"Penelitian ini akan menganalisis industri perikanan di Norwegia dan Thailand dari sudut pandang teori ko-evolusi. Teori ko-evolusi meliputi pentingnya managerial intentionally micro, environment and institution macro Lewin and Volberda, 1999. Penelitian ini menggunakan hypotheses generating case study untuk dapat menganalisis ko-evolusi di industri perikanan Norwegia dan Thailand. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini akan menghasilkan hipotesis dan saran-saran yang dapat digunakan untuk penelitian lain di masa depan.

This paper will analyze the fishery industry in Norway and Thailand from the lens of co evolutionary theory. Co evolutionary theory encompasses the importance of managerial intentionally micro, environment and institution macro Lewin and Volberda, 1999. To analyze the co evolution of fishery industry in Norway and Thailand, a hypothesis generating case study will be performed. This paper will generate hypotheses and suggestion that could be used for future research."

"Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang kesuksesan hubungan timbal balik antara industri Real Estate dengan pemerintah dan Bank sentral di Singapore. Penulis melakukan penelitian explorasi untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang hubungan timbal balik dari perspektif koevolusi dalam rentan waktu delapan tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2008 sampai 2016. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ada koevolusi simbiosis antara industri Real Estate pada pemerintah dan Bank sentral. Penulis menemukan dua kebijakan utama yang berperan penting selama proses interaksi, yaitu the cooling measures dan macro-prudential telah terbukti efektif dalam menstabilisasikan pasar Real Estate di Singapore. Diakhir studi, penulis menguraikan teori implikasi dari teori koevolusi dan memberikan anjuran yang jelas untuk penelitian dimasa depan dengan tema yang sama.

This study provides insights about the success of the Singapore rsquo s real estate sector mutual relationship with government and central bank. The author constructs an exploratory research to serve in depth understanding about the interaction from a co evolution perspective within a time frame from 2008 to 2016. The findings show that there is a symbiotic coevolution of the real estate sector on government and central bank. During the process of its interaction, the author found two major policies, the cooling measures and macro prudential policies, have effectively proven in stabilizing the real estate market. In the end of this study, a theoretical implication to the field of coevolution and a clear suggestion for future research will be provided. "

"Skripsi ini menelusuri pengaruh dari peran pemerintah melalui kebijakan kebudayaan terhadap perkembangan kewirausahaan kreatif dari tahun 1990 sampai 2016. Teori koevolusi dan teori institusional merupakan basis teori dari analisis ini. Data kualitatif sekunder akan digunakan untuk melakukan studi kasus secara eksploratif. Tujuan utama dari skripsi ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana dan sampai sejauh mana kebijakan kebudayaan yang diformulasikan oleh pemerintah dapat berinteraksi dengan wirausahawan kreatif di tiap negara. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa koevolusi yang terjadi di kedua negara dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang secara spesifik dimiliki tiap negara, seperti situasi perkembangan negara dan prioritas akan industri kreatif.

This paper explores the influence of government roles through cultural policy towards the development of creative entrepreneurship from 1990 until 2016. Co evolutionary theory and institutional theory will be the theoretical basis for the analysis. Qualitative secondary data will be utilized to conduct this exploratory case study. The main objective of this thesis is to explain how and to what extent the cultural policy made by the government can interact with the creative entrepreneurs in each country. The study showed that the coevolution that occurs in both countries are affected by several country specific factors such as the countrys development situation and prioritization of creative industry. "Studi ini menganalisis proses Koevolusi yang terjadi antara Jepang sebagai Role Model dan Korea Selatan sebagai interaksor dalam Industri Elektronik Konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses koevolusi yang terjadi antara Jepang dan Korea Selatan sebagai interaksinya. Dalam studi ini, dua faktor yang akan dianalisis, yaitu Sistem Inovasi dan Organisasi Industri. Lebih lanjut, kajian ini akan merumuskan gagasan bagaimana suatu negara menerapkan model koevolusi dengan negara lain untuk memperkuat industrinya dan menjadi pemimpin pasar dunia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa New Product Development dikembangkan antara Korea Selatan dan Jepang dalam proses koevolusi, terutama pada Incremental Innovation dari produk itu sendiri. Dalam hal Organisasi Industri, koevolusi antara Jepang dan Korea Selatan mendorong kedua negara untuk mencari kebijakan terbaik untuk mempertahankan posisinya di pasar.

This study analyses the Coevolution process that happens between Japan as a Role Model and South Korea as the interactor in the Consumer Electronics Industry. This study aims to understand how the coevolution process happened between Japan and South Korea as the interactor. In this study, two factors are going to be analyzed, which are the Innovation System and Industrial Organization. Furthermore, this study would formulate the idea of how a country applies the coevolution model with other countries to strengthen their industry and become the leader in the world market. The result of this study revealed that New Product Development was developed between South Korea and Japan in the coevolution process, especially on the incremental innovation of the product itself. In terms of Industrial Organization, the coevolution between Japan and South Korea drove both countries to find their best policies to sustain their position in the market."
