Abstrak :
Manajemen rantai pasok mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan sehingga perusahaan harus terus meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasoknya guna mencapai daya saing. Pengukuran kinerja sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing karena memberikan informasi mengenai kekuatan yang harus dipertahankan dan kelemahan yang harus diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok internal pada perusahaan kabel dengan menggunakan integrasi metode DEMATEL, ANP, dan TOPSIS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dinilai oleh ahli pada enam alternatif rantai pasok. Metode DEMATEL dan ANP digunakan untuk memperoleh hubungan sebab akibat antar indikator dan bobot indikator kinerja rantai pasok. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan untuk menguji ketahanan hasil pengukuran. Berdasarkan tingkat pengaruh antar dimensi, inovasi dan pembelajaran merupakan dimensi yang cenderung mempengaruhi dimensi lainnya.
Supply chain management affects company performance, so company should improve their supply chain performance in order to achieve competitiveness. Performance measurement is critical for improving competitiveness as it provides information on the strength that must be maintained and the weakness that must be addressed. The purpose of this study is to measure internal supply chain performance in the cable company by using the integration approach of DEMATEL, ANP, and TOPSIS. Data were obtained through questionnaires assessed by experts on six supply chain alternatives. DEMATEL and ANP methods are used to obtain causal relationships between indicators and weight of supply chain performance indicators. TOPSIS method is used to measure supply chain performance. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to investigation the robustness of the measurement result. Based on the level of influence between dimensions, innovation and learning are dimensions that tend to affect other dimensions.

Seiring dengan perkembangan dalam industri transportasi dan pergudangan, perusahaan harus terus meningkatkan kinerjanya agar dapat bertahan dan memiliki daya saing. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dari gudang spare-part perusahaan kontainer terminal agar dapat dirancangkan strategi perbaikan dan peningkatan performanya untuk mempertahankan daya saing. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) yang dikembangkan secara khusus untuk gudang sebagai kerangka untuk pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dan dibuatkan perancangan strategi. Pemilihan indikator prioritas yang bermasalah diukur berdasarkan pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Terdapat 28 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi sesuai dengan atribut pengukuran model SCOR. Dari pengukuran yang dilakukan pada performa setahun terakhir, didapatkan hasil sebesar 55.49% yang menandakan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori average dengan warna kuning. Kemudian dilakukan pemetaan ke dalam kuadran Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk menemukan pilihan indikator prioritas, performa kurang baik namun kepentingan tinggi, agar dapat diberikan strategi perbaikan. Didapatkan 5 indikator yang menjadi prioritas dari pemetaan ini. Strategi kemudian disusun dan dirancang berdasarkan best practices dari SCOR dan diskusi dengan Perusahaan. Didapatkan 5 strategi yang kemudian dibobotkan prioritas implementasinya menggunakan relationship matrix. Kelima strategi ini disarankan ke pihak Perusahaan agar dapat ditindak lanjuti dan Perusahaan dapat memperbaiki kinerja rantai pasoknya. ......Along with developments in the transportation and warehousing industry, companies must continue to improve their performance to survive and have a competitive edge. This research is conducted to measure the supply chain performance of terminal container company spare-part warehouses so that improvement strategies and performance enhancement can be design to maintain competitiveness. The method used is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) developed specifically for warehouses to measure supply chain performance and design strategies. The selection of high priority indicators is measure based on weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. There are 28 performance indicators measured and divided according to the SCOR model measurement attributes. From measurements carried out on performance in the past year, a result of 55.49% is obtained, which indicates that the company's performance is in the average category with the colour yellow. Then, mapping is carried out into the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to find top priority indicators, low performance but have high importance, to develop improvement strategies. There were five priority indicators obtained from this mapping. The strategy is then prepared and designed based on best practices from SCOR and discussions with the Company. Five strategies were obtained, weighted for implementation priorities using a relationship matrix. These five strategies were recommended to the Company so that it could implement them and the Company could improve it’s supply chain performance.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rangkaian rantai pasok industri makanan dan minuman kesehatan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan periode 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada divisi rantai pasok. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan oleh expert. Terdapat 25 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam atribut model SCOR. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok sebesar 68.16% yang menunjukkan kategori average pada Traffic Light System Monitoring. Indikator kemudian dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan indikator prioritas berupa KPI dengan performa rendah dan kepentingan tinggi. Didapatkan 5 indikator prioritas, yaitu finished goods inventory level, raw material inventory level, labor cost, delivery performance to customer commit date, dan delivery fill rate. Rekomendasi yang diajukan untuk perbaikan adalah penerapan sistem Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) secara end-to-end dan pengaplikasian Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)- Internet of Things (IoT). ......This research is conducted to measure the performance of the food and beverage health supply chain to understand the supply chain condition of a company for the period of 2023. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Improvements made in this research are related to the issues occurring in the supply chain division. The importance level of performance attributes is measured based on weighting with a paired comparison questionnaire by experts. There are 25 performance indicators measured and divided into SCOR model attributes. From the measurement results, the supply chain performance is obtained at 68.16%, indicating an average category on the Traffic Light System Monitoring. The indicators are then mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to obtain priority indicators in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with low performance and high importance. Five priority indicators are identified: finished goods inventory level, raw material inventory level, labor cost, delivery performance to customer commit date, and delivery fill rate. The recommended improvements include the implementation of an end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-Internet of Things (IoT).

Persaingan sektor kesehatan di Indonesia semakin kompetitif ditandai dengan adanya rencana peningkatan Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN). Sebagai salah satu perusahaan distributor alat medis di Indonesia, tentunya diperlukan rantai pasok yang efektif dan efisien demi dapat mempertahankan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok gudang pusat perusahaan distributor alat kesehatan dan memberikan strategi perbaikan supaya proses aliran barang lebih optimal. Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengevaluasi kinerja indikator rantai pasok. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, didapatkan kinerja keseluruhan gudang pada tahun 2023 berada dalam kategori Average dengan rata-rata sebesar 68,76%. Dari 20 indikator yang diajukan, terdapat 6 indikator prioritas yang masih memerlukan perbaikan menurut pemetaan Importance Perfomance Analysis. Kemudian, disusunlah rancangan strategi perbaikan yang berdasarkan diksusi dan wawancara dengan perusahaan serta penilaian Relationship Matrix. Strategi tersebut diantaranya Satu Optimasi melalui Warehouse Management System (WMS), Digital Logistics Scheduling and Tracking System, dan Evaluasi Rutin Manpower Gudang. ......Competition in the healthcare sector in Indonesia is becoming increasingly competitive, marked by plans to increase the Domestic Content Level. As one of the medical equipment distributor companies in Indonesia, an effective and efficient supply chain is needed to maintain its competitiveness. This research aims to measure the performance of the central warehouse supply chain of the medical equipment distributor company and provide improvement strategies to optimize the flow of goods. The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is used in the research to evaluate supply chain performance indicators. Based on the measurement results, the overall warehouse performance in 2023 was in the Average category with an average of 68.76%. Out of the 20 proposed indicators, there are 6 priority indicators that still need improvement according to Importance Performance Analysis mapping. Subsequently, improvement strategy designs were developed based on discussions and interviews with the company and Relationship Matrix assessment. These strategies include Single Optimization through Warehouse Management System (WMS), Digital Logistics Scheduling and Tracking System, and Routine Evaluation of Warehouse Manpower.
