"With this book, Reichert and Weber address these flexibility needs and provide an overview of PAIS with a strong focus on methods and technologies fostering flexibility for all phases of the process lifecycle (i.e., modeling, configuration, execution and evolution). Their presentation is divided into six parts. Part I starts with an introduction of fundamental PAIS concepts and establishes the context of process flexibility in the light of practical scenarios. Part II focuses on flexibility support for pre-specified processes, the currently predominant paradigm in the field of business process management (BPM). Part III details flexibility support for loosely specified processes, which only partially specify the process model at build-time, while decisions regarding the exact specification of certain model parts are deferred to the run-time. Part IV deals with user- and data-driven processes, which aim at a tight integration of processes and data, and hence enable an increased flexibility compared to traditional PAIS. Part V introduces existing technologies and systems for the realization of a flexible PAIS. Finally, part VI summarizes the main ideas of this book and gives an outlook on advanced flexibility issues."

"Dashboard is a computer interface that displays a variety of charts, graphs, tables, which are selected reports from various data that are considered important to display rapidly, with an attractive appearance, dynamic, and relevant so that it can immediately be seen quickly to analyze a condition. Dashboard information system is widely used in various companies as a support system for decision-making where Dashboard usually displays data business trends of the company or the achievement of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of a company. The method used is descriptive analysis by means of collecting information that areimportant for universities to be considered asthe Key Success Factors (KSF) of the university, and then, the design of the dashboard is made in accordance with these important factors. The result of this study is a grand design of information systems for the university performance monitoring, starting from the reception of students, faculty performance, student academic achievement, effectiveness and efficiency of services, including graduates. It is expected that by the time the system has been fully implemented, the university can take action quickly and accurately with respect to the required conditions."

"Development of innovation that affected by information systems such as BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) are becoming a trend in recent decades to achieve performance improvement. To be able to formulate a strategy of higher education innovation that is part of strategic management, research needs to be done on the model of organizational innovation, information systems, and strategic innovation. This research used expert judgment and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to obtain the variables of designated model. The factors that affect the most to organizational innovation performance is Organizational Change with a total effect of 0.619 for Jakarta, 0.679 for Bandung, and 0.679 for Bogor. Specifically, the most affecting is coordination improvement. This research shows that in higher education, organizational innovation depends more on the process."
