"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi Resource Development and Installation (RDI) dengan Pendulation Exercise pada anak perempuan usia 12 tahun yang mengalami Developmental Trauma. RDI dilakukan dengan menggunakan protokol dasar RDI untuk anak yang dibuat oleh Korn dan Leeds (2002) untuk membangkitkan resource positif. Setelah itu dilakukan Pendulation Exercise untuk memroses pengalaman traumatik berupa perceraian orangtua yang menjadi sumber munculnya perilaku agresif pada anak. Tujuan dari terapi RDI adalah untuk membangkitkan resource guna membentuk positive cognition yang akan bermanfaat untuk mengubah negative cognition. Hasil dari intervensi menunjukkan penurunan perilaku agresif. Penurunan perilaku agresif ini menjadi bukti bahwa telah terjadi pemrosesan informasi yang adaptif. Hal tersebut nampak dari penurunan skor Child Behavioral Checklist (CBCL) pada area permasalahan perilaku agresif. Selain itu orangtua dan partisipan juga melaporkan bahwa partisipan sudah lebih mampu mengontrol perilaku saat marah.

ABSTRACT
This study is done to explain the effectiveness of Resource Development and Installation (RDI) with Pendulation Exercise in a 12 year old girl with Developmental Trauma. RDI is done using RDI basic protocol for children made by Korn and Leeds (2002) to activate positive resources. The other technique is using Pendulation exercise to process the traumatic experience: parental divorce as a source of aggressive behavior. The goal of RDI therapy is to activate the resources and install them for the adaptive information processing, and change the negative cognition into positive cognition. The result of this therapy is the reduction of aggressive behavior. The reduction of aggressive behavior reflects that there has been an adaptive information processing. Participant indicates behavioral changes that were reflected in the Child Behavioral Checklist (CBCL) scores. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan Resource Development and Installation (RDI) untuk menurunkan simtom trauma pada anak dengan Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Partisipan merupakan anak laki-laki usia 8 tahun yang mengalami trauma seksual. Intervensi dilakukan selama 7 sesi menggunakan 4 teknik yaitu Point of Power, Container, Pendulation Exercise, dan Four Field.
Tujuan dari penerapan teknik RDI yaitu untuk mengurangi simtom trauma dengan meningkatkan sumber daya positif dan menurunkan perasaan-perasaan negatif.
Hasil intervensi menunjukkan adanya penurunan simtom trauma, peningkatan sumber daya positif, dan penurunan perasaan negatif yang terlihat dari penurunan skor CRIES-13. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan perilaku anak menjadi lebih adaptif. Anak merasa lebih mampu meregulasi emosi negatifnya dengan menggunakan sumber daya positif yang telah dipelajarinya.

This study was conducted to determine the therapeutic application of Resource Development and Installation (RDI) to reduce trauma symptoms on a child with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Participant was an 8 year old boy who?s experiencing sexual trauma. The intervention process was conducted in a total of 7 sessions using 4 RDI techniques including Point of Power, Container, Pendulation Exercise, and Four Field.
The purpose of RDI application was to reduce trauma symptoms by increasing positive resources and minimize negative cognitions.
The results showed decreasing of trauma symptoms and negative cognitions and an increase of positive resources and cognitions that is marked by lowering of scores obtained from CRIES-13. In addition, participant's behaviors were noted to be more adaptive. The participant felt that he?s able to regulate his negative emotion more using his positive resources.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi Resource Development and Installation (RDI) pada remaja perempuan usia 16 tahun 10 bulan yang mengalami Traumatic Grief . RDI dilakukan dengan tiga tehnik, yaitu Point of Power, Absorption dan Four F ield. Tehnik Point of Power digunakan untuk membangkitkan resource positif yang dimiliki anak. Kemudian, tehnik Absorption digunakan untuk memroses ingatan menyedihkan tentang situasi yang mengingatkan anak pada mendiang/almarhum dan membangkitkan kekuatan anak untuk menghadapi situasi tersebut. Lalu, dilanjutkan menggunakan tehnik Four F ield untuk memvisualisasikan gambar atau bayangan yang masih mengganggu anak, tehnik ini juga bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan anak menghadapi materi traumatis di situasi sebenarnya. Tujuan dari terapi RDI adalah membangkitkan resource guna membentuk positive cognition yang akan bermanfaat untuk mengubah negative cognition pada anak.
Hasil terapi menunjukkan penurunan simptom traumatic grief yang cukup signifikan. Penurunan simptom dan tingkat ketergangguan terhadap materi trauma menjadi bukti telah terjadi pemrosesan informasi yang adaptif pada anak. Hal tersebut nampak dari perubahan perilaku anak yang tidak menampilkan hyperarousal, seperti tangisan yang tak terkendali dan kecemasan yang berlebihan. Setelah terapi, AM menjadi lebih tenang, dapat mengendalikan diri dan tidak larut dalam kesedihannya. AM juga menunjukkan indikasi pergeseran tahapan griefing menuju ke arah acceptance.

This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of therapy Resource Development and Installation (RDI) in a 16 years and 10 months girl who suffered Traumatic Grief. RDI performed with three techniques, there are Point of Power, Absorption and Four Field. Point of Power techniques are used to awaken positive resources owned by the child. Then, Absorption techniques used to process the sad memories of situations that remind the child of the deceased and awaken the resources/power of the child to deal with the situation. Then, proceed to use the Four Field technique to visualize an image or feeling that still interfere the children, this technique also aims to prepare the child face traumatic material in the actual situation. The goal of RDI therapy is to awaken resources in order to form a positive cognition that would be beneficial to change the negative cognition in children.
Results of therapy showed a decrease in the symptoms of traumatic grief significantly. The decrease in symptoms and subjective unit of distress of the traumatic material have proved that adaptive information processing in children is occurred. It is apparent from the changes in the behavior of the child who do not show hyperarousal, such as uncontrollable weeping and excessive anxiety. After therapy, AM becomes calmer, able to control herself and not dissolve in grief anymore. AM also showed indications of a shift griefing?s stage toward acceptance."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan intervensi Resource Development and Installation (RDI) dalam menurunkan gejala-gejala developmental trauma pada R, seorang anak laki-laki berusia 11 tahun yang mengalami kekerasan seksual oleh saudara kandungnya. Tujuan dari intervensi RDI adalah mengurangi gejala-gejala trauma R dengan cara membangkitkan resource yang dimilikinya dan mengubah kognisi negatif menjadi lebih positif sehingga menurunkan tingkat ketergangguan R terhadap pengalaman traumatisnya. Intervensi RDI dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Point of Power, Pendulation Exercise, dan Absorption. Teknik Point of Power digunakan untuk membangkitkan sumber daya positif yang dimiliki anak. Pada teknik Pendulation Exercise, anak dihadapkan dengan materi mengganggu berupa ekspresi gambar dan dilatih untuk memindahkan fokus dari kondisi tidak menyenangkan ke kondisi tenang. Pada teknik Absorption, anak memproses ingatan menganggu dan membangkitkan resource untuk menghadapi situasi tersebut.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan penerapan RDI dapat menurunkan gejala developmental trauma pada anak yang mengalami kekerasan seksual yang terukur dari penurunan gejala developmental trauma dan tingkat ketergangguan terhadap pengalaman traumatis. Hasil tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa RDI dapat memfasilitasi terjadinya Adaptive Information Processing pada anak dengan developmental trauma. Setelah intervensi, R mampu menenangkan dirinya, tidak lagi menghindari situasi keluarga, dan memusatkan perhatian di sekolah.

This study was conducted to measure the effectiveness of Resource Development and Installation (RDI) to reduce symptoms of developmental trauma on R, a 11-year-old boy who experienced sibling sexual abuse. The goal of RDI intervention is to reduce symptoms of developmental trauma by activating the child‟s resources in order to change the negative cognition become more positive so the distress level of traumatic experience will be decreased. RDI performed by using Point of Power, Pendulation Exercise and Absorption Techniques. Point of Power Technique is used to activate positive resources owned by the child. Through Exercise Pendulation technique, the child is confronted with disturbing material in the form of images and learn to shift focus from unpleasant state to calming state. Then, Absorption technique is used to process disturbing memories and activate positive resources of the child and acquire new positive coping strategy to deal with possible traumatic situation in the future.
Results of this study suggest that RDI intervention effectively decreased symptoms of developmental trauma on a child with history of sexual abuse. The decrease in developmental trauma symptoms and subjective unit of distress of traumatic memory confirmed that RDI can facilitate the adaptive information processing in children with developmental trauma. After the intervention, R becomes calmer, more open to family, and also shows improvement in concentration and behaviors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas Resource Development and
Installation (RDI), sebagai tahapan stabilisasi psikologis pada anak usia 9 tahun yang
mengalami trauma pada masa perkembangan. Penelitian dilakukan dalam empat sesi
yang setiap sesinya berlangsung selama 60 menit. Teknik RDI diterapkan guna
mengaktifasi perasaan aman dan sumber daya positif pada anak. Hasil dari penelitian
menunjukan kemampuan partisipan dalam mengembangkan perasaan aman. Partisipan
menunjukan perubahan perilaku yang terlihat dalam pengukuran Child Behavior
Checklist (CBCL) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Resource Developmental and
Installation (RDI) technique as a psychological stabilization in 9-years-old child with
developmental trauma. The study was done in a total of 4 sessions with each session
runs for 60 minutes. RDI protocols served as activating agent in order to activate
positive resources. The results of the intervention program show positive results. The
participant was able to successfully develop a sense of security and gain positive
resource. Participant indicates behavioral changes that were reflected in the Child
Behavioral Checklist (CBCL) scores pre and post intervention."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada anak usia 9
tahun dengan menggunakan teknik Resource Development and Installation (RDI),
sebagai tahapan stabilisasi psikologis. Penelitian dilakukan dalam empat sesi yang
setiap sesinya berlangsung selama kurang lebih 60 menit. Teknik RDI diterapkan
guna mengaktifasi perasaan aman dan sumber daya positif pada anak. Hasil dari
penelitian menunjukan kemampuan klien dalam mengembangkan perasaan aman
dan meningkatkan sumber daya positif. Klien menunjukan perubahan perilaku
yang terlihat dalam pengukuran Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), wawancara
dan observasi, serta skala agresivitas sebelum dan sesudah intervensi.

"Bencana banjir menyebabkan dampak psikologis yang cukup besar, salah satunya Acute Stres Disorder (ASD). Dampak psikologis yang muncul rasa panik ketakutan kehilangan salah satu nya dengan pemberian Terapi Swabantu. Tujuan penelitina ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penagruh terapi swabantu terhadap perubahan tanda dan gejala Acute Stres Disorder pada korban bencana banjir dikecamatan Plaju Kota Palembang.
Metode penelitian ini mengunakan Quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan pre and post test design with control group dengan kriteria inklusi berada pada rentang usia 40-60 tahun, nilai Acute Stres Disorder Scala (ASDS) > 56, tidak sedang dalam pengobatan dan atau sakit kritis, tinggal diwilayah kecamatan Plaju, bersedia mengikuti penelitan sebagai responden.Alat ukur yang digunakan Acute Stres Disorder Scala (ASDS), analisis penelitian ini yaitu univariat dan bivariate. Tujuh puluh enam respoden yang terlibat, terbagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan kelompk intervensi.
Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan tanda dan gejala ASD dengan hubungan yang bermakna (p<0,05). Variabel yang berhubungan dengan tanda dan gejala ASD antara lain jenis kelamin dan pekerjaan, sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan yaitu variabel usia, pendidikan dan penghasilan,(p > 0,05). Rekomendasi dapat dijadikan alternatif terapi untuk fase akut penangan koban bencana.

Flood disasters cause quite large psychological impacts, one of which is Acute Stress Disorder (ASD). The psychological impact that arises from the fear of losing is one of them with the provision of self-help therapy. The purpose of this research is to identify the adherents of self-help therapy to changes in signs and symptoms of acute stress disorder in flood victims in the Plaju district of Palembang city. This research method uses Quasi experiment with pre and post test design with control group design with inclusion criteria in the age range of 40-60 years, the value of Acute Stress Disorder Scala (ASDS)> 56, not in treatment and or critically ill, living In the area of Plaju sub-district, they are willing to participate in research as a respondent. Measuring instruments used are the Acute Stress Disorder Scala (ASDS), the analysis of this research is univariate and bivariate. Seventy six respondents were involved, divided into the control group and the intervention group. The results showed a decrease in signs and symptoms of ASD with a significant relationship (p <0.05). Variables related to signs and symptoms of ASD included gender and occupation, while those that were not related were age, education and income (p> 0.05). Recommendations can be used as alternative therapies for the acute phase of disaster management."
