"Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengukur pengaruh kinerja bauran pemasaran terhadap kesetiaan konsumen pada perusahaan pembiayaan. Variabel penelitian tercliri atas: produk, hargafbiaya, lokasi, promosi, orang, bukti Bsik dan proses. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 300 responden dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda (multi regression). Hasil penelitian menunjuklcan bahwa kinerja bauran pernasaran secara simultan berpengaruh 42.1% terhadap kesetiaan konsumen pada peiusahaan pembiayaan dan falctor yang secara signiiikan berpengaruh adalah faktor produk, diikuti oleh faktor proses, harga dan promos
The focus of this study is to measure the influence of marketing mix performance on customer loyalty in the multiiinance company. The independent variables in this research are : product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process. To collect data, we use survey method and depth interview to 300 respondents and as a mcthode analysis, we use multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that marketing mix perfonnancc has 42.1% influence on customer loyalty in multifmance company, and the factors that significantly influence are: product, followed by process, price then promotion."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh
Orientasi Pasar terhadap Kecepatan Inovasi dan Kinerja Produk Baru jasa pembiayaan PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (head office). Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (head office) pada level manajerial yang memiliki kontribusi langsung dengan proses manajemen produk BFI Syariah. Instrumen penelitian yang
digunakan adalah survei dengan kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Regresi Linier. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara Orientasi Pasar terhadap Kecepatan Inovasi, terdapat pengaruh antara Orientasi Pasar dengan Kinerja Produk Baru, serta terdapat pengaruh antara Kecepatan Inovasi dengan Kinerja Produk Baru pada jasa pembiayaan PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (head office).
This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of
Market Orientation to the Speed ​​of Innovation and New Product Performance of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk's financing services (head office). This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria in this study are employees of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (head office) at the managerial level who have a direct contribution to the BFI Syariah product management process. The research instrument that
used is a survey with a questionnaire and then analyzed by the method of Linear Regression. The results obtained from this study indicate that there is an influence between Market Orientation on the Speed ​​of Innovation, there is an influence between Market Orientation and New Product Performance, and there is an influence between the Speed ​​of Innovation and New Product Performance in the financing services of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (head office)."

Deregulasi dalam bidang energi minyak melalui UU No. 22 tahun 2001
Tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi mengakibatkan dicabutnya subsidi BBM bagi industri dan beberapa BBM jenis tertentu untuk utnum serta kebijakan konversi energi lainnya. Regulasi itu sekaligus menghilangkan eksklusifitas Pertamina sebagai satu-satunya riteler bahan bakar minyak SPBU di Indonesia. Munculnya SPBU-SPBU swasta di kota-kota besar di Indonesia mengindikasikan mulai tnunculnya persaingan bebas di sektor niaga dan ritel BBM yang memberikan ancaman perpindahan dari SPBU Pertamina. "Loyalitas pelanggan" yang dahulu didapatkan melalui monopoli hanya tinggal sejarah dan Pertamina melakukan banyak marketing strategi untuk dapat mempertahankan loyalitas konsumennya.

The emergence of private fuel station retail outlets in addition to Pertamina owned in nzajor cities of Indonesia indicates the beginning of free competition in fuel/gas conzmercial sector and exposes threat to switch jro1n Perta1nina 's .fuel station. "Customer Loyalty" which was obtained because of the monopoly of sale and distribution fuel by Pertamina is now histo1y. Pertamina now is doing a lot of marketing strategy to maintain the loyalty of consumers.

"Program to improve performance of small industries of ground coffee processing intends to empower their competitive advantage. It ultimate aim is at increasing revenues from agricultural export for the province. The objective of the study is to analyze the effect of small business marketing mix in improving competitive advantage of the company. The study employs survey method involving 38 small scale ground coffee industries in Lampung Province. A survey method with marketing management science approach has been applied. Observation was carried out on small business of ground coffee in Lampung with 38 respondent sample sizes as owner/manager of the company. Data collection was carried out with interview technique using questioner to the selected respondent, using cluster random sampling method. Path analysis has been applied to analyze the collected data. The study shows that the competitive Advantage of ground coffee small business was affected by the performance of marketing mix appeared to be combination of product, price, promotion, and distribution."
