Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan memberikan gambaran kepada pihak manajemen Hotel XYZ untuk memilih program pensiun yang tepat bagi karyawan Hotel XYZ. Selain itu juga bertujuan agar program pensiun karyawan yang dibentuk atau dipilih dari DPLK dapat memberikan nilai manfaat yang diharapkan tanpa memberatkan keuangan perusahaan. Dikarenakan belum adanya program pensiun yang dikelola dan diikuti oleh Hotel XYZ, penelitian ini diperlukan sebagai bagian dari pemenuhan tanggung jawab perusahaan kepada karyawan dan pemerintah, hal ini sesuai dengan amanat Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 1992 tentang Dana Pensiun, serta Undang-Undang BPJS No.24 Tahun 2011 tentang Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pihak manajemen Hotel XYZ memerlukan pengikutsertaan tambahan program pensiun karyawan selain program pensiun BPJS. Perusahaan juga dianjurkan mengikutsertakan karyawan dalam program jaminan hari tua BPJS. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menunjukan adanya selisih kekurangan nilai manfaat yang cukup besar khususnya bagi karyawan dengan sisa waktu bekerja dibawah 15 tahun, nilai manfaat yang diperoleh dari pengikutsertaan karyawan tidak sesuai dengan nilai manfaat yang diharapkan. Solusi dan saran diberikan mengenai penyelesaian agar nilai manfaat yang diterima karyawan dapat sesuai dengan nilai manfaat yang diharapkan. Selain itu juga diberikan solusi dan saran mengenai potongan iuran dan jumlah iuran yang dibebankan agar setiap karyawan menerima nilai manfaat yang diharapkan. ......This study aims to help and provide an overview to the management of Hotel XYZ to form and choose the right pension program for XYZ Hotel employees. The aim of this research is that the employee pension plan which is eventually formed or selected from the DPLK can provide the expected value of benefits without overloading the financial aspects of the company. Due to the absence of a pension program managed and followed by the XYZ Hotel this research is very much needed as part of fulfilling company responsibilities to employees and the government. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 1992, Labor Law No.13 of 2003, also the BPJS Law No.24 of 2011. Based on the research, the management of the XYZ Hotel requires the inclusion of an additional employee pension program in addition to the BPJS pension program. Companies are also encouraged to include employees in the BPJS old-age insurance program. The results of the study also show that there is a difference in the lack of substantial benefit values, especially for employees with the remaining time working under 15 years, the value of benefits obtained from employee participation is not in accordance with the value of expected benefits. The author provides solutions and suggestions in the final chapter regarding the settlement so that the value of benefits received by employees can be in accordance with the value of the expected benefits. The author also provides solutions and suggestions regarding contribution contributions and the amount of contributions charged so that each employee receives the expected value of benefits.

Abstrak :
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi perawat di salah satu rumah sakit privat swasta untuk menurunkan turnover intention dan turnover serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Objek penelitian adalah delapan puluh orang perawat yang bekerja di salah satu rumah sakit swasta di propinsi DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian terdiri dari dua kesimpulan yaitu: (1) Komitmen organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh antara iklim etika terhadap turnover intention, namun (2) Komitmen organisasi memediasi secara komplit pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap turnover intention. //////The aim of this study is to analyze the factors that affects nurses' organizational commitment in one of private hospital so it can decrease turnover intention and turnover, and support the quality of health care in Indonesia. The object of this research are eighty nurses who work in one of private hospital in Jakarta. The results of this study consisted of two conclusions: organizational commitment fails to mediate the relation between ethical climate and turnover intention, however it succesfully mediates the relation between perceived organizational support and turnover intention.

Abstrak :
Pengakuan laba (profit) pada uji profitabilitas (profit testing) produk unit link back-end loading menghasilkan cadangan premi yang bernilai negatif pada tahun pertama karena biaya yang bernilai positif di sisi pengeluaran sehingga menambah profit dan menghasilkan laba untuk bisnis yang baru terjual (new business gain). Situasi ini menimbulkan ketidakadilan dilihat dari sudut pandang pemegang polis karena jasa perlindungan belum sepenuhnya diterima oleh pemegang polis tetapi perusahaan telah mengambil laba terlebih dahulu. Standar pelaporan keuangan internasional nomor 17 tentang Kontrak Asuransi (International Financial Reporting Standard 17 atau IFRS17) yang akan mulai efektif berlaku pada tahun 2022, menyatakan bahwa perusahaan mengakui profit setiap periodenya (profit emergence) sesuai dengan jasa perlindungan asuransi yang telah diberikan kepada pemegang polis. Karya akhir ini membahas pengakuan profit produk asuransi jiwa unit link back-end loading menggunakan IFRS17. Analisis dilakukan dengan melihat pola pengakuan profit sepanjang masa kontrak menggunakan metode IFRS17. Secara umum hasil analisis atas pengakuan profit sepanjang masa kontrak menggunakan metode IFRS17 lebih stabil sehingga kondisi pengakuan laba yang tinggi diawal tahun penjualan tidak terjadi. ......The recognition of profit on profit testing for unit link back-end loading products generates a negative premium reserve in the first year because positive costs on the expense side increased the profit and creates high profits recognition for newly sold businesses i.e new business gain. This situation considered unfair from policyholder's point of view because protection services have not been fully accepted by policyholders but the company has taken high profits in the early years. The International Financial Reporting Standard 17 for Insurance Contract or IFRS17 for Insurance Contract which will be implemented in 2022, states that the company should recognizes profit during insurance contract in accordance with the insurance protection services provided to policyholders. This paper discusses the recognition of profit or emergence surplus for unit link back-end loading in life insurace products using IFRS17. The analysis is done by looking at the emergence surplus pattern throughout the contract period using IFRS17 method. In general, the results of the emergence surplus pattern throughout the contract period using IFRS17 method are more stable so that high profit recognition situation in the early years does not occur.

Abstrak :
Permasalahan utama yang sering dihadapi oleh perusahaan asuransi adalah mengestimasi cadangan klaim. Perhitungan estimasi cadangan klaim yang dilakukan secara kurang tepat akan memengaruhi kelangsungan usaha dari perusahaan asuransi. Metode estimasi cadangan klaim yang paling sering digunakan di dunia asuransi adalah metode Chain-Ladder dan variasinya. Selain metode tersebut, Peters, Targino dan Wuthrich (2017) mengembangkan metode yaitu gamma-gamma Bayesian Chain-Ladder. Metode ini merupakan metode Bayesian Chain-Ladder yang menggunakan distribusi gamma yang memiliki rentang prediksi cadangan klaim yang relatif kecil.

Pada penelitian ini penghitungan terhadap rentang prediksi cadangan klaim dilakukan menggunakan model gamma-gamma Bayesian Chain-Ladder. Tujuan utama pada penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan proses penghitungan rentang prediksi dengan model gamma-gamma Bayesian Chain-Ladder pada konteks perusahaan asuransi XYZ di Indonesia, serta membandingkannya dengan metode Chain-Ladder. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data klaim produk asuransi kendaraan bermotor perusahaan asuransi XYZ tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2016. Hasil rentang prediksi berdasarkan nilai MSEP model gamma-gamma Bayesian chain-ladder tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2016 relatif lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan MSEP chain-ladder model Mack.

The Main problem often faced by insurance companies is estimating claim reserve. The calculation of claim reserve that is undertaken inaccurately will affect the business operations of the insurance company. The claim reserve estimation method that is commonly undertaken called Chain-Ladder method and its variations. Besides, Peters, Targino and Wuthrich (2017) develop a method namely gamma-gamma Bayesian Chain-Ladder. This is a Bayesian Chain-Ladder method that uses a gamma distribution and has the prediction range of claim reserve that relatively small.

This research performs the calculation of the prediction range claim reserve that uses the gamma-gamma Bayesian Chain-Ladder model. The main purpose of this research is implementing the process of calculation prediction range with the gamma-gamma Bayesian Chain-Ladder model in the context of XYZ insurance companies in Indonesia, and compare it with the Chain-Ladder classic method. The data used in this study is the claim data for motor vehicle insurance products for XYZ insurance companies from 2014 to 2016. The results of the prediction range based on the MSEP value of the gamma-gamma Bayesian Chain-Ladder model from 2014 to 2016 relatively smaller compared to the Macks MSEP chain-ladder model.
