"Minyak dan gas bumi merupakan sumber daya alam yang sangat strategis, bukan hanya sebagai sumber pendapatan negara, pemasok kebutuhan bahan bakar domestik dan bahan baku industri, namun diharapkan juga harus dapat menciptakan efek berantai untuk peningkatkan kapasitas nasional. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah strategi untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang diciptakan oleh industri minyak dan gas bumi dalam mendukung upaya tersebut. Metode
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk mendapatkan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria kemudian menentukan peringkat strategi terhadap peningkatan capaian Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) dengan menggunakan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Kemudian untuk mendapatkan tujuan tersebut telah dilakukan wawancara terstruktur dengan pakar dibidang TKDN pada kegiatan usaha hulu migas.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua belas kriteria yang terkait untuk menyukseskan peningkatan capaian Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) di kegiatan usaha hulu migas. Terdapat enam belas strategi yang berpengaruh dan setelah dilakukan pemeringkatan strategi yang paling berpengaruh yaitu peran serta pemerintah dalam menetapkan fokus bidang keilmuan penduduknya ke ilmu terapan dan membangun SDM sesuai dengan kebutuhan terkini pasar global di level medium dan high skill.

Oil and gas is a very strategic natural resource, not only as a source of state revenue, supplier of fuel needs of domestic and industrial raw materials, but it is also expected to be able to create a chain effect for enhancing national capacity. Therefore we need a strategy to exploit the opportunities created by the oil and gas industry to support this effort.
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to get the weights of criteria and sub-criteria and then rank the performance improvement strategy against Local Content Achievement by using Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). To get that goal, structured interviews with experts in the field of Local Content in the upstream oil and gas business activities has been conducted.
This research resulted in twelve criteria relating to the success of the performance improvement of Local Content achevement in the upstream oil and gas business activities. There are sixteen strategies that affect and after the ranking of the most influential strategy is the role of government in setting the focus of scientific fields of applied sciences to the population and to develop human resources in accordance with the current needs of the global market in the medium and high skill level.

"Signifikansi kualitas produk farmasi dan lingkungan regulasi yang ketat telah mendorong industri farmasi untuk menggunakan pendekatan manajemen risiko kualitas dalam upaya meningkatkan jaminan kualitas secara proaktif. Penilaian risiko merupakan tahap penting dalam menjalankan manajemen risiko yang efektif, sehingga penelitian ini ditujukan pada fokus pengembangan model penilaian risiko kualitas, dengan mencakupkan sistematika penilaian yang lebih komprehensif.
Pengembangan model dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip dan sistematika metode fuzzy bow tie analysis untuk menganalisis faktor dan dampak risiko, untuk mengevaluasi tingkat risiko, serta untuk merumuskan tindakan kontrol risko melalui pengembangan barier pada analisis diagram bow tie. Validasi model pada lingkup aspek change control pada proses manufaktur di industri farmasi formulasi dan packaging, menunjukkan bahwa model telah berhasil dikembangkan dan dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan risiko serta dapat mendukung perumusan rencana tindakan mitigasi.

Quality significances for pharmaceutical products within highly regulated environment has led pharmaceutical industries to utilize quality risk management approach in order to proactively improve their quality assurance. Risk assessment is a valuable stage in conducting effective risk management process, hence this research is focused to develop quality risk assessment model in which incorporates more comprehensive assessment process. Model is developed by integrating fuzzy bow tie analysis method principles and systematic steps, to analyze risk factors and risk impacts, to evaluate risk events level, as well as to formulate risk controls through barrier improvement in bow tie diagram analysis. Model validation within change control aspect in pharmaceutical formulation and packaging manufacturing process, has shown that model has been successfully developed and the model was
able to foster decision making and mitigation action planning toward quality risks.

"ABSTRAK
Meningkatnya upaya sustainability di dunia, mendorong tumbuhnya kesadaran bagi perguruan tinggi untuk turut serta memelihara keseimbangan hidup dengan lingkungan. Sebagai langkah awal tercapainya sustainability di perguruan tinggi adalah melalui implementasi Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan SML ISO 14001 dan UI GreenMetric. Adanya kesamaan tujuan antara keduanya, membuat analisis terhadap penggunaan ukuran kinerja UI GreenMetric dalam implementasi SML ISO 14001 di perguruan tinggi perlu dilakukan. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dapat diketahui tingkat persetujuan terhadap hubungan antara SML ISO 14001 dan UI GreenMetric dengan menggunakan analisis rata-rata ukur geomean , serta tingkat implementasi keduanya di perguruan tinggi melalui metode penelitian kombinasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam implementasi SML ISO 14001 dapat digunakan ukuran kinerja UI GreenMetric untuk mendukung pencapaian kinerja lingkungan di perguruan tinggi.

ABSTRACT
Increasing of sustainability effort in the world, encouraging the growth of the consciousness for the higher education to participate maintaining life balance with the environment. As a first step to achieve the sustainability in higher education is through the implementation of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System EMS and UI GreenMetric. The equality objectives of them, making an analysis of the using of UI GreenMetric performance measures in the implementation of ISO 14001 in the higher education is necessary. Based on the analysis, the approval levels of the relationship between ISO 14001 EMS and UI GreenMetric can be known by using the analysis of average measure geomean and the level of both implementation in higher education through a combination research methods. The result of this research is in the implementation of ISO 14001 EMS can be used performance measures of UI GreenMetric to support the achievement of environmental performance in higher education."

"ABSTRAK
Indonesia sebagai negara dengan posisi skill intensive, perlu memperhatikan
pengelolaan perguruan tinggi. Standardisasi dan pengembangan proses pendidikan
di perguruan tinggi sangatlah penting. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan melalui
implementasi total quality management. Langkah awal menyukseskan total
quality management perguruan tinggi adalah prinsip 5-S dan ISO 9000. Banyak
kesamaan antara persyaratan standard sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 dengan
prinsip 5-S. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua sistem tersebut di perguruan tinggi
sangat potensial untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perguruan tinggi
Program Diploma Institut Pertanian Bogor. Implementasi integrasi prinsip 5-S
dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2008 menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy
Process, Crosstabulation-Correlation, serta Importance Performance Analysis.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepentingan (prioritas) prinsip 5-S pada
persyaratan ISO 9001:2008, kemudian diketahui juga keeratan hubungan (nilai
korelasi) antara masing-masing prinsip 5-S dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2008,
dan selanjutnya mengetahui hasil evaluasi kinerja implementasi integrasi sistem
tersebut di perguruan tinggi.

ABSTRACT
Indonesia as a country with intensive skill positions, needs to pay attention to the
management of colleges. Standardization and development of higher education
process are very important. This can be achieved through the implementation of
total quality management. The initial step to achieve total quality management in
higher education is the principle of 5-S and ISO 9000. There are a lot of
similarities between the requirements of the quality management systems standard
of ISO 9001 and 5-S principles. Thus, the integration of both systems in higher
education is very potential to be implemented. This research was conducted at
college Diploma Programme, Bogor Agricultural University. The implementation
of 5-S principle integration with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 used
Analytical Hierarchy Process, Crosstabulation-Correlation and Importance
Performance Analysis. The results of this research shows the importance level
(priority) of 5-S principles on ISO 9001:2008 requirements. It is also found out
that there is close relationship (correlation value) between each 5-S principle and
ISO 9001:2008 requirements, and the results of the performance evaluation of the
implementation of the integration system in college."

Manajemen pengetahuan merupakan suatu proses untuk menyediakan cara sehingga perusahaan dapat mengenali dimana aset intelektual kunci berada, menangkap ukuran aset intelektual yang relevan untuk dikembangkan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan banyak perusahaan yang memutuskan untuk menerapkan knowledge management ke dalam strategi bisnisnya. Dalammenerapkan knowledge management (KM) yang baik dibutuhkan langkah-langkah strategis dimana salah satunya adalah evaluasi kinerja KM. Namun nyatanya tidak semua perusahaan telah memiliki sebuah evaluasi kinerja KM secara mandiri. Implementasi KM melibatkan tiga faktor penting yaitu faktor people, process, dan technology yang dikenal dengan sebutan KM Triad. Sehingga penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model evaluasi kinerja KM berindikator menggunakan perspektif people, process, dan tekhnologi.

ABSTRACT
Knowledge management is a process to provide a way so that companies can identify which are their intellectual assets, and capturing the size of the relevant intellectual assets to be developed. This causes a lot of companies decided to implement knowledge management into its business strategy. In implementing knowledge management (KM), a company needs some strategic steps which one of the steps is evaluating the KM performance. But unfortunately, not all the companies that implement KM already have their own evaluation system of KM performance. KM implementation involves three important factors are factors people, process, and technology known as KM Triad. Therefore, this research proposes a model of KM performance evaluation using the indicators from people, process, and technology perspectives."

"[Industri elektronik merupakan komoditas perdagangan terbesar di ASEAN. Kebutuhan terhadap barang elektronik terus meningkat setiap tahunnya sehingga petumbuhan permintaan komponen elektronik juga terus meningkat. Dengan semakin meningkatnya permintaan komponen elektronik, kecepatan aliran bahan baku dengan kualitas terjaga mutlak diperlukan. Pembuatan model sistem informasi dalam proses inspeksi mutu bahan baku menjadi hal yang penting. Belum adanya integrasi sistem informasi pada inspeksi mutu bahan baku
mengakibatkan banyaknya aktifitas tidak bernilai saat melakukan pekerjaan. Metodologi IDEF0 digunakan untuk membuatu model peta proses aliran informasi. Penelitian ini menggambarkan model aliran proses informasi aktual saat ini (As Is) yang didapatkan dari Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan model alternatif aliran proses informasi (To Be) yang dapat mengurangi aktifitas tidak bernilai saat melakukan inspeksi dengan validasi melalui wawancara Expert. Dengan pemanfaatan IDEF0, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) dapat
dilakukan pada aktifitas inspeksi mutu bahan baku di manufaktur komponen elektronik. Alternatif aliran proses informasi yang didapatkan adalah aliran informasi yang menggunakan database di server sebagai pusat data dan dokumen inspeksi, serta rangkuman masalah bahan baku yang pernah terjadi sehingga operator tidak perlu melakukan aktifitas yang mengarah pada inefisiensi;The electronics industry is the largest trading commodity in ASEAN. "[Pemasok merupakan bagian dari suatu rantai pasok perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja pemasok perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan secara kontinyu karena berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Beberapa literatur telah menjabarkan pentingnya penilaian terhadap manajemen pemasok, namun belum membahas bagaimana proses perancangan kriteria penilaian pemasok dengan seksama dan menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menjelaskan perancangan kriteria kinerja pemasok berdasarkan
ISO/TS 16949 sehingga diharapkan dapat mempermudah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri otomotif dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemasok mereka. ISO/TS 16949 adalah suatu Technical Specification yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi automobile parts dan jasa terkait serta memperkuat kompetisi internasional untuk industri otomotif dan para pemasoknya. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur dan diskusi dengan para pakar maka ditentukan 5 dimensi kriteria
yaitu “Manajemen Pengembangan Proyek Baru”, “Biaya”, “Kinerja Pengiriman”, “Tanggung Jawab Manajemen”, dan “Manajemen Kualitas dan Perbaikan”. Hasil perancangan kriteria-kriteria penelitian ini adalah 27 kriteria yang memiliki ukuran, target, dan bobot. Proses pembobotan merupakan hasil dari Analytic Hierarchy Process;Suppliers are part of supply chain in a company. Supplier performance measurement needs to be done by the company continuously because it affects the performance of the company. Some literature has outlined the importance of an assessment of supplier management, but has not discussed how the design process supplier assessment criteria thoroughly. This study describes the design criteria for the performance of suppliers based on ISO / TS 16949 which is expected to facilitate a company engaged in the automotive industry in evaluating their suppliers. Perkembangan bisnis ritel di Indonesia telah mendorong makin maraknya ritel outlet
modern. Persaingan di bisnis ini makin ketat sehingga mendorong tiap-tiap retailer
untuk semakin memperbaiki sistem dan teknologi yang diterapkan dalam
menjalankan usaha bisnis untuk meningkatkan value chain. Salah satunya dengan
menerapkan model bisnis proses yang jelas sebagai acuan dalam menjalankan
kegiatan bisnis sehari-hari. Berbagai teknik permodelan bisnis proses telah diterapkan
di beberapa usaha. Salah satu teknik permodelan yang dapat diterapkan untuk bisnis
ritel adalah Metode IDEF0. Metode mampu mengidentifikasi alur dan sequence
proses pada bisnis ritel. Setelah memperoleh model bisnis yang jelas, selanjutnya
membuat suatu pengembangan (to be model) dari model bisnis yang ada (as is model)
untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini telah dapat
diidentifikasi model bisnis proses supermarket yang sudah diterapkan, model bisnis
dikembangkan menjadi model baru untuk kemudian dianalisa perbandingan antara as
is model dan to be model. Tujuannya untuk mengukur peningkatan kinerja (value
chain) dari pengembangan yang dilakukan. Penelitian menghasilkan kinerja dari
persediaan barang (stock on hand - SOH) meningkat dan tingkat ketiadaan barang
(out of stock – OOS) menurun pada supermarket.

business model as a reference process in the course of daily business. Various
business process modeling techniques have been applied in some effort. One of the
modeling techniques that can be applied to the retail business is IDEF0 method. The
method is able to identify the flow and sequence in the retail business processes.
After obtaining a clear business model, then make a development (to be models) of
the existing business model (as is model) to be able to further improve business
performance. This study has identified the supermarket business model that has been
implemented, the business model is developed into a new model to be analyzed the
comparison between the as is model and to be model. The goal is to measure the

"ABSTRAK
Permasalahan distribusi di industri muncul akibat ketersediaan produk di konsumen yang disebabkan oleh tingkat persediaan, over stock atau stock out. Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan membuat penjadwalan distribusi produk yang mempertimbangkan dari segi jumlah, waktu, dan kapasitas perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu dengan menggabungkan metode DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) dan EPQ (Economic Production Quantity). Untuk membuktikan kelayakan penggabungan kedua metode tersebut dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan distribusi maka perlu diterapkan di studi kasus perusahaan. Studi kasus penelitian ini adalah di Industri Plastik yang memproduksi sedotan untuk minuman kemasan tetrapack. Kelayakan atau kesesuaian dilihat berdasarkan dari segi jumlah, biaya dan service level. Ketiga hal tersebut harus memberikan peningkatan nilai menuju kearah perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan persediaan dan juga penghematan biaya penyimpanan sebesar 73,92% dan peningkatan service level sebesar 6,75%.

ABSTRACT
Distribution problems in industry as a result of products availability in the consumer caused by inventory levels, over stock or stock out. The problems can be solved by making product distribution scheduling with consideration of quantity, time, and capacity of the company. The research methods is done by combining the method DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) and EPQ (Economic Production Quantity). The feasibility proving of combination the two methods in solving distribution problems need to be applied in the case study company. The case study of this research is in the Plastics Industry that produces a straw to drink tetrapack packaging. The appropriateness or suitability viewed under terms of the inventory, cost and service level. The three aspects must provide of value increasing towards improvement. The research showed that a decline in inventory and holding cost savings of 73,92% and an increase in service level of 6,75%."
