"ABSTRAK
Identity Conflict adalah ketidaksesuaian yang dirasakan seseorang pada dua atau lebih identitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah positive gender identity dan female role model berpengaruh terhadap identity conflict dan berdampak pada emotional exhaustion dengan sampel pemimpin wanita (N=151) di Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survey online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa female role model tidak berpengaruh terhadap identity conflict. Ditemukan bahwa positive gender identity berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap identity conflict dan identity conflict berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap emotional exhaustion.

ABSTRACT
Identity conflict is an incongruence perceived by someone in two or more identities. This research is aimed to examine whether positive gender identity and female role model had any effect on identity conflict and in the end towards emotional exhaustion. Sample of this research are women leaders in Indonesia (N=151). The method used in the study is online survey. The results shows that there are no effect between female role model toward identity conflict. There are negatively significant effect of positive gender identity toward identity conflict and positively significant effect of identity conflict toward emotional exhaustion"

Terdapatnya pertentangan antara identitas sebagai pemimpin yang harus menampilkan perilaku agentic seperti agresif, asertif dan independen dengan identitas sebagai wanita yang harus menampilkan perilaku communal seperti peduli, perhatian dan dependen pada seorang pemimpin wanita menyebabkan munculnya identity conflict. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan positive gender identity, stereotype threat, dan leadership self efficacy dengan identity conflict serta hubungan antara identity conflict terhadap life satisfaction pada pemimpin wanita. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan self report melalui survey online dengan sampel pemimpin wanita di Indonesia N=151 . Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam dua tahap dimana tahap pertama mengukur variabel dependen, dan tahap kedua untuk memperoleh data dari variabel independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara positive gender identity, stereotype threat, dan leadership self efficacy terhadap identity conflict. Serta terdapat hubungan antara identity conflict terhadap life satisfaction.

ABSTRACT
There is a contradiction between identity as a leader who must display agentic behavior likes agressive, assertive, and independent with an identity as a woman who must display communal behavior likes caring, watchfulness, and dependent in female leaders leads to the emergence of an identity conflict. This research aims to examine the relationship between positive gender identity, stereotype threat, and leadership self efficacy towards identity conflict and identity conflict toward life satisfaction on woman leader. The method used to measure the variables in this study using self report through online survey with sample of female leaders in Indonesia N 151 . The data collected into two times. Time 1 collect data on the dependent variable, and time 2 to collect data from independent variable. The result shows that there is correlation between positive gender identity toward identity conflict, stereotype threat toward identity conflict, leadership self efficacy toward identity conflict, and identity conflict toward life satisfaction. "

"Konflik interpersonal pada remaja merupakan hal yang tidak terlepas dalam kehidupan sosialnya. Dalam interaksi akan muncul pertentangan dan terkadang individu akan berselisih pendapat. Walaupun konflik dapat mengancam hubungan sosial namun konflik tidak selalu merusak hubungan sosial. Cara mengatasi konflik merupakan hal yang menentukan apakah konflik menjadi sesuatu yang fungsional ataupun disfungsional. Program intervensi resolusi konflik menggunakan metode skillstreaming merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan keterampilan resolusi konflik pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas program intervensi skillstreaming dalam mengembangkan keterampilan resolusi konflik pada seorang remaja. Setelah dilakukan analisis perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test dengan alat ukur Conflict Resolution Style Inventory (CRSI), diketahui bahwa program ini belum mampu mengembangkan resolusi konflik pada remaja.

Interpersonal conflict in adolescence is inevitable feature in their social relationship. When they interact, disagreement may arise. They sometimes disagree. Eventhough conflict may jeopardize social relationship, conflict is not necessarily detrimental. The way conflicts are handled is important in determining whether conflicts are functional or dysfunctional. Intervention program for conflict resolution using skillstreaming methods is a way to develop conflict resolution skill in adolescent. In the current research, the main focus is to see effectiveness of skillstreaming intervention program to develop conflict resolution skill in adolescent. After analyzing the result of pre-test and post test with Conflict Resolution Style Inventory (CRSI) on adolescent, the result shows this program has not been able to develop conflict resolution in adolescents.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek keneradaan penonton pada performa individu melalui perspektif hambatan sosial dan menggunakan teori distraksi. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menggunakan metode distraksi dari sumber nonsosial untuk melihat apakah konflik atensi yang muncul dapat mengarah pada dorongan untuk meningkatkan atau menurunkan performa seseorang. Penelitian ini menggunakan manusia hologram 3D untuk melihat apakah ada efek distraksi yang sama. Sampel acak yang diambil dari mahasiswa (N = 40) dikumpulkan untuk melalukan English Paragraph Typing Test, dan performa mereka diukur menggunakan Net Word Per Minute (WPM). Partisipan juga dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok: Kelompok dengan penonton & kelompok tanpa penonton. Pada kelompok dengan penonton, partisipan diminta untuk menyelesaikan tugas dalam ruangan dengan manusia hologram 3D, sedangkan pada kelompok tanpa penonton, partisipan diminta mengerjakan tugas sendirian tanpa hologram tersebut. Untutk melihat signifikansi dari kedua kelompok, data dianalisis menggunakan t-test. Hasil menunjukan hal yang berlawanan dengan penelitian sebelumnya, yaitu kelompok tanpa penonton berperforma lebih baik daripada kelompok dengan penonton serta tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dalam tingkat distraksi. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan menambah jumlah sampel dan sesi dengan tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda, tapi untuk menghindari efek kelelahan, disarankan melakukan tiga sesi dengan jeda waktu tertentu."
