"Proses pembelajaran merupakan inti dari proses pendidikan formal di sekolahdimana di dalamnya terjadi interaksi antara berbagai komponen pembelajaran yaituguru, isi atau materi pembelajaran, siswa dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menganalisisimplementasi kebijakan standar proses di SMPN 2 Sukagumiwang KabupatenIndramayu dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan metodenya studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumen, observasi danwawancara. Hasil Penelitian tentang Bagaimana implementasi standar proses di SMPN2 Sukagumiwang Indramayu sebagai berikut:1. Aspek perencanaan pembelajaran yangterdiri dari rencana program pembelajaran dan silabus pada umumnya sudah ada tapisebagian besar bukan hasil karya sendiri. 2. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih perludibenahi terutama dari aspek jam belajar dan metode pembelajaran. 3. Penilaianpembelajaran perlu dioptimalkan lagi frekwensi, jenis dan pemanfaatannya. 4.Pengawasan pembelajaran perlu ditingkatkan lagi baik oleh Kepala Sekolah maupunPengawas Sekolah. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu : 1. Aspekkomunikasi masih perlu ditingkatkan baik kuantitas maupun kualitasnya. 2.Sumberdaya guru dan wewenangnya sudah cukup tetapi yang masih perlu diperhatikanadalah sumberdaya siswa, informasi, sarana dan dana. 3. Sikap para pelaksana belumoptimal mendukung implementasi standar proses. 4. Struktur birokrasi sekolah dalammelaksanakan implementasi standar proses sudah cukup berperan.

The learning process is the core of the formal education process at school where

it occurs in the interaction between the various components of the learning those are :

teachers, content or learning materials, students and the environment. This study

analyzes the policy implementation process standards in SMPN 2 Sukagumiwang

Indramayu district and the factors that influence it. This study used a qualitative

approach. The method used was a descriptive case study. Data was collected through

the study documents, observations and interviews. Research on how the implementation

of standard processes in SMPN 2 Sukagumiwang Indramayu obtained as follows : 1.

Aspects of the learning plan consists of plan learning program sand existing syllabus in

general but mostly not the work itself,. 2. Learning implementation still need to be

addressed, especially from the aspect of teaching hours and teaching methods. 3.

Assessment of learning needs to be optimized again the frequency, type andutilization.

4. Instructional supervision should be increased again by both the Principal and the

School Trustees. While the factors that influence, namely : 1. Communication aspect

could be improved both quantity and quality. 2. Resource teachers and authority is

sufficient but that remains to be seen is a student resource, information, facilities and

funds. 3. Attitude of the implementers is not optimal to support the implementation of

standard processes. 4. Bureaucratic structure of the schools in implementing the

standards implementation process has been quite instrumental."

"ABSTRAKTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan Standar Proses Ditingkat SMAN, Kabupaten Indaramyu dengan memakai teori dari Edward III merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan yaitu; informasi komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap para pelaksana kebijakan, dan struktur birokarasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang memberikan keleluasaan bagi peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai yang berpengaruh. dengan paradigma post-positivis yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan memakai teori, teori yang di pakai adalah Edward III. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data : wawancara yang mendalam, observasi insidental, dan dokumenter. Pengolahan data dengan melakukan pengkodingan, mereduksi, lalu melakukan uji validitas dengan triangulasi.Hasil Penelitian tentang Implementasi Kebijakan Standar Proses Ditingkat SMAN, Kabupaten Indaramyu.di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan standar proses ditingkat SMAN yang non unggulan, kabuapten Indramayu belum dilaksanakan dengan baik/masih lemah/rendah, namun pada SMAN 1 Sindang merupkan sekolah unggulan mantan RSBI sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik walaupun belum ideal karena masih ada yang harus mendapatkan perhatian yaitu pada upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif budaya organisasi. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti menemukan berbagai kekuarangan yang mungkin bisa dibenahi, untuk itu peneliti memberikan saran sebagai berikut: Pembenahan struktur birokrasi/pembagian wewenang tugas sekolah dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan sekolah dan daya dukungnya.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of standard process at general senior high school (SMAN) level in Indramayu regency by using Edward III theory. Factors that affect policy implementation are communication information, resources, attitude of policy implementor, and the structure of bureaucracy. This study conducts qualitative approach that gives discretion for the researcher to explore various effects and uses post-positivist paradigm as the research that uses theory. The theory used is Edward III theory. Qualitative research with descriptive analysis uses data collection technique through in-depth interview, incidental observation, and documentary study. The data is analyzed through coding, data reduction, and validity test through triangulation.The result of the study about the implementation of standard process policy at SMAN level indicates that the implementation of standard process policy at unconsidered-superior general senior high school in Indramayu regency is not implemented well yet. The implementation of standard process policy, however, has been implemented well at SMAN 1 Sindang as a considered-superior school and previously as RSBI even though it is not ideally implemented because of the need of attention in the effort to enhance collective awareness of organization culture. This study found various weaknesses that could be recovered. Consequently, it is suggested to: (c) reform bureaucracy or school task authority distribution regarding the needs and carrying capacity of school."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang Konsep Science Center dan Program Edukasi. Lokasi penelitian adalah Pusat Peragaan Iptek Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa Pusat Peragaan Iptek dalam Konsep dan Program Edukasinya belum dapat menyentuh semua lapisan masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan karena Konsep dan Program Edukasi Pusat Peragaan Iptek hanya dapat dipahami bagi orang yang mempunyai dasar sains. Pusat Peragaan Iptek harus memperbaharui Konsep dan Program Edukasinya agar dapat menyentuh seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

This thesis discusses the concept and Science Center Education Programs. Location of the study is Pusat Peragaan Iptek Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in Jakarta. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Results of this study indicated that Pusat Peragaan Iptek in Education Programs and Concept can not touch all levels of society. This is because the concept and Education Programs Pusat Peragaan Iptek can only be understood for people who have basic science. Pusat Peragaan Iptek must renew Concept and Education Programs in order to reach all levels of society."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan pembelajaran daring, loyalitas siswa pembelajaran daring, dan mediasi kepuasan siswa pembelajaran daring pada konsumen aplikasi Ruangguru di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 111 responden dengan kriteria menggunakan aplikasi Ruangguru untuk belajar daring minimal dua kali dalam seminggu, pelajar SMA minimal berusia 15 tahun, dan domisili Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial berupa regresi linear sederhana dengan SPSS versi 23.0 untuk Windows. Lalu, uji mediasi menggunakan teknik uji sobel yang hasilnya diperoleh dari kalkulator sobel test. Kemudian, pengujian dimensi menggunakan teknik confirmatory factor analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas siswa pembelajaran daring. Kepuasan siswa pembelajaran daring sebagai variabel mediasi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung dari kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas siswa. Dari ketiga dimensi kualitas layanan pembelajaran daring yang paling berpengaruh adalah tutor dan materi pembelajaran daring.

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-learning service quality, e-learning student loyalty, and e-learning student satisfaction as mediation on Ruangguru customers in Jakarta. This research used a quantitative approach by collecting data and information through questionnaires. Survey data collected from 111 respondents with the criteria were using Ruangguru for e-learning at least twice a week, at least 15-years-old in senior high school, and living in Jakarta. The datas were analyzed by descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis by simple linear regression using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The mediation uses the sobel test technique by calculator for the sobel test. The dimensions were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that e-learning service quality has an influence on e-learning student loyalty. E-learning student satisfaction as a mediation variable has an indirect effect of e-learning service quality on e-learning student loyalty. In addition, the most influential dimensions of e-learning service quality are tutors and e-learning materials."

"Kajian ini tentang penyempurnaan proses implementasi Evaluasi Diri Sekolah (EDS) dalam rangka penjaminan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Kabupaten Belitung dengan menggunakan kerangka teori kebijakan sebagai sebuah hirarki yang dikemukakan oleh Bromley (1989) melalui pendekatan Soft Systems Methodology (SSM). Penyempurnaan ini meliputi tiga tataran, yaitu tataran kebijakan, tataran organisasi, dan tataran operasional. Pada tataran kebijakan dihasilkan peraturan daerah (Perda) sebagai dasar hukum penyelenggaraan pendidikan di daerah. Pada tataran organisasi dihasilkan sistem Monitoring terhadap Sekolah oleh Pemerintah Daerah (MSPD) dengan tujuan melaksanakan monitoring terhadap jalannya proses implementasi EDS di satuan pendidikan sehingga dapat berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, dan untuk selanjutnya MSPD membuat pemetaan mutu pendidikan di daerah. Pada tataran operasional dihasilkan dua sistem, yaitu 1). Membentuk Tim Pengembang Sekolah (TPS) tujuannya adalah melakukan pengisian instrumen EDS secara obyektif, jujur dan transparan, 2). Menyusun Pakta Integritas Sekolah (PIS) dengan maksud agar dapat terbangun kesepahaman dan kesepakatan warga sekolah, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pelaksanaan EDS di satuan pendidikan. Dengan demikian diharapkan penjaminan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di kabupaten Belitung dapat terwujud.

The review is about the implementation of the School Self Evaluation (SSE) in order to the Education Quality Assurance and Improvement System (EQAIS) in the district of Belitung by using the theoretical framework of the policy process as a hierarchy by Bromley (1989) approach through Soft Systems Methodology (SSM). This enhancement includes three levels, namely the policy level, the organizational level and operational level.

At the policy level conducted studies on how local governments provide support or strengthening the implementation of the SSE in the educational unit that SSE program which is the only gateway to education quality assurance system to run smoothly and be a requirement for education units to carry it out. At the organizational level studies conducted on the role of school monitoring by district (SMD) in monitoring process through the implementation process of SSE can be run in accordance with established procedures, and than mapping the quality of education in the area.

At the operational level produced two systems, namely 1). Forming a school development team (SDT) to make the SSE process charging instrument more objective, honest and transparent, 2). Formulating a integrity pact school (IPS) in order to how to develop a common understanding and agreement of the school community so as to contribute to the implementation of SSE in the education unit. It is expected the underwriting process of education quality assurance and improvement system in the district Belitung can be realized."
