"Tesis ini membahas penyelesaian sengketa wilayah antara Indonesia dan Malaysia terhadap Pulau Sipadan dan Ligitan melalui International Court of Justice (ICJ). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pemaparan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Malaysia dapat memiliki Pulau Sipadan dan Ligitan setelah melalui proses perundingan antara Indonesia dan Malaysia melalui International Court of Justice (ICJ) berdasarkan keberadaannya sebagai pemilik (effectivities).

The focus of this study is dispute settlement of Sipadan and ligitan island between Indonesia and Malaysia at International Court of Justice (ICJ). This research is qualitative interpretative. The result of this study shows Malaysia had full authority of Sipadan and Ligitan island after the processed of negotiation between Indonesia and Malaysia at International Court of Justice (ICJ) based on effectivities."

"Tesis ini dikerjakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yaitu apa yang menyebabkan UNPROFOR Dutch Battalion gagal dalam melindungi warga sipil di Srebrenica. Konsep yang digunakan adalah konsep Just War, yaitu pada konsep Jus In Bello, sebagai konsep yang menemukan rules of engagement dalam konflik, terutama untuk perlindungan terhadap warga sipil dan juga konsep mengenai pasukan penjaga perdamaian. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, maka ditemukan bahwa kegagalan UNPROFOR Dutch Battalion dalam melindungi warga sipil di Srebrenica karena adanya mandat yang saling berseberangan dan tidak adanya kerjasama yang baik dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait.

This thesis was done to answer the research question, what factors that caused UNPROFOR Dutch Battalion failed to protect the civilians in Srebrenica. Concept that uses in this thesis is the Just War concept, and Jus In Bello concept, as a concept that found the rules of engagement in a conflict, particularly, the protection for the civilians, and the concept about peacekeeping forces. From the research that has been done, find that the failure of the UNPROFOR Dutch Battalion in protecting the civilians in Srebrenica because there was two different mandate, and there was no good cooperation between UNPROFOR Dutch Battalion and the headquarter of UNPROFOR."

"Penelitian ini membahas prospek realisasi kerjasama penerbangan dalam ASEAN-European Union Comprehensive Air Transport Agreement (ASEAN-EU CATA), serta melihat implikasinya pada kerjasama bilateral maskapai penerbangan Indonesia dan Belanda. Teori scenario building menganalisa serangkaian kondisi di masa depan dari perjanjian multilateral ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma structure-conduct-performance dalam menganalisa industri transportasi udara di Uni Eropa dan ASEAN kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini juga melihat manfaat dari perjanjian tersebut terhadap kerjasama penerbangan bilateral Belanda dengan Indonesia dalam hal ini dilihat dari maskapai penerbangan kedua negara dan dianalisis menggunakan keunggulan kompetitif.

This study critically discusses the prospect of realizing aviation sector cooperation in the ASEAN-European Union Comprehensive Air Transport Agreement (ASEAN-EU CATA) multilateral agreement, as well as looking at the implications of bilateral cooperation between Indonesian and Dutch airlines. Scenario building theory analyzes a series of conditions in the future of this multilateral agreement. This study uses the structure-conduct-performance paradigm in analyzing the air transportation industry in the European Union and ASEAN and then analyzed using the theory of comparative and competitive advantage. This study looks at the benefits of the agreement on bilateral aviation cooperation between the Netherlands and Indonesia, in this case seen from the airlines of the two countries and analyzed using competitive advantage."
