Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini untuk menganalisis aplikasi keperawatan kesehatan masyarakat perkotaan dengan peningkatan prevalensi kanker kolorektal di perkotaan. Metodologi penulisan karya ilmiah ini dengan studi literatur tentang penggunaan hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan konsep kesehatan lingkungan perkotaan dan kanker kolorektal. Hasil analisis keperawatan kesehatan perkotaan didapatkan hubungan antara kanker kolorektal dengan aktivitas fisik dan gaya hidup. Salah satu penanganan dengan deteksi dini dan operasi pengangkatan tumor.

"Meningioma adalah salah satu jenis tumor otak primer yang tumbuh pada meninges otak. Meningioma menjadi kasus tumor otak yang paling banyak dijumpai di masyarakat perkotaan saat ini. Penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ners ini bertujuan menganalisa aplikasi keperawatan kesehatan masyarakat perkotaan terhadap peningkatan prevalensi meningioma di masyarakat perkotaan saat ini. Metodologi penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini menggunakan studi literature dari hasil riset terkait konsep kesehatan lingkungan urban dan epidemiologi meningioma. Hasil analisa keperawatan kesehatan masyarakat perkotaan terhadap peningkatan insiden meningioma adalah bahwa faktor lingkungan mempunya peran penting sebagai pemicu keabnormalitasan pertumbuhan sel pada meninges otak. Latihan mobilisasi progresif menjadi intervensi keperawatan yang direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi komplikasi yang disebabkan oleh meningioma.

"Adenokarsinoma rekti merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan di daerah perkotaan. Faktor gaya hidup masyarakat perkotaan seperti Western diet dan kurang aktifitas fisik menjadi faktor predisposisi penting peningkatan insiden kasus ini. Tatalaksana bedah pada kasus ini sering disertai dengan pembuatan stoma. Tujuan penulian ini adalah menganalisa intervensi keperawatan yaitu pembersihan kantong stoma dalam mencegah terjadinya kerusakan integritas kulit pada pasien pasca operasi adenokarsinoma rekti. Hasil analisa praktik mahasiswa di ruang rawat bedah RSUP Fatmawati menunjukkan bahwa masalah iritasi kulit dan infeksi jamur dapat muncul akibat kurang tepatnya tindakan pembersihan kantong stoma. Rekomendasi penulisan ini adalah agar tindakan pembersihan kantong stoma dapat dilakukan sesuai standar dan disesuaikan dengan tipe stoma guna mengurangi resiko komplikasi dan menurunkan angka morbiditas pada pasien pasca operasi adenokarsinoma rekti.

Rectal Adenocarcinoma is one of the health problem in urban areas. Lifestyle factor of the urban community, such as Western diet and lack of physical activity become an important predisposing factor that increase incidence of this case. The surgical management of this case is often followed by stoma surgery. This article aimed to analyze the implication of stoma bag cleaning as nursing intervention to prevent risk for impaired skin integrity in patients undergoing rectal adenocarcinoma postoperative care. The results of student practice at surgical wards of RSUP Fatmawati showed that the skin irritation and fungal infection can develop from improper process of emptying and cleaning the stoma bag. This article recommends that protocol of cleaning the stoma bag can be carried out according to the standard and suited to the type of the stoma in order to reduce complications and postoperative morbidity in patients with rectal adenocarcinoma."

"Gizi buruk dipengaruhi oleh asupan makanan, penyakit infeksi, kondisi sosial ekonomi, dan pengetahuan orang tua. Kondisi sosial ekonomi dan pengetahuan yang kurang mendukung praktik pemenuhan gizi menyebabkan asupan makanan tidak mencukupi kebutuhan anak. Hal ini meningkatkan kerentanan terkena penyakit infeksi. Penulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan pada balita dengan gizi buruk di ruang rawat anak Gedung Teratai Lantai 3 Selatan RSUP Fatmawati. Data yang diambil berasal dari dua orang anak gizi buruk, yaitu An. A (9 bulan) dan An. M (8 bulan). Gejala yang didapatkan dari hasil pengkajian meliputi tampak kurus, indeks BB/PB -3 SD, LLA < 11.5 cm, dan terdapat baggy pants. Masalah keperawatan yang ditegakkan meliputi ketidakseimbangan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh, risiko kekurangan volume cairan, risiko penyebaran infeksi, dan kurang pengetahuan keluarga. Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan meliputi pemberian edukasi untuk nutrisi dan higiene pada keluarga, pemantauan dalam pemberian diet oleh keluarga, dan pengkajian asupan dan haluaran. Evaluasi yang didapatkan yaitu masalah nutrisi belum teratasi sedangkan masalah cairan dan penyebaran infeksi tidak terjadi. Rekomendasi penulisan ini adalah pemberian edukasi nutrisi dan infeksi pada keluarga perlu dilakukan sejak anak dirawat dan dievaluasi kembali setelah anak diperbolehkan pulang.

Malnutrition affected by intake nutrition, infection diseases, socio-economics conditions, and parental knowledge. Socio-economic conditions and less knowledge about nutrition practice make intake nutrition is not enough. This increases the susceptibility to infection diseases. The aim of this study was to describe the nursing care of toddlers malnutrition in South Wards 3rd Floor at Teratai's Building of RSUP Fatmawati. Data were collected from two children namely An. A (9 months) and An. M (8 months).

Symptoms were obtained from the results of the assessment include wasting, weight-for-length is -3 SD, upper arm circumstance < 11.5 cm, and baggy pants. Nursing problems that enforced are imbalanced nutrition less than body requirements, risk for deficit fluid volume, risk for infection transmission, and deficient knowledge in the family. Nursing care provided include provision of nutrition and hygiene education for the family, monitoring the diets which is provided by the family, and assess intake and output. Evaluation found that nutrition problems is not resolved whereas fluid and infection transmission problems do not occur.

Recommendation of this paper is provision of education about nutrition and infection to the family needs to be done since the children were treated and re-evaluated after the child is allowed to go home."

"Kanker kolorektal merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang terjadi di daerah perkotaan. Salah satu bagian dari kanker kolorektal adalah kanker rekti. Pasien paska pembedahan kolostomi biasanya mengalami ketakutan menangani perawatan kolostomi. Edukasi perawatan kolostomi yang tidak optimal dapat menyebabkan obstruksi, infeksi, retraksi stoma, perdarahan stoma. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menunjukkan pentingnya melakukan discharge planning edukasi perawatan kolostomi setiap kasus klien baru operasi kolostomi. Rekomendasi penulisan ini agar klien kanker kolorektal paska kolostomi terhindar dari resiko komplikasi dan klien menjadi lebih mandiri.
