"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan penyebab utama masalah kinerja pegawai di Organisasi PTNI dan menyusun sebuah rancangan intervensi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap unsur pimpinan organisasi untuk memperoleh data awal tentang kemungkinan penyebab rendahnya kinerja, serta kuesioner untuk memperoleh data tentang kinerja, motivasi, kemampuan, persepsi peran dan faktor-faktor situasional terhadap pegawai PTNI.
Hasil uji korelasi dan uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi peran merupakan faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Organisasi PTNI diikuti oleh faktor kemampuan. Aspek-aspek dari persepsi peran yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja adalah aspek pertumbuhan pribadi dan hubungan saling bantu. Rancangan program intervensi team building diterapkan untuk menangani aspek-aspek dari persepsi peran yaitu pertumbuhan pribadi, hubungan saling bantu serta faktor kemampuan pegawai di Organisasi PTNI.

The purpose of this study was to determine the main cause of employees performance problems in organizations PTNI and devise an intervention plan to address them. This study uses a quantitative approach. Interviews conducted on the leadership organizations to obtain preliminary data on the possible causes of poor performance, and questionnaires to obtain data on the performance, motivation, ability, role perceptions and situational factors on employees of PTNI.
The results of correlation test and regression test showed that the role perception is the dominant factor affecting the employees performance in the PTNI organization followed by ability factor. These aspects of the role perception of the dominant influence on performance namely personal growth and mutual aid. The team building intervention program design implemented to address those aspects of role perception namely personal growth, mutual aid and the ability of employees in the PTNI organization.

"Organisasi XYZ merupakan organisasi internasional yang bergerak di bidang kerjasama teknis dengan pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Menurut data tahun 2010 angka turnover untuk staf lokal yang menempati posisi program officer adalah sebesar 41% dan meningkat menjadi 57% pada tahun 2011. Dalam diagnosis awal ditemukan kepuasan kerja, hubungan atasan - bawahan, dan beban kerja merupakan faktor penyebab staf lokal meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka. Prediksi terjadinya turnover dapat dilihat dari intensi seorang karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, tesis ini meneliti intensi turnover staf lokal di organisasi XYZ. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap 4 orang staf lokal dengan posisi program officer dan 2 orang manajer organisasi XYZ.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensi staf lokal untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan sangat kuat. Penyebab paling besar berasal dari hubungan antara atasan dengan bawahan. Oleh sebab itu, program intervensi yang diusulkan untuk memperbaiki hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan di organisasi XYZ adalah program team building. Diharapkan dengan dilakukannya team building, kualitas hubungan atasan dan bawahan di organisasi XYZ bisa semakin baik dalam berkomunikasi, bekerja sama, saling membantu, percaya dan menghargai.

Organization XYZ is an international organization focused on technical cooperation with the government of Republic of Indonesia. Based on 2010 data, turnover figure on local staff with position as program officer was 41% and increased to 57% in 2011. On preliminary diagnosis, job satisfaction, leader member relationship and workload is the reasons why local staff leave their job. Turnover could be predicted by the intention to leave on the staff. Therefore, this thesis will investigate further about local staff of organization XYZ intention to leave. The research is conducted through interview with 4 local staff with program officer position and 2 manager of XYZ organization.
The result showed intention to leave on local staff is very strong. The major reason is from the leader and member relationship. Hence, intervention program proposed to improve the relationship between leader and member in organization XYZ is team building program. Through team building it is expected that the relationship quality between leader and member in XYZ organization will be better in communicate, cooperate, trusting and respecting each other.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program team building untuk meningkatkan kerja tim. Mengetahui hambatan atau masalah yang terjadi di organisasi ini dan apa intervensi yang dapat dilakukan maka melalui survey organization blockage kepada 60 karyawan dilanjutkan dengan wawancara kepada CEO, HR manager, kepala unit dan staf maka ditemukan bahwa core problem di PT XX ini adalah lemahnya kerja tim. Intervensi yang dilakukan di organisasi ini adalah program team building diakomodir dari Noe, Hollenback, Gerhart, dan Wright 2009, p307 dengan metode Adventure Learning, Team Training, dan Action Training Noe, 2005 . Untuk mengetahui efek dari program team building ini dilakukan evaluasi kembali kepada karyawan yang hasilnya adalah bahwa program team building ini apabila diadakan secara rutin setahun dua kali akan membawa membawa efek yang positif lebih positif kepada setiap indvidu, yang kemudian menjadi efekyang positif pada kerja tim, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kerja tim di PT XX. Kata kunci: Kerja tim, intervensi, team building.

This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of team building programs to improve teamwork. Knowing the obstacles or problems that occur in PT XX through the survey organization to 60 employees blockage followed by an interview to the CEO, HR manager, head of the unit and the staff it was found that the core problem in PT XX this is the weakness of teamwork. Interventions in this organization is a team building program accommodated from Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart and Wright 2009, P307 method Adventure Learning, Team Training, and Action Training Noe, 2005 . To determine the effect of team building programs have re evaluated to employees that the result is that the team building programs have if held on a regular basis twice a year will bring bring a positive effect to the individual, who later became a positive effect on teamwork, so as to improve teamwork at PT XX."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berlebih dan job embeddedness terhadap intensi turnover pada karyawan PT. XYZ. Selain itu, penulis juga ingin mengetahui apakah intervensi Team Building dapat menurunkan intensi turnover pada karyawan PT. XYZ. Adapun gejala yang ditemukan di PT. XYZ adalah tingginya tingkat turnover, dan terkait dengan masalah kejelasan pengembangan karir dan pemanfaatan ketrampilan, supervisi yang efektif, serta beban kerja.
Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, beban kerja dan job embeddedness dengan intensi turnover, peneliti mengukurnya dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis regresi berjenjang dengan data jenis kelamin dijadikan sebagai kontrol. Hasilnya adalah terdapat pengaruh negatif kepuasan kerja serta dimensi fit pada job embeddness terhadap intensi turnover. Hal ini berarti jika kepuasan kerja dan dimensi fit pada job embeddedness ditingkatkan, maka intensi karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan dapat diturunkan.
Dalam penelitian ini, kepuasan kerja serta dimensi fit pada job embeddedness ditingkatkan dengan membuat rancangan intervensi program Team Building. Efek intervensi akan diukur dengan membandingkan data pre dan post-test pada variabel kepuasan kerja serta dimensi fit pada job embeddedness dan intensi turnover.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work overload, and job embeddedness towards turnover intention of employee at PT. XYZ. Furthermore, researcher also wanted to find out whether team building intervention can reduce employee turnover intention at PT. XYZ. The symptoms found in PT. XYZ is the high rate of turnover, and issues related to the clarity of career development and skills utilization, effective supervision as well as workload.
To determine whether there are relationships among job satisfaction, work overload and job embeddedness with turnover intention, researchers tested the correlation using Pearson correlation. Further, using regression analysis to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work overload and job embeddedness toward turnover intention. The result shows that there are significant influences of job satisfaction and fit dimension of job embeddedness toward turnover intention. It means, increasing job satisfaction and fit dimension of job embeddedness could reduce turnover intention.
In this study, job satisfaction and fit dimension of job embeddedness are increased through Team Building intervention program. The effects of intervention will be measured by comparing pre and post-test survey data on job satisfaction, fit dimension of job embeddedness, and turnover intention.

"Tingginya tingkat non performing loan (NPL) dapat mengganggu kelancaran operasional perusahaan dan biaya tinggi pada tindakan penanganannya yang pada akhirnya dapat menimbulkan kerugian pada perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penulis merasa penting untuk meneliti penyebab dari hal yang mendahului non performing loan, yaitu kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Perusahaan XYZ, suatu Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang beroperasi di Jakarta. Berdasarkan tinjauan teoritis dan observasi penulis ada dua hal yang mempengaruhi kinerja di Perusahaan XYZ, yaitu kompetensi.
Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kompetensi secara signifikan berkorelasi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan XYZ sehingga dirancang suatu program intervensi berbasis manajemen pengetahuan dalam bentuk pemberian pelatihan dan pembentukan forum berbagi pengetahuan dalam rangka menaikkan kompetensi karyawan di Perusahaan XYZ untuk memperbaiki kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat menurunkan tingkat non performing loan perusahaan.

High Non Performing Loan ratio can be a disruption to company's operational activities and high costly which in turn may result in company's loss. Therefore, the writer feels it is important to conduct a research on the cause of antecedent of Non Performing Loan, which is employee?s performance. This research is conducted at Company XYZ, a micro banking company operating in Indonesia. Based on the theoretical review and writer's observation, factor influencing Non Performing Loan in Company XYZ, competency.
Based on the result of the research, it is found that competency have significant positive correlation with employee's performance in Company XYZ. Therefore a knowledge management based intervention program is designed to improve employee's competencies to improve employee's performance at Company XYZ in the effort to to lower the Non Performing Loan.

"This writing, as a final assignment will discuss about the emp1oyec’s
performance of Autocustom XYZ Ltd. The company had a unique characteristic
of employee. Their working principle is like an artist, as described in the job
description; they cannot be too restricted, but they are also need to be well
managed. The oompany’s characteristic is also not well structured, because they
still do not have any clear prospective which can create a standard for the
employees. This may leads to conflicts and work goals loss target.
One ofthe efforts to overcome this situation is to train the employee in
building an effective team. Team building training is expectably can lead to
emp1oyee’s awareness about the impoitance of an effective teamwork. The
awareness mentioned is to build eohesiveness, which is one of many criteria of an
effective team.
Thus, a specialized team building training is formed using Appreciative
Inquiry (Al) approaching. This training covers cognitive, affective, and
psychomotor area including the 4D model from AI (discovery, dreams, design,
and destiny) as a step to build a positive attitude so it may leads to the emp1oyee’s
awareness about the effective teamwork and can create optimum efforts.
An advantage for Autocustom XYZ Ltd. 'fiom this writing is well

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai rancangan pelatihan change leadership pada Team Leader untuk meningkatkan komitmen afektif perubahan pada Recruitment Consultant di PT X Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian terapan dengan jumlah partisipan penelitian sebanyak 38 Recruitment Consultant di PT X Indonesia. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi alat ukur change leadership Liu, 2010 dengan nilai koefisien alpha ? sebesar 0.95 dan alat ukur affective commitment to change Herscovitch Meyer, 2002 dengan nilai koefisien alpha ? sebesar 0.90. Peneliti menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara change leadership dengan komitmen afektif perubahan r = 0.53, p

ABSTRACT
The study was conducted to see the correlation between change leadership and affective commitment to change. This study used applied research studies with 38 Recruitment Consultants as participants. The study used change leadership measurement Liu, 2010 with coefficient alpha score 0.95 and affective commitment to change measurement Herscovitch Meyer, 2002 with coefficient alpha score 0.90. The Pearson correlation technique was used to determine the relationship between two variables. The results showed a significant and positive relationship between change leadership and affective commitment to change r 0.53, p 0.05, significant . It showed that with increasing change leadership behavior of Team Leader, affective commitment to change in Recruitment Consultant will increase. An intervention program of change leadership training to Team Leader to increase affective commitment to change of Recruitment Consultant is designed following the research result. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja terhadap kualitas teamwork di PT. S. Tipe penelitian action research dengan responden sebanyak 66 karyawan. Alat ukur adalah adaptasi Teamwork Quality (Hoegl & Geumenden, 2001) dan Kuesioner Kepercayaan Terhadap Rekan Kerja (McAllister, 1995). Hasil perhitungan uji regresi berganda memperoleh hasil R2 =0,508 (p<0,05) yang berarti kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja mempengaruhi kualitas teamwork sebesar 50,8%. Intervensi team building training dirancang untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja dan kualitas teamwork.
Hasil perhitungan efek intervensi menunjukan signifikansi perbedaan pre-test dan post-test kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja dan kualitas teamwork dengan uji t-test; diperoleh nilai t untuk kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja sebesar -1,683 (p>0,05) dan untuk kulitas teamwork sebesar -4,460 (p<0,05). Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat peningkatan skor kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja secara signifikan namun terjadi peningkatan skor kualitas teamwork secara signifikan setelah diberikan intervensi team building training. Dengan demikian team building training mampu meningkatkan kualitas teamwork, namun belum mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja di PT.S.

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal trust in co-workers to the teamwork quality at S Company. The type of this study is action research study by the number of study participants as many as 66 employees. Measuring instrument used is a measure of adaptation Teamwork Quality (Hoegl & Geumenden, 2001) and the Trust in Co-workers Questionnaire (McAllister, 1995). The results of calculations using multiple regression showed R2 = 0.508 (p <0.05), which means interpersonal trust in co-workers affects the teamwork quality at 50.8%. Therefore, the interventions made in the study was designed to increase interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality. The intervention is a team building training. Intervention effects were measured by comparing the pre-test and post-test measurements of interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality.
The results of tests of significance differences in the calculation of pretest and post-test interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality using a t-test. The t-test values obtained for interpersonal trust in co-workers is -1.683 (p> 0.05) and the value of t for teamwork quality is - 4.460 (p <0.05). This means there is no significantly scores increased in interpersonal trust in co-workers after a given intervention but teamwork quality scores increased significantly. The results of this analysis indicate that a given intervention can improve teamwork quality, but have not been able to increase the interpersonal trust in co-workers.

"Kompleksitas proyek konstruksi yang meningkat sementara terjadi kehilangan kinerja proyek yang disebabkan oleh batasan yang kaku dan sulit ditembus di antara satuan organisasi, profesi, dan proses di industri konstruksi, menuntut lebih banyak perhatian pada aspek kolaborasi antar organisasi. Studi ini mengambil manfaat dari teori sosial tentang batasan dan budaya organisasi untuk meneliti faktor tambahan yang mungkin berhubungan dengan peningkatan kolaborasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis SEM untuk mengolah data responden, ditemukan bahwa tiga dari lima faktor, yaitu pola rentang batas geografis, budaya organisasi dan konflik, memiliki korelasi yang signifikan terhadap kinerja kolaborasi sehingga strategi kolaborasi kemudian disusun berdasarkan faktor-faktor ini.

Increasing complexity of construction projects on top of the loss of performance caused by rigid dan impermeable boundaries between organizations, professions, dan processes in construction industry, calls for more attention to interorganizational collaboration. This study takes benefit of the social theory of organizational boundaries dan culture to examine additional factors that may be related to improvement of collaboration. Using SEM analyses to process the respondents data, it is found that three factors out of five, a geographical boundary spanning pattern, organizational culture dan conflict, have significant correlation to the performance of collaboration hence the collaboration strategy is formulated based on these factors."

"[Dalam era knowledge-intensive economy, knowledge dipandang sebagai sumber dari competitive advantage 4W Asuransi Astra untuk mengembangkan layananlayanan agar unggul dari kompetitornya. Faktor kunci pengelolaan knowledge adalah knowledge sharing. 4W Asuransi Astra mengadopsi knowledge sharing strategy person to person; perilaku yang diharapkan muncul disebut knowledge
personalization. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dimana respodennya adalah analis 4W Asuransi Astra. Dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara yang disusun berdasarkan theory of planned behavior dari Ajzen (1991). Ditemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya perilaku knowledge personalization pada analis, yaitu attitude, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control, selain itu ditemukan juga faktor lain yaitu trust.
