Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas tentang kualitas layanan perpustakaan di Pusdiklat Kementerian Perdagangan menurut pengguna berdasarkan metode Libqual+?. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan Pusdiklat Kementerian Perdagangan berdasarkan kesenjangan antara tingkat harapan dan kenyataan yang diterima oleh pengguna dengan menggunakan metode Libqual+? yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi, yaitu Affect of Service, Information Control, dan Library as Place. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan perpustakaan Pusdiklat Kementerian Perdagangan berada dalam zone of tolerance. Kualitas layanan perpustakaan sudah memenuhi harapan minimum dari responden, tetapi belum memenuhi harapan yang diinginkan oleh responden.

This thesis discusses about the quality of library in The Ministry of Trade Education and Training Centre according to the users based on the method Libqual+?. The goal is to describe the quality of library services in The Ministry of Trade Education and Training Center based on the gap between expectation and reality levels received by the user by using Libqual+? that comprised of three dimensions, which Affect of Service, Information Control, and Library as Place. This research is quantitative research with survey method. The results showed that the quality of library services in The Ministry of Trade Training Centre is in the zone of tolerance. The quality of library services already meet the minimum expectations of the respondents, but has not met expectations desired by the respondents.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengolaan arsip inaktif yang dikerjakan oleh Outsourcing di Pusat Unit Pengolah Satuan Kerja Khusus Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas (SKK Migas). Pentingnya pengelolaan arsip inaktif karena arsip menyimpan informasi yang merupakan asset bagi sebuah organisasi. Pelaksanaan yang sesuai prosedur menentukan pengelolaan arsip berjalan dengan efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan proses pengelolaan arsip inaktif pada Pusat Unit Pengolah SKK Migas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan sudah memenuhi prosedur yang berlaku tetapi ada beberapa kendala yang dialami.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses about the management of inactive records in the Pusat Unit Pengolah Satuan Kerja Khusus Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas (SKK Migas) conducted by Outsourcing. The importance of records management archive inactive for storing information is an asset for an organization. Determine the appropriate implementation of records management procedures are operating effectively. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of managing inactive records at the Pusat Unit Pengolah SKK Migas. This study used a qualitative approach to the case study method. The results show that management has fulfilled the applicable procedures but there are some constraints experienced.

Penelitian ini tentang kegiatan pemberkasan surat oleh sekretaris pejabat eselon I di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kegiatan pemberkasan surat yang dilakukan oleh sekretaris pejabat eselon I di ANRI. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara and observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberkasan surat oleh sekretaris sudah memenuhi kriteria pemberkasan. Kegiatan pemberkasan surat dapat meningkatkan kinerja sekretaris pejabat eselon I, sehingga temu kembali informasi dan keutuhan informasi dapat terjaga. ...... This study of the activity of filing a letter by the secretary of echelon I officials at the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia ( ANRI ). The aim of this study was to determine the activities undertaken by filing a letter secretary echelon I officials in ANRI. Research using the case study method. Collecting data through interviews and observations. The results showed filing a letter by the secretary meets the filing criteria. Letter filing activities can improve the performance of the secretary of echelon I, so information retrieval and information integrity can be maintained.

Dalam sistem pemberkasan dapat terjadi berbagai masalah seperti penumpukan arsip atau sulitnya temu kembali. Di Kantor Arsip Daerah, terdapat masalah dalam praktek sistem pemberkasan yaitu ketidakseragaman penerapan klasifikasi oleh pengelola arsip. Masalah ini tentu memiliki dampak negatif seperti sulitnya temu kembali yang akan menggangu kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui gambaran pemberkasan arsip aktif di central file Direktorat Kearsipan Pusat dan Direktorat Pengolahan Kantor Arsip Daerah dan faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih ada ketidakseragaman penerapan klasifikasi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya perbedaan persepsi.

In the filing system there could be any problems such as accumulation of archives or hard to retrieval. In Regional Archive Office, problems in practice of filing system was the heterogeneity of the practice of the classification by the archiver. This issue had negative impacts such as hard to retrieval which would influenced the performance of the organization. This study tried to describe the filing of active archive in the central file of Regional Archive Office and factors which associated with it. This study showed that there were variation on the practice of the classification and it was caused by the difference in archiver's perception.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pemanfaatan Koleksi Umum di Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui siapa yang memanfaatkan koleksi umum, tujuan pengguna memanfaatkan koleksi umum, subjek apa saja yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan pengguna serta hambatan yang dihadapi pengguna dalam memanfaatkan koleksi umum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna KPAK Jakarta Timur yang sedang memanfaatkan koleksi umum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelajar adalah pennguna yang paling banyak memanfaatkan koleksi umum KPAK Jakarta Timur, tujuan yang paling banyak adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan, subjek yang dimanfaatkan secara umum merata jumlahnya, dan hambatan yang paling sering ditemui adalah tidak ditemukannya koleksi di rak. ......The study focused about the utilization of general collection in Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur (KPAK Jaktim). The aim of this study are to discover the user, user's intention for the utilization of general collection, kind of subject that users used mostly, and the obstacle that users had when thei used the collection. This study used quantitative approaches with survey methods. The respondents in this study are the user that utilize general collection in KPAK Jaktim. The result of this study shown that the most user are students, the aim of the users used the collection to increase their knowledge, the subjects which used are the same average amount and the obstacle is the user didn't find the collection in the shelves.

Penelitian ini membahas proses tunanetra di Pertuni Jakarta Timur dalam berbagi informasi berdasarkan pada motivasi yang mereka miliki, kepada siapa berbagi informasi, media yang digunakan, jenis informasi yang dibagi, dan hambatan yang ditemukan dalam berbagi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang yang diambil berdasarkan snowball sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi informasi telah menjadi budaya di kalangan tunanetra di Pertuni Jakarta Timur, namun proses berbagi informasi masih terhambat dari sisi penerima informasi karena tidak semua informasi diterima oleh penerima.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses the process of information sharing among visually impaired people in Pertuni East Jakarta, based on motivation they have, people they share with, the media they use, the type of information they share, and the barriers they face in sharing information. This research was conducted using phenomenology, one of qualitative approach. There are eight informants in this research, selected based on snowball sampling. The result shows that information sharing has been entrenched among the visually impaired people in Pertuni East Jakarta. However, the process information sharing is still hampered because not all information is received by receiver.
