"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara academic self-concept dancollege adjustment pada mahasiswa tahun pertama perguruan tinggi negeri yang berada di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya tantangan baru padacollege adjustment mahasiswa tahun pertama yang saat ini sedang menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Pada masa ini academic self-concept bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Pengukuran academic self-conceptdalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Academic Self Concept for Adolescence (ASCA) Scale (Ordaz-Villegas, Acle-Tomasini, & Reyes-Lagunes, 2013). Sementara pengukuran college adjustment menggunakan Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Baker dan Siryk (1984). Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 163 orang mahasiswa tahun pertama yang berusia 17 dan 18 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara academic self-concept dengan college adjustment (r =.177; p<.05; two-tailed).

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to find the correlation between academic self-concept and college adjustment among first-year college students in Jabodetabek. This research is motivated by new challenges of the first year students college adjustment students who are currently facing a coronavirus disease (COVID-19). At this time academic self-concept is beneficial for students in facing these challenges. Measurement of academic self- concept in this study was carried out using the Academic Self Concept for Adolescence (ASCA) Scale (Ordaz-Villegas, Acle-Tomasini, & Reyes-Lagunes, 2013). While college adjustment was measured by the Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ) developed by Baker and Siryk (1984). The respondents of this study were 163 first year students aged 17 and 18 years. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between academic self-concept and college adjustment (r = .177; p <.05; two-tailed)."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran parentification terhadap hardiness pada mahasiswa bidikmisi di Indonesia. Parentification dikur dengan Parentification Inventory (Hooper, 2009) dan hardiness diukur dengan Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (Bartone, 2007). Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 482 mahasiswa yang berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Indonesia, terdiri dari 351 perempuan dan 131 laki-laki dengan rentang usia 18-24 tahun (M = 20,02, SD = 1,376). Data yang diperoleh dari seluruh partisipan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, parentification berperan secara signifikan dan positif terhadap hardiness (𝛽 = 0,211, p < 0,01). Untuk tipe parentification, emotional parentification berperan lebih besar terhadap hardiness (𝛽 = 0,393, p < 0,01), dibandingkan dengan instrumental parentification (𝛽 = -0,161, p < 0,05).

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the role of parentification toward hardiness among college students of bidikmisi scholarship in Indonesia. Parentification was measured using Parentification Inventory (Hooper, 2009) and hardiness was measured using Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (Bartone, 2007). Participants involved in this study were 482 students from State Universities in Indonesia, consisted of 351 women and 131 men with an age range of 18-24 years (M = 20,02, SD = 1,376). Data obtained from all participants were analyzed using regression analysis. The results indicated that in general, parentification has a significant and positive role towards hardiness (𝛽 = 0,211, p < 0,01). For the type of parentification, emotional parentification has a greater role towards hardiness (𝛽 = 0.393, p <0.01), compared to instrumental parentification (𝛽 = -0,161, p < 0,05)."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran kepuasan gaji dan kepuasan karier pada kepuasan hidup Generasi Y. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Job Satisfaction Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan gaji, Career Satisfaction Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan karier, dan Satisfaction with Life Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online pada 116 karyawan Generasi Y dengan convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan karier lebih dapat berperan dalam memprediksi kepuasan hidup dibandingkan kepuasan gaji pada karyawan Generasi Y. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan untuk memberi perhatian khusus pada kepuasan karier karyawan Generasi Y.

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of pay satisfaction and career satisfaction to life satisfaction in Generation Y. This is a quantitative study using Job Satisfaction Scale to measure pay satisfaction, Career Satisfaction Scale to measure career satisfaction, and Satisfaction with Life Scale to measure life satisfaction. Data collection was done using online questionnaire to 116 Generation Y employees with convenience sampling. Study results shows that career satisfaction can predict life satisfaction more than pay satisfaction. Hence, companies should consider giving close attention to career satisfaction of Generation Y employees.

"Distres psikologis pada tahun pertama dapat memengaruhi terbentuknya tingkah laku bermasalah dan menurunnya performa akademik. Salah satu hal yang memengaruhi distres psikologis adalah body image dissatisfaction. Tahun pertama dalam perkuliahan merupakan masa dimana mahasiswi mengalami perubahan besar dalam pola makan dan body image dissatisfaction. Perceived social support memiliki peran buffering yang dapat melindungi individu dari dampak body image dissatisfaction terhadap distres psikologis. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat peran perceived social support terhadap hubungan antara body image dissatisfaction dan distres psikologis. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswi yang sedang berada di tahun pertama antara usia 18-21 tahun (N = 319). Setelah memperoleh data, peneliti melakukan analisis moderasi menggunakan PROCESS dari Hayes. The Kessler 10-item questionnaire (K10) digunakan untuk mengukur distres psikologis, The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) digunakan untuk mengukur perceived social support, dan Appearance Evaluation (AE) serta Body Areas Satisfaction Scale (BASS) digunakan untuk mengukur body image dissatisfaction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswi tahun pertama cenderung puas dengan tubuhnya dan memiliki perceived social support serta distres psikologis yang sedang hingga tinggi. Lalu, ditemukan bahwa body image dissatisfaction memiliki hubungan yang lemah dan signifikan dengan distres psikologis, namun perceived social support tidak memoderasi hubungan di antara keduanya.

Psychological distress in the first year of university can influence the formation of problematic behaviors and decreased academic performance. Body image dissatisfaction affects psychological distress. First year in university is a time when students experience major changes in eating patterns and body image dissatisfaction. Perceived social support has a buffering role that can protect individuals from the impact of body image dissatisfaction on psychological distress. This study aims to examine the role of perceived social support in moderating the relationship between body image dissatisfaction and psychological distress. 319 first-year female college students between the age of 18-21 were involved. To measure psychological distress, The Kessler-10 Item Questionnaire was used (K10), The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) was used to measure perceived social support, and to measure body image dissatisfaction, Appearance Evaluation AE and Body Areas Satisfaction Scale (BASS) were used. The result of this study showed that first year female students tend to be satisfied with their bodies and have moderate to high levels of perceived social support and psychological distress. This study also showed that body image dissatisfaction has an association with psychological distress, but perceived social support does not moderate the relationship between the two.

"Mahasiswa tingkat akhir memiliki banyak tugas ketika menjalani masa kuliahnya, salah satunya yaitu tugas akhir atau skripsi. Karena beban yang berat dan tingkat kesulitan yang cukup tinggi ketika mengerjakan skripsi dapat membuat mahasiswa tingkat akhir merasa tertekan dan mudah gelisah sehingga dapat menyebabkan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara mindfulness dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian dilakukan pada 122 mahasiswa dengan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Mindfulness diukur dengan menggunakan Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) yang sudah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Sanger dan Lainsamputty (2022). Sedangkan stres akademik diukur dengan menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) yang juga sudah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Yusainy, dkk (2019). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan dan tidak signifikan antara mindfulness dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir (r=0,013; p=0,891). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara mindfulness dan stres akademik yang dialami mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi.

Final year students have many tasks during their college years, one of which is a final project or thesis. Due to the heavy burden and the high level of difficulty when working on the thesis, it can make final year students feel depressed and easily anxious so that it can cause stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between mindfulness and academic stress in final year students. The study was conducted on 122 students with several predetermined criteria. Mindfulness is measured using the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) which has been adapted into Indonesian by Sanger and Lainsamputty (2022). Meanwhile, academic stress was measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), which has also been adapted into Indonesian by Yusainy, et al (2019). The results showed that there was no and no significant relationship between mindfulness and academic stress in final year college students in (r=0.013; p=0.891). It can be concluded that there is no relationship between mindfulness and academic stress experienced by final year students who are working on their thesis."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perceived social support sebagai mediator hubungan antara bersyukur dan psychological well-being pada emerging adults. Mengingat masa emerging adulthood merupakan masa transisi, maka psychological well-being sangat penting dimiliki oleh emerging adults. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan 806 emerging adults Indonesia yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat indirect effect ( = .05,.00 < .01) dan direct effect ( = .78,. 00 < .01) yang signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa perceived social support memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara bersyukur dan psychological well-being. Dengan kata lain, bersyukur dapat melewati perceived social support terlebih dahulu untuk memengaruhi psychological well-being, namun juga dapat memengaruhi psychological well-being secara langsung.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether perceived social support mediates the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being in emerging adults. Given maintaining psychological well-being is very important for emerging adults to face transition period. This study used a regression analysis technique with 806 developing Indonesian adults aged 18-25 years. The results of the mediation analysis has shown a significant indirect ( = .05, .00 <.01) and direct effect ( = .78, .00 <.01), which indicates that perceived social support partially mediates the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being. In other words, gratitude can pass through perceived social support first to influence psychological well-being, but it can also affect psychological well-being directly.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dimensi-dimensi kecerdasan emosional pada keputusan karier self-efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat sarjana tahun senior karena masih ada perbedaan dalam hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Para peserta penelitian ini terdiri dari 339 mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun sarjana di Universitas Indonesia yang tersebar di seluruh Fakultas. Dimensi kecerdasan emosional diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Wong dan Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi: penilaian emosi-diri, penilaian emosi lainnya, penggunaan emosi, dan regulasi emosi, dengan total 16 item ( Wong & Law, 2002). Selanjutnya, konstruk self-efficacy keputusan karier diukur menggunakan Skala Self-Efficiency Keputusan Karir - Bentuk Pendek (Betz, Klein, & Taylor, 1996) yang telah diadaptasi ke Indonesia yang terdiri dari 25 item.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah dimensi penilaian emosi-diri (β = 0,181, p> 0,05), penggunaan emosi (β = 0,354, p> 0,05), dan regulasi emosi (β = 0,106, p > 0,05) memprediksi self-efficacy keputusan karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun, sementara emosi lainnya tidak memprediksi self-efficacy keputusan karier. Juga ditemukan bahwa penggunaan emosi paling berkontribusi pada keputusan karier self-efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun senior (B = 1.093, t (196) = 5.817, p <0,05). Penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi mahasiswa.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the dimensions of emotional intelligence in career self-efficacy decisions in senior year undergraduate students because there are still differences in the results of previous studies. The study participants consisted of 339 undergraduate year-end students at the University of Indonesia, spread throughout the Faculties. The dimensions of emotional intelligence are measured using the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) measuring device which consists of four dimensions: self-emotional assessment, other emotional assessment, emotional use, and emotional regulation, with a total of 16 items (Wong & Law, 2002). Furthermore, the constructs of career decision self-efficacy are measured using the Career Decision Self-Efficiency Scale-Short Form (Betz, Klein, & Taylor, 1996) which has been adapted to Indonesia consisting of 25 items.
The results of this study are the dimensions of self-emotional assessment (β = 0.181, p> 0.05), emotional use (β = 0.354, p> 0.05), and emotion regulation (β = 0.106, p> 0.05) predicting career decision self-efficacy at the end of year level students, while other emotions do not predict career decision self-efficacy. It was also found that the use of emotions most contributed to career self-efficacy decisions in senior year end level students (B = 1,093, t (196) = 5,817, p <0.05). This research can be a reference for students.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah self-compassion memediasi hubungan antara perceived social support dengan gejala depresi. Menimbang hasil penelitian bahwa gangguan psikologis terutama depresi paling rentan dialami oleh individu usia 18 hingga 25 tahun, maka gejala depresi penting untuk diperhatikan pada periode emerging adulthood. Desain penelitian ini yaitu korelasional. Jumlah partisipan 803 partisipan usia 18 hingga 25 tahun, dengan ketentuan belum menikah dan belum mempunyai anak. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MPSS), General Health Questionnaire-1 2 (GHQ-12), dan Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form (SCS-SF). Hasil pengujian statistik membuktikan bahwa self-compassion memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara perceived social support dan gejala depresi, dengan indirect effect(β = - .067, p = 0.0000) dan direct effect(β = - .081, p = 0.0000) yang signifikan. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukan perceived social support dapat langsung melewati gejala depresi atau melewati self-compassion terlebih dahulu. Individu yang mempersepsi mendapatkan perceived social support yang tinggi, akan merasa dirinya berharga dan berusaha menoleransi kondisi sulit yang dialami, sehingga memunculkan pemberian kebaikan pada diri sendiri dan mengurangi gejala depresi.

This study aims to determine whether self-compassion mediates the relationship between perceived social support and depressive symptoms. Considering the results under study that psychological disorders, especially depression, are the most susceptible to individuals aged 18 to 25 years, whose symptoms of depression are important to pay attention to what appears. The design of this study is correlational. Number of participants 803 participants aged 18 to 25 years, provided that they were single and had no children. The instrument in this study is Multidimensional Scale of Social Perception Support (MPSS), Public Health Questionnaire-12 (GHQ-12), and Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form (SCSSF). Statistical test results have shown that self-compassion partially mediates the relationship between perceived social support and depressive symptoms, with significant indirect effects (β = - .067, p = 0.0000) and direct effects (β = - 081, p = 0.0000). The results of the mediation analysis show that perceived social support can directly influence depressive symptoms or affect self-compliance = first. Emerging adults who feel they have high perceived social support, will feel themselves worthy and try to tolerate difficult conditions that are experienced, thus providing good for themselves and reducing symptoms of depression."

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan trust pada individu dewasa muda khususnya yang pernah diselingkuhi.. Pengukuran keberfungsian keluarga menggunakan Family Assessment Device FAD yang dikembangkan oleh Kabacoff, Miller, Bishop, Epstein, dan Keitner 1990 . Pengukuran trust menggunakan alat ukur Trust Scale yang disusun oleh Rempel, Holmes, dan Zanna 1985 . Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 309 individu usia dewasa muda dengan karakteristik memiliki pengalaman diselingkuhi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan trust pada individu dewasa muda yang memiliki pengalaman diselingkuhi. Berdasarkan hasil statistik diperoleh nilai korelasi yaitu sebesar r 309 = 0,157

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to find correlation between family functioning and trust in young adults especially who have experienced infidelity. Family functioning was measured with Family Assessment Device FAD developed by Kabacoff, Miller, Bishop, Epstein, and Keitner 1990 . Trust was measured with Trust Scale made by Rempel, Holmes, and Zanna 1985 . Participants of this research were 309 young adults who have experiences with infidelity. The result obtained in this research shows that there rsquo s a significant posistive correlation between family functioning and trust among young adults who have experiences with infidelity. The Pearson Correlation indicates positive significant correlation between family functioning and trust. Based on statistical result obtained correlation value of r 309 0.157."

"ABSTRAK
Peningkatan penggunaan smartphone yang cukup pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir membawa pada fenomena smartphone addiction. Penggunaan smartphone berlebihan terutama pada malam hari menyebabkan tersitanya waktu untuk beristirahat sehingga beresiko menjadi penyebab menurunnya kualitas tidur seseorang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat dampak dari smartphone addiction terhadap kualitas tidur individu terutama pada mahasiswa. Pengukuran kualitas tidur dilakukan dengan alat ukur The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index PSQI . Sementara itu, smartphone addiction diukur dengan menggunakan Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version SAS-SV . Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa yang berjumlah 218 orang dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di wilayah Jabodetabek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada mean skor kualitas tidur kelompok smartphone addict M= 9,16, SD=2,96 dan kelompok non-smartphone addict M= 8,17, SD=2,89 ; t 216 =2,372, p=0,019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kelompok smartphone addict menunjukan kualitas tidur yang lebih buruk dibandingkan dengan kelompok non-smartphone addict. Sehingga smartphone addiction berdampak pada kualitas tidur individu. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

ABSTRACT
The rapid increase of smartphone usage in recent years brings the phenomenon of smartphone addiction. Excessive use of smartphones, especially at night, can reduced the remaining time to rest as well as risk of causing decreased sleep quality of a person. This study was conducted to see the impact of smartphone addiction on individual sleep quality, especially on undergraduate students. Sleep quality was measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index PSQI . Meanwhile, smartphone addiction was measured using Smartphone Addiction Scale Short Version SAS SV . Statistics analyses were performed using Independent Sample T Test. This study involved 218 undergraduate students from various universities in Jabodetabek area. The results showed that there were significant differences in mean sleep quality score of the smartphone addict group M 9, 16, SD 2.96 compare to non smartphone addict group M 8.17, SD 2.89 t 216 2,372, p 0,019. Based on the analysis, excessive smartphone usage seen in the smartphone addict group shows worse sleep quality compared to non smartphone addict group. So the conclusion is that smartphone addiction affects individual sleep quality. Thus the hypothesis in this study was proved."
