Riset ini membuat permaian serious simulation game baru yang memodelkan aspek supply chain dan pemasaran untuk memahami permasalahan integrasi kedua aspek tersebut. Pemain akan memerankan manager pemasaran dan supply chain serta menyelesaikan permasalahan pada setiap dan antara kedua bidang tersebut. Pemain akan mempelajari dan menerapkan konsep-konsep integrasi antara supply chan dan pemasaran selama memecahkan permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa permaianan simulasi ini berhasil mengajarkan konsep-konsep integrasi antara supply chain dengan pemasaran.

This research develop a new serious simulation game that models supply chain and marketing aspects of in order to understand integration problem between both aspects. Players will as play the manager of marketing and supply chain and solving the problems in each and between the two fields. Players will learn and apply the concepts of integration between the supply and marketing chan for solving the problem. The results showed that the simulated games or successfully teach the concepts of integration between supply chain to marketing."

"Pemahaman dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap isu lingkungan dan sosial kini menjelma menjadi tuntutan bagi perusahaan untuk berfokus pada sustainability keberlanjutan . Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu tantangan terbesar saat ini di mana perusahaan diharapkan tidak hanya berfokus pada keuntungan secara ekonomi, tetapi juga ramah lingkungan dan mengayomi sosial masyarakat. Rantai pasokan yang memperhatikan ketiga unsur tersebut ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial dikenal dengan sebutan Rantai Pasokan Berkelanjutan. Mengambil keputusan yang tepat pada situasi tertentu merupakan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan untuk memperoleh Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Berkelanjutan yang lebih hijau, lebih peduli, dan tentunya dalam sudut pandang perusahaan, dengan tidak meningkatkan risiko dan mengurangi keuntungan. Untuk mengembangkan kemampuan tersebut, baik akademisi maupun praktisi perlu memahami kompleksitas dari rantai pasokan berkelanjutan dan memetakan gambaran besar dari rantai pasokan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan rancangan sebuah Serious Simulation Game SSG sebagai media pembelajaran aktif Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Berkelanjutan, yang berfokus pada fungsi pengadaan, produksi, penjualan, dan keuangan, dengan menggunakan studi kasus pabrik minyak kelapa sawit PMKS dan user interface berbasis spreadsheet. SSG yang dibuat terbukti dapat membantu pemain memahami konsep dan kompleksitas, serta variabel yang mempengaruhi di dalam Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Berkelanjutan.

It is one of the biggest challenges today where companies are expected not only to focus on economic benefits, but also to be environmentally friendly and socially responsible. The supply chain that pays attention to these three elements economic, environmental, and social is known as the Sustainable Supply Chain. Making the right decision in a given situation is a necessary capability to acquire a greener and more caring Sustainable Supply Chain Management in the company 39 s point of view, with no increased risk and reduced profits. To develop these capabilities, both academics and practitioners need to understand the complexities of the sustainable supply chain and map out the big picture of the supply chain.

The result of this study is to obtain the design of Serious Simulation Game SSG as an active learning medium for Sustainable Supply Chain Management, which focuses on purchasing, production, sales, and finance functions, using case studies of crude palm oil mills with user interfaces based on spreadsheet. SSG made proven to help players understand the concept and complexity, as well as the variables that influence the Sustainable Supply Chain Management."

Being able to take the right decisions in certain situations is the skill needed to obtain an effective Supply Chain Management. "Pada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai pemilihan strategi green supply chain management (GSCM) untuk PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP). GSCM dilakukan sebagai upaya mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari aktivitas-aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dan subkriteria pemilihan strategi GSCM dan menganalisis pemilihan strategi GSCM yang sesuai untuk PT.XYZ. Melalui penelitian ini akan terbentuk jaringan ANP yang terdiri dari 6 kriteria dan 29 subkriteria yang terkumpul berbagai studi literatur dan pendapat para pakar. Dari 6 kriteria terdapat 1 kriteria yang berisi strategi GSCM, yaitu terdiri dari risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy. Metode ANP memudahkan pemilihan strategi GSCM yang kompleks melalui proses yang terstuktur dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif konsep ramah lingkungan dari para pakar dan perusahaan. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa innovation-based strategy sebagai strategi green supply chain management yang paling tepat dan sesuai untuk PT.XYZ.

This study elaborates business strategy selection for green supply chain management for PT.XYZ via Analytical Network Process. GSCM is initiated as a response to reduce environmental impacts from industrial activities. The purposes of this study are identifying criteria and sub criteria in selecting GSCM Strategy and analyzing a suitable GSCM strategy for PT.XYZ. This study proposes ANP network of 6 criteria and 29 sub criteria, which collected from literature review and experts judgement. One from six criteria contains GSCM strategy choices which are risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy. ANP solves complex GSCM strategy-selection by using more structured process and considering green perspectives from experts and PT.XYZ. The result from this research is innovation-based strategy as the most suitable and proper green supply chain management strategy for PT.XYZ."
