"Untuk menghadapi persaingan yang terjadi saat ini dan untuk terus dapat bersaing di pasaran maka perusahan harus dapat mempersiapkan strategi yang tepat dalam persalngan. Perubahan Iingkungan yang cepat dan lingkungan konsumen yang sangat kritis harus dapat disikapi secara cermat apa yang menjadi kemauan konsumen dan bagaimana perilaku konsumen agar dapat terus eksis dipersaingan.
Pada tahun 2002, KH Abdullah Gymnastiar telah melakukan terobosan dengan melakukan bisnis yang berbasiskan syariah atau hukum Islam. Dengan prinsip kejujuran, keadilan dan transparan yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai yang islami, yang bertujuan untuk membangkitkan ekonomi umat dengan mendirikan beberapa perusahaan.
PT Manajemen Qolbu Tours & Travel merupakan salah satu dari perusahaan yang bernaung cli bawah Manajemen Qolbu Corporation yang bertindak sebagai Holding Company. Hingga saat ini PT Manajemen Qolbu Tours & Travel menjadi salah satu perusahaan dibidang jasa yang diperhitungkan oleh pasar, karena kemampuannya untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan/keinginan pasar.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Dengan memfokuskan pada analisis strategi yang digunakan perusahaan dengan meninjau aspek ekstemal dan internal perusahaan yang dijadikan acuan perusahaan dalam pengembangan usahanya. Dari hasil analisis eksternal dan analisis internal perusahaan, kemudian ditetapkan mengenai formulasi strategi bersaing dengan menggunakan SWOT Matrix, IFAS dan EFAS Matrix.
Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Manajemen Qolbu Tours & Travel pada prinsipnya merupakan usaha untuk menerapkan asas customer satisfaction dengn cara menyediakan produk atau jasa yang sesuai dengan nilai yang ditawarkan (value) serta pelayanan prima dan dengan melihat daya tarik industri tours & travel yang ada, dapat disimpulkan bahwa daya tarik dalam industri ini adalah tinggi. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan terhadap aspek eksternal dan internal perusahaan, maka perusahaan harus memiliki perbedaan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen, peningkatan penggunaan teknologi IT serta peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Meskipun demikian PT Manajemen Qolbu Tours & Travel harus tetap memperhatikan perubahan perilaku konsumen dan ancaman perubahan Iingkungan serta ancaman pendatang baru di masa yang akan datang.

To face competition that happened in this time and keep compete in market, company should have to prepare the strategy that precisely to win the competition. Change of environment which quickly and very critical consumer environment have to earn attitude carefully what becoming willingness of consumer and how behavior of consumer to be can continue emulation exist.
In the year 2002, KH Abdullah Gymnastiar have conducted breakthrough by conducting business which have Moslem law bases. With sincerity principle, justice and transparent which have based by Islamic values, with aim to awaken people economics by founding some company.
PT Manajemen Qolbu Tours & Travel represent one of the company which shading below Manajemen Qolbu Corporation act as Holding Company. Until now PT Manajemen Qolbu Tours & Travel become one of the company of service area reckoned by market, because its ability to accommodate desire of market.
This research use descriptive and quantitative approach method. Which focused to strategy analysis with used by company to evaluating external and internal aspect, taken as company reference in development of effort him. From result of external and internal company analysis, and then strategy formulation is to used SWOT, IFAS and EFAS Matrix had established.
As a result of this research analysis indicate that PT Manajemen Qolbu Tours & Travel basically is to attempt the principle customer satisfaction by providing service or product matching with value which on the market and also prima service and seen industrial fascination tours and travel existing, can be concluded attractiveness in this industry is high. Than analysis which have been to aspect of external and is internal company, hence company have to have difference to product which on the market to consumer, make-up of usage of technology of IT and also the make-up of human resource in order to increase service to customer. Nevertheless PT Manajemen Qolbu Tours & Travel have to remain to pay attention change of behavior of threat and consumer change of environment and also new comer threat in the future.

"ABSTRAK
Proses bisnis dari suatu perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan keberhasilan dari perusahaan tersebut. Proses bisnis dari suatu perusahaan harus selalu disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan, baik halnya tujuan, strategi, maupun peraturan yang mengatur kegiatan bisnis dari perusahaan. Namun pada kenyataannya terdapat proses bisnis yang dirancang tanpa memenuhi ketentuan tersebut. Pada umumnya, terutama pada sektor bisnis swasta, tidak ada peraturan yang mengatur kegiatan bisnisnya. Namun terdapat sektor bisnis khusus yang disebut dengan regulated industry, yang merupakan sektor bisnis yang banyak diatur oleh ketentuan terutama peraturan dari pemerintah dalam penentuan tarif atau harga, aktivitas proses bisnis, ataupun hal yang lainnya. Untuk itulah diperlukan suatu pendekatan baru dalam merancang proses bisnis, terutama untuk sektor regulated industry, agar proses bisnis yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi ketentuan yang membatasi suatu perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan Model Motivasi Bisnis. Yang dimaksud “motivasi“ disini adalah alasan dari suatu perusahaan untuk melakukan kegiatan bisnisnya. Proses bisnis yang menjadi studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah proses bisnis pembelian tiket kapal penyeberangan yang dikelola oleh PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) khususnya di Cabang Merak. Pada akhir penelitian ini didapatkan rancangan proses bisnis yang baru yang lebih sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah, yang digambarkan dengan menggunakan notasi Business Model and Notation (BPMN).

ABSTRACT
Business processes of an enterprise is very closely related to the success of the company. It must always be adapted to the conditions faced by the company, either as goals, strategies, and regulations which are governing the business activities of the company. But in fact there are many business processes that are designed without complying with those provisions. In general, particularly in private business sector, there are no regulations governing business activities. But there is a specific business sector called the regulated industry, which is a business sector that is heavily regulated by the provisions of the regulations of the government, especially in the determination of rates or prices, business process activities, or other things. In order to design business processes, particularly for the regulated industry sector, we need a new approach that can be used to create business process that comply with the environmental boundaries of a company. In this study, we used Business Motivation Model. The definition of "motivation" is the reason why a company do its business activities. This research studies the business process of ferry ticket purchases that are managed by PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) especially in Merak Branch. At the end of this study, the design a new business processes that are more in line with government regulations, which are represented using Business Model and Notation (BPMN)."

"Program Jakarta Creative Hub merupakan metode baru yang dirancang Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta guna meningkatkan kualitas pelaku industri kreatif, dengan menggunakan media ruang kerja bersama, yang berpotensi menimbulkan hubungan yang kolaboratif dengan pelaku usaha industri kreatif lainnya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pelaksanaan JCH terhadap pelaku usaha industri kreatif di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post positivis dengan menjadikan dimensi di dalam teori implementasi yang dikemukakan oleh Mazmanian dan Sabatier (1983) sebagai dasar dalam menganalisis. Data primer diperoleh dari field research dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan.
Secara umum hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa penerapan JCH sebagai wadah untuk mengembangkan pelaku usaha industri kreatif belum dilaksanakan dengan maksimal, dimana pada tahap pelaksanaan, regulasi yang dijadikan sebagai dasar dari jalannya program belum memiliki dasar hukum yang kuat, sehingga mempengaruhi seluruh aktivitas yang terjadi di dalam JCH. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari indikator-indikator implementasi yang belum terpenuhi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan Program JCH dirasa masih kurang sempurna karena belum menerapkan sistem pembinaan yang baik sebagai acuan dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan pelaku industri kreatif di DKI Jakarta.

Jakarta Creative Hub Program is new method that designed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to improve the quality of creative industries business actors, which used co-working space media that potentially causing collaborative relationships with other business actors. This study discusses the implementation of JCH for creative industries business actors. This study used a post positivist approach by making the dimensions of Mazmanian and Sabatier implementation theory (1983) for analyzing. The primary data obtained through field research and interviews, and secondary data obtained from the study literature.
In general, the results of this study show that the application of the JCH as a place to develop creative industry business actors has not been carried out maximally, where at the implementation stage, regulations were used as the basis for the program not yet having a strong legal basis, which is affecting all activities that occurred in JCH. This can be seen from the implementation indicators that have not been fulfilled properly. Therefore, the implementation of the JCH Program is still considered imperfect because it has not implemented a good guidance system as a reference in creating and developing creative industry players in DKI Jakarta.

"Monetary crisis blowing Indonesia in the middle of July 1997 has brought significant impact especially to business sector. The economic crisis for PT. Inti Teknodrilindo constituted a serious threat instead of positive impact. Therefore, the management conducted various strategies in order to survive by means of internal improvement and efficiency strategies. It allowed the company to keep exist until today. The author was encouraged to study about company strategies.
This study was conducted in descriptive manner, the author presented empirical data relating to strategies applied by PT. Inti Teknodrilindo; how to analyze company strategies (uncertainty) to enable the company escape from the crisis. In order to analyze strategies of PT. Inti Teknodrilindo, the author collected primary or secondary data. The primary data includes result of detailed interview with PT. Inti Teknodrilindo top management as well as board of directors and managers in analyzing the primary and secondary data, the author adopted macro analysis from Pearce and Robinson, five forces from Porter, namely five farces That influence industrial competitiveness. In order to ensure factual activities conducted by PT. Inti Teknodrilindo, the author also adopted value chain from Michael Porter, which analyzes a set of activities in detailed as well as company's activities to discover the most significant factor for strategies applied by the company. Strategy generic from Pearce and Robinson and Laurence R. Jauch. Turnaround strategy is a theory the author applied to come into conclusion that the strategy used by PT. Inti Teknodrilindo was an turnaround strategy by retrenchment strategy being indicated by cost and asset reduction through employee rationalization, fix asset sales and changing composition of the shareholders. Meanwhile, turnaround strategy was followed by concentric diversification strategy, namely to diversify service coverage in oil & gas exploration and exploitation project by means of establishing subsidiaries, cooperation with other parties in joining various oil & gas drilling tenders, acquisition of the company which is having line business with PT. Inti Teknodrilindo, to find focusing on service or product."
