"Penelitian ini membahas novel yang berjudul ZAPISKI IZ PODPOL'JA/CATATAN BAWAH TANAH karya Fyodor Dostoyevsky. Di dalam penelitian ini, pembahasan difokuskan pada kepribadian tokoh utama, yaitu tokoh 'aku', yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori Psikoloanalisis Erik H. Erikson. Teori Erikson dalam ilmu psikologi perkembangan kepribadian, berdasarkan perkembangan ego yang dibagi menjadi delapan fase, terjadi melalui pengalaman sosial dan lingkungan seseorang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa perilaku-perilaku tokoh 'aku' yang menyimpang dikarenakan dia tidak memiliki struktur kepribadian yang seimbang pada dirinya sehingga mempengaruhi kehidupan sosialnya, dan mengakibatkan tidak terciptanya aktualisasi identitas dirinya.

This research discusses the novel ZAPISKI IZ PODPOL JA NOTES FROM UNDERGROUND work of Fyodor Dostoyevsky. In this research, the discussion focused on the personality of the main character, the cast of I , which is analyzed by using the theory Psikoloanalisis Erik H. Erikson. Erikson theory in psychology of personality development, based on the development of the ego which is divided into eight phases, occurs through social experience and a person 39 s environment. The method used is descriptive analysis method. The results of the analysis of this research stated that the behaviors of leaders 39 I 39 distorted because he did not have the personality structure balanced on his thus affecting his social life, and the result was not the creation of the actualization of his identity."

"Skripsi ini berisi tentang pandangan Fyodor Dostoyevsky terhadap sosialisme utopis dalam novel Записки из подполья/Zapiski iz podpol’ja/Catatan dari Bawah Tanah yang diungkapkan melalui tokoh utama di dalamnya. Analisis dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa di dalam novel ini dibahas mengenai nilai-nilai sosialisme utopis. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis dan didukung oleh teori penokohan, serta sosiologi sastra. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terbukti bahwa dalam novel terdapat kritik mengenai ide-ide sosialisme utopis, seperti ketidaksetujuan terhadap pengekangan keinginan manusia.

This thesis contains the views of Fyodor Dostoevsky towards the utopian socialism in the novel Записки из подполья/Zapiski iz podpol'ja/Notes from the Underground which is expressed through the main character in it. The analysis in this study aims to prove that in this novel are discussed regarding the values of utopian socialism. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical, and supported by the theory of characterizations, as well as the sociology of literature. Based on analysis result, it is evident that in the novel there are criticisms regarding the ideas of utopian socialism, such as disapproval towards the restraint of human desire."

"Skripsi ini berisi tentang sisi altruis tokoh Aku dalam novel Записки из Подполья (Zapiski iz Podpol'ya) Catatan dari Bawah Tanah karya Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevski. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptis-analitis dan mengaitkannya dengan teori tokoh dan penokohan dan teori cinta altruistik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, telah berhasil di buktikan bahwa tokoh Aku memiliki sisi altruis di dalam dirinya dan hal tersebut dapat terlihat melalui ekpresi cinta altruistik ketika ia berinteraksi dengan tokoh Liza. Cinta altruistik merupakan ekpresi tertinggi dari altruisme manusia, maka dari itulah melalui cinta altruistik, sisi altruis tokoh Aku dapat terlihat.

This thesis consist of Altruist side of the character "I" in the novel Записки из Подполья (Zapiski iz Podpol'ya) "Notes From the Underground" by Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevski. The method that used is descriptive-analytic with the association with the character and characterization theory and altruistic love theory.

Based on the analysis of this thesis, it is proved that the character "I" have an altruist side, and it is seen from his altruistic love expression whenever he is interacting with the character Liza. Altruistic love is the highest form of human's altruism, therefore through the altruistic love; the altruist side of "I" is seen."

"Kelahiran De Vijftigers pada pertengahan abad ke-20 memunculkan beberapa nama penulis baru, salah satunya adalah Remco Campert. Sebagai salah satu penulis besar Belanda, sudah banyak karya Remco Campert yang melegenda, salah satunya roman Een Liefde in Parijs 2004 . Roman tersebut bercerita tentang perjalanan Richard Sanders ke Paris, pertemuannya dengan seorang perempuan membuat dirinya terjebak dalam pencarian ingatan masa lalu yang telah terhapus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan perkembangan karakter dalam roman Een Liefde in Parijs. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai tokoh dan penokohan yang hadir dalam cerita ini yang kemudian difokuskan pada analisis kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh tokoh utama, Richard Sanders. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara ayah Richard dengan Richard memiliki banyak sumbangsih terhadap kepribadiannya.

The birth of De Vijftigers in the middle of 20th century has brought a few new authors, one of them is Remco Campert. As one of the greatest authors in the Netherlands, some of Campert rsquo;s work are already have the legendary status, including a novel called Een Liefde in Parijs 2004 . This roman tells about Richard Sanders rsquo; journey in Paris. A meeting with a girl makes him trapped in a situation where he had to find his old forgotten memory. This research is qualitative research with literary study. It aims to explain the character development in Een Liefde in Parijs. In this research the characterization of the main character that is presented in the text will be examined using personality analysis. The result shows that the relationship between the main character and his father has a significant influence in his personality development."

"Kekerasan berbasis gender terjadi secara global. Di Indonesia, sikap seksis yang ambivalen terhadap perempuan banyak membuat perempuan mengalami kekerasan namun disaat yang sama juga mengalami perlakuan spesial, seperti gerbong kereta khusus perempuan. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara sikap tersebut dengan tipe kepribadian narcissism, machiavellianism, dan psychopathy. Hal yang masih belum jelas adalah bagaimana peran ketiga tipe kepribadian tersebut sebagai dark triad personality dalam memprediksi sikap ambivalent sexism seorang laki-laki. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada laki-laki di Indonesia. Dengan jumlah sampel 445, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing komponen dark triad berkorelasi dengan ambivalent sexism dan masing-masing dimensinya. Secara umum, dark triad personality ditermukan mampu secara signifikan memprediksi ambivalent sexism (F (3,444) = .858, R2 = .736, p < .05). Lebih lanjut, penelitian berhasil menemukan bahwa machiavellianism menjadi faktor kunci dalam memprediksi ambivalent sexism (β = .61 F (3,444) = .858, R2 = .736, p < .05) dan psychopathy menjadi prediktor terlemah dalam memprediksi benevolent sexism. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk menjadi landasan dalam upaya mengatahui alasan dibalik sikap seksis, hubungannya dengan dark triad personality, serta mengintervensi dan mengurangi kesenjangan yang disebabkan oleh sikap seksis.

Gender-based violence happens globally. In Indonesia ambivalent sexism towards women cause a lot of women to experience violence and discrimination but at the same time they are somehow given a special treatment, such as women-only carriages on trains. Earlier researches have shown that there is a relationship between ambivalent sexism and some personality traits such as narcissism, machiavellianism, and psychopaty. There has been various research in attempt to find what cause a person to have an ambivalent sexism. The current study investigates the relationship between the Dark Triad personality traits and ambivalent sexism among Indonesian male. With a sample of 445, this research shows how each of dark triad components can correlate to ambivalent sexism and each of its dimensions. Overall, Dark Triad personality traits was found to be significant in predicting ambivalent sexism (F (3,444) = .858, R2 = .736, p < .05). Furthermore, this research had come to a conclusion that machiavellianism was found to have the strongest influence in predicting ambivalent sexism (β = .61 F (3,444) = .858, R2 = .736, p < .05) and psychopathy was found to be the weakest in prediting benevolent sexism (β = .06 F (3,444) = .858, R2 = .736, p < .05). This research was done so that it can be used to be one of the foundation in our attempt to figure out the cause of sexism, how it is related to dark triad personality, and also perhaps to intervene and reduce the gender gap caused by sexism."

"Penelitian ini membahas novel Zapíski iz podpólʹya/Catatan dari Bawah Tanah karya Fyodor Dostoevsky yang diterbitkan pada tahun 1864. Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan berfokus mendeskripsikan penggambaran karakter serta memahami unsur-unsur eksistensi tokoh “aku” dalam novel. Oleh karena itu, penulis menganalisis eksistensi tokoh “aku” menggunakan teori eksistensialisme Jean-Paul Sartre. Dengan menggunakan buku Being and Nothingness, penulis menemukan konsep “ada” yang terbagi menjadi dua yaitu entre en soui/ being-in-itself /ada dalam dirinya, entre pour soi/ being-for-itself /ada untuk dirinya. Selain itu, penulis akan menggunakan teori tokoh dan penokohan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik tokoh "aku". Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi analisis dengan teknik pengumpulan data sumber yaitu studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penggambaran eksistensi tokoh “aku” terpengaruhi beberapa faktor seperti dirinya, orang lain, lingkungan sekitar sehingga ketika pencarian makna dan tujuan hidupnya, tokoh “aku” menunjukkan unsur-unsur eksistensialisme yakni, kebebasan dan tanggung jawab.

This research discusses the novel Zapíski iz podpólʹya/Notes from the Underground by Fyodor Dostoevsky, published in 1864. In this research, the author will focus on describing the character depiction and understanding the elements of the existence of the "I" in the novel. Consequently, the author analyzes the existence of the character "I" using the existentialism theory of Jean-Paul Sartre. By using the book Being and Nothingness, the author finds the concept of "being" which is divided into two, namely entre en soui (being-in-itself), entre pour soi (being-for-itself). In addition, the author will use the theory of character and characterization to describe the characteristics of the "I" character. The research method used is descriptive analysis with the source data collection technique, namely literature study. Based on the results of the study it is explained that the depiction of the existence of the character "I" is influenced by several factors such as himself, others, the surrounding environment so that when searching for meaning and purpose in his life, the character "I" shows elements of existentialism namely, freedom and responsibility."

Di dalam skripsi ini, pembahasan difokuskan pada kepribadian tokoh utama, yakni Chichikov, yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori Psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil analisis skripsi ini menyatakan bahwa perilaku-perilaku Chichikov yang menyimpang dikarenakan dia tidak memiliki struktur kepribadian yang berimbang dalam dirinya. Masa kanak-kanak berpengaruh penting bagi pembentukan karakter seseorang.

AbstractThis thesis discusses the novel Мертвые Души/Mertvie Dusi/Dead Souls, written by Nikolai Vasilevič Gogol'. Within this thesis, the discussion focused on the main character?s personality, named Chichikov, which was analyzed by using Sigmund Freud's theory of Psychoanalysis. The method used is known as the "descriptive analytical method". The results of the analysis of this thesis states that Chichikov's deviated behavior was because he did not have a balanced personality structure in himself. Childhood has an important influence for the formation of a person's character."

"Secara umum, psikoanalisis memegang peranan penting dalam pengkajian film karena komposisi narasi dan tokoh dalam sebuah film tidak dapat terlepas dari aspek psikologis. Maka dari itu, psikoanalisis menjadi salah satu cara untuk memahami lebih dalam kompleksitas dari kepribadian tokoh-tokoh yang dihadirkan dalam film. Hal ini dapat ditemukan dalam film C’est pas moi, je le jure ! (2008) karya Philippe Falardeau yang menggambarkan bagaimana lingkungan keluarga dapat memengaruhi kepribadian anak, khususnya melalui tokoh utamanya, Leon Dore. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh dari id, ego, dan superego, serta kaitannya dengan prinsip kenikmatan dan prinsip kematian terhadap kebebasan bertindak tokoh Leon sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam film. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi kualitatif yang berlandaskan studi kajian sinema menurut Joseph M. Boggs dan Dennis W. Petrie (2018), didukung dengan kerangka teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud, yaitu struktur kepribadian (2018) serta dorongan Eros dan Thanatos (2014). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebebasan bertindak Leon dapat dimaknai sebagai ketidakseimbangan ego akibat adanya pertentangan antara id dan tekanan superego dari struktur kepribadiannya yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan keluarga. In general, psychoanalysis takes a significant role in film studies because the composition of narrative and characters in a film cannot be separated from psychological aspects. Therefore, psychoanalysis is a way to understand more deeply the complexities of characters’ personalities presented in films. This can be found in the film C’est pas moi, je le jure ! (2008) by Philippe Falardeau which describes how family environment can influence a child's personality, especially through its main character, Leon Dore. This research aims to reveal the influence of the id, ego, and superego, and their relation to the pleasure principle and the death principle on Leon's freedom of action as shown in the film. The method used in this research is qualitative methodology based on film studies according to Joseph M. Boggs and Dennis W. Petrie (2018), supported by Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theoretical framework, which consists of the personality structure (2018) and the drive theory of Eros and Thanatos (2014). The results of this study indicate that Leon's freedom of action can be interpreted as an imbalanced ego due to the conflict between the id and the superego from his personality structure that was strongly influenced by his family environment. In addition, freedom of action, which is also rooted in the pleasure principle and the death principle, is a way for Leon to channel the drives of the id that dominate his personality."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan transformasi karakter yang membawa kepada perubahan kepribadian tokoh utama dari novel Norwegian Wood (2005) ke film dan menampilkan kaitan tiga perempuan sebagai pembentuk struktur kepribadian Watanabe Toru dalam film Norwegian Wood (2010). Metode deskriptif analisis dengan teori psikoanalisis sastra dan analisis film melalui aspek narasi dan sinematografi digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana tokoh Watanabe Toru mengalami transformasi karakter sehingga tercipta kecemasan dan metode pertahanan diri yang diikuti dengan kaitan tiga perempuan sebagai struktur kepribadian Watanabe Toru. Dari hasil analisis tampak bahwa transformasi karakter terjadi untuk memberikan tempat bagi ketiga perempuan untuk menjadi visualisasi dari Id, Ego dan Superego (konflik batin) dari tokoh Watanabe Toru.

This analysis aims to show the transformation character that lead to personality changes of Watnabe Toru, the main character from novel Norwegian Wood (2005) into film. The changes show the connection between three women as the personality structure of Watanabe Toru in the film of Norwegian Wood (2010). Descriptive analytical method and theory of pshycoanalysis from Sigmund Freud as well as movie analysis through narrative and cinematic techniques from Joseph M Boggs is used to reveal that the characterization of Watanabe Toru in the film is based on the anxieties and self-defense methods. This analysis shows that the film adaptation gives role the three women to become a visualization of Id, Ego and Superego of the Watanabe Toru character."
