"Sengketa pajak atas PPh Badan Tahun Pajak 2007 PT CDEF yang telah diproses selama kurang lebih 5 (lima) tahun yang merupakan hasil pemeriksaan dan keberatan oleh DJP dengan hasil Keputusan ditolak seluruhnya. Dengan alasan merasa tidak puas, WP mengajukan ke tahap Pengadilan, dengan hasil keputusan diterima sebagian. Sengketa diajukan atas tiga hal yang awalnya dkoreksi oleh DJP, yaitu atas peredaran usaha, beban promosi dan beban sumbangan. Perbedaan pendapat antara WP dengan DJP merupakan penyebab terjadinya sengketa. Perbedaan pendapat ini disebabkan adanya perbedaan intrepretasi data dan intrepretasi peraturan. Perbedaan intrepretasi data terjadi terhadap koreksi atas peredaran usaha dan beban promosi dimana data yang diserahkan oeh WP kepada pihak DJP tidak sesuai permintaan DJP. Sementara perbedaan intrepretasi hukum terjadi terhadap beban sumbangan dimana DJP menggunakan PMK Nomor 609/PMK.03/2004 , sementara WP menggunakan S - 451/PJ.313/2005 sebagai landasan hukumnya. Atas kasus sengketa perpajakan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pelajaran bagi WP agar lebih memperhatikan masalah manajemen pajaknya.

Dispute of tax on corporate income tax year 2007 PT CDEF that have been processed for more than 5 (five) years is the result of the examination and objection by the DGT with the decision is rejected entirely. The PT CDEF are not satisfied, PT CDEF filed to the Court stage, with the decision received partially. Appeal filed on three things that initially are corrected by DGT, ie the revenue, promotional expenses and donations expenses. Differences of opinion between the DGT and PT CDEF is the cause of the appeal. The difference in opinion is due to differences in interpretation of the data and the interpretation of the rules. The difference in interpretation of the data going to the correction of the revenue and promotional expenses which the data submitted by PT CDEF to the DGT does not match plea. While the differences in interpretation of the law happens to donations espense where DGT using PMK No. 609/PMK.03/2004, while PT CDEF using S-451/PJ.313/2005 as its legal basis. For this Disputes over taxation is expected to be a lesson for PT CDEF to be more concerned about tax management."

"Laporan ini membahas evaluasi proses pendampingan PT RPP terhadap keberatan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 atas penghasilan ekspatriat pada PT NRD serta proses rekapitulasi dokumen yang digunakan sebagai bagian dari proses keberatan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan, PT RPP sudah melakukan pendampingan keberatan tersebut dengan baik dan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. PT RPP juga telah melakukan rekapitulasi dokumen dengan efektif, yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan dari peneliti keberatan.

This report discusses the evaluation of PT RPP's assistance process against the objection of Article 21 Income Tax on expatriate income to PT NRD and the document recapitulation process used as part of the objection process. Based on the results of the evaluation, PT RPP has assisted the objection well and in accordance with the laws and regulations. PT RPP has also recapitulated the documents effectively, which is able to accommodate the needs of tax authorities."

Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi atas rekapitulasi kredit pajak pada SPT Tahunan PPh Badan tahun 2019 PT EDN. Dengan rekapitulasi kredit pajak, perusahaan dapat memastikan seluruh kredit pajak telah tercatat dan dokumentasi yang disediakan
perusahaan telah memadai untuk penghitungan SPT Tahunan PPh Badan. PT EDN memiliki kredit pajak pada Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 22, Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23, dan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 25. Rekapitulasi kredit pajak pada PT EDN bertujuan untuk menghitung
jumlah pajak yang telah dibayar oleh PT EDN atas Penghasilan Kena Pajak. Berdasarkan dokumentasi dan perhitungan kredit pajak yang telah tercatat, seluruh dokumentasi dan perhitungan kredit pajak yang dimiliki oleh PT EDN sudah sesuai dengan undang-undang perpajakan yang berlaku. Sehingga perhitungan kredit pajak PT EDN dapat digunakan sebagai perhitungan SPT Tahunan PPh Badan sebagai pengurang pajak terutang.

ABSTRACT
This report aims to conduct the evaluation of prepaid tax recapitulation of annual tax return of corporate income tax in 2019 for PT EDN. With a prepaid tax recapitulation, the company can ensure that all prepaid tax have been recorded and the documentation provided by the company is sufficient for the calculation of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return. PT EDN has a prepaid tax on Income Tax Article 22, Income Tax Article 23, and Income Tax Article 25. The prepaid tax recapitulation at PT EDN aims to calculate the amount of tax paid by PT EDN for Taxable Income. Based on the documentation and calculation of prepaid tax that have been recorded, all documentation and calculation of prepaid tax owned by PT EDN are in accordance with applicable tax laws. So that the calculation of PT EDN`s prepaid tax can be used as a calculation of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return as a deduction from the tax
payable."

"Perusahaan menerapkan kebijakan perpajakan dengan tujuan mengefisiensikan pembayaran pajak terutang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan yang berlaku. Skripsi ini meneliti tentang kebijakan perpajakan yang dilakukan di PT ABC sebagai upaya mengefisiensikan beban pajaknya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT ABC telah menerapkan kebijakan pepajakan, namun kebijakan pajak yang dilakukan PT ABC kurang efektif dan tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku. Hambatan penerapan kebijakan pajak dikarenakan pengarsipan dokumen yang kurang baik dan karywan PT ABC yang kurang memahami peraturan perpajakan.

Implementation of tax policy is carried out by companies with the aim of
streamlining the payment of tax payable in accordance with applicable tax laws
and regulations. This study examines tax policy conducted at PT ABC in an effort
to streamline the tax burden. This research is qualitative descriptive with studies
in the literature and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that PT
ABC has implemented tax policy at its company, but the tax policy at PT ABC is
less effective and not in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Tax policy
barriers are due to poor document archiving and PT ABC employees who do not
understand tax regulations.

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi prosedur audit substantif yang dilaksanakan KAP PLEDIS atas akun utang pajak PPh pasal 23, PPh pasal 4 ayat (2), dan PPN pada PT SVT. Pembahasan mencakup evaluasi kesesuaian implementasi prosedur substantif pengujian rinci akun utang pajak tersebut dengan teori, peraturan perpajakan, dan standar audit. Dari hasil pembahasan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur substantif pengujian rinci atas akun utang pajak PPh Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 4 ayat (2), dan PPN yang dijalani KAP PLEDIS terhadap PT SVT sudah sesuai dengan teori, standar audit, serta peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku.

This internship report aims to evaluate the substantive audit procedures carried out by KAP PLEDIS on the taxes payable accounts of Income Tax article 23, Income Tax article 4 paragraph (2), and VAT at PT SVT. The analysis includes evaluating the implementation of substantive procedure test of detail for the taxes payable account with audit theory, taxation, and audit standard. From the discussion, it is concluded that the substantive procedure test of detail for taxes payable accounts of Article 23 Income Tax, Article 4 Income Tax paragraph (2), and VAT PT SVT are in accordance with theory, audit standards, and applicable tax regulations."

"ABSTRAK
UU No. 4 Tahun 2009 sebagai pengganti UU No. 11 Tahun 1967 yang dirasa sudah tidak sesuai dengan kondisi Indonesia saat ini, mengatur secara keseluruhan hal-hal yang terkait dengan pengusahaan pertambangan mineral dan batubara di Indonesia, termasuk di dalamnya ketentuan perpajakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memaparkan tinjauan mengenai implementasi kebijakan pajak penghasilan badan atas usaha pertambangan mineral dan batubara di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, tujuan penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pajak penghasilan badan atas usaha pertambangan mineral dan batubara pasca berlakunya Undangundang No. 4 Tahun 2009 memberikan dampak positif bagi implementor dari segi kemudahan pelaksanaan, namun kebijakan ini menghambat tercapainya tujuan kebijakan pajak tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Mining Law No. 4/2009, which replaces Mining Law No. 11/1967 which considered no longer suitable with Indonesia?s current condition, regulates mining activities in Indonesia as a whole, including taxes. This research is aimed to provide an overview regarding the implementation of corporate income tax policy on mining industries in Indonesia. Qualitative approach used as the method of this research. This descriptive researc used in depth interview and literatur study as data collection technique. The results of this study indicate that, the corporate income tax policy on the mining industries had a postive impact for the implementor in terms of procedure, but the policy turns out to be one of the inhibiting factors for the purpose of its tax policy to be achieved.

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses Sidang Banding Pajak Penghasilan Badan yang berfokus pada proses banding pajak PT BAG, produsen bahan kimia dan bahan industri, serta tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam menyusun dokumen pendukung banding Pajak Penghasilan Badan yang diwakili oleh kuasa hukum konsultan KAP AI. Dengan melakukan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang kesulitan PT BAG dan mengusulkan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara dengan konsultan pajak PT BAG dan memeriksa dokumen yang relevan. Temuan penelitian BAG mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan dokumentasi yang relevan dari penyedia layanan pihak ketiga dan kebingungan seputar persyaratan khusus untuk setiap dokumen. Laporan ini mengusulkan beberapa solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, seperti mengembangkan pedoman yang lebih tepat untuk kompilasi dokumen dan membangun hubungan kerja yang lebih dekat antara konsultan pajak dan penyedia layanan pihak ketiga. Pada akhirnya, laporan ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang proses banding pajak di Indonesia dan menyoroti pentingnya penyusunan dokumen praktis dalam mencapai hasil banding yang sukses.

This internship report aims to evaluate the Tax Appeal Hearings process of Corporate Income Tax, which focuses on the tax appeal process of PT BAG, a manufacturer of chemicals and industrial materials, and the challenges they faced in compiling supporting documents for their Corporate Income Tax appeal represented by attorneys for KAP AI consultants. By conducting qualitative research methods, the study aims to provide insights into PT BAG's difficulties and propose solutions to overcome them. The research involved interviews with PT BAG's tax consultants and examining relevant documents. The study findings BAG encountered difficulties obtaining relevant documentation from third-party service providers and confusion around the specific requirements for each document. The report proposes several solutions to address these challenges, such as developing more precise guidelines for document compilation and establishing closer working relationships between tax consultants and third-party service providers. Ultimately, the report provides valuable insights into the tax appeal process in Indonesia and highlights the importance of practical document compilation in achieving a successful appeal outcome."

"Laporan ini menganalisis pemeriksaan pajak penghasilan badan tahun 2016 PT DEF yang disebabkan karena kompensasi kerugian fiskal serta permohonan pengajuan restitusi pajak penghasilan badan. Terdapat beberapa koreksi yang dilakukan oleh Pemeriksa terkait SPT PPh Badan tahun 2016 milik PT DEF, yaitu peredaran usaha, objek PPh Pasal 21, serta biaya usaha lainnya. Koreksi dari hasil pemeriksaan disebabkan karena perbedaan penerapan peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan yang berlaku oleh Pemeriksa dan PT DEF. PT DEF menanggapi koreksi tersebut dengan menyediakan dokumen-dokumen terkait sebagai bukti bentuk kepatuhan PT DEF terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan yang berlaku. Dari hasil analisis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa PT DEF telah melakukan sebagian kewajiban perpajakannya dengan baik, yaitu pada biaya usaha lainnya, namun belum dapat melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya dengan baik pada hasil pemeriksaan peredaran usaha dan objek PPh Pasal 21. Sehingga pada peredaran usaha dan objek PPh Pasal 21 diperlukan pemahaman peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan serta manajemen perpajakan yang lebih baik oleh PT DEF.

This report analyzes PT DEF's 2016 corporate income tax audit due to the compensation for fiscal losses as well as applications for corporate income tax refund. There are some corrections made by the Tax Auditor regarding the 2016 Corporate Income Tax Return of PT DEF, namely gross income, object of Article 21 Income Tax, and other operating expenses. Corrections from the results of the tax audit are due to differences in the application of tax laws and regulations applied by the Tax Auditor and PT DEF. PT DEF responded to the corrections by providing related documents as proof of PT DEF's compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that PT DEF had carried out part of its tax obligations well, which is in the other operating expense, but had not been able to carry out its tax obligations in audit results of gross income and object of Article 21 Income Tax. So, in gross income and object of Article 21 Income Tax it is necessary for PT DEF to have a better comprehension on related tax laws and regulations and a better tax management."

"Laporan magang ini mengevaluasi persiapan dokumen bukti yang dilakukan oleh SVT Limited, selaku firma konsultan pajak, untuk proses uji bukti dalam banding Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Badan PT WJH. Pokok sengketa berupa perbedaan jumlah koreksi fiskal antara fiskus (DJP) dengan wajib pajak (PT WJH), yang disebabkan oleh penetapan pajak kurang bayar secara jabatan. Laporan ini mengevaluasi relevansi dan keandalan dokumen bukti yang disiapkan oleh SVT Limited, serta proses yang dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan bukti. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa dokumen bukti utama yang digunakan oleh SVT Limited bersifat relevan dan andal. Bukti utama juga didukung oleh beberapa dokumen bukti pendukung yang mengkonfirmasi relevansi serta keandalan informasi dari bukti utama tersebut. Proses persiapan dokumen bukti juga telah dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Laporan magang ini juga menjelaskan refleksi diri penulis selama periode magang di SVT Limited, yang kemudian dijadikan landasan dalam membuat rancangan perkembangan diri ke depannya.

This internship report evaluates the preparation of documentary evidence, as conducted by SVT Limited as a tax consulting firm, for the evidence-testing process in the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) appeal of PT WJH. The subject of dispute was the difference between fiscal correction according to the tax authorities and the taxpayer (PT WJH). Such difference was caused by the official determination of underpaid tax by the taxpayer. This report evaluates the relevance and reliability of documentary evidence used by SVT Limited, and the evidence preparation process as well. Evaluation result shows that the primary evidence used by SVT Limited is relevant and reliable. Primary evidence is also supported by several supporting documents that confirmed the reliability of information in the primary evidence. The evidence preparation process was also performed effectively and efficiently. This internship report also narrates the self-reflection of the author during their internship period in SVT Limited, which is then used as the foundation of future self-development plans."

"Franchise is a legal agreement on delegation of right or special right to market the product or service given by the owner of franchise (franchisor) to other party (franchisee) that arranged in a certain rule. Franchise is glow in Indonesia now, from time to time it keep increasing and being expected keep growing and dominating in domestic market significantly. Local franchise, which is expanding the most now, is supermarket sector because this sector provides daily needs. That expansion mentioned above have to be followed by tax implementation that can arrange variant transaction which relate to franchise until tax potential on it has explored optimum. Thus, if this has explored deeper especially one that connected to income tax on franchise, will give big contribution to country income. Therefore, the main questions in this thesis are: (i) How does the reality of economic on franchise transaction?, (ii) How does tax implementation on franchise in Indonesia nowadays?, (iii) How does PT "X" do the tax obligation on itself as franchisor and its franchisees? (iv) Are there any cases which is related to tax collection system to be improved?
Analysis descriptive research type has been done as a research method to support research and study process on that problem analysis, which is describe all information or data gotten from the research first, then all the data are analyzed by income tax law and the correlation with the tax system that fulfill tax principle. Data technical collection was done in the field by interview and From literature study documents, to study related law and other related documents. Interview was done to people who are related to franchise and taxation to get reference on their opinion regarding tax obligation in income tax section.
Franchise delegation most of the time is related to a certain payment. There are two kinds and types of franchise and the taxation are known generally which can be requested by franchisor to franchisee that is direct monetary compensation and indirect and non monetary compensation. Firstly there are 4 (four) principle of good taxation suggested by Adam Smith in his book An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of The Wealth Nation to set the right taxation system on the right income tax on franchise. Beside that Mansury suggested for tax income expected suitable with fair principles then fulfillment of horizontal justice condition (5 conditions) and vertical justice (2 conditions) need to be held strongly.
Tax auditor who audits franchise obviously does not fully understand on franchise position which is separate Taxpayer so that franchisee income is different from franchisor income. Withholding tax implementation on franchise income have not fulfill equality principle, mainly realization on individual taxpayer, franchisee that most have status as individual taxpayer can not do withheld on payment of paid income on the royalty whereas franchisee that have status as corporate taxpayer have done the withholding the royalty. Other result study is found uncertainty law on determines franchise fee whether royalty category or as technical fee because PT_ "X" withheld with 15 % rate on the other hand the elements in franchise fee put into technical fee category that its effective rate are 6 %. Other aspect appeared is withheld on franchise fee for the amount of 15 % happened on lack of knowledge of PT. "X" whereas for technical fee withholding rate effectively for the amount of 6% showed that the decision of net estimation income is 40 % for too small technical fee on a franchise.
At the end suggested tax auditor suppose to know the relation of franchisee with franchisor which is franchisee position is not subsidiary of franchisor. Next suggestion to reach equitable principle, withholding on Tax Income of chapter 23 object the most on income of royalty can not only be done to franchisee that has status as corporate taxpayer but also that individual taxpayer. The determination of type of fee on franchise fee need to be cleared then appear certain law because it emphasized the technical fee element not the royalty element. Review to the estimation of net income to technical fee that valid nowadays also needed so that the estimation percentage of net income different for all types of business."
