"[ABSTRAKStudi ini mencoba menjelaskan bagaimana pemanfaatan aplikasi teleponselular melalui jaringan telekomunikasi berpotensi memberdayakan masyarakat,dengan melihat konteks sosial yang meliputinya. Menggunakan paradigmakonstruktivis, studi ini akan melihat bagaimana kondisi sosial yang meliputisebuah masyarakat tertentu, berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman dan carapenggunaan aplikasi telepon selular melalui jaringan telekomunikasi. Untukmenjawabnya, studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknikpengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi lapangan padaempat informan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pemahaman berbeda terkaitaplikasi Limakilo, oleh petani bawang Kabupaten Brebes, dan pengguna diJabodetabek. Pemahaman tersebut dipengaruhi oleh praktik bermedia dan kontekssosial yang ada. Terdapat dinamika dalam proses penyesuaian aplikasi Limakilodengan konteks sosial yang berjalan. "Ada inovasi yang cepat dalam teknologi telekomunikasi seiring dengan Perkembangan internet mengakibatkan umur telepon seluler menjadi lebih pendek. Di Di Indonesia, jumlah pengguna telepon seluler meningkat sangat pesat. Fenomena ini memicu peningkatan jumlah limbah telepon seluler di Indonesia, termasuk DKI Jakarta adalah ibu kota negara Indonesia. Di sisi lain, tidak ada peraturan khusus tentang peraturan Limbah Peralatan Listrik dan Elektronik (WEEE) di DKI Jakarta membuat nasib sebagian besar telepon seluler tidak lagi digunakan lagi menjadi tidak jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang informasi umum tentang aliran limbah elektronik telepon seluler di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode Material Flow Analysis. Keluaran utama dari penelitian ini adalah: model aliran limbah elektronik telepon seluler di DKI Jakarta, aliran material Ini termasuk jumlah telepon seluler yang masuk ke aliran limbah dan aliran limbah elektronik ponsel yang masuk ke dalam proses pengolahan. Selain daripada itu, Studi ini juga menganalisis faktor prioritas untuk meningkatkan aliran limbah elektronik telepon seluler di DKI Jakarta menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Proses. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sektor informal masih mendominasi pengumpulan limbah ponsel sehingga percepatan pembuatan regulasi memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan aliran pengelolaan sampahtelepon seluler di DKI Jakarta.

There is rapid innovation in telecommunications technology along with the development of the internet has resulted in the life of cell phones being shorter. In Indonesia, the number of cellular phone users is increasing very rapidly. This phenomenon triggers an increase in the amount of cellular phone waste in Indonesia, including DKI Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. On the other hand, there is no specific regulation on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations in DKI Jakarta, making the fate of most cellular phones no longer in use, unclear. This study aims to obtain an overview of general information about the flow of cellular telephone electronic waste in DKI Jakarta using the Material Flow Analysis method. The main outputs of this research are: model of cellular phone electronic waste flow in DKI Jakarta, material flow. Apart from that, this study also analyzes the priority factors to increase the flow of cellular telephone electronic waste in DKI Jakarta using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The results of this study indicate that the informal sector still dominates the collection of mobile phone waste so that accelerated regulation plays a key role in increasing the flow of waste management"

"ABSTRAKFenomena influencer di Instagram dimanfaatkan oleh brand sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran mereka. Influencers memperkenalkan barang atau jasa kepada konsumer potensial dengan cara soft-selling. Makalah ini ingin menganalisis bagaimana Public Relations pada pemasaran produk Vivo seri V memanfaatkan Instagram influencer marketing dalam membentuk brand personality. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk melihat apakah brand personality yang dirumuskan Vivo seri V sudah terefleksi dalam usaha Instagram influencer marketing dalam memasarkan produk Vivo seri V. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis konten yang diunggah oleh para Instagram influencer yang dipilih. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, konten Instagram dari influencer, baik dari sisi foto maupun deskripsi foto, telah berhasil menunjukkan brand personality dari produk Vivo seri V, yaitu fun, energetic, young, dan fashionable. Makalah ini juga menyatakan beberapa brand personality tambahan yang terlihat dalam unggahan para influencer, seperti urban, modern, upper class.

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon of influencers on Instagram utilized by the brand as one of their marketing strategy. Influencers introduce goods or services to a potential consumer by means of soft selling. This paper would like to analyze how Public Relations on marketing Vivo series V products, utilizing Instagram influencer marketing in shaping the brand personality. The purpose of this paper is to see if the brand personality formulated by Vivo series V already reflected on in Instagram influencers marketing. Research carried out by analyzing the content uploaded by the selected Instagram influencers. Based on the research conducted, content uploaded by Instagram influencers, from the photo or description of the photo, has managed to show the brand personality of Vivo series V, that is fun, energetic, young and fashionable. This study also found other brand personality that reflected on in the content uploaded by influencers, such as urban, modern, upper class."

"Tuntutan akan kemudahan dan kepraktisan pengguna akan keberadaan sistem data dan informasi, khususnya media digital, yang dapat diakses secara mobile setiap saat memacu terus berlangsungnya pengembangan teknologi. Hal ini tampak dengan semakin mudahnya ditemui berbagai perangkat mobile, seperti telepon selular, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), tablet PC notebook, pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Aplikasi video streaming melalui teknologi Bluetooth adalah sebuah alternatif yang menarik untuk dikembangkan. Teknologi Bluetooth menawarkan fitur wireless mobile yang cukup baik dan efisien, baik dari sisi biaya maupun konsumsi daya, serta dapat menyediakan koneksi secara real time pada jarak jangkauan layanan hingga 100 meter. Teknologi ini beroperasi pada frekuensi 2,4 GHz. Teknologi ini telah banyak dijumpai di sebagian besar perangkat mobile. Pada skripsi ini, dilakukan perbandingan kinerja obex dan RFCOMM untuk rancang bangun aplikasi dan sistem pada sisi PC server. Aplikasi dibangun berbasiskan Java dengan menggunakan J2SE (Java Standar Edition) dan IDE Netbeans 5.5.1. Protokol yang dipakai menggunakan RFCOMM dan Obex. Uji coba membandingkan kinerja kedua protokol tersebut berdasarkan kemampuan menemukan divais bluetooth lain disekitarnya dan kinerja keduanya dalam hal melakukan transfer file. Hasil kinerja ini menunjukan protokol RFCOMM lebih baik daripada protokol Obex diukur berdasarkan waktu pencarian divais bluetooth lainnya. Sedangkan untuk transfer file kinerja Obex lebih baik ketimbang RFCOMM.

The high increasing of computer's computing power supports the usage of very efficient video compression technologies therefore can be transmitted into network via several methode, including wireless streaming. Video streaming is a video access services which has been transmitted real-time and continuously, without must download a whole file before. Video encode, compression, and fragmentation are principal process that should be through.

Bluetooth is the promising wireless technology for electronic and mobile devices. Speed data rate up to 732 kbps allow not only transmission of the web and e-mail, but also audio/video conferencing dan streaming of live shows.There are not many research yet have been done about video streaming over Bluetooth, and for the further this is an opportunity and challenge for the researcher to develop it.

This final project focuses on implementation and communication systems of video streaming application using Bluetooth connection on client side, especially user interface at smartphone. This service is given by computer server to client (smartphone). Application is designed dan developed using Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME) platform and Netbeans Mobility 5.5.1 as Integrated Development Environment (IDE). The protocol that is use for this project is RFCOMM and Obex. The comparison for the two protocol is based by their perfomance on service discovery and file transfer. The performance show that the RFCOMM is better than Obex on service discovery. But for transfer file data the Obex is much better that RFCOMM. "

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai praktek persaingan usaha tidak sehat di Indonesia yaitu praktek Kartel. Dari hasil penyelidikan yang dilakukan oleh KPPU, ternyata mahal dan seragamnya harga SMS pada kurun waktu tahun 2004-2008 disebabkan oleh adanya perjanjian penetapan harga SMS oleh para penyedia jasa telepon selular. Di dalam hukum persaingan usaha, perjanjian penetapan harga termasuk ke dalam perjanjian yang dilarang.

Based on the investigation made by KPPU, the high price and uniformality of the SMS tariffs within the year 2004 – 2008 was eventually because there was a contract between cellular phone operators to fix the SMS tariffs. In the anti-trust law, price fixing contracts are included as forbidden type of agreement."
