[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini mengambil studi kasus kegiatan keagamaan yang dilakukan Majelis Rasulullah di Pancoran, Kebayoran Lama dan Monumen Nasional. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk data penguat, penelitian ini menemukan jika meskipun Majelis Rasulullah menggunakan ruang publik untuk kegiatannya, namun masyarakat di sekitarnya tidak terganggu karena berimbas positif kepada kegiatan sosial dan ekonomi mereka. Temuan lapangan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan 3 konsep ruang Henry Lefebvre: tindakan keruangan, konsep serta representasi ruang, dan ruang yang dihidupi atau ruang representasi. Tindakan keruangan dilakukan dengan kegiatan keagamaan di ruang publik, dengan adanya simbol-simbol yang ditunjukkan melalui bendera Majelis Rasulullah hingga pakaian muslim di ruang representasi. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mewujudkan konsep akan ruang oleh Majelis Rasulullah berupa Jakarta kota Sayyidina Muhammad SAW.;
ABSTRACT
This thesis is a case study of religious activities conducted Majelis Rasulullah in Pancoran, Kebayoran Lama and the National Monument. Using qualitative and quantitative methods for data amplifier, this study found that if though Majelis Rasulullah use of public space for activities, but the people are not bothered because a positive impact on their social and economic activities. Field findings were analyzed using a 3 concept of space by Henry Lefebvre: spatial practice, conceptualized space or representations of space and lived space or representational space. Spatial practice carried out by religious activities in public space with the symbol shown through the Majelis Rasulullah flag to moslem clothing in the representational space. Skripsi ini menelaah peran mediasi kepercayaan kepada pemimpin pada hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan kreativitas karyawan generasi Z. Teori pertukaran sosial menjadi kerangka pikir dasar untuk menjelaskan hubungan teoretis ketiga variabel tersebut. Partisipan diperoleh dengan teknik convenience sampling menggunakan Google Form. Data kuantiatif dianalisis dengan teknik mediasi sederhana Hayes dengan program PROCESS Procedure for SPSS versi 4.2 beta. Hasil menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat indirect effect yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dengan kreativitas karyawan melalui kepercayaan kepada pemimpin. Implikasi teoretis studi ini adalah diperlukannya studi pada masa mendatang untuk mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang berpotensi memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan kreativitas karyawan generasi Z. Selain itu, implikasi praktis studi ini adalah berkembangnya pemahaman praktisi mengenai kreativitas karyawan generasi Z dan pengaruh seorang atasan.
......This paper examines the mediating role of trust in leader in the relationship between empowering leadership and the creativity of generation Z employees. Social exchange theory was utilized to explain the theoretical relationship between these three variables. Participants were obtained by convenience sampling technique using Google Form. Quantitative data were analyzed using Hayes' simple mediation technique using the PROCESS Procedure for SPSS version 4.2 beta program. The results found no significant indirect effect between leadership and employee creativity through trust in leader. The theoretical implication of this study is that future studies are needed to explore other variables that potentially mediate the relationship between empowering leadership and the creativity of Generation Z employees. In addition, the practical implication of this study is the development of practitioners' understanding of the creativity of Generation Z employees and the influence of their leaders.
