"ABSTRAK
Kondisi keberlanjutan Daerah Aliran Sungai dapat dicapai apabila nilai Tingkat Bahaya Erosi Minimum TBEM le; 1. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah kondisi nilai Tingkat Bahaya Erosi Minimum DAS Ciliwung Hulu menunjukkan angka yang masih jauh dari angka yang diharapkan, karena nilainya masih lebih besar daripada satu. Keberlanjutan fungsi DAS dipengaruhi oleh nilai Tingkat Bahaya Erosi Minimum, Pendapatan Petani, dan angka Produksi Tanaman Pangan. Beberapa luas jenis tutupan lahan diupayakan agar dapat mengoptimalkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada keberlanjutan fungsi DAS antara lain Luas Hutan, Luas Pertanian Lahan Kering, Luas Sawah dan Luas Permukiman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun metode perhitungan Indeks Keberlanjutan Daerah Aliran Sungai IKFD Ciliwung Hulu dan mengetahui kondisi keberlanjutan DAS Ciliwung Hulu.. Metode penelitian ini adalah mix method yaitu mengkombinasikan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan AHP. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rumus IKFD. Berdasarkan rumus yang dibangun peneliti, yaitu:IKFD = ITBEM x 72,8 IPPet x 15,3 IPTPa x 11,9 , perhitungan akhir IKFD Ciliwung Hulu dilakukan melalui penjumlahan dari hasil perkalian nilai AHP setiap indikator dengan nilai kondisi real setiap indikator. Setelah Indeks Keberlanjutan DAS diperoleh, kemudian dikategorikan ke dalam kelas kategori yang didasarkan pada sebaran angka dalam perhitungan indeks. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai Indeks Keberlanjutan Fungsi DAS Ciliwung Hulu pada saat ini adalah 30,7 termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat kurang .

ABSTRACT
The condition of the Upstream Ciliwung Watershed rsquo s Minimum Erosion Hazard value is still far from expected, since the value is still greater than one. The sustainability of watershed functions is influenced by the value of Minimum Erosion Hazard Rate, Farmer 39 s Revenue, and Food Crop Production Results. The purpose of this research is to build calculation method of Sustainability Index of Watershed Function IKFD of Upstream Ciliwung and to know the condition of Upstream Ciliwung Watershed sustainability. The method of this research is mix method that combine quantitative and qualitative data. Data analysis was done by using Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP . Based on the method used in this study, the authors build the calculation formula IKFD as follows IKFD ITBEM x 72.8 IPPet x 15.3 IPTPa x 11.9 . The final calculation of IKFD Upstream Ciliwung is done through the sum of the multiplication of the AHP value of each indicator with the real condition value of each indicator. After the Upstream Ciliwung Watershed Index is obtained, then it is categorized into category classes based on the distribution of figures in the index calculation. The Sustainability Index Value of Upstream Ciliwung Watershed Function at present is 30.7 and goes into very less level."

"An ex ante valuation was carried out to determine economic feasibility and sustainability of transgenic Bt and RR corn seeds adoption at farm level. Farm surveys were conducted in East Java and Lampung provinces to collect data form the existing com farms. Data were analyzed using methods of input - output analysis, contingent valuation methods (CVM) and multi - attribute value theory (MAVT). Simulated input - output analysis (with vs without) was conducted using previously available trial data and transgenic corn, , some experts were requested to weigh potential alternatives based on various criteria, sub - criteria and indicators employing analytical hierachy process (AHP) technique. Feasilibity valuation showed that transgenic corn provides higher farm revenue that that of conventional hybrid corn i,e. Rp. 10,7 - 14,4 million and Rp.10,2-12,4 million per hectare, respectively. Majority of farmers were willing to pay higher price. Sustainability index calculated at farm level showed slightly higher aggregate index of transgenic corn seeds adoption compared to that of existing hybrid corn. Institutional framework and capacity, regulation and public perception were seen as the most critical factors in ensuring successful adoption of transgenic seeds in Indonesia."

"Daerah Perlindungan Laut Berbasis Masyarakat (DPL-BM) adalah salah satu upaya melindungi ekosistem terumbu karang dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat. Tujuannya bukan hanya menjaga kualitas lingkungan, tetapi secara sosial ekonomi ikut meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Faktanya, kualitas terumbu karang semakin menurun sehingga dapat mengganggu fungsi ekologisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi ekosistem terumbu karang, nilai ekonomi total manfaat terumbu karang, dan menganalisis keberlanjutan pengelolaan DPL-BM. Kondisi terumbu karang diukur menggunakan Line Intercept Transect dan Underwater Visual Cencus, sedangkan analisis dan konsep keberlanjutan menggunakan Rapfish-MDS, Leverage, dan Monte Carlo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPL memiliki persentase tutupan karang dan kelimpahan ikan karang yang sangat baik dibandingkan dengan stasiun lain. Nilai ekonomi total manfaat terumbu karang adalah Rp 284.641.013.691/tahun, dengan kontribusi terbesar dari nilai manfaat langsung yaitu 54,07%, hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa masyarakat Pulau Tidung sangat tergantung pada potensi perikanan tangkap dan pariwisata. Nilai indeks keberlanjutan keempat aspek masuk dalam kategori sedang, aspek ekologi (64,86), aspek sosial kelembagaan (68,48), aspek ekonomi (63,30), dan aspek hukum kebijakan (73,92). Kategori sedang memiliki pengertian bahwa DPL ini akan berkelanjutan, namun belum optimal, sehingga rekomendasinya adalah melakukan upaya-upaya dalam rangka memperbaiki atribut yang memiliki pengaruh sangat besar namun belum memberikan dampak positif atau belum dikelola dengan baik.
The Community Based Marine Sanctuary Management (CBMSM) is one attempt to protect coral reef ecosystems by involving local communities. The quality of coral reefs is declining so that it can disrupt its ecological function. The purpose of this study is to measure the condition of coral reef ecosystems, the total economic value, and analyze the sustainability of Marine Sanctuary Management. Coral reef condition was measured using Line Intercept Transect and Underwater Visual Census, and the analysis of sustainability uses Rapfish-MDS, Leverage, and Monte Carlo. The results showed that the Marine Sanctuary Management had a very good percentage of coral cover and abundance of reef fish compared to other stations. The total economic value of the benefits of coral reefs is IDR 284.641.013.691/year, with the largest contribution from the direct benefit value of 54,07%. The value of the sustainability index of Marine Sanctuary Management in medium category, ecological aspects (64,86), socio-institutional aspects (68,48), economic aspects (63,30), and law-policy aspects (73,92). The category means that Marine Sanctuary Management will be sustainable, but not yet optimal, so the recommendation is to improve attributes that have a very large influence but have not had a positive impact or have not been managed well."

"This paper presents a study of sustainable rating systems for sustainable housing that have been developed by various countries around the world. The objective of this study is to develop a framework for a rating system for housing development by taking into account local requirements. There are numerous sustainable rating systems for buildings and groups of buildings that have been developed and rating tools like Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency (CASBEE), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), British Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM), Green Building (GB) Tool and Green Star influential in the development of other rating systems. Malaysia has recently launched a rating system for buildings called the Green Building Index (GBI). However, Malaysia has yet to introduce a rating system for measuring sustainable practices in housing development. Hence, this paper reviews some available tools related to the rating of housing developments for the purpose of developing one for Malaysia. Important factors for developing a tool for measuring sustainability practices should include sustainability criteria that relates to the environment, society, economics, site/land use, communication, and transportation. An index for measuring sustainability in housing development will be developed to suit the local context. The formulated index will take into consideration the parameters in sustainable housing developed by various systems around the world. The index, called A Comprehensive Assessment System for Sustainable Housing (CASSH), will be available for further testing."

"Studi ini bertujuan untuk membangun Indeks Saham Syariah Berkelanjutan di Indonesia yang akan disebut Sharia Socially Responsible Investment Index (SSRI) dan mengevaluasi karakteristik risiko dan pengembaliannya dibandingkan dengan SRI Kehati dan Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) dengan menggunakan benchmark IHSG. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian mix method yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode kualitatif penelitian ini adalah content analysis dalam rangka menerapkan screening SRI Kehati berdasarkan informasi yang didapatkan dari Annual Report dan Sustainability Report perusahaan yang selalu terdaftar di ISSI sejak 2016 - 2021. Metode kuantitatif penelitian ini terdiri dari pembuatan harga indeks baru dengan metode Equally Weighted Method. Selain itu, perhitungan dalam membandingkan karakteristik risiko dan pengembalian menggunakan metode Absolute Return Measurement, Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, dan Jensen’s Alpha dengan CAPM berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari refinitv, eikon, IDX, Yahoo Finance periode 2016 – 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada periode krisis SSRI berhasil mengungguli ISSI dan SRI Kehati dan secara umum dapat bersaing dengan ISSI dan SRI Kehati. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa memasukkan screening ESG ke dalam keputusan investasi syariah tidak berdampak buruk pada pengembalian dan risiko, sehingga dapat dijadikan opsi untuk diversifikasi portofolio. Selain itu SSRI akan meningkatkan dampak dan kontribusi positif untuk mengurangi kesenjangan pembiayaan SDGs, serta mendapatkan basis investor yang lebih luas.

This study aims to build a Sustainable Sharia Stock Index in Indonesia which will be called the Sharia Socially Responsible Investment Index (SSRI) and evaluate its risk and return characteristics compared to the SRI Kehati and the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) using Composite Stock Price Index as the benchmark. This research uses a mixed method, namely qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative method of this research is content analysis in order to implement the SRI Kehati screening based on information obtained from the Annual Report and Sustainability Report of companies that are always listed on ISSI from 2016 - 2021.
