"Tumpang tindih pekerjaan, tanggungjawab yang kompleks, ketidakpastian status, ketidakjelasan pengembangan karir, dan kurangnya keamanan kerja pada tenaga medis sebagai Kepala Puskesmas (jabatan struktural) yang diberi tanggungjawab sebagai Pelaksana Tugas. Antara tenaga medis jabatan struktural dan fungsional besar gaji, insentif atau tunjangan yang diterima setiap bulannya sama. Bahaya psikososial kerja merupakan bahaya yang berhubungan dengan faktor pekerjaan (job content) dapat meliputi beban kerja, rutinitas kerja, desain tugas, serta tata cara kerja dan alat yang digunakan. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan pekerjaan (job context) meliputi peran dalam organisasi, hubungan interpersonal, pengembangan karir, pengawasan dan penilaian atasan, serta suasana kerja. Bahaya ini secara langsung atau tidak berpengaruh terhadap kondisi kerja dan jiwa. Jika seseorang tidak dapat mempengaruhi bahaya ini dengan baik maka akan jatuh pada kondisi stres dan lambat laun akan mengalami gangguan yang berakibat keluhan baik pada diri individu maupun terhadap organisasi atau tempat kerja.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi bahaya psikososial kerja dan hubungannya dengan tingkat stres pada tenaga medis Puskesmas di Kota Pekanbaru. Desain penelitian ini dalam bentuk analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh tenaga medis Puskesmas yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 67 orang. Pengukuran data menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan Life Event Scale. Dalam menentukan tingkat bahaya psikososial kerja dan tingkat stres, jumlah skor dari seluruh indikator dihitung kemudian menghasilkan suatu nilai yang menentukan tingkat kategori. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariate dan bivariate dengan uji korelasi.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan 11.1% tenaga medis jabatan fungsional mempunyai persepsi bahaya psikososial kerja faktor pekerjaan (job content) mempunyai proporsi lebih besar dalam menimbulkan stres dari pada jabatan struktural (0.0%). Sedangkan faktor lingkungan pekerjaan (job context) mempunyai proporsi lebih besar pada tenaga medis jabatan fungsional (17.9%) dari pada jabatan struktural (11.1%) dalam menimbulkan stres. Tenaga medis dengan jabatan struktural (31.3%) mempunyai proporsi lebih besar untuk mengalami stres dari pada jabatan fungsional (23.5%).
Saran, Membuat usulan kepada Pemerintah Daerah untuk memberikan Surat Keputusan tentang kejelasan atau kepastian status dari Kepala Puskesmas berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No. 128 Tahun 2004 sehingga keamanan dalam bekerja dapat dicapai.

Overlapping work, complex responsibility, uncertainty or un-clarity of status and career development, lack of work`s security and safety on medical staff of Public Health Service Chairman (structural position) who had been given responsibility as Execution Staff. Between medical staff/personnel of functional and structural position employed, salary average, incentive or received subsidy per month are same. Work psychosocial hazard is hazards that related to work factors (job content) its might included work load, job`s daily activity, work design, and work procedures and work equipment applied. While work environmental factor (job context) covers the role in organization, the interpersonal relation, career development, observation and superior assessment, and work situation. These Hazards either directly or indirectly influence working and physical condition. If someone cannot control these hazards properly, he/she will be fall into stress condition and experience some disturbance that causing complaint on either the individual him self or organization or workplace.
This research aimed to know work psychosocial hazard perception and its relationship with stress level at medical staff of Public Health Service in Pekanbaru City. This research design is in the form of descriptive analytical with cross sectional approach. Research sample is all off medical staff/personnel of Public Health Service who have status Civil Public Servant in Pekanbaru City are sixty seven persons. Data Measurement using questionnaire based on Life Event Scale. In determining level of work psychosocial hazard and stress level, number of scores from all indicators is being calculated then its result a value determining level of category. Data analysis conducted in univariate and bivariate with correlation test.
Result of the research that is 11.1% medical staff of functional position has work psychosocial hazard perception, work factor has bigger proportion in generating stress than structural position (0.0%). While work environmental factor (job context) has bigger proportion than medical staff/personnel of functional position (17.9%) than structural position (11.1%) in generating stress. Medical staff with structural position (31.3%) has bigger proportion to experience stress than functional position (23.5%).
The researcher suggest Local Government to give Decree about clarity or certainty of Public Health Center Chairman`s status based on Decree of The Minister for Public Health Number 128 Year 2004 until the security and safety in working are will be able to reach."

Langkah awal membangun keselamatan pasien adalah melakukan penilaian terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien yang mana sebagai panduan dalam menerapkan keselamatan pasien.Penelitian ini di lakuakan di RSIA Kurnia Cilegon dengan sampel tenaga medis 79 responden yang terdiri dari dokter umum, dokter gigi,dokter spesialis, bidan dan perawat dengan metode kuantitatif potong lintang dengan menggunakan instrument AHRQ mengukur persepsi budaya keselamatan pasien dilanjutkan metode kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat dan faktor-faktor pendukung serta mengetahui langkah-langkah upaya peningkatan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSIA Kurnia .Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan gambaran budaya keselamatan pasien sedang di RSIA Kurnia tahun 2015 dengan saran Tim KPRS melakukan sosialisasi tentang keselamatan pasien, memberikan reward dan selalu mensosialisasikan respon non-punitive terhadap kesalahan, melakukan Inhouse Training keselamatan pasien, menyusun jadwal pertemuan rutin bulanan, dan melakukan investigasi disetiap ruangan dengan melakukan ronde keselamatan pasien secara rutin guna meningkatkan pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien dan meningkatkan budaya keselamatan di RSIA Kurnia.

"dengan perkembangan teknologi pada segala bidang terutama teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, ruang lingkup pelayanan kesehatan via telemedicine yang dapat direalisasikan menggunakan teknologi yang ada saat ini meningkat drastis. Di negara maju seperti Amerika, penerapan sistem telemedicine sudah mulai terlihat, namun di Indonesia yang merupakan negara berkembang, sistem telemedicine belum cukup populer dan belum diterapkan. OTS Open Telemedicine System berperan sebagai infrastruktur yang dapat menampung berbagai produk telemedicine yang sudah ada atau akan di kembangkan di Indonesia untuk bekerja sama, menargetkan suatu basis pasien yang besar, dengan tujuan untuk memberi wadah dan memicu pengembang produk telemedicine. Dengan meningkatnya popularitas telemedicine, akan mempercepat penerapan telemedicine sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi tenaga medis di Indonesia.

With the constant improvement of technologies from every aspect especially information and communication technology, a wider range of services that can be applied via telemedicine is getting significantly larger. In developed countries, such as USA, telemedicine applications are popular around the country and is commonly applied. Unfortunately, in Indonesia with current conventional health care custom, telemedicine is not quite popular and is not commonly applied. Open telemedicine System OTS has a role as main infrastructure which can support many telemedicine products and services that are existing or being developed to work together aiming a one big base of patients. With the main purpose to increase the popularity of telemedicine, which can lead to its application and increase healthcare workers rsquo efficiency in Indonesia."

"Formularium obat adalah pedoman penggunaan obat secara rasional yang diresepkan kepada pasien, namun faktanya masih terdapat penulisan resep obat yang tidak sesuai dengan standar formularium dalam resep yang dituliskan oleh tenaga medis kepada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan tenaga medis dalam penulisan resep berdasarkan standar obat formularium nasional di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah KH.  Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional study). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga medis (dokter umum, dokter gigi, dan dokter spesialis) RSUD KH. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal sebanyak 23 orang. Sampel digunakan adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan  dokter menuliskan resep sesuai dengan formularium dengan nilai p=0,006. Tidak ada hubungan sikap (p=0,070), keyakinan (0,159), dan ketersediaan obat (0,487) dengan kepatuhan tenaga medis dalam menuliskan resep sesuai formulasi nasional. Kepada kepala RSUD KH.Kuala Tungkal agar melakukan upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan melakukan seminar formularium sesuai resep nasional secara berkala, melakukan advokasi kepada Pemda agar membuat aturan terkait penulisan resep tersebut.

Drug formulary is a guideline for rational use of medicines prescribed to patients, but the fact is that there are still prescription drugs that do not comply with the standard formulary in prescriptions written by medical personnel to patients. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the compliance of medical personnel in writing prescriptions based on national formulary drug standards at the RSUD KH. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal. This study uses a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all medical personnel (general practitioners, dentists, and specialist doctors) RSUD KH. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal as many as 23 people. The sample used is total sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that there was a relationship of knowledge with doctor compliance in prescribing according to the formulary with a value of p = 0.006. There was no relationship between attitude (p value = 0.070), belief (p value= 0.159), and availability of drugs (p value =0.487) with the compliance of medical personnel in writing prescriptions according to national formulations. To the head of the RSUD KH. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal in order to make efforts to increase knowledge by conducting formulary seminars according to the national recipe on a regular basis, advocating to the local government to make rules related to writing the recipe."

"Hand eczema (HE) adalah peradangan kulit tangan yang umum terjadi pada pekerjaan tertentu, termasuk di pelayanan kesehatan. Insidensi HE pada tenaga medis meningkat di era pandemi Covid-19 akibat peningkatan praktik hand hygiene. Vitamin D merupakan salah satu vitamin larut lemak yang memiliki berbagai pengaruh terhadap kulit, khususnya pada kondisi inflamasi. Vitamin D berperan dalam proses proliferasi dan diferensiasi epidermis serta berkaitan dengan imunitas kulit dan penyembuhan luka. Kadar rendah vitamin D diduga berkaitan dengan HE dan derajat keparahannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis korelasi antara derajat keparahan HE dan kadar vitamin D yang diukur dengan 25(OH)D serum pada tenaga medis di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Populasi target penelitian adalah tenaga medis RSCM dengan HE yang dipilih menggunakan metode consecutive sampling berdasarkan kriteria penerimaan dan penolakan. Penilaian keparahan HE dilakukan dengan instrumen Hand Eczema Severity Index (HECSI) dan pengukuran kadar 25(OH)D serum dilakukan dengan pengambilan darah vena perifer. Analisis statistik yang sesuai dilakukan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Nilai p<0,05 dianggap signifikan secara statistik. Di antara 44 sampel tenaga medis dengan HE, 29 orang mengalami HE ringan, 11 orang mengalami HE sedang, dan 4 orang mengalami HE berat. Rerata kadar 25(OH)D serum untuk seluruh SP adalah 17,50 ng/mL yang termasuk ke dalam kategori defisiensi vitamin D. Rerata kadar 25(OH)D serum pada SP dengan HE ringan adalah 17,85 ng/mL, pada HE sedang sebesar 16,45 ng/mL, dan pada HE berat sebesar 17,87 ng/mL. Tidak terdapat korelasi yang bermakna antara kadar 25(OH)D serum dengan derajat keparahan HE yang diukur dengan menggunakan HECSI (r = -0,056; p = 0,359). Pada hasil tambahan, tidak ditemukan korelasi bermakna antara skor HECSI dengan skor Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) (r = 0,113; p = 0,232). Median kadar 25(OH)D serum pada SP dokter didapatkan lebih tinggi dibandingkan tenaga medis nondokter dengan nilai yang bermakna secara statistik (23,00 vs 14,00; p <0,001). Didapatkan pula rerata berat badan dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) yang lebih tinggi pada kelompok SP dengan status vitamin D defisiensi dibandingkan nondefisiensi yang bermakna secara statistik (60,74 vs 55,00; p = 0,008 dan 23,74 vs 21,83; p = 0,014). Sebagai kesimpulan, tidak ditemukan korelasi yang bermakna antara kadar 25(OH)D serum dengan derajat keparahan HE pada tenaga medis.

.Hand eczema (HE) is an inflammation of the skin of the hands that commonly occurs in certain occupations, including healthcare services. The incidence of HE in healthcare workers has increased in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic due to increased hand hygiene practices. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that has various effects on the skin, especially in inflammatory conditions. Vitamin D plays a role in the process of proliferation and differentiation of the epidermis and is related to skin immunity and wound healing. Low levels of vitamin D are thought to be related to HE and its severity. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the severity of HE and vitamin D levels as measured by serum 25(OH)D in healthcare workers at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) Jakarta. This is an analytic descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The target population of the study were RSCM healthcare workers with HE who were selected using the consecutive sampling method based on acceptance and rejection criteria. Assessment of the severity of HE was carried out using the Hand Eczema Severity Index (HECSI) instrument and measurement of serum 25(OH)D levels was done by drawing peripheral venous blood. Appropriate statistical analyzes were performed to prove the research hypotheses. A p-value of <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Among the 44 samples of healthcare workers with HE, 29 people had mild HE, 11 people had moderate HE, and 4 people had severe HE. The mean serum 25(OH)D level for all subjects was 17.50 ng/mL which belonged in the vitamin D deficiency category. The mean serum 25(OH)D level in subjects with mild, moderate, and severe HE was 17.85 ng/mL, 16.45 ng/mL, and 17.87 ng/mL, respectively. There was no statistically significant correlation between serum 25(OH)D levels and HE severity measured using HECSI (r = -0.056; p = 0.359). In additional results, no significant correlation was found between the HECSI score and the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) score (r = 0.113; p = 0.232). The median level of serum 25(OH)D among physicians was found to be higher than non-physicians healthcare workers with a statistically significant value (23.00 vs 14.00; p <0.001). The average body weight and body mass index (BMI) were also found to be higher in the subject group with vitamin D deficiency status compared to non-deficiency which was statistically significant (60.74 vs 55.00; p = 0.008 and 23.74 vs 21.83; p = 0.014). In conclusion, no statistically significant correlation was found between serum 25(OH)D levels and the severity of HE among healthcare workers as measured by HECSI."

"Pada pelaksanaan beberapa pelayanan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas, kegiatan penyerahan obat yang merupakan salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian juga dilakukan dengan bantuan dari tenaga kesehatan non farmasi. Meskipun begitu, demi memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku, serta untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi tenaga kesehatan non farmasi yang melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan Sosialisasi Pelayanan Kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memastikan terlaksananya kegiatan dan mengetahui capaian pengetahuan dari peserta kegiatan sosialisasi pelayanan kefarmasian kepada tenaga medis lain yang didelegasikan. Tugas khusus ini disusun dengan mengumpulkan dokumen dari kegiatan sosialisasi pelayanan kefarmasian yang telah dilakukan sejak tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2022, kemudian diperiksa kelengkapan dan bukti pelaksanaan kegiatan. Setelahnya, dilakukan perekapan pada nilai post test yang telah dikerjakan oleh peserta sebagai parameter keberhasilan penyampaian sosialisasi pelayanan kefarmasian apakah telah dipahami atau tidak. Sosialisasi pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas sudah berjalan dengan baik setiap tahunnya dari 2017 sampai 2022. Rata-rata persentase peserta yang terdiri atas Dokter gigi, Bidan, dan Perawat, untuk lulus sebesar 98,75% dalam lima tahun (2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, dan 2022) dan telah memahami materi terkait pelayanan kefarmasian serta didelegasikan sebagai tenaga kesehatan non farmasi yang dapat melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian.

However, in order to provide pharmaceutical services that comply with applicable standards, as well as to increase the knowledge and skills of non-pharmaceutical health workers who carry out these pharmaceutical services, it is necessary to carry out Socialization of Pharmaceutical Services. Therefore, this special task aims to ensure the implementation of activities and determine the knowledge achievements of participants in socialization activities on pharmaceutical services to other delegated medical personnel. This special task was prepared by collecting documents from socialization activities for pharmaceutical services that had been carried out from 2017 to 2022, then checking for completeness and proof of implementation of the activities. Afterwards, a recap of the post test scores that had been completed by the participants was carried out as a parameter for the success of delivering socialization on pharmaceutical services, whether they had been understood or not. Socialization of pharmaceutical services at the Ciracas District Health Center has been going well every year from 2017 to 2022. The average percentage of participants consisting of dentists, midwives and nurses to graduate is 98.75% in five years and have understood the material related to pharmaceutical services and have been delegated as non-pharmaceutical health workers who can carry out pharmaceutical services."

"Dalam proses pendidikan tenaga medis melalui fakultas kedokteran diperlukan suatu wadah sebagai rumah sakit lahan pendidikan. RS Islam Jakarta di pilih sebagai salah satu lahan pendidikan tenaga kedokteran oleh Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas YARSI sejak tahun 1996 melalui suatu kerjasama dengan menggunakan Piagam Kesepakatan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus Piagam Kesepakatan dengan melakukan telaah dokumen, pengisian kuesioner wawancara mendalam, dan obervasi pada 4 (empat) SMF, yakni SMF Anak, Bedah, Interna dan Kebidanan dan Kandungan, Pimpinan Rumah Sakit dan Pimpinan Fakultas Kedokteran. Fokus analisis penelitian ini adalah pada Piagam Kesepakatan Peserta PSPD, Dosen, Organisasi, buku Panduan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Piagam Kesepakatan pada dasarnya sudah memadai dari aspek isi. Analisis peserta menunjukkan bahwa jumlah peserta sudah memadai untuk tiap bagian, hanya terlihat kecenderungan peserta yang makin lama makin menurun. Sedangkan analisis dosen menunjukkan bahwa ratio peserta dosen sudah sangat memadai. Analisis organisasi menunjukkan kurangnya kooordinasi dan tumpang tindihnya uraian Analisis organisasi menunjukkan kurangnya koordinasi dan tunpang tindihnya uraian tugas. Perlunya sosialisasi buku panduan, perlunya dilakukan evaluasi secara berkala selama tiap 6 bulan dalam menilai kerjasama yang telah berlangsung selama ini.
Di sarankan agar Piagam Kesepakatan ini dapat segera di perbaharui, melengkapi SMF untuk pendidikan kedokteran sambil meningkatkan koordinasi dan evaluasi proses PSPD di RS Islam Jakarta.
Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai masukan untuk RS Islam Jakarta dan FK Universitas YARSI, dalam mengembangkan fungsi serta peranannya untuk pendidikan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

A teaching hospital is needed by a Medical Faculty to provide education for medical students in a clerkship stage. Jakarta Islamic Hospital is among one of the teaching hospital of Medical Faculty YARSI University, since 1996 through a cooperation agreements using a Memorandtun of Understanding (MoU).
The design of the research is a qualitative with systematic approach through a case study of the MoU, document reviews, using in-depth interview, andobservation on 4 (four) SMF i.e.: Pediatrics, Surgery, Intern, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Hospital director and Dean of the Medical Faculty.. The focus of this analysis is on the MoU, the students, the lecturer, Organization, Medical Guidance Book, Implementation and Evaluation.
The result of this study showed that the analysis of the MoU and the students basically are suitable, although there were a decreasing trend toward less number. The radio between students and the lecturers were appropriate. And the organizational analysis showed that it needs more, the socialization ofthe Medical guidance book, and periodic evaluation.
The author suggested that the Memorandum of Understanding should be revised soon, to complete the mimber of the SMFs for clerkship, while increasing the coordination and evaluation of the clerkship process in Jakarta Islamic Hospital.
The result of this study hopefully could be used as an input to the Jakarta Islamic hospital and the Medical Faculty of YARSI University in improving its function and role for education and services towards the people.
