"ABSTRAK
Operator jaringan bergerak, saat ini dihadapkan dengan penurunan pendapatan
(revenue) tetapi di lain sisi juga dihadapkan dengan kebutuhan biaya yang makin
tinggi, untuk menjaga kinerja jaringan dengan performansi yang tinggi.
Pengurangan pendapatan dan peningkatan biaya akan membuat sulit bagi operator
untuk mendanai biaya pembangunan yang cenderung akan meningkat secara
signifikan di masa depan.
Sebagai solusi alternatif, dengan Berbagi Jaringan / RAN Sharing akan merupakan
solusi yang layak dipertimbangkan untuk mengurangi pengeluaran biaya jaringan,
dan ini merupakan kecendrungan / trend yang dilakukan oleh para operator
telekomunikasi di dunia saat ini.
Namun solusi RAN Sharing, walau pun mengurangi biaya investasi dan biaya
operasional, tapi timbul pertanyaan apakah dengan menjalankan strategi ini akan
menguntungkan bagi para operator yang menjalankannya. Hal ini perlu dilakukan
analisis keuangan baik itu dari sisi manfaat atau biaya yang timbul dari penerapan
strategi ini, mau pun analisis kelayakan bisnis ini.
Analisis rasio manfaat dan biaya akan menggunakan beberapa variable seperti biaya
implementasi, pendapatan yang diperoleh dan kerugian dari biaya operasional dan
juga kerugian dari potensi pendapatan yang hilang karena implementasi proyek ini.
Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa bisnis layanan untuk indoor coverage tidak
terlalu menjanjikan pendapatan yang besar. Solusi dengan Berbagi Jaringan (RAN
Sharing) cukup membuat rasio manfaat dan biaya meningkat dan menjanjikan.
Tetapi kebutuhan indoor coverage tetap dibutuhkan untuk menjaga image suatu
operator oleh para pelanggannya.

ABSTRACT
Recently the mobile network operators are facing with a decline in income/revenue
but on the other hand are also faced with the operational cost that getting higher, to
maintain network performance with high performance. Reduction of revenues and
increased costs will make many difficulties for operators for funding the development
costs are likely to increase significantly in the future
As an alternative solution, the RAN Sharing should be considered as potential
solution to reduce network expenses, and this is a trend that is already done by the
world telecom operators today.
Even, RAN sharing solution already proven that may reduce investment costs and
operating expenses, but the question arises whether to execute this strategy will be
had financial profitable for the operators who run this strategy. These issues would
be financing analyzed both in terms of financial benefits or costs arising from the
implementation of this strategy, and even the business feasibility analysis.
Cost-Benefit Ratio analysis will be using several variables such as implementation
costs, revenue and losses from operating costs as well as loss of potential lost
revenue due to the implementation of this project.
From the analysis found that business services for indoor coverage is not too
promising huge income. RAN Sharing solutions are enough to make the ratio of
benefits and costs are rising and promising. But the requirement for indoor coverage
is needed to keep the operator image from customer perspective."

"Industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia mengalami penurunan revenue growth di beberapa tahun terakhir. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pergesaran tren transformasi digital yang mengakibatkan kebutuhan legacy service bergeser ke digital service. Sementara itu, pendapatan dari digital service saat ini belum dapat menggantikan pendapatan dari legacy service. Internet of Things menjadi sebuah solusi yang dapat dimanfaaatkan oleh operator selular untuk menaikan kembali bisnis telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Internet of things merupakan sebuah konsep yang bertujuan untuk memperluas manfaat dari konektifitas internet yang tersambung secara terus menerus. IoT terdiri dari sensor, jaringan telekomunikasi, dan aplikasi yang mampu berbagi data, kontrol jarak jauh dari sebuah benda atau perangkat. IoT merupakan salah satu entitas di era 5G. selain itu IoT juga merupakan teknologi kunci dalam revolusi industri 4.0. Telkomsel merupakan salah satu operator selular di Indonesia yang mengalami masalah yang sama. Untuk dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas bagaimana strategi Telkomsel dalam mengimplementasikan bisnis berbasis IoT. Analisis strategi dilakukan Dengan menggunakan konsep kerangka analitis  strategis yaitu dengan metode SWOT,Matriks evaluasi internal dan eksternal dan Pemilihan alternatif strategi dengan menggunakan metode QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Telkomsel dalam posisi Growth Oriendted Strategi dimana strategi yang cocok adalah pengembangan produk dan penetrasi pasar. Strategi yang dipilih adalah Melakukan pengembangan produk IoT untuk sektor industri dengan menggunakan teknologi dan infrastruktur eksisting dimulai dari daerah urban seperti IoT untuk sektor manufacturing, transportasi, smartmatering, lalu layanan IoT di daerah rural seperti di sektor pertanian, perkebunan, dan perikanan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi ekonomi IoT.

 

 


The telecommunications industry in Indonesia has experienced a decline in revenue growth in recent years. This is due to a shift in the trend of digital transformation which has caused a shift in the need from legacy service to digital service. Meanwhile, revenues from digital services currently cannot replace revenue from legacy services. Internet of Things (IoT) is a solution that can be utilized by Mobile Network Operators (MNO) to boost the telecommunications business in Indonesia. Concept of IoT aims to expand the benefits of internet connectivity that is continuously connected. IoT consists of sensors, telecommunications networks, and applications that are able to share data, control remotely from a device or thing. IoT is one of the entities in the 5G era, that is also a key technology in the industrial revolution 4.0. Telkomsel is one of the cellular operators in Indonesia that faces the same problem. In research, we will discuss how Telkomsel`s strategy in implementing IoT-based business. Strategy analysis is carried out using analytical analysis strategies, namely the SWOT method, internal and external evaluation matrix and selection of alternative strategies using the QSPM method. The results of the study indicate that Telkomsel is in a position of Maintained Growth Strategy where the strategies are suitable for product development and market purchases. The chosen strategy is to develop IoT products for the industrial sector using existing technology and infrastructure starting from urban area such as IoT for manufacturing, transportation, smartmetering, then IoT services in rural areas such as in agriculture, plantations and fisheries to get great benefit from IoT economic value.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengadopsian E-Commerce pada UMKM khususnya bisnis keluarga dan pengaruh moderasi family business?s strategic orientations terhadap pengadopsian ECommerce. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Logistic Regression.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan external pressure dan perceived benefits memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap pengadopsian E-Commerce. Sedangkan organizational readiness tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap pengadopsian E-Commerce. Family business?s strategic orientations memiliki pengaruh secara moderasi antara external pressure, organizational readiness dan perceived benefits.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the adoption of E-Commerce on SMEs in particular family business's and moderating influence of family business strategic orientations towards the adoption E-Commerce. The data analysis technique used is the logistic regression.
The results showed the external pressure and perceived benefits have positive influence on the adoption E-Commerce. While organizational readiness has no positive influence on the adoption E-Commerce. Family business's strategic orientations have moderating influence between external pressure,organizational readiness and perceived benefits on the adoption E-Commerce."

"Kenaikan jumlah kelahiran di Indonesia pada era pandemi memberikan peluang bagi usaha perlengkapan Bayi. Bersamaan dengan ini, transaksi pembelian online pun meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui segmentasi nilai dari setiap segmen pelanggan menggunakan Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) dan menyusun strategi untuk setiap segmentasi pelanggan guna meningkatkan nilai daya saing usaha. Metode K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk mensegmentasi pelanggan menjadi beberapa kluster dan nilai CLV dipakai untuk menentukan nilai dari setiap segmen pelanggan dengan variabel Recency, Frequency, dan Monetary (RFM). Penyebaran kluster menggunakan Customer Value Matrix (CVM) juga dilakukan untuk memastikan karakteristik kluster. Data sekunder didapat dari transaksi penjualan. Analisa penjualan produk dilakukan dengan metode Association Rule yang menghasilkan salah satu strategi dalam Customer Development. Penelitian menghasilkan 5 kluster untuk pelanggan dengan 16 strategi untuk keseluruhan kluster. Strategi cross-selling merupakan strategi yang paling direkomendasikan.

The increase number of births in Indonesia during the pandemic era provided opportunities for baby equipment businesses. At the same time, online purchase transactions have also increased. This study aims to determine the segmentation and value of each customer segment using CLV and develop strategies for each customer segmentation in order to increase the value of business competitiveness. The K-Means Clustering method is used to segment customers into several clusters and the CLV value is used to determine the value of each customer segment with the RFM variable. Cluster deployment using CVM is also carried out to ensure cluster characteristics. Secondary data is obtained from sales transactions. Analysis of product sales is carried out using the Association Rules method which results in one of the strategies in Customer Development. The research resulted in 5 clusters for customers with 16 strategies for the whole cluster. Cross-selling strategy is the most recommended strategy"

"Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong bisnis untuk berjalan dengan cara baru tentang kemampuan organisasi dalam bertahan dalam situasi apapun. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana jaringan bisnis dan kapabilitas platform digital menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kapasitas ketahanan organisasi dan di saat yang sama tetap menjaga kinerjanya. Menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari 241 perusahaan properti di Indonesia yang diolah menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap ketahanan dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa peran kapabilitas platform digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dalam konteks sektor properti di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris yang menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis dapat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi dan memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana jaringan bisnis perusahaan dan kapabilitas platform digital, dalam konteks sektor properti, dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan kapasitas ketahanan organisasinya, yang membantu untuk bertahan dari krisis dan berkinerja baik secara berkelanjutan.

Covid-19 pandemic is driving businesses to grow and run in new ways about an organization's ability to survive in any situation. This study examines how business networks and digital platform capabilities are factors that affect the resilience capacity of organizations and at the same time maintain their performance. Using data collected from 241 property companies in Indonesia processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis, the results of this study show that business networks have a positive and significant influence on the resilience and performance of organization. This study also reveals that role of digital platform capabilities has no significant effect on organizational performance in the context of the property sector in Indonesia. This research provides empirical contributions that business networks can have a direct effect on organizational performance and provides new insights into how a company's business networks and digital platform capabilities, in the context of the property sector, can influence the development of its organizational resilience capacity, which helps it to survive crises and perform well sustainably."
