"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan pelatihan yang sangat baik bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk mempersiapkan diri agar bisa menjadi seorang apoteker yang handal dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai tenaga kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini dilakukan di fasilitas-fasilitas kefarmasian yang merupakan sarana tempat dilaksanakannya proses pekerjaan kefarmasian. Fasilitas kefarmasian yang dimaksud di antaranya adalah Industri Farmasi, Rumah Sakit, PBF, dan Apotek.Pekerjaan kefarmasian, sebagaimana yang dipaparkan di dalam PP RI No. 51 Tahun 2009, adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Pada akhir masa Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker, baik di Industri Farmasi, Rumah Sakit, maupun di Apotek, mahasiswa apoteker perlu membuat suatu laporan yang biasanya berisi tentang proyek khusus yang dilakukan di tempat Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker tersebut, sebagai salah satu syarat untuk memperoleh gelar apoteker.

Salah satu penunjang dalam berlangsungnya proses produksi adalah tersedianya gudang atau tempat penyimpanan. Tujuan penerapan prinsip 3R (Ringkas, Rapi, dan Resik) adalah untuk mengoptimalkan produktivitas di dalam gudang. Penerapan prinsip ringkas, rapi, dan resik dilakukan dengan cara dikaji dan diobservasi terlebih dahulu kemudian baru dibuat rencana tindak lanjut dan penerapannya. Gudang peralatan dan perlengkapan departemen produksi menjadi lebih terorganisir setelah penerapan prinsip ringkas, rapi, dan resik sehingga diharapkan produktivitas di dalam gudang menjadi lebih optimal.

The equipment and supplies warehouse of the production department becomes more organized after the application of the principles of sort, set in order, and shine, so that it is expected that productivity in the warehouse will be more optimal."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Ethica Industri Farmasi bertujuan untuk menelaah penerapan 5S di area produksi sehingga dapat membantu terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang tertib, teratur dan bersih serta mencegah terjadinya kontaminasi khususnya dari APD yang digunakan. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap area change room produksi dan pencatatan terhadap keadaan area change room sebelum dilakukan optimalisasi penerapan 5S. Kemudian disusun rancangan optimalisasi penerapan 5S di area change room produksi berdasarkan hasil observasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ditemukan ketidakteraturan penyimpanan pakaian khusus yang digunakan operator untuk memasuki area produksi. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan resiko terjadinya kontaminasi dari APD selama proses produksi, dikarenakan penyimpanan pakaian yang tidak teratur dapat menyebabkan tertukarnya pakaian antar operator dan menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan partikel yang dapat terbawa memasuki area produksi karena coverall melebihi batas pemakaian. Sehingga penerapan 5S di area change room produksi farmasi dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kontaminasi dari APD khususnya coverall serta menciptakan lingkup kerja yang teratur.

Pharmaceutical Industry Ethics aims to examine the implementation of 5S in production areas so that it can help create an orderly, orderly and clean work environment and prevent contamination, especially from the PPE used. The study was carried out using the observation method. Data collection was carried out based on observations of the production change room area and recording the condition of the change room area before optimizing the implementation of 5S. Then a design for optimizing the implementation of 5S in the production change room area was prepared based on the results of the observations. Based on the results of observations, irregularities in the storage of special clothing used by operators to enter the production area were found. This can increase the risk of contamination from PPE during the production process, because irregular storage of clothing can cause clothing to be exchanged between operators and cause a buildup of particles that can be carried into the production area because the coverall exceeds the usage limit. So that implementing 5S in the pharmaceutical production change room area can minimize contamination from PPE, especially coveralls and create an orderly work environment."
