"Halusinasi merupakan stimulus palsu terhadap panca indera yaitu penglihatan, pendengaran, peraba, penciuman, dan perasa yang berasal dari respon maladaptif. Penulis memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada Tn. E yang berusia 30 tahun dengan diagnosis keperawatan utama halusinasi penglihatan. Untuk mengatasi halusinasi klien, dilakukan intervensi keperawatan generalis dan terapi musik. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah ini untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan terapi musik pada klien dengan halusinasi penglihatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah case report. Penulis memberikan intervensi keperawatan generalis dan terapi musik yang termasuk dalam intervensi melakukan aktivitas terjadwal. Asuhan keperawatan dilakukan selama 10 hari dengan penerapan terapi musik selama 6 hari. Hasil dari penerapan terapi musik menunjukkan adanya penurunan tanda gejala halusinasi yang dilihat dari pre test dan post test yaitu dari skor 20 menjadi skor 7. Adanya hasil tersebut diharapkan terapi musik dapat diterapkan pada asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit sebagai alternatif terapi yang dapat membantu klien untuk mengontrol halusinasi terutama pada halusinasi penglihatan.

The purpose of this scientific work is to provide an overview of the application of music therapy to clients with visual hallucinations. The method used is a case report. The author provides generalist nursing interventions and music therapy are carried out which are included in the intervention to perform scheduled activities. Nursing care was carried out for 10 days with the application of music therapy for 6 days. The results of the application of music therapy showed a decrease in symptoms of hallucinations seen from the pre-test and post-test, from a score of 20 to a score of 7. "Skizofrenia menjadi salah satu masalah gangguan jiwa yang masih dikhawatirkan berbagai negara. Halusinasi termasuk gejala positif yang dapat diamati pada penderita skizofrenia. Halusinasi merupakan stimulus palsu terhadap berbagai panca indra, salah satunya indra penglihatan. Halusinasi ini perlu diatasi karena jika halusinasi tidak terkontrol maka halusinasi dapat memerintahkan pasien untuk menyakiti diri atau orang lain. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran hasil analisis proses asuhan keperawatan pada pasien yang mengalami gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi penglihatan melalui penerapan terapi senam diiringi dengan musik. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah case-report. Pasien adalah Tn. S berusia 62 tahun yang mengalami halusinasi penglihatan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengontrol halusinasi pasien yaitu dengan tindakan keperawatan generalis selama 10 hari dan terapi senam diiringi dengan musik sebagai aktivitas terjadwal selama 8 hari. Terapi senam diiringi dengan musik ini diterapkan dengan tujuan mendistraksi pasien dari halusinasi. Hasil penerapan terapi senam diiringi dengan musik menunjukkan adanya penurunan tanda gejala halusinasi dari skor 15 menjadi skor 1. Pasien juga menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengontrol halusinasi dari 2 kemampuan menjadi 12 kemampuan. Melalui hasil tersebut diharapkan terapi senam diiringi dengan musik sebagai aktivitas terjadwal dapat diterapkan sebagai alternatif mengontrol halusinasi penglihatan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

Schizophrenia is one of the mental disorders that is still a concern for many countries. Hallucinations are among the positive symptoms that can be observed in people with schizophrenia. Hallucinations are false stimuli for various senses, one of which is the sense of sight. These hallucinations need to be overcome because if the hallucinations are not controlled then the hallucinations can order the client to hurt themselves or others. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to provide an overview of the results of the analysis of the nursing care process for clients who experience sensory perception disorders: visual hallucinations through The Application of Exercise Therapy accompanied by music. The writing method used is case-report. The client is Mr. S is 62 years old who experiences visual hallucinations. Efforts were made to control the client's hallucinations with generalist nursing actions for 10 days and Aerobic exercise theraphy accompained by music as a scheduled activity for 8 days. Aerobic exercise therapy accompained by music is applied with the aim of distracting clients from hallucinations. The results of applying Exercise Therapy accompanied by music showed a decrease in hallucination symptoms from a score of 15 to a score of 1. The client also showed an increase in ability to control hallucinations from 2 abilities to 12 abilities. Through these results it is hoped that Exercise Therapy accompanied by music as a scheduled activity can be applied as an alternative to controlling visual hallucinations in providing nursing care in hospitals."
