Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemanfaatan koleksi anak untuk biblioterapi bagi anak penderita kanker dalam menjalani pengobatannya di Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (YKAKI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan koleksi anak untuk biblioterapi bagi anak penderita kanker dalam menjalani pengobatannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Dalam prosesnya, dilakukan analisis koleksi dengan pendekatan pengguna dan penggunaan diukur melalui persepsi pengguna, observasi pengguna dan pengujian atas manfaat koleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koleksi anak yang disediakan YKAKI melalui program Sekolah-Ku didasarkan pada visi dan misi program, perkembangan anak, pendidikan dan biblioterapi yang diberikan melalui story telling bagi anak usia 0-6 tahun. Koleksi yang digunakan yaitu 9,2% dari total koleksi. Namun, dalam proses pemanfaatan terdapat kendala yaitu bahan bacaan yang dikenal masih perlu ditambah dan ditingkatkan kualitas, menyesuaikan bahan bacaan dengan kondisi anak dan administrasi kegiatan biblioterapi. Untuk itu, diperlukan perhatian agar membuat kebijakan pengembangan koleksi dan ketersedian koleksi, meningkatkan pengetahuan SDM guru/konselor mengenai manajemen koleksi anak dan laporan statistik pemanfaatan koleksi.

ABSTRACT
This research describes about usage of child’s collection for bibliotherapy to children with cancer in healing treatment at YKAKI. The Research conducted to analyze the usage of child’s collection for bibliotherapy to children with cancer in healing treatment. The type of this research is “qualitative” by “case studying” method. The useful of collections analysis by user and using approach and the useful was measuredby the perception of user, user’s obsevation and the test of The usage of collection. The result of this research shows of the child’s collection was provided YKAKI through “Program Sekolah-Ku” based on vision and mision program, children development, education grade and biblioteraphy has been given through story telling for children age 0-6 years. The collection was adopted approx 9,2% from the number of collections. The obstacle was discovered of the usage process are the reading materies was known still need enhance and advance the quality, adapting the reading materies to child’s condition and the administrative of biblioteraphy activity. Based on fact was discovered during the research, it necessary to make the policy of collection development and providing the collection, advance the human resources knowledge (teachers or concelors) relate to the management of children’s collection and statistic report of the collection usage.

[Skripsi ini membahas mengenai proses pengadaan jurnal elektronik di perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia dari sudut pandang pustakawan. Pengadaan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kegiatan: analisis kebutuhan informasi pemustaka, seleksi, pemesanan dan kendala yang dihadapi selama proses pengadaan jurnal elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini membantu pustakawan Universitas Indonesia untuk berefleksi tentang apa yang telah dilakukannya dalam pengadaan jurnal elektronik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah analisis kebutuhan informasi pemustaka tidak dilakukan secara serius, seleksi jurnal elektronik diserahkan kepada vendor dan kendala yang dihadapi adalah jurnal elektronik yang diembargo, sehingga pemustaka kehilangan akses sementara ke jurnal yang terbaru. Penelitian ini menyarankan perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia untuk merumuskan kebijakan pengadaan jurnal elektronik dan melakukan evaluasi dengan pihak fakultas terhadap jurnal elektronik yang sudah dilanggan. ;This thesis discusses about the process of acquisition of e-journals in University of Indonesia library from viewpoint of librarian. The thesis objective is to help the librarian University of Indonesia to reflect on what they had done in aquisition of e-journals. This study used a qualitative study with case study method. The results of this thesis are analyzes user information needs have not done seriously, selection activity of e-journals handed over to the vendor as provider information and the obstacle is embargo e-journals so user lost temporary access to latest e-journals. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai tingkat kepuasan kerja pustakawan di Pusat Perpustakaan dan Penyebaran Teknologi Pertanian (PUSTAKA) Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survai yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitiannya. Indikator dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja, pustakawan, the Job Descriptive Index (JDI), kepuasan kerja pustakawan perpustakaan khusus, dan kepuasan kerja pustakawan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, latar belakang pendidikan dan lama masa kerja. Analisis data yang digunakan dibantu oleh software Microsoft Excel untuk menghitung persentase dan hasil JDI. Secara keseluruhan, pustakawan dalam penelitian ini memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang rata-rata tinggi untuk aspek pekerjaan itu sendiri, aspek atasan, aspek rekan kerja, dan aspek gaji. Sedangkan untuk aspek kesempatan untuk maju, tingkat kepuasan pustakawan adalah sedang.

ABSTRACT
This thesis describes about the level of librarian’s job satisfaction at the Central Library and Dissemination of Agricultural Technology, Bogor. This research is a quantitative research using a survey method with questionnaire as an instrument of research. Indicators in this study is the job satisfaction, the librarian, the Job Descriptive Index (JDI), a special library librarian’s job satisfaction, and librarian’s job satisfaction based on gender, age, educational background and length of service. Assisted analysis of the data used by the software Microsoft Excel to calculate the percentage and the results of JDI. Overall, the librarians in this study have high levels of job satisfaction in average for the aspects of the job itself, the aspect of supervision, aspects of coworkers, and aspects of the salary. As for the aspects of the opportunities for promotions, the level of satisfaction of librarians is moderate.

Kompetensi merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam melaksanakan tugas yang mencakup pengetahuan keterampilan sikap dan perilaku Kompetensi sendiri tidak dapat lepas dari kegiatan kerja seorang pustakawan Dalam penelitian ini peneliti tertarik dengan kompetensi pustakawan dalam lingkungan perpustakaan Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Jakarta yang termasuk jenis perpustakaan perguruan tinggi Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi pustakawan yang diterapkan dalam lingkungan perpustakaan Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Jakarta Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan komponen wawancara dan observasi dalam memahami gambaran kompetensi pustakawan Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Jakarta dan menggunakan landasan kompetensi pustakawan menurut US Special Library Association SLA yang mencakup kompetensi profesional dan individu Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pustakawan Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Jakarta mampu memenuhi beberapa aspek kompetensi baik profesional maupun individu walaupun masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan dalam pemenuhan kompetensi menurut standar yang digunakan. ......Competence is one's ability to achieve success in carrying out tasks that include knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors. Competence alone cannot be separated from the work activities of a librarian. In this study, the researcher interested in the competencies of librarians in the library environment Divinity School in Jakarta, which includes the type of college libraries. The purpose of this study was to determine how the librarian competencies are applied in the Divinity School library environments Jakarta. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with interviews and observation component in understanding the competence description Jakarta Divinity School librarians and librarians use foundation competencies according to US Special Library Association (SLA) that includes professional and individual competence. The results of this study indicate that the Divinity School librarian Jakarta able to meet some of the aspects of both professional and individual competence, although it still has some shortcomings in the fulfillment of competencies according to the standard used.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang motivasi kerja pustakawan di Perpustakaan Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Perdagangan dengan menggunakan teori motivasi ERG Alderfer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan motivasi kerja pustakawan dan mengidentifikasi faktorapa saja yang mempengaruhi motivasi pustakawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara dan observasi partisipan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mendorong motivasi kerja pustakawan adalah naiknya tunjangan fungsional sebagai pegawai negeri sipil dan pandangan rendah rekan kerja pada profesi pustakawan yang malah meningkatkan motivasinya sebagai pustakawan.Hal yang mematahkan motivasi pustakawan adalah tidak adanya pimpinan yang dapat memberikan pressure untuk pustakawan dalam bekerja.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discuss the motivation of a librarian in the library of the ministry of education and training in trade using the motivation ERG Alderfer.The aim of this research is to describe the motivation and identify factor which affects the librarian?s motivation in work. This research using a descriptive qualitative approach to research by a case study. Data collected by participating in interview and observation. This research result indicates that the factor of employment encouraging the librarian is increasing benefit functional as civil servant and a colleague on a profession that is been the motivation as a librarian. This broke the librarian?s motivation is the absence of leadership that could give pressure to the librarian in work.
