"Human resources are the assets of organizations that play the most important role in accomplishing company?s goals. They have the risk of getting into an accident and health problems in their working environment. The level of risk for each person varies depending on their nature of job or their working locations. Aware this condition, PT. Lestari Busana A.M., a garment industries, has implemented safety and health program in the company. One excellent way to assess the accountability of the implementation is through perception survey.
This research focused study and analyzed perception of employees to execute of health and safety work program with supported by a number of indicator that is work-accident, work-safety, work-healthy, the last safety and health work program management. Safety and health work program is constitute to prevent the occur of work accident. There are two targets of this research, that is to know how the execution of safety and health work program in the company with knowing employees perception and to know the constraints from the execution of safety and health work program in the company.
This research use quantitative approach representing selection of variation from social phenomenon studied. There are three kind of detail examination are descriptive, cross-sectional study and pure research.
The variable of this research is univariate. The measuring instrument that is used in this research are questioner, observation and also interview in order to searching answer to raised research questions. Population in this research amount to 810 peoples with amount of sample 89 peoples who is taken with non-probability of stratified random sampling for the employees who has at least one year of employment only. Measurement of mount used in this research is ordinal measurement and use likert scale. The questioner which have been gathered, then made the tabulation of percentage to know dominant value each indicator (Quantitative) and also use central tendency technique.
Pursuant to research result, all respondent express to agree with the execution of safety and health work program. The constraints from the execution of safety and health work program can be handle cause there is cooperation between employer and employee although there are a few employees have neutral responses regarding the implementation. Good execution have been proven can be minimize amount of work accident in company. The company has to involve them in identifying the hazards of their job, so they will be more aware in implementing safety in their daily task.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pelaksanaan program pelatihan K3 berdasarkan persepsi kepala Bagian di PT Waskita Karya (persero). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan pelatihan K3 di PT Waskita Karya dapat dikategorikan baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Kekurangan tersebut berada pada beberapa dimensi, diantaranya pada dimensi cognitive outcomes dan affective outcomes. Dengan demikian, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki diantaranya meningkatkan program pelatihan terutama yang berkaitan dengan hal-hal teknis (fasilitas, metode, materi dan kompetensi instruktur), melaksanakan program pelatihan K3 secara berkelanjutan dan menindak lanjuti hasil evaluasi pelatihan yang telah dilakukan.

The focus of this research is to evaluating safety health training program based on lower management perception in PT Waskita Karya (persero). This is quantitative research with descriptive analized. This research finds that safety training programe in PT Waskita Karya (persero) have done and have a good categories. But there are some aspect that must be improved especially in cognitive outcomes dimension and affective outcomes dimension. Based on this research, PT Waskita Karya (persero) have to improved training material, training instructur, facilities and the training methode, make sustainable safety health training program and check evaluation training programe that have done."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelaksanaan program keselamatan
dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BUT XYZ Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Penelitian
ini menggunakan teknik sampel Total Sampling kepada 87 karyawan BUT XYZ yang
menjadi responden penelitian. Variabel Pelaksanaan Program Keselamatan dan
Kesehatan kerja diukur dengan menggunakan dimensi Keselamatan Kerja dan
Kesehatan Kerja, sedangkan variabel Kinerja Karyawan diukur dengan menggunakan
tujuh dimensi menurut Ivancevich (2001) antara lain; Kualitas Kerja, Kuantitas Kerja,
Pengetahuan tentang Pekerjaan, Kualitas Personal, Kerjasama, Dapat Diandalkan dan
Inisiatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program keselamatan
dan kesehatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan pada BUT XYZ

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of health and safety implementation
program on employee performance in BUT XYZ. This study used a qualitative
approach with explanative research. This study used total-sampling technique to 87
employee in BUT XYZ as a sample for this study. Variables of health and safety
implementation program measured by using safety dimension and work health
dimension, while the variable performance of employee is measured by seven
dimensions according to Ivancevich (2001) including the quality of work, the quantity
of work, job knowledge, the quality of personal, cooperation, reliable, and initiative.
The results of this study indicates that health and safety implementation program has a
positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in BUT XYZ."

"PT. Deraya Air merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang transportasi udara, dimana dalam setiap proses produksi mempunyai risiko kecelakaan kerja cukup tinggi. Pekerjaan di Hangar/shelter ini digunakan untuk melakukan perawatan pesawat dengan skala tertentu sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan peruntukannya, tidak terlepas dari kondisi keadaan tersebut diatas.
Persepsi karyawan tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja perlu terus di budayakan untuk menghadapi kemajuan teknologi dan peralatan. Untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi karyawan terhadap penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang bekerja di hangar/shelter PT. Deraya Air Jakarta, maka dilaksanakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, yang dibatasi pada pekerja yang bekerja di hangar/shelter PT. Deraya Air Jakarta Tahun 2012 dengan jumlah sampel adalah seluruh populasi yang ada sebanyak 58 orang. Variabel K3 yang akan diteliti antara lain : Kebijakan K3, Program Pengendalian Bahaya, Pelatihan K3 dan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).
Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara keseluruhan persepsi sebagian besar karyawan PT. Deraya Air yang bekerja dihanggar terhadap penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dengan menggunakan 4 variabel adalah baik (74,1%). Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada pihak manajemen PT. Deraya Air Jakarta untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan kegiatan monitoring, evaluasi dan sosialisasi serta pelatihan tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Penyediaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dengan kualitas yang baik dan meningkatkan kinerja menuju level dengan standarisasi ISO 9001:2008 maupun OHSAS 18001:2007.

PT. Deraya Air is a company engaged in the field of air transport, which in every production process has a high risk of accidents. Work at Hangar / shelter is used for the maintenance of aircraft with a certain scale in accordance with the established rules of allocation, not the circumstances regardless of the conditions above.
Employee perceptions about the Occupational Safety and Health needs to continue in safety culture to deal with the advent of technology and equipment. To find a picture of employee perceptions of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety working in the hangar / shelter PT. Deraya Air Jakarta, then conducted a descriptive quantitative research, which is limited to workers employed in the hangar / shelter PT. Deraya Air Jakarta in 2012 with a sample of the entire population there are as many as 58 people. Occupational Health and Safety variables that will be examined include: Policy of Occupational Safety and Health, Hazard Control Program, Occupational Safety and Health Training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
The survey results revealed that overall perception of most employees of PT Deraya Air at hangar working towards the implementation of Health and Safety at Work by using the 4 variables was good (74.1%). From the results of this study suggested to the management of PT. Deraya Air Jakarta to improve the implementation of monitoring, evaluation and dissemination and training on Occupational Health and Safety . Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with good quality and enhance the performance to the level of the standards ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

"Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk melihat hubungan antara pelaksanaan program K3 dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada divisi operasional PT Surveyor Indonesia, Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara survey, yang menggunakan kuesioner. Terdapat 5 dimensi untuk program K3 yang merupakan teori dari Mathis & Jackson dan 2 dimensi untuk produktivitas kerja karyawan dari teori Stephen P. Robbin. Adapun sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT Surveyor Indonesia pada divisi operasional yang berjumlah 50 orang.
Peneliti menggunakan factor analisis untuk mengukur validitas dan Cronbach?s alpha untuk realibilitas. Untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut, maka digunakan teknik analisis spearman. Hasil dari pengukuran tersebut ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pelaksanaan program K3 dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Saran yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini agar perusahaan lebih meningkatkan komitmen dan kebijakan K3, untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawannya.

This study focused on the relationship between occupational health and safety programme with employee productivity at the operational division of PT Surveyor Indonesia, Jakarta. This study use the quantitative method. Data were collected by survey, using questionnaires. There are five dimensions to occupational health and safety program that is the theory of Mathis & Jackson and two dimensions to the work productivity of employees of the theory of Stephen P. Robbin. Samples used the employees of PT Surveyor Indonesia on the operational divisions, amounted to 50 people.
Researchers used factor analysis to measure the validity and Cronbach's alpha for reliability. To find out whether there is any relationship between two variables, the analytical technique used spearman. The results of these measurements found that there is a strong enough relationship between occupational health and safety program with employee productivity. Suggestions proposed in this study in order to further enhance the company's commitments and policies occupational health and safety, to be able to increase employee productivity.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi K3 PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Variabel Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) diukur dengan perencanaan, penerapan, audit, sertifikasi, pembinaan dan pengawasan, sedangkan variabel kinerja karyawan diukur dengan kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, pengetahuan pekerjaan, kerjasama, inisiatif, dapat dipercaya atau diandalkan, dan kualitas personal. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang menggunakan teknik Total Sampling terhadap karyawan divisi K3 PT. Adhi Karya yang berjumlah 35 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This research aims to know the Influence of The Management System of Occupational Safety and Health Division Employee Performance Against K3 PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Variable management system occupational safety and health (SMK3) measured by planning, implementing, auditing, certification, coaching and supervision, while the variable performance of employees is measured by the quality of work, the quantity of work, job knowledge, cooperation, initiative, can be trusted or relied upon, and the quality of the personal. This research used quantitative approach with survey method using the technique of Total Sampling of employees Division K3 PT Adhi Karya, which totaled 35 respondents. The results of this study indicates the Management system of occupational safety and health has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees."
