The researcher uses a needs assessment model to look for organizational managerial issues that make communication effort is difficult to hold. This research conducts interviews with internal organizations and conducts literature studies of documents, artefacts and organization's social media usage to find the source of the managerial problems. This study found that the lack of human resources possessed by the organization and the absence of human resources dedicated to running the function of communication is a strategic issue that can be solved. Looking at the LIAM Charitable Fund format which is a non governmental organization, volunteer programs are recommended as a strategy to resolve the issues that have been submitted."
