"Penelitian ini membahas tentang persepsi pegawai mengenai penilaian kinerja di Kecamatan Kemayoran. Teori yang dipakai berdasarkan teori Raymond Noe yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) dimensi, yaitu strategic congruence, validity, reliability, acceptability dan specificity. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan datanya dengan cara survei dan wawancara.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pegawai tentang penilaian kinerja di Kecamatan Kemayoran cenderung negatif atau tidak baik, hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil penggabungan seluruh dimensi dan di bagi atas dua kategori yaitu baik dan tidak baik. Selain itu, diketahui dari para pegawai yang di wawancara, bahwa masih banyak kendala yang ditemukan dan ketidaksesuaian yang perlu diperbaiki agar mencapai penilaian kinerja yang diinginkan, pegawai yang berkualitas, serta pencapaian tujuan instansi.

This study discusses the perceptions of employees regarding performance appraisal in Kemayoran district. The theory used by Raymond Noe theory consisting of 5 (five) dimensions, namely strategic congruence, validity, reliability, acceptability and specificity. This study uses quantitative descriptive design. Techniques of data collection by surveys and interviews.
Results of the study showed that employee perceptions of performance appraisal in Kemayoran district tend to be negative or not good, it is seen from the result of merging all dimensions and in the top two categories, good and bad. In addition, it is known from the employees in the interview, that there are still many problems were found and discrepancies that need fixing in order to achieve the desired performance appraisal, qualified personnel, as well as the achievement of agency goals.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik dengan tingkat pengetahuan orangtua tentang pendidikan seksual remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain korelatifl Pemilihan responden dilakukan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang yang merupakan orangtua yang sedang memiliki anak remaja. Analisis hasil penelitian dilakukan menggunakan rumus Chi Square (a=0,05) dengan p value untuk setiap hubungan antara karakteristik dengan tingkat pengetahuan orang tua tentang pendidikan seksual remaja yang dijelaskan dalam karakteristik usia (p value=0,56), budaya (p vaIue=0,262), pekerjaan (p vaIue=0,353), dan tingkat pendidikan (p va1ue=0,186). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signitikan antara kedua variabel. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakteristik orangtua meliputi usia, budaya, pekerjaan, dan tingkat pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan orangtua tentang pendidikan seksual remaja.

This research is aimed for knowing the correlation between characteristic and level of knowledge of parents about sexual education in adolescence. This research is a quantitative research using correlation design. Selection of sample was done by stratified random sampling technique. Respondents in this research are 97 people whom are parents having adolescence. Analysis of this research uses Chi square (a=0,05) formula with p values for each relationship between characteristic and level of knowledge of parents about sexual education that are explained by characteristic of age (p value=0,56), culture (p value=0,262), job (p value=0,353) and level of education (p value=0,186). The results show that there are no significant correlations between variables. In conclusion, characteristic of parents including age, culture, job and level of education do not influence level of knowledge of parents about sexual education in adolescence."

Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat Tentang Pemberian Tunjangan
Kinerja Daerah 2015. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Persepsi
Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat
Tentang Pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja Daerah 2015. Pendekatan yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan tujuan penelitian deskriptif.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Equity Theory yang dikemukakan
oleh Charles T. Schmidt (2006) dari The Unversity of Rhode Island. Berdasarkan
hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Satuan Polisi
Pamong Praja Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat adalah positif dan Equity berdasarkan
lima dimensi yang dikemukakan oleh Schmidt, yaitu dimensi kontribusi pekerjaan,
kontribusi kinerja, kontribusi individu, aturan distribusi, dan komparasi.
ABSTRACT
This research aims to look at civil servant Perception in Civil Service Police Unit of
Central Jakarta about Provision of Regional Performance Benefits 2015. The
questions in this research is how Civil Servant perception in Civil Service Police Unit
of Central Jakarta about Provision of Regional Performance Benefits 2015. The
approach used in this research is quantitative research and descriptive research
purpose. The theory used in this research is Equity Theory advanced by Charles T.
Schmidt (2006) of The University of Rhode Island. The results of the study show that
Civil Servant perception in Civil Service Police Unit of Central Jakarta was Positive
and Equity based on five dimensions expressed by Schmidt, they are the dimension of
the Job Contribution, Performance Contributions, Personal Contributions,
Distribution Rules and Comparisons."

"ABSTRAK
Puskesmas dalam menyelenggarakan berbagai upaya pelayanan kesehatan tidak terlepas dari pelayanan kefarmasian sebagai salah satu penunjangnya dengan apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab. Praktik kerja profesi di Puskesmas bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas; melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas; memiliki gambaran nyata dalam penyelesaian masalah pelaksanaan praktik kefarmasian di Puskesmas; serta mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain di Puskesmas. Praktik kerja profesi dilaksanakan selama satu bulan yang secara garis besar terdiri atas manajemen perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan kefarmasian. Pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja terdapat tugas khusus berupa evaluasi terapi nasofaringitis akut menggunakan metode deskriptif berdasarkan aspek tepat indikasi, tepat pemilihan obat, dan tepat rejimen dosis.

ABSTRACT
Health center, also known as Puskesmas Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat in Indonesia, is inseparable from the pharmaceutical care as its support system with pharmacist in charge in conducting various healthcare services for society. The aims of internship at Puskesmas were to know about the functions and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmaceutical practice to have knowledge and experience about pharmaceutical practice to learn about strategies and development of pharmaceutical practice to understand the challenges and their solutions in pharmaceutical practice and to be able to communicate and interact with other healthcare professionals in Puskesmas. The internship was held for one month which was divided into two sub majors pharmacy rsquo s managerial and clinical pharmaceutical practice. The spesific assignment was about the evaluation of acute nasopharyngitis therapy by descriptive method based on several aspects right indication, right selection of drugs, and right regimen dose."

Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan pemeliharaan, peningkatan kesehatan promotif , pencegahan penyakit preventif , penyembuhan penyakit kuratif , dan pemulihan kesehatan rehabilitatif , yang dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh, terpadu, dan berkesinambungan. Pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan di Puskesmas tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan pelayanan kefarmasian, yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi apoteker. Menanggapi hal tersebut, amat penting bagi seorang calon apoteker untuk belajar dan mendalami tugas, fungsi serta tanggung jawab apoteker untuk memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian yang layak pada pasien di puskesmas. Salah satu pembelajaran yang dapat diambil adalah dengan melakukan praktik di Puskesmas. Oleh karena itu Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kemayoran pada periode Januari 2017. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Puskesmas, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memahami peran serta tanggungjawab Apoteker di Puskesmas serta dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari serta untuk menambah wawasan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman melalui praktik langsung di Puskesmas.

ABSTRACT
Puskesmas is basic health service facility that conducts health maintenance, health promotion, prevention of illness, curative disease, and health restoration, implemented thoroughly, integrated and sustainable. Implementation of health efforts in Puskesmas can not be separated with pharmaceutical care, which plays an important role in improving the quality of health services for the community. Pharmaceutical care at Puskesmas are highly influenced by the competence of pharmacists. In response, it is very important for a pharmacist to study and explore the duties, functions and responsibilities of the pharmacist to provide appropriate pharmaceutical care to patients at the puskesmas. One of the lessons that can be learned is by doing the practice at Puskesmas. Therefore the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia in collaboration with Puskesmas Kecamatan Kemayoran in January 2017. After participating in activities Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA in Puskesmas, prospective pharmacists are expected to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in health centers and can apply the knowledge they have learned and to add insight, skills and experience through direct practice at the Puskesmas."

to manage a pharmacy or to deliver pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to

controlling, and reporting. On the other hand, pharmacist also has to deliver a
pharmaceutical care, such as receipt assessment, dispensing, drug information,
and evaluation of drug use. Specific assignment that been given is about the
recapitulation of rational drug use in the periode from February to April 2015.
Description data includes the use of antibiotics or injection dosage in patients with
a diagnosis of ISPA non pneumonia , non specific diarrhea and myalgia. "

"Skripsi ini membahas analisis manajemen program TB paru di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat tahun 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis input dan proses berdasarkan analisis sistem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan daftar tilik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis input diketahui jumlah petugas TB sudah cukup, terdapat laboratorium yang dilengkapi dengan peralatan diagnostik yang sesuai, ketersediaan obat TB sudah lengkap dan cukup, tatalaksana progam sudah tepat, pelaksanaan kegiatan berdasarkan kebijakan, tetapi anggaran belum dapat dinilai kecukupannya karena diperlukan analisis terhadap manfaat yang didapat, dan sasaran suspek TB paru tidak dapat diketahui karena tidak ada pencatatan dan pelaporan. Pada analisis proses diketahui bahwa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan perencanan yang dibuat, tugas pokok dan fungsi dtetapkan secara jelas, petugas diikutsertakan dalam pelatihan sebagai upaya pengembangan keterampilan, promosi kesehatan yang efektif adalah dengan penyuluhan kepada pasien, adanya kemitraan membantu dalam penanganan program TB paru, kegiatan pengawasan dilakukan 1 kali setahun melalui supervisi oleh tingkat Kabupaten/kota, sedangkan evaluasi didasarkan dari hasil pencatatan dan pelaporan namun terdapat pencatatan dan pelaporan yang belum lengkap. Guna meningkatkan kegiatan program TB paru di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kemayoran maka perlu ada pelatihan bagi petugas TB yang belum terlatih, melakukan analisis biaya guna mengetahui kecukupan anggaran kegiatan, meningkatkan penyuluhan sebagai bagian dari promosi kesehatan, dan melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan pada setiap kegiatan program TB paru.

In the research showed that the analysis input of TB officer in sufficient, has approriate laboratory with diagnostic equipment, availability medicine, effective managing program, implemetation of activities based on policies, but the budget can not be assessed for adequacy because there are no record keeping and reporting. On the analysis process is known as the activities carried out by the planning made, duties and clearly defined function. The officer participate in the training as skills development effort, effective health promotion counseling, the existent of partnership program help in pulmonary TB. Surveillance activities carried out once a year through supervision by any country or city level. While the evaluation is based on the keeping and reporting result, but the are keeping and reporting no yet completed. In order to increase the activity of pulmonary TB in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kemayoran, it is necessary to hold training for officer who have not been trained. Check cost analysis to determine the adequacy of budget activities, improvement counseling as a part of health promotion and keeping and reporting on any pulmonary TB progam activities."

"Jakarta dengan jumlah penduduk yang terus bertambah dan sebagian besar masih menggunakan air tanah dangkal sebagai sumber air bersih, menyebabkan terjadinya penggunaan air tanah berlebih sehingga terjadi penurunan kualitas air tanah. Kecamatan Kemayoran sebagai salah satu kecamatan di Jakarta yang memiliki tanggul pantai dan didominasi penggunaan tanah berupa permukiman mengalami penurunan kualitas air tanah. Tanggul pantai merupakan salah satu penyedia air tanah yang baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka timbul pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana sebaran kualitas air tanah dangkal di DKI Jakarta dan hubungan kualitas air tanah dangkal dengan tanggul pantai. Dengan mengetahui jawaban pertanyaan maka dapat diketahui mengetahui kondisi sesungguhnya kualitas air tanah dangkal di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan data Cl- dan DHL yang diperoleh dari hasil survey lapang dengan data sekunder penggunaan tanah, curah hujan dan jenis batuan yang telah dikumpulkan sebelum ke lapangan. Dari kombinasi data primer dan sekunder tersebut diperoleh hasil penelitian, bahwa daerah tanggul pantai memiliki kecenderungan kualitas air tanah yang lebih baik. Kemudian ketika hal ini dihubungkan dengan penggunaan tanah, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan tanah berupa permukiman teratur cenderung memiliki kualitas air tanah yang lebih baik.

Jakarta with a big increase number of population and most of the inhabitants are still using ground water for sources of clean water, causing too much ground water use that affect decrease water quality. Kemayoran as one of the district in Jakarta which has beachridge And also dominated by housing as land use also through decrease water quality. Beachridge is one of the good quality water supplier. Based on that reason, then rise a question about how water quality distribution in Jakarta and what the relation between water quality and beachridge. By knowing the answers of the question, can inform us about the real ground water quality condition in Jakarta. This research can be done by combine Cl- and TDS data that we get from land survey with secondary data that we get before we go to the field. From combining the data, we get that on housing land use have the preference of good water quality.

"The criminal act of drugs abuse, which has been increasing in number nowadays, has threaten the life of all nations in the world including Indonesia due to the transnational distribution of illegal drugs.
The establishment of the Class II A Narcotics Penitentiary is a response of the Government, through the Directorate General of Penitentiary, to the Combating Drugs Abuse and Illicit Trade of Narcotics (P4GN) program. This policy is adapted from the people's demand to make changes to the existing system.
The rehabilitation of the criminals of narcotics case as a complex problem since they play part not only as drugs dealers, but also drugs addicts. This particular condition makes the rehabilitation of the narcotics prisoners is more complicated than other prisoners.
One of the aims of the establishment of the narcotics penitentiary is to cut off the link of illicit drugs trade in Indonesia. Thus, the people who administer the penitentiary are expected to be able to play their part and to run the penitentiary function properly. Every personnel of the penitentiary shall be provided with administrative and technical capability through education and training in order to carry out their main duty and function. They also need motivation to support their creativity and to enhance their performance.
The theory applied to study employee performance analysis in its relation to the prisoners' behavior is the employee performance theory by Keith Davis with the formula as follow: Human Performance = Ability + Motivation. One's performance is influenced by ability and motivation. While ability is obtained from education, training and experience, motivation rises from the impulse of humans desire to meet their basic necessities, which is expressed in their behavior.
In this research descriptive analytic method is employed. Distributing questionnaires as a means of data collection and doing interviews as the basis of rationality and objectivity of this research conduct a field approach of survey method.
A positive correlation coefficient value between ability variable and employee performance is resulted in this research. The ability variable correlation value over employee performance is r = 0.551. This indicates that the relation between working motivation and employee performance is positive. Based on the simple regression analysis, there is a positive and significant influence of ability variable over employee performance variable with a determinant correlation R2 of 0.424 or 0.424 x 100% = 42.4 %. The rest 57.6% is influenced by other variables beyond this research on a significance level of 0.000. It also found that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variable on employee performance in the Class II A Narcotics Penitentiary with a determinant correlation R2 of 0.303 x 100% = 30.3%. The rest 69.7% is influenced by other variables beyond this research with significance level 0.000.
The multiple regression analysis performed shows that ability (X1) and motivation (X2) have consistently a positive and significant relation on employee performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient r2 of 0.673. This analysis also points out an influence of ability (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with determinant coefficient R2 of 0.453 or 0.453 x 100% = 45.3% while the rest 54.3% is influenced by other variables beyond this research on a significance level of 0.000.
It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relation between ability and motivation and employee performance. The influence perception of ability and motivation on employee performance also appears in the Class II A Narcotics Penitentiary although there is still a 54.7 % of it which is influenced by other variables.
