"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap program Bimbingan Konseling (BK) Karir dan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa SMA kelas 3 di Jakarta. Pengukuran persepsi siswa terhadap BK Karir dikembangkan berdasarkan Tujuan BK Karir pada Permendikbud No. 111 Tahun 2014 dan terbagi ke dalam dua aspek yaitu kurikulum BK Karir dan Guru BK. Pengukuran adaptabilitas karir diukur menggunakan Skala Adaptabilitas Karir (Indianti, 2015) yang disesuaikan untuk anak SMA. Partisipan berjumlah 272 siswa SMA yang berasal dari sekolah negeri dan swasta.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara BK Karir yang dipersepsi positif oleh siswa dengan adaptabilitas karir (r = 0,144; p = 0,009; signifikan pada L.o.S 0,01). Artinya semakin tinggi peran BK Karir yang dipersepsi positif oleh siswa, maka semakin tinggi adaptabilitas karirnya. Selain itu, penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kurikulum karir memiliki koefisien korelasi lebih besar daripada guru BK. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan program bimbingan konseling karir di sekolah mampu meningkatkan kualitas kurikulum BK Karir dan guru BK agar siswa tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam memutuskan karir selepas SMA.
This research was conducted to find the correlation between student perception toward Career Counseling program and career adaptability among 3rd grader students in Senior High School in Jakarta. Students? perception in Career Counseling was measured by adapting The Vision of School Counseling Program which stated in Permendikbud No. 111 Tahun 2014 and divided into two aspects which are career curriculum and teacher. Meanwhile career adaptability was measured by Skala Adaptabilitas Karir (Indianti, 2015) which adjusted to high school students. Number of participants in this research was 272 students came from public and private senior high school in Jakarta. Result of this research shown that career counseling which is perceived positively by students has a correlation with career adaptability (r = 0,144; p = 0,009; significant at L.o.S 0,01). Which means, the higher amount of career counseling perceived positively, the higher career adaptability. Research also found that career curriculum has higher correlation coefficient than teacher. The research result could be used to improve the quality of curriculum and teacher to develop students? career adaptability."

This research aimed to find the correlation between peer attachment and career adaptability among 12th grader senior high school students. Ditemukan pula bahwa attachment pada ibu berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap adaptabilitas karir, dibandingkan dengan attachment ayah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting untuk membangun attchment antara orangtua dengan remaja agar memiliki adaptabiltas karir yang baik.
The research aims to get the correlation between parent attachment and career adaptability on 12th grader senior high school students. "Dengan adanya perubahan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan 2013 mengenai penjurusan pada saat kelas satu sekolah menengah akhir, siswa kelas 9 sekolah menengah pertama diharapkan sudah memiliki gambaran terkait pilihan jurusan di sekolah menengah pertama. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan adaptabilitas karir yang baik pada siswa kelas 9 sekolah menengah pertama.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara ekspektasisiswa SMP kelas 9 terhadap peran kakek-nenek dan adaptabilitas karier.
Peneliti melakukan pengambilan data kepada 66 siswa SMP kelas 9 di Jakarta dan Depok. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk adaptabilitas karier adalah Career Adapt-Ability Scale International-Form CAAS-IF dari Savickas dan Porfeli 2012, sedangkan alat ukur peran kakek-nenek adalah Expectation of Grandparent Scale dari McFadden 2001.
Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara ekspektasi siswa SMP kelas 9 terhadap peran kakek-nenek dan adaptabilitas karier r = 0,360, p < 0,05 . Hubungan tersebut menjelaskan semakin besar ekspektasi siswa SMP kelas 9 terhadap peran kakek-nenek, semakin baik pula adaptabilitas karier siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengedukasi orangtua bahwa peran kakek-nenek penting untuk adaptabilitas karier anak.
The changing of government policy based on Ministry of National Education 2013 about high school major for 10th grade high school students, 9th grade junior high school students are expected to have an overview of major selection in high school level. Thus, a good career adaptability is required for those students. This study was conducted to see the relationship between the expectations of 9th grade of junior high school students on the role of grandparents and career adaptability. The researcher conducted data collection for 66 students in 9th grade of junior high school students from Jakarta and Depok. The measuring tool used for career adaptability is the Career Adapt Ability Scale International Form CAAS IF from Savickas and Porfeli 2012 , while the grandparent 39 s measuring instrument is the Expectation of Grandparent Scale from McFadden 2001. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan belajar dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 611 siswa yang berasal dari dua SMPN di Depok yang termasuk pada tahap perkembangan remaja. Untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karier digunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale CAAS yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli 2012. Keterlibatan belajar diukur menggunakan alat ukur School Engagement Measurement SEM -MacArthur yang dikembangkan oleh Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel, dan Paris 2005. Untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan belajar dan adaptabilitas karier, peneliti menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterlibatan belajar dengan adaptabilitas karier. Dimensi keterlibatan belajar yang memiliki hubungan paling kuat dengan adaptabilitas karier adalah keterlibatan kognitif.
This research was conducted to find the relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability on 9th grade students. Participants in this study were 611 students from two junior high schools in Depok, West Java, Indonesia, who are classified as adolescents in development stage theories Papalia Feldmand, 2012. To measure career adaptability, the Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS developed by Savickas dan Porfeli 2012 was used. The School Engagement Measurement SEM MacArthur developed by Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel, and Paris 2005 was implemented to measure learning engagement. To identify the relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability The Pearson Correlation statistical method was used. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability. Cognitive engagement was the dimension of learning engagement with the strongest relation to career adaptability."

"Ibu menjadi rekan diskusi utama bagi remaja dalam menyiapkan perencanaan karir pada masa transisi. Meskipun beberapa penelitian menemukan hubungan antara dukungan ibu dan salah satu dari 4 dimensi adaptabilitas karir, belum ada penelitian yang dapat menjelaskan dukungan seperti apa dan bagaimana mekanisme yang menjelaskan keterlibatan ibu dalam mengembangkan adaptabilitas karir remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah kongruensi karir antara remaja dan ibunya berhubungan dengan adaptabilitas karir. Dalam menjelaskan hubungan kedua variabel, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh mediasi dari identitas vokasional. Sebanyak 297 siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan kelas 12 mengisi kuesioner yang berisi Adolescent-Mother Career Congruence Scale, Vocational Identity Scale, Inventori Adaptabilitas Karir, dan Data Demografi. Hasil dari analisis regresi dengan PROCESS membuktikan bahwa adolescent-mother career congruence berkorelasi positif dengan adaptabilitas karir (b = 0.80, t(294) = 4.51, p < 0.001). Di sisi lain, efek mediasi dari identitas vokasional tidak terbukti dalam penelitian ini (b = 0.01, 95% CI [-0.01, 0.08]).Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesempatan kepada pengujian empiris lainnya tentang kualitas dari adolescent-mother career congruence seperti apa yang dapat mengembangkan identitas vokasional remaja. Diskusi teoritis dan implikasi praktis dari hasil temuan penelitian ini akan didiskusikan.
Mother become major partners who help adolescents to prepare for career planning during career transitions. Although several studies found relationship between mother support and each of 4 dimension of career adaptability, there is no study could explain what type of support and in which mechanism mother get involved to develop adolescent?s career adaptability. This study aimed to test whether career congruence between adolescent and their mother related to career adaptability. To explain the relationship between those two variables, this study also aimed to ascertain the mediation effect of vocational identity. 297 participants of 12th grade vocational high school students completed questionnaires on Adolescent-Mother Career Congruence Scale, Vocational Identity Scale, Career Adaptability Inventory, and demographics. The result of regression analysis using PROCESS confirmed that adolescent-mother career congruence associated positively with career adaptability (b = 0.80, t(294) = 4.51, p < 0.001). In the other side, the mediating effect of vocational identity were not proven in this study (b = 0.01, 95% CI [-0.01, 0.08]). These findings warrant further empirical examination of the quality of adolescent-mother career congruence on behaves to develop adolescent?s vocational identity. Theoretical and applied implications of the finding in this study are discussed."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran peran moderasi konsep diri akademik terhadap hubungan antara prestasi akademik dan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama SMP di Kota Depok. Pengukuran adaptabilitas karir dilakukan dengan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale CAAS Savickas Porfeli, 2012 . Prestasi akademik diukur melalui nilai rata-rata rapor semester lima partisipan saat duduk di bangku SMP. Sedangkan, konsep diri akademik diukur menggunakan Academic Self Concept for Adolescence ASCA Scale Ordaz-Villegas, Acle-Tomasini, Reyes-Lagunes, 2013 . Partisipan berjumlah 704 orang yang berasal dari dua sekolah di Kota Depok.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari konsep diri akademik terhadap hubungan antara prestasi akademik dan adaptabilitas karir p = .250, LOS = .05 . Artinya, kuat-lemahnya hubungan antara prestasi akademik dan adaptabilitas karir individu tidak dipengaruhi oleh seberapa positif konsep diri akademik yang ia miliki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting dilakukan pengembangan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa SMP, dengan memperhatikan prestasi akademik dan konsep diri akademik yang dimilikinya.
This study aimed to find the moderating role of academic self concept towards the relationship of academic achievement and career adaptability among Junior High School Students in Depok City. Career adaptability was measured using modification of Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS Savickas Porfeli, 2012 . Students rsquo average score of 5th semester report used to measure academic achievement. Academic self concept was measured using modification of Academic Self Concept for Adolescence ASCA Scale Ordaz Villegas, Acle Tomasini, Reyes Lagunes, 2013 . This study involve 704 participants from two schools in Depok City. The result found that there is no significant effects of academic self concept towards the relationship of academic achievement and career adaptability. It means, the strength of academic achievement and career adaptability rsquo s relationship not affected by how positive a person rsquo s academic self concept. Based on this study, its important for Junior High School Students to develop their career adaptability, regard their academic achievement and academic self concept."

ABSTRAKTujuan utama dari tesis ini adalah melihat hubungan diferensiasi dan konsistensi minat karir dengan kematangan karir siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah subyek sebanyak 222 orang siswa SMA kelas X di Jakarta. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Career Development Inventories dan Self Directed Search. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara diferensiasi minat dengan kematangan karir. Konsistensi minat karir ditemukan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kematangan karir siswa.
ABSTRACTThe main purpose of this research is to look at the relationship of Holland interest differentiation, interest consistency and career maturity. This research used a quantitative approach with total sample 222 first grade high school student in Jakarta. Data collection process is gathered by using Career Development Inventories and Self Directed Search questionnaire. The study result showed that interest differentiation has a positive and significant relationship with career maturity. Interest consistency found has no significant relationship with career maturity."

"Kematangan karir adalah kemampuan serta kesiapan individu untuk membuat keputusan karir. Pengalaman bekerja merupakan salah satu dimensi dari pembentukan kematangan karir remaja dan status keputusan karir merupakan salah satu aspek spesifik dari kematangan karir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman praktek kerja lapangan dan status keputusan karir terhadap kematangan karir, dengan nilai R sebesar 0,424 pada variabel pengalaman prakek kerja lapangan terhadap kematangan karir dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < α (0,005). Kemudian nilai R sebesar 0,231 pada variabel status keputusan karir terhadap kematangan karir dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < α (0,005). Variabel pengalaman praktek kerja lapangan memiliki nilai beta (0,447) lebih besar dibandingkan nilai beta variabel status keputusan karir (0,424), maka dapat diantara dua variabel independen disimpulkan bahwa variabel pengalaman prakek kerja lapangan memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap variabel dependen (kematangan karir) jika dibandingkan dengan variabel status keputusan karir. Untuk melihat perbedaan skor kematangan karir antara siswa SMA dengan siswa SMK, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa mayoritas siswa SMA dan SMK telah mencapai kematangan karir tinggi dengan perbandingan persentase 31,68 : 46,58. Secara signifikan, siswa SMK yang telah mencapai kematangan karir tinggi lebih banyak dibandingkan siswa SMA.
Career maturity is individual's readiness to make a career decision. Work experience (Internship experience) is one dimension of career maturity and more specific aspect of career maturity is career decision status. The result show that internship experience and career decision status has an influences on career maturity, with R 0,424 and sig 0< α 0,005 on internship experience and R 0,231 and sig 0,002< α 0,005 on career decision status. Internship experience has Beta (0,447) and career decision status has Beta (0,424), the result shows that internship experience has more influence on career maturity than career decision status. there are no differences in career maturity scores in high school students and vocational school students, but the vocational student has more students than high school students in career maturity. "
