"ABSTRACT
Services provided by civil servants of Jambi Provincial Government is still not as expected by the community. Performance of civil servants is still not yet directed to service oriented. For that reason, work culture must be created that leads to performance achievement supported by the organizational culture and the personality of civil servants themselves in providing services. This study aims to determine (1) Illustration of Organizational Culture, Big Five Personality as a moderation variable and work culture and performance as a moderated variable. (2) Effect of moderation of organizational culture on the interaction of work culture and civil servant performance in Jambi Provincial Government, (3) Big Five Personality Moderation effect on the interaction of work culture and civil servant performance in Jambi Province Government. The types of research are descriptive and verificative. Multistage random sampling technique is sampling in two stages first, identifying SKPD, Bureau, and Agency, and second, determining the number of respondents from each SKPD, Bureau, and Agency. Data analysis is descriptive and inferential analysis is using path analysis. The results describe the organizational culture descriptively, Big Five personality as moderate variables are in a good category, work culture and performance as moderated variables are in a good category. Even so, organizational culture as a moderating variable is weakening the influence of work culture on performance if compared to direct influence between organizational culture on work and work culture on performance. On the other hand, the moderating variables are able to strengthen the influence of work culture on the performance of civil servants in the Jambi Provincial Government, compared to the Big Five Personality direct contribution to performance and work culture on performance. Therefore, every Department, Agency, Bureau, and UPTD reassess whether the culture applied is in accordance with the character, personality, and demands of the external environment, so that organizational culture is able to strengthen the influence of work culture on performance."

"Kota Jakarta Timur merupakan kota yang memiliki jumlah penduduk bekerja tertinggi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Adanya pemberlakuan bekerja di rumah (work from home) atau bekerja jarak jauh (telecommuting) saat adanya pandemi COVID-19 membuat perbedaan lingkungan fisik kerja karyawan saat bekerja di rumah dan di kantor. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan lingkungan fisik yang bekerja di rumah dan di kantor, serta mengetahui hubungan lingkungan fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan yang bekerja jarak jauh. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan fisik kerja karyawan dan kinerja kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis keruangan dan analisis statistik Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan lingkungan fisik sebesar 63% yang terdiri dari perbedaan tingkat 1 sebesar 61% dan perbedaan tingkat 2 sebesar 2%. Hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara lingkungan fisik kerja dengan kinerja kerja karyawan signifikan pada taraf nyata 5%. Lingkungan fisik karyawan yang bekerja di rumah dan di kantor yang tidak memiliki perbedaan rata-rata berada tepat di dekat jaringan jalan. Sedangkan untuk kinerja kerja karyawan yang bekerja di rumah dan di kantor yang tidak memiliki perbedaan kebanyakan berada tidak tepat di jaringan jalan.

East Jakarta City is a city with the highest number of working populations in DKI Jakarta Province. The implementation of working at home or working remotely (telecommuting) during the COVID-19 pandemic has made a difference to the physical work environment of employees while working at home and at the office. This study aims to determine the differences in the physical environment at home and in the office, as well as to determine the effect of the physical environment on the performance of employees who work remotely. The variables used in this study are the employee's physical work environment and employee work performance. The method used is spatial analysis and Chi-Square statistical analysis. The results showed that there was a difference in the physical environment of 63% consisting of a difference in level 1 of 61% and a difference in level 2 of 2%. The results of statistical tests conducted indicate that there is a significant relationship between the physical work environment and employee work performance at the 5% level of significance. These employees whose physical work environments are in their homes and in the office that does not differ is on average are near main road networks. As for the work performance of employees who work at home and in the office, which have no difference, most of them are not near main road networks."

"Dalam konteks bisnis yang dinamis, peran sentral job performance sangat krusial dalam menentukan kesuksesan suatu organisasi. Pemahaman perusahaan terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi job performance menjadi kunci, melibatkan aspek lingkungan kerja, seperti implementasi hybrid workplace yang memberikan fleksibilitas kepada karyawan untuk memilih lokasi dan waktu kerja yang paling produktif bagi mereka, ataupun faktor lain terkait dengan pekerjaan dan karakteristik individu karyawan, yang tercermin melalui tingkat work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hybrid workplace terhadap job performance dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan startup di DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menerapkan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 182 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap di perusahaan startup di DKI Jakarta melalui Google Form. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4 dan IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement mampu memediasi hubungan positif dan signifikan antara hybrid workplace dan job performance. Selain itu, seluruh hubungan antar variabel juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan satu sama lain.

In a dynamic business environment, the central role of job performance is crucial in determining the success of an organization. The company's understanding of the factors that influence job performance is the key, involving aspects of the work environment, such as the implementation of a hybrid workplace that gives employees the flexibility to choose the location and time of work that is most productive for them or other factors related to work and individual employee characteristics, which are reflected through the level of work engagement. This study aims to analyze the effect of hybrid workplace on job performance with work engagement as a mediating variable for startup employees in DKI Jakarta. A quantitative approach is used by applying purposive sampling techniques to 182 respondents who are permanent employees at startup companies in DKI Jakarta through Google Form. The collected data were analyzed using SEM-PLS technique with the help of SmartPLS 4 and IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software. The results showed that work engagement was able to mediate a positive and significant relationship between hybrid workplace and job performance. In addition, all relationships between variables also show a positive and significant influence on each other."

"Untuk menjadi bank terkemuka pada saat ini PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk sedang gencar-gencarnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Kondisi yang terjadi bahwa kinerja karyawan secara umum pada PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk khususnya Cabang Jakarta Cawang belum dapat mencapai standar yang diinginkan. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya kerja dan Employee Outcomes dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk khususnya Cabang Jakarta Cawang. Untuk dapat menjawab permasalahan tersebut, data dikumpulkan dari 80 responden karyawan PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Cabang Jakarta Cawang dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teknik Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara empiris budaya kerja dan keluaran karyawan terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

To be the most famous bank, now PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk is giving the best effort on improving the firm performance. The condition happens that generally the employee performance in the PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk of Jakarta Cawang Branch is under the standard. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out weather work culture and employee outcomes would be able to improve the employee performance in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk of Jakarta Cawang Branch. To answer the problem, data was collected from 80 respondents that consist of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk of Jakarta Cawang Branch employees who were asked to answer the questionnaire. The data was then being examined by Multiple Regression Analysis Technique. The result shows that empirically the work culture and employee outcomes have a positive impact on the employee's performance."

"Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk melihat hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja para pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan secara survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 indikator dari Alex Nitisemito dan 5 indikator dari Gibson dan Ivancevich dan 8 indikator dari Faustino Gomes untuk kinerja pegawai.
Populasi terdiri dari 47 orang, yang berarti menggunakan total sampling. Peneliti menggunakan faktor analisis untuk mengukur validitas dan Cronbach's Alpha untuk reliabilitas. Untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut, maka digunakan teknik analisis Spearman.
Hasil dari pengukuran tersebut ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah agar BKD Kota Depok lebih meningkatkan kenyamanan lingkungan kerja, baik fisik maupun non fisik serta meningkatkan pengetahuan pegawai terhadap pekerjaan dan meningkatkan kedisiplinan para pegawai agar kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik dan meningkat.

This research focus on finding the correlation between work environment with employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Depok. This research used quantitative method. Data were collected by survey, using questionnaire. This research for work environment used 7 (seven) indicators from Alex Nitisemito and 5 (five) indicators and used 8 (eight) indicators from Faustino Gomes for employee performance.
Populasi amounted only 44 (fourtyfour) people; hencelevel of sample is equal with level population. Researcher used factor analysis to ensure validity of research and Cronbach's Alpha for reliaility. To find out whether there is any correlation between two variables, the analytical technique used Spearman Rank.
The result of these measurements found that there is a positive and strong enough correlation between work environment and employee performance. Suggestions proposed in this research is that BKD Kota Depok further enhance comfort working environment, both physical and non-physical as well as, increase employee knowledge of the work and discipline of employees in order to improve the performance of employees to be better and improved.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh aktivitas performance management dan rewards terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement terhadap workplace optimism dan workplace optimism terhadap kinerja individu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu Divisi PT Heavy Equipment yang bergerak di bidang penjualan alat berat. Jumlah responden adalah 279 karyawan. Sebelum disebarkan, kuesioner penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS. Pengolahan data untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) Lisrel 8.7.  Dari hasil yang di dapatkan menunjukkan aktifitas performance management dan rewards berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap workplace optimism, dan workplace optimism berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja individu.

Purpose of this paper is to prove the influence of performance management and rewards on employee engagement, influence of employee engagement on workplace optimism and influence of workplace optimism on individual performance. This research conducted in one of Division of PT Heavy Equipment a heavy-duty machine dealer. There are 279 respondent who joining in this research. Data processing for questioner pre-test using SPSS, and for hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) on Lisrel 8.7. The results show that performance management activity and rewards do have significant positive influence on employee engagement. The employee engagement has significant positive influence to create workplace optimism, and workplace optimism significantly influences the individual performance."

"Proses outsourcing di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat. Dalam implementasinya, penerapan outsourcing mengalami berbagai permasalahan, mulai dari masalah perjanjian, perekrutan, sampai dengan pelaksanaan. Karyawan outsourcing di tempat kerja sering menemui perlakuan workplace ostracism atau pengucilan di tempat kerja. Karyawan yang mendapatkan pengalaman ostracized mengalami gangguan kesejahteraan psikologis dan memiliki kecenderungan tidak puas terhadap pekerjaannya, mengalami masalah kesehatan, hingga berhenti dari pekerjaannya. Selain itu, pekerja outsourcing pada umumnya cenderung untuk memilih diam meskipun didorong untuk menyampaikan saran dan ide mereka. Kedua hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja outsourced workers, apalagi jika pegawai juga mengalami stres ketika individu merasa adanya tuntutan lingkungan melebihi dari kemampuan adaptasi yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengucilan di tempat kerja dan employee silence terhadap kinerja pekerja outsourcing dengan stress sebagai variable mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online terhadap responden dengan kriteria utama berprofesi sebagai pekerja alih daya. Sebanyak 195 respon yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan Teknik PLS-SEM. Dari data diketahui bahwa sebagian besar pekerja yang berstatus outsourcing berusia 21-30 tahun dengan masa kerja sekitar 1-2 tahun. Penelitian menemukan bahwa perceived stress yang dirasakan oleh individu memediasi pengaruh workplace ostracism dan employee silence terhadap task performance. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa silence yang timbul ditengah-tengah individu disebabkan oleh berbagai motif yang melandasi alasan karyawan tersebut memilih untuk diam. Sedangkan ostracism yang dirasakan adalah akibat kurangnya aktualisasi dari lingkungan sekitar kerja.

The outsourcing process in Indonesia has grown rapidly. In its implementation, the outsourcing workers experienced various problems, ranging from problems of agreement, recruitment, to implementation. Outsourced workers at the workplace often encounter ostracism or exclusion. Employees who experience being ostracized suffer from psychological well-being, tendency to be dissatisfied with their work, experience health problems, and even quit their jobs. In addition, outsourcing workers generally tend to remain silent even though they are encouraged to share their suggestions and ideas. Both of these things can affect the performance of outsourced workers, especially if employees also experience stress when individuals feel that environmental demands exceed their adaptability. Based on this background, this study focuses on knowing how the effect of workplace ostracism and employee silence on task performance of outsourcing workers with perceived stress as a mediating variable. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through online questionnaires to respondents with the main criteria being outsourced workers. A total of 195 responses obtained were then processed using the PLS-SEM technique. The study found that perceived stress by individuals mediates the relationship between workplace ostracism and employee silence on task performance. "

"Tesis ini membahas hubungan persepsi pekerja work-from-home pada tempat kerjanya di rumah terhadap kinerja kerja individu ketika bekerja di rumah. Pendekatan kuantitatif akan digunakan untuk melihat hubungan variabel-variabel kondisi tempat kerja dan persepsi pada tempat kerja dengan kinerja kerja individu. Pada penelitian ini, pengumpulan data akan dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner dan pelaksanaan semi-structured interview dengan participatory floor plan mapping . Pengisian kuesioner dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data demografi partisipan, data kondisi tempat kerja, data persepsi partisipan terhadap tempat kerjanya, dan data penilaian kinerja kerja individu pekerja work-from-home . Pelaksanaan semi-structured interview dengan participatory floor plan mapping dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data kondisi tempat kerja dan interaksi pekerja terhadap tempat kerjanya. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan korelasi positif antara Persepsi pada Tempat Kerja dan Kinerja Kerja Individu. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh dari elemen-elemen tertentu, seperti Elemen Suasana Kerja, dan persepsi-persepsi tertentu, seperti fleksibel, fokus, dan teritorial, terhadap Kinerja Kerja Individu.

This thesis examines the relationship between perceptions of work-from-home workers at their workplace on individual work performance when working at home. A quantitative approach will be used to see the relationship between the variables of home workplace conditions and perceptions of the workplace at home with individual work performance. In this study, data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and conducting semi-structured interviews with participatory floor plan mapping. Filling in the questionnaire was carried out to collect participant demographic data, data on home workplace conditions, data on participants' perceptions of their workplace, and data on assessment of individual work performance of the work-from-home workers. Implementation of semi-structured interviews with participatory floor plan mapping was carried out to collect data on workplace conditions and worker interaction with the workplace. The collected data will be analyzed using statistical analysis and qualitative analysis methods. The results showed that there was a correlation between conditions at work at home, perceptions at work at home, and individual work performance. Furthermore, the results also found that certain elements of the workplace conditions and certain perceptions have their own impacts on Individual Work Performance."
