serious simulation games are still little done for industry learning media 4.0 and no one has been supported at the level of maturity. Maturity level learning can help companies create a road map to transform industry 4.0. This game aims to educate players about the industry 4.0 transition by achieving maximum maturitas and actual profit levels-Multi-player infrastructure game to bring out the interaction between players to create collaboration and facilitate between players."

"Sistem produksi terdiri dari elemen manusia, material, mesin, dan metode.Tingkat operasional produksi merupakan personil yang langsung berhubungan dengan proses produksi dan memengaruhi produktivitas dan kualitas. Pada tingkat operasional produksi memiliki masalah tersendiri dalam hal manajemen pengetahuan, seperti perbedaan kemampuan antar grup kerja, minimnya komunikasi, hingga tidak lengkapnya panduan operasional. Perlu adanya strategi penerapan manajemen pengetahuan yang tepat sehingga proses berbagi pengetahuan dapat berjalan dengan baik.
Dalam penelitian ini strategi manajemen pengetahuan didasarkan pada model SECI. Penyusunan prioritas strategi manajemen pengetahuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi adanya kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam membentuk budaya positif, pembuatan laporan produksi, management review, evaluasi, dan pemberian reward merupakan strategi manajemen pengetahuanyang utamauntuk diterapkan pada tingkat operasional produksi.

The production system consists of the elements of human, material, machines, and methods. Operational level of production is directly related to personnel and production processes affect productivity and quality. At the operational level of production has its own problems in terms of knowledge management, such as the difference between the ability of the working group, the lack of communication, incompleteoperational guidance. It needs proper knowledge management implementation strategies so that the process of knowledge sharing can work well.
In this research, the knowledge management strategy is based on the SECI model. Prioritizing strategy of knowledge management is done by using TOPSIS method. The results showed that the strategy presence of strong leadership in making positive culture, production report, management review, evaluation, and reward giftare major knowledge management strategies to be implemented at the operational level of production.

Tujuan dari riset ini adalah memberikan penyesuaian metodologi atau prosedur langkah-langkah instalasi dan implementasi sistem biaya kualitas termasuk penyesuaian model perhitungan biaya kualitas untuk kalangan industri otomotif manufaktur khususnya pabrik mobil penumpang. Pendekatan tinjauan literatur digunakan dan studi percontohan dipilih untuk aspek empiris riset guna memperkaya campuran data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Meskipun tinjauan literatur menunjukkan begitu banyak ahli yang menulis riset sejenis, penyesuaian model biaya kualitas tetap direkomendasikan. Hasil studi percontohan menjelaskan bahwa implementasi biaya kualitas pada tahap awal dirasa cukup sampai dengan pelaporan. Riset selanjutnya disarankan untuk berlatih dalam melacak biaya kualitas. Riset dimulai dari persiapan hingga pelaporan biaya kualitas. Ruang lingkup riset terbatas pada biaya kualitas di area operasional (produksi). Metodologi implementasi sistem biaya kualitas dapat memandu organisasi mendapatkan gambaran internal biaya kualitas. Riset ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa organisasi memang perlu memodifikasi model biaya kualitas yang tersedia sesuai tujuan, kebutuhan, dan lingkungan organisasi. Dengan demikian, model-model sederhana yang ditawarkan pada riset ini menjadi bernilai sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap literatur ekonomi kualitas.

 


The purpose of this research is to provide methodological adjustments or procedures for installation steps and the implementation of a quality cost system, including adjusting the quality cost calculation model for the automotive manufacturing industry, especially passenger car factories. A literature review approach is used and pilot studies are chosen for empirical aspects of research to enrich the mix of qualitative and quantitative data. Although the literature review shows that many experts write similar research, adjusting the quality cost model is still recommended. The results of the pilot study explain that the implementation of quality costs at an early stage is considered sufficient until reporting. Further research is advised to practice tracking quality costs. Research starts from preparation to reporting on quality costs. The scope of research is limited to quality costs in the operational area (production). The methodology for implementing a quality cost system can guide organizations to get an internal view of quality costs. This research confirms that organizations do need to modify the available quality cost models according to the organization's goals, needs, and environment. Thus, the simple models offered in this research are both valuable and contribute to quality economic literature.
