"ABSTRAK
Layanan diseminasi data statistik melalui website BPS belum memenuhi harapan para pengguna website. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui hasil Survei Kebutuhan Data (SKD) 2017 BPS yang menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara harapan pengguna website dengan kepuasan yang diterima. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil penilaian Open Data Inventory (ODIN), website BPS belum memenuhi kriteria penilaian kualitas website internasional terutama dalam hal penilaian kelengkapan cakupan dan keterbukaan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang strategi peningkatan kualitas website diseminasi data BPS agar website BPS dapat memenuhi harapan pengguna website dan memenuhi penilaian internasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survei kepada beberapa sampel pengguna website. Data hasil survei dikelompokkan ke dalam kuadran matriks IPA. Atribut layanan website yang berada pada kuadran concentrate here dan keep up the good work akan menjadi fokus perbaikan. Delapan atribut website pada kuadran concentrate here perlu menjadi prioritas perbaikan organisasi seperti keakuratan data, kemudahan penggunaan website, keterbaruan data, dan kelengkapan data. Sepuluh atribut yang terdapat dalam kuadran keep up the good work merupakan atribut yang penting untuk dipertahankan kinerjanya oleh organisasi. Strategi perbaikan kualitas website diusulkan melalui studi literatur yang dikonfirmasi melalui wawancara kepada narasumber. Urutan dan prioritas perbaikan website secara teknis disusun dengan menggunakan Quality Functional Deployment (QFD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPS perlu untuk melakukan optimasi pemrograman website, merancang ulang layout website, membuat forum data statistik, menyelenggarakan statictical capacity building, serta meningkatkan interoperabilitas data.

ABSTRACT
Statistical data dissemination through BPS website have not met expectation of data users. The Data Need Survey (SKD) 2017 indicates a gap between user expectations and user satisfaction. In addition, some users have difficulty understanding the features on the BPS website. In addition, based on the ODIN assessment, the BPS website has not met the criteria for evaluating international website quality, in data completeness and data openness criteria.The purpose of this research is to design strategies to improve the quality of BPS data dissemination websites so that the BPS website can meet the expectations of website users and meet international assessments. This research use quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed methods) to analyze data. Data collection is done by conducting surveys to some sample data users. Data are grouped into IPA matrix
quadrants.
Attributes in concentrate here quadrant and keep up the good work quadrant
will be the focus of improvement. The proposed strategy was confirmed through interviews. The priority of website improvements is technically compiled using Quality Functional Deployment (QFD). The results showed that BPS needed to optimize website code, redesign the website layout, create statistical data forum, conduct statistical data
building, and also improve data interoperability.

"Revolusi teknologi informasi telah memicu terbentuknya pola pergaulan yang baru serta globalisasi kegiatan ekonomi secara strategis. E-commerce mulai berkembang dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Hal baru saat ini yang menjadi masalah penting yaitu kepercayaan daring, berdasarkan dari besarnya publisitas kebocoran informasi, pembajakan akun, dan pelanggaran privasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang memengaruhi kepercayaan daring pengguna C2C e-commerce di Indonesia terhadap merchants dan platform providers terhadap niat dalam melakukan belanja daring. Dengan menggunakan metode olah data kuantitatif, kuesioner akan dibagikan secara daring kepada responden yang merupakan pengguna C2C e-commerce di Indonesia. Kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan PLS-SEM.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan kepercayaan pada merchants dipengaruhi oleh dari kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan dan reputasi dari merchants tersebut, sedangkan kepercayaan pada platform providers dipengaruhi oleh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, sertifikasi pihak ketiga dan reputasi dari platform providers tersebut.
Dalam penelitian ini, kepercayaan konsumen dalam C2C e-commerce ditemukan hanya dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan pada platform providers. Pada akhirnya, dengan mendapatkan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen maka akan sejalan dengan mengingkat niat konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian.

The information technology revolution has triggered the formation of new social patterns and the globalization of strategic economic activities. E-commerce has started to develop in recent years. The new thing that is currently an important issue is online trust, based on the amount of publicity of information leakage, account hijacking, and violation of privacy.
This study aims to find out what factors influence the online trust of C2C e-commerce users in Indonesia to merchants and platforms providers in their intention to shop online. By using quantitative data processing methods, the questionnaire will be distributed online to respondents who are C2C e-commerce users in Indonesia. The questionnaire was then analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach.
This research generated trust in merchants influenced by the quality of information, service quality and reputation of these merchants, while trust in platform providers was influenced by the quality of information, system quality, third party certification and reputation of the platform providers.
In this study, consumer trust in C2C e-commerce was found to be only influenced by trust in platform providers. In the end, getting and increasing consumer trust will be in line with increasing consumer intentions in making purchases.

publishers for instance there are people who still don 39 t have a desire to click on the mobile advertisement shown on the mobile phone screen in fact there are also some cases where the mobile phone user click on the advertisement accidentally Those condition had trigerred the curiosity of the author to seek out the factors that influence the acceptance of mobile devices users toward mobile advertising in Indonesia This research aims to find out which factors that influence the mobile device users in accepting mobile advertising and to give recommendations to advertisers publishers or developers and the advertising networks company so that the advertisement in mobile advertising can be more accepted by mobile device users The theoritical framework in this research is adopted from "ABSTRAK
Sistem informasi dalam proses supply chain yang kemudian dikenal dengan istilah e-SCM electronic supply chain management menjanjikan pengguna dan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan kolaborasi dari organisasi. Untuk melihat efektivitas penggunaan e-SCM serta pengaruh e-SCM terhadap kinerja individu dan organisasi, perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan e-SCM. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan e-SCM dengan studi kasus PT Ericsson Indonesia. PT Ericsson Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi. Dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen, PT Ericsson Indonesia menggunakan e- SCM bernama sitehandler yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan persediaan barang guna memberikan kontribusi dan informasi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas operasional kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan model dari kesuksesan sistem informasi dengan melihat hubungan faktor kualitas informasi information quality , kualitas sistem system quality , kualitas pelayanan service quality terhadap penggunaan use , kepuasan pengguna user satisfaction , dan manfaat net benefit pada sistem informasi PT Ericsson Indonesia. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square PLS yang merupakan bagian dari Structural Equation Modelling SEM dengan jumlah data yang berasal dari 149 responden. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem terhadap penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna e-SCM. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif dari penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan net benefit e-SCM.

ABSTRACT
Information systems in supply chain process which also called as e-SCM electronic supply chain management promise users and companies in improving the communication, coordination, and collaboration of the organization. To observe the effectiveness of the use of e-SCM and the impact of e-SCM on individual and organizational performance, it will be good if organisation know the factors that influence the use of e-SCM. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the use of e-SCM; case studies at PT Ericsson Indonesia. PT Ericsson Indonesia is a multinational networking and telecommunications company. To provide services for consumers, PT Ericsson Indonesia uses an e- SCM called sitehandler which used to provide goods and services. This study uses the model of Information Systems Success by looking at the relation of information quality, system quality, and service quality to usage, user satisfaction and net benefits in PT Ericsson Indonesia information system. Partial Least Square PLS which is part of Structural Equation Modeling SEM used for data processing method. Data from 149 respondents used for do an anlysis in this paper. This result found there are positive relation in quality information and system quality to use and user satisfaction. Also, there are positive relation in use and user satisfaction to net benefits of e-SCM."

"Keberhasilan sebuah sistem MOOCs dinilai berdasarkan dari jumlah pengguna yang menggunakan sistem secara terus menerus. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya mencoba menggunakan Task-Technology Fit dan tren Gamification sebagai faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi MOOCs. Namun, belum ada penelitian yang mengkombinasikan keduanya untuk memprediksi niat untuk terus menggunakan MOOCs. Sekolahpintar adalah sebuah platform e-learning yang termasuk dalam kategori MOOCs yang diluncurkan pada tahun 2015. Pada awal peluncurannya, sekolahpintar memiliki target untuk mendapatkan 2000 pengguna aktif dalam kurun waktu dua tahun. Berdasarkan data laporan pengguna aktif, jumlah pengguna belum mencapai target dan mengalami penurunan. Penyebabnya adalah rendahnya retensi dari pengguna. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat memengaruhi niat pengguna untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi Sekolahpintar menggunakan Expectation-Confirmation Model dengan penambahan variabel Task-Technology Fit (TTF) dan Gamification. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, 257 data yang didapatkan melalui kuesioner diolah menggunakan SEM-PLS.Hasil uji hipotesis memperlihatkan bahwa Task Characteristic dan Technology Characteristic melalui Task-Technology Fit berpengaruh terhadap Perceived Usefulness. Sistem Gamification seperti Point Rewarding dan Feedback Giving berpengaruh terhadap Satisfaction dan Perceived Enjoyment. Kemudian Perceived Usefulness, Satisfaction, dan Perceived Enjoyment secara bersamaan memengaruhi Continuance to Use.

The success of MOOCs platform can be measured by the number of users that use it continuously. Previous research has already identified that Task-Technology Fit and trend gamification as an antecedent of MOOCs platform. However, there is no evidence of how both can influence user retention together. Sekolahpintar is a MOOCs platform which was launched in 2015. Sekolahpintar targeted to have 2000 active user within two years. Based on the user report, the number of active users in sekolahpintar has not reached the target and is decreasing. The main cause is the low user retention. The purpose of this research is to examine the factors influencing continuance to use at Sekolahpintar by applying Expected-Confirmation Model integrating with Task-Technology Fit and Gamification. Data collection methods were conducted through questionnaires, 257 data obtained through questionnaires was analyzed using SEM-PLS. Hypothesis test result showing that Task Characteristic and Technology Characterisitc facilitates with Task-Technology Fit influence Perceived Usefulness. Gamification system such as Point Rewarding and Feedback Giving have a significant effect on Satisfaction and Perceived Enjoyment. This research also shows the significant effect of Perceived Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Perceived Enjoyment on Continuance to Use."

"PT Adaro Logistics menyadari akan kebutuhan terhadap implementasi Enterprise Content Management ECM System untuk mendukung berjalannya implementasi sistem manajemen PT Adaro Logistics yang baru saja terbentuk pada pertengahan tahun 2013 dan bertanggung jawab terhadap lima unit bisnis logistik perairan menginginkan adanya tata kelola dokumen yang baik dan terstandarisasi sesuai kebutuhan dari sistem manajemen yang digunakan di masing masing unit bisnis Namun perbedaan tipe karakteristik dan proses dari seluruh unit bisnis dan kurangnya proses penerimaan ECM menjadikan pertimbangan penulis untuk mengusulkan adanya strategi implementasi ECM
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan soft system methodology dalam menyusun strategi implementasi ECM yang dipadukan dengan teori teori pendukung seperti content maturity model dan content audit yang dikembangkan oleh O 39 Callaghan Smiths Penelitian ini menghasilkan 24 aktivitas yang diturunkan dari 14 aktivitas utama di dalam model konseptual 24 aktivitas tersebut menjadi strategi implementasi ECM pada bidang usaha layanan logistik perairan dengan studi kasus PT Adaro Logistics Strategi tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan dasar yang membantu PT Adaro Logistics mengejar pencapaian implementasi ECM hingga akhir tahun 2015.

This study uses soft system methodology approach in ECM implementation strategy combined with supporting theories such as content maturity models and content audit which is developed by O 39 Callaghan Smiths This research resulted in 24 activities derived from the 14 major activity in the conceptual model 24 activities are transformed into ECM implementation strategies in the field of marine logistics services with a case study of PT Adaro Logistics This strategy can be used as a baseline that helps PT Adaro Logistics pursue ECM implementation until the end of 2015

"Sistem Foreign Research Permit Online Application FRP OA merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk mempermudah Peneliti Asing dalam mengajukan izin penelitian di Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi sejak 4 Juli 2011 Namun sampai tahun 2013 masih banyak Peneliti Asing yang belum memanfaatkan sistem ini dan memilih mengirimkan berkasnya melalui surel faksimili maupun jasa kurir Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan kembali FRP OA oleh Peneliti Asing selaku pengguna sistem Model penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi dari Expectation Confirmation Model ndash Information Technology ECM IT dan IS Success Model serta menambahkan variable interaction dan security privacy Data dikumpulkan dengan mengirim kuesioner ke smua pengguna FRP OA yang berjumlah 524 pengguna melalui media online Dari 524 keusioner yang dikirim penelitian ini mendapatkan sampel berjumlah 119 responden Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square PLS Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi interaksi keamanan privasi serta kualitas sistem menjadi faktor yang memengaruhi digunakannya kembali FRP OA Dari hasil tersebut Bagian APP dapat fokus melakukan perbaikan FRP OA dengan mempertimbangkan keempat faktor yang memengaruhi Peneliti Asing dalam menggunakan kembali FRP OA.

Foreign Research Permit Online Application FRP OA is an information system utilized by the Ministry of Research and Technology to help foreign researchers to obtain research permit since July 4 2011 Unfortunately there were still many foreign researchers who did not utilize this system and prefer to send all of required documents by email facsimile or courier service in 2013 This research is focused to understand factors that affect the sustainability of the utilization of FRP OA by foreign researchers as end users The research used the combination of Expectation Confirmation Model Information Technology ECM IT IS Success Model and by adding interaction and security privacy variables Data collection was conducted by sending invitation to fill out questionnaire to all FRP OA rsquo s users with the amount of 524 users via online questionnaire This research acquired 119 responses from 524 questionnaires sent to the FRP OA rsquo s users The data collected were analyzed using Partial Least Square PLS The result of the research indicates that information quality interaction security privacy and system quality are factors that affect the continuity to use the FRP OA Based on these results the FRP Division could focus on improving the FRP OA by considering four factors that affect foreign researchers to continue using the FRP OA."

"[ABSTRAK
E-government merupakan penggunaan teknologi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan akses dan penyampaian layanan yang bermanfaat kepada masyarakat, rekan bisnis dan pegawainya. E-Audit adalah salah satu bentuk e- government yang digunakan BPK RI untuk membantu dalam pelaksanaan pemeriksaan keuangan negara. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pemeriksa BPK RI belum seluruhnya menggunakan sistem e-Audit tersebut.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemeriksa BPK dalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi e-Audit. Model dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikombinasikan dengan Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone & McLean, dimensi individu dari Technology Readiness Index (TRI) serta variabel dukungan manajemen. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 231 pegawai pemeriksa Kementerian dan Lembaga BPK RI, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 185 responden. Data yang terkumpul tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares pada Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dua variabel pada teori TAM yaitu manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap minat pemeriksa dalam menggunakan e-Audit. Selain itu terdapat faktor lain yang berpengaruh adalah faktor kualitas sistem e-Audit, faktor kesesuaian e-Audit dalam proses pemeriksaan dan faktor individu ketidaknyamanan pemeriksa terhadap teknologi baru. Faktor-faktor tersebut yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pimpinan BPK RI dan tim pengembang agar e-Audit dapat dimanfaatkan oleh seluruh pemeriksa BPK RI.

ABSTRACT
E-government is the use of technology by the government to improve access and delivery of useful services to the people, business partners and employees. E- Audit is one example of e-government that is used in BPK to assist auditors in doing state financial examination. In practice, the BPK auditors have not fully use the e-Audit.
This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect the BPK auditors in using e-Audit Information System. The model used in the study were Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) combined with Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) model, the success model of information system by DeLone & McLean (DeLone&McLean), individual dimensions from Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and variabel management support. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 231 BPK ministries and agencies auditors, hence the valid sample obtained were 185 respondents. The collected data was processed using the Partial Least Squares technique in Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)
The result of this study proved that the two variables in TAM theory which were the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, gave a positive effect on increasing the intention of BPK auditor to use e-Audit. In addition, there were other influencing factors which were the quality system of e-Audit, the compatibility of e-Audit in audit process, and the discomfort of auditors to new technology. These factors need to be notice by the BPK leaders and the development team in order that e-Audit could be used by all BPK Auditor.

Evolusi dan perubahan yang pesat dibidang teknologi merupakan perubahan mendasar yang mengakibatkan berubahnya kondisi pasar, iklim bisnis dan audiens media. Media elektronik seperti e-magazine merupakan sebuah inovasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahan media cetak untuk menjangkau pengguna yang lebih banyak. Namun sebuah inovasi tidak secara langsung dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna dalam melakukan pembelian e-magazine. Model penelitian yang digunakan merupakan gabungan dari model penerimaan teknologi dan resistansi inovasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kueisoner secara online melalui email dan juga menyebarkan kuesioner cetak. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Purchase intention secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh perceived ease of use dan relative advantage.
