"Individu dalam usia dewasa muda akan memasuki dunia pekerjaan dan menghadapi berbagaitekanan psikologis. Tekanan tersebut mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat kecemasan dan stress pada pekerja. Pekerja membutuhkan kreativitas untuk menurunkan tingkat stress sehingga psychological well-being dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi kreativitas diri dalam pekerjaan dengan psychological well being pada dewasa muda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 173 partisipan. Kreativitas dalam pekerjaan diukur menggunakan self-perception of creativity(Reiter-Palmon, Robinson-Morral, Kaufman, & Santo, 2012), sedangkan Psychological Well-Being Scale (Ryff, 1989) digunakan untuk mengukur psychological well-being.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kreativitas dalam pekerjaan dan psychological well-being (rs= 0,388; p= 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan memperhatikan data kontrol seperti usia partisipan pada jenis kreativitas tertentu serta menggunakan pengukuran kreativitas yang lebih objektif.

A person in early adulthood is filled with many changes and developments. In Indonesia, early adults are concerned with career selection and career longevity. They will facing various psychological strains especially at work. That strains resulted in high levels of anxiety and stress on workers in Indonesia. Workers need creativity to reduce the level of stress caused by continuously psychological strains, so that psychological well-being can be achieved. This study aim to find correlation between self-perceptions of creativity at work and psychological well-being in early adulthood. 173 people participated in this study. Self-percetion of creativity at work was measured using Self-perception of creativity (Reiter-Palmon, Robinson-Morral, Kaufman, & Santo, 2012), and Psychological Well-Being Scale (Ryff, 1989) used for measuring psychological well-being.
Result of this study showed that there is a significant positive relationship between self-pereption of creativity at work and psychological well-being(rs= 0,388; p= 0.000, significant at L.o.S 0.01). Further research should consider the control data such as the age of the participants in a particular kind of creativity and using more objective instrument for measuring creativity.

"Masa depan tidak akan dapat diraih apabila seseorang tidak dapat melakukan pemaafan. Pemaafan dibutuhkan seseorang untuk tidak menyimpan rasa dendam dan bersalah yang disebabkan oleh peristiwa yang terjadi di masa lampau. Dewasa muda yang merupakan masa dengan banyak konflik dan peralihan hidup tentu mengalami hambatan yang terjadi disebabkan oleh diri mereka sendiri maupun hal-hal di luar diri mereka. Pemaafan diperlukan oleh dewasa muda agar dapat memaafkan hal-hal tersebut demi tercapainya cita-cita mereka.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara pemaafan dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada dewasa muda. Sebanyak 175 partisipan berusia 22-44 tahun mengisi kuesioner yang mengukur pemaafan Heartland Forgiveness Scale/HFS dan kesejahteraan psikologis Ryff rsquo;s Psychological Well-Being Scale/RPWB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pemaafan dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada dewasa muda r=-0.620.

Future cannot be reached if one cannot do forgiveness. Forgiveness is needed to keep us from holding grudge and guilt caused by past events. Young adulthood is a phase of many conflicts and life transitions that obstructed by themselves or another person. Forgiveness is necessary to young adult so that they can forgive those underexpected things for the sake of achieving their aspirations.
The aim of this research was to examine the relationship between forgiveness and psychological well being among young adulthood. A total of 175 participants aged 22 44 completed questionnaires of forgiveness Heartland Forgiveness Scale HFS and psychological well being Ryff rsquo s Psychological Well being Scale RPWB . The result of this research showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between forgiveness and psychological well being among young adulthood r 0.620.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perfeksionisme dan psychological well-being pada seniman berusia dewasa muda dan dewasa madya. Pengukuran perfeksionisme menggunakan alat ukur Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Hewitt & Flett, 1989) dan pengukuran psychological well-being menggunakan alat ukur Ryff’s Revised-Psychological Well-Being (Ryff, 1995). Partisipan berjumlah 63 seniman berusia dewasa muda dan dewasa madya.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara perfeksionisme dan psychological well-being (r = -0.584; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Artinya, semakin tinggi perfeksionisme yang dimiliki seseorang, maka semakin rendah psychological well-being yang ia miliki. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa dimensi perfeksionisme yang memberikan sumbangan paling banyak terhadap psychological well-being adalah socially prescribed perfectionism. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan intervensi lebih dini terhadap perfeksionisme, terutama pada socially prescribed perfectionism.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between perfectionism and psychological well-being in artists in their young and middle adulthood. Perfectionism was measured by using Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Hewitt & Flett, 1989), and psychological well-being was measured by using Ryff’s Revised-Psychological Well-Being (Ryff, 1995). The participants of this research were 63 artists currently in their young and middle adulthood.
The main result of this research showed that perfectionism is negatively significant correlated with PWB (r = -0.584; p = 0.000, significant in L.o.S 0.01). This meant that the higher the level of one's perfectionism, the lower the level of PWB in oneself. Other result of this research was that the dimension of perfectionism that contributed the most to PWB was socially prescribed perfectionism. Based on such results, there needs to be an early intervention about perfectionism, especially about the socially prescribed perfectionism.

Pemusik orkestra memiliki tuntutan dan tantangan yang tinggi untuk selalu menampilkan permainan musik yang sempurna. Hal ini membuat mereka memaksa diri dalam berlatih dan memiliki toleransi yang rendah terhadap kekurangan dan kesalahan diri. Hal ini membuat pemusik orkestra memerlukan self-compassion agar tidak melakukan hal yang destruktif terhadap diri mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara self-compassion dan psychological well-being pada pemusik orkestra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi. Pengukuran self?compassion menggunakan alat ukur Self-Compassion Scale (Neff, 2003) dan alat ukur Ryff?s Scale of Psychological Well-Being (Ryff , 1989). Partisipan penelitian adalah sebanyak 104 pemusik orkestra. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis null penelitian ditolak (rs=0.465 dan p=0.000), yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-compassion dan psychological well-being pada permusik orkestra. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk merancang intervensi pelatihan self-compassion bagi pemusik orkestra agar dapat meningkatkan psychological well-being.

ABSTRAK
Orchestra musicians have a lot of demands and high challenges to always perform in a perfect way. These things make them hard on themselves when practicing and make them have a low tolerance on their inadequacies and failure. They need to be self-compassionate to themselves so that they will not do a destructive action to themselves. This study aims to look at the relationship between self-compassion and psychological well-being of orchestra musicians. This study uses correlation method. Self-compassion was measured using Self-Compassion Scale (Neff ,2003). Psychological well-being was measured using Ryff?s Scale of Psychological Well-Being (Ryff, 1989). The respondents of the study are 104 orchestra musicians. There is significant evidence to reject the null hypothesis (rs=0.465 dan p=0.000), which can conclude that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-compassion and psychological well-being of orchestra musicians. These results are hoped to be useful in planning interventions self-compassion training, so that they can promote their psychological well-being."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari efek mediasi work passion yaitu harmonious work passion dan obsessive work passion pada hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa self-control berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap psychological well-being, namun terdapat inkonsistensi pada temuan mengenai pengaruh self-control terhadap psychological well-being. Penelitian ini mengajukan hipotesis bahwa harmonious work passion dan obsessive work passion memediasi hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being. Data diperoleh dari 202 karyawan non-pemerintah yang berasal dari berbagai industri dan berbagai kota di Indonesia, sedangkan efek mediasi dianalisis menggunakan Process Macro dari Hayes.
Dengan menggunakan Self Determination Theory untuk menjelaskan efek mediasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harmonious work passion memediasi hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being secara parsial, sedangkan efek mediasi tidak ditemukan pada obsessive work passion. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan membekali karyawan agar mampu menampilkan self-control sehingga karyawan dapat fokus pada pekerjaan dan tujuan utamanya dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian karyawan dapat merasakan work passion yang bersifat harmonious yang mengarah pada terciptanya psychological well-being.

This study aims to investigate the mediating effects of work passion i.e. harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion on the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Previous studies showed that self control significantly contributed to psychological well being, however the findings about the impact of self control on psychological well being were inconsistent. This study hypothesized that harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion mediated the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Data were obtained from the sample of 202 non government sector employees, from various industries and various cities in Indonesia. The mediation effect was analyzed using Hayes' Process Macro.
Using the Self Determination Theory to explain the mediation effect, result showed that harmonious work passion partially mediated the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Whereas obsessive work passion did not mediate the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Implications of this study could be followed up by facilitating employees to be able to perform self control at work, so that employees could focus on their works and main goals in work. Therefore, employees could experience harmonious work passion which leads to psychological well being.

"Perceraian orang tua memberikan dampak negatif berkepanjangan pada anak hingga ia dewasa. Salah satunya adalah rendahnya psychological well-being (PWB) anak. Self-compassion (SC) dianggap mampu meningkatkan PWB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara SC dan PWB pada dewasa awal dengan orang tua bercerai. PWB diukur menggunakan alat ukur Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-Being, sedangkan SC diukur menggunakan alat ukur Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form. Jumlah partisipan yang diperoleh adalah 210 partisipan. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara SC dan PWB pada dewasa awal dengan orang tua bercerai, (r(N=210)=0.680,p<0.01, two tailed). Perbedaan rata-rata skor signifikan ditemukan pada variabel PWB pada jumlah pengeluaran keluarga.

Divorce of parents have a prolonged negative impact on the child until they become an adult. One of them is the low psychological well-being (PWB) in emerging adults. Self-compassion (SC) is considered capable of increasing PWB. This study aims to explore the relationship between SC and PWB in emerging adults with divorced parents. PWB is measured using the Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-Being, while SC is measured using the Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form. Total of participants obtained was 210 participants. Results show that there was a significant relationship between self-compassion and psychological well-being in emerging adults with divorced parents, (r (N = 210) = 0.680, p <0.01, two tailed). Significant mean differences in scores were only found in the psychological well-being variable in the demographic data section on family expenditure."

"Pandemi COVID-19 membawa berbagai perubahan dan tantangan bagi individu di seluruh dunia. Berbagai permasalahan muncul dan kemudian menurunkan kebahagiaan (subjective well-being) individu terhadap hidupnya. Salah satu aspek penting yang juga berpengaruh dalam hidup individu yaitu hubungan sosial yang di dalamnya terdapat hubungan berpacaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara subjective well-being (SWB) dengan kepuasan berpacaran pada individu dewasa muda di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan strategi penelitian non-eksperimental. Sebanyak 222 individu dewasa muda yang menjalani hubungan berpacaran mengisi alat ukur Subjective Happiness Scale yang disusun oleh Lyubomirsky dan Lepper (1999), serta alat ukur Relationship Assessment Scale yang disusun oleh Hendrick (1988). Melalui teknik analisis korelasi, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara SWB dengan kepuasan berpacaran. Hasil lain yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagian besar individu memiliki SWB dan kepuasan berpacaran yang tergolong sedang. Dikarenakan Pandemi COVID-19 diasosiasikan dengan permasalahan yang berdampak negatif, individu dianjurkan untuk tetap menjaga dan/atau meningkatkan perasaan positif terhadap hidup maupun pasangan. Selain itu, individu dianjurkan untuk dapat menyelesaikan atau meminimalisir berbagai permasalahan yang dialami selama Pandemi COVID-19 secara efektif agar tidak menurunkan kebahagiaan dan kepuasan berpacaran.

The COVID-19 Pandemic brings various changes and challenges for individuals around the world. Various problems arise and then reduce the individual's happiness (subjective well-being) towards their life. One important aspect that also influences an individual's life is the social relationship, which include dating relationship. This research aims to see the relationship between subjective well-being (SWB) and dating satisfaction among young adults in COVID-19 Pandemic. This research is a cross-sectional quantitative approach with a non-experimental research strategy. A total of 222 young adults in dating relationships completed the Subjective Happiness Scale by Lyubomirsky and Lepper (1999), as well as the Relationship Assessment Scale by Hendrick (1988). Correlation analysis found that there was a positive and significant relationship between SWB and dating satisfaction. Another result obtained from this study is that most individuals have moderate SWB and dating satisfaction. Because the COVID-19 Pandemic is associated with problems that have a negative impact, individuals are suggested to maintain and increase positive affect towards life and their partners. In addition, individuals are suggested to be able to solve various problems experienced during the COVID-19 Pandemic effectively to avoid decrease lowering of happiness and satisfaction with dating."

(RPWB). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 orang laki-laki berusia 20-40 tahun yang memiliki orientasi seksual homoseksual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gender
role conflict dan psychological well-being (R=-0,023; p>0,05). Meskipun demikian, salah satu dimensi gender role conflict yaitu keterbatasan afeksi antar laki-laki menunjukkan korelasi negatif yang siginifikan dengan

"Penelitian ini ingin melihat hubungan antara work passion terhadap psychological well-being pada karyawan. Pengukuran psychological well-being menggunakan alat ukur Psychological Well-Being Scale yang disusun oleh Ed Diener, Derrick W., Robert B., William T., Chu K., Dong-won C., dan Shigehiro O. 2009 dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar .863. Pengukuran Work Passion menggunakan alat ukur Passion Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Vallerand dan Houlfort 2003 dengan nilai reliabilitas .702. Kuesioner kedua alat ukur ini diberikan kepada 93 karyawan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work passion memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan r = .387, p < .01 dengan psychological well-being pada karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan bahwa berdasarkan data demografis, usia, lama bekerja, dan tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki perbedaan mean yang signifikan pada kedua variabel. Sedangkan jenis kelamin memiliki perbedaan mean yang signifikan pada work passion dan tidak memiliki perbedaan mean yang signifikan pada psychological well-being.

This research intended to see the correlation between work passion toward psychological well being on employees. Psychological well being was measured by Psychological Well Being Scale by Ed Diener, Derrick W., Robert B., William T., Chu K., Dong won C., dan Shigehiro O. 2009 and has reliability coefficient .863. Measurement of work passion conducted with Passion Scale which is developed by Vallerand and Houlfort 2003 and has reliability coefficient .720. Both of this scale administrated to 93 employees.
The result showed that work passion had positive significant effects with psychological well being on employees r .387, p .001 . This research also showed that according to demographical data of participants, both variabel didn rsquo t differ based on age, length of work, and educational level. While sex based on work passion had significant mean difference and no significant mean difference on psychological well being.

"Penelitian sebelumnya telah menemukan bahwa belas kasihan diri (SC) merupakan faktor pelindung yang harus diperhitungkan bagi individu dalam menghadapi pengalaman menyakitkan. Hal ini dikarenakan SC mampu membuat individu menjadi lebih adaptif, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis (PWB). Salah satu pengalaman pahit yang menjadi fenomena umum di masyarakat yang dinyatakan berdampak negatif pada korban PWB adalah bullying. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha untuk melihat apakah ada peran moderasi variabel welas asih pada hubungan antara pengalaman bullying di sekolah (SMP dan / atau SMA), dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada orang dewasa yang baru muncul. Hasil penelitian terhadap 801 emerging adult menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman bullying (B = -0,197, p> 0,01) tidak dapat memprediksi PWB, sedangkan SC (B = 0,6798, p <0,01) merupakan prediktor PWB. Namun, tidak ada peran moderasi yang ditemukan untuk SC (B = 0,0034, p> 0,01). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa SC bukanlah moderator tentang hubungan antara pengalaman bullying dan PWB.

Previous research has found that self-compassion (SC) is a protective factor that must be taken into account for individuals in the face of painful experiences. This is because SC is able to make individuals more adaptive, one of which is by increasing psychological well-being (PWB). One of the bitter experiences that has become a common phenomenon in society which is stated to have a negative impact on victims of PWB is bullying. Therefore, this study seeks to see whether there is a moderating role for the compassionate variable in the relationship between experiences of bullying at school (junior high and / or high school), and psychological well-being in emerging adults. The results of the study on 801 emerging adults showed that the bullying experience (B = -0.197, p> 0.01) could not predict PWB, while SC (B = 0.6798, p <0.01) was a predictor of PWB. However, no moderating role was found for SC (B = 0.0034, p> 0.01). Thus, it can be concluded that SC is not a moderator about the relationship between bullying experience and PWB."
