"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan situasional yang diterapkan oleh Lurah Menteng Atas Kecamatan Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan Lurah Menteng Atas, bagaimana tingkat kematangan pegawai Kelurahan Menteng Atas, dan bagaimana kesesuaian antara gaya kepemimpinan Lurah dengan tingkat kematangan pegawai Kelurahan Menteng Atas. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan tujuan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa Lurah Menteng Atas menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan Participating dan tingkat kematangan pegawai Kelurahan Menteng Atas berada pada M4 atau tinggi. Hal ini menggambarkan cenderung adanya kesesuaian antara gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan dengan tingkat kematangan karyawan. Hal ini sejalan dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang ada pada organisasi publik seperti Kelurahan Menteng Atas, yaitu terdapat kebijakan yang hanya dapat diputuskan oleh Lurah itu sendiri, atau suatu kewenangan yang hanya dimiliki olehnya. Sehingga pemimpin disektor publik lebih menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang memang sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi yang ada.

This study aims to analyze the situational leadership style adopted by the Setiabudi subdistrict headman Menteng Upper South Jakarta. The question in this research is how the leadership style headman Menteng Atas, how the level of maturity of Menteng Upper Village employees, and how the fit between leadership style village chief with the maturity level employees Menteng Upper Village. The approach used for this research is quantitative research and the purpose of this research is descriptive. Based on the results of the study, showed that the headman Menteng Atas apply leadership style and level of maturity Participating employees Menteng Top village located on the M4 or higher. This illustrates tend compatibility between leadership style that is applied to the maturity level of the employee. This is in line with the style of leadership that exist in public organizations such as the Village Menteng Atas, that there are policies that can only be decided by the village chief himself, or an authority that belongs only to him. So that more public sector leaders apply leadership style that is appropriate to the situation and conditions."

"Desa Cikarageman merupakan salah satu desakota yang berada dekat dengan Jakarta. Pembangunan perumahan skala besar telah mengkonversi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan, telah membawa banyak perubahan pada desa ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Cikarageman dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai kantor desa dengan menggunakan teori dari Rivai mengenai peran kepemimpinan. Rivai mengungkapkan peran pokok kepemimpinan, yakni sebagai pengambil keputusan, pengendali konflik dan pembangun tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kepala Desa Cikarageman cukup berperan kantor desa, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pengendali konflik, namun masih perlu meningkatkan perannya sebagai pembangun tim.

Cikarageman Village is one of rurban located close to Jakarta. Large-scale housing development has been converting its agricultural land into housing, brought many changes in the village. This study aimed to describe the role of Cikarageman?s village chief leadership at the village office by using the theory of Rivai on a leadership role. Rivai reveals the essential role of leadership, the decision-making, controlling conflict and team builder. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. This study found that Cikarageman village head significant role village office, particularly in decision-making and control of conflict, but still needs to enhance its role as a team builder."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang penerapan gaya kepemimpinan situasional oleh Kepala Bidang pada seluruh unit kerja Kantor Regional V Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Sumber daya manusia adalah bagian dari asset dalam organisasi. Kesuksesan organisasi dipengaruhi oleh kinerja pegawai. Pada situasi ini, untuk mengefektifkan organisasi, pemimpin mampu membaca situasi dari bawahannya melalui pemilihan gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan tingkat kematangan bawahannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan gaya kepemimpinan situasional seluruh Kepada Bidang di setiap unit kerja Kantor Regional V Badan Kepegawaian Negara, Jakarta. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebaiknya pimpinan memperhatikan situasi dan menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinannya dengan tingkat kematangan pegawai.

The focus of this study was meant to describe head of unit's leadership style in National Civil Service Agency Regional Office V Jakarta. Human Resources are the main assets of an organization. The succesful of the organization depend on their performance. In this situation, to make an effective organization, a leader has to read follower's situation by chosen a best leadership style to fit with the level of follower maturity.

This research aim to give a description of Head Unit's leadership style in National Civil Service Agency Regional Office V Jakarta. The result of this research is showing that a leader should be able to apply the appropriate leadership style to the situation and the characters are owned by employees."
