"Seiring dengan maraknya Industri 4.0, Pemerintah menggalakkan program Making Indonesia 4.0 untuk mengarahkan Indonesia kepada Industri 4.0 dan lebih siap bersaing di tingkat global, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur digital di Indonesia, hal ini juga disambut oleh PT.Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur digital, yang salah satunya adalah eprocurement. Namun pada perusahaan terkait, ditemukan bahwa pra pengguna memiliki tingkat kesiapan brainware yang rendah sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian terkait hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi tingkat kesiapan dan intensi pengguna e-procurement menggunakan technology readiness index yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi teknologi berada pada level medium readiness level dan model technology readiness and acceptance model menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang signifikan dalam pengadopsian teknologi eprocurement adalah Insecurity dan Perceived Usefulness. Analisis dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada seluruh pengguna e-procurement di pengadaan PT.PIHC. Kemudian dilakukan perancangan strategi dilakukan menggunakan bantuan tools diagram Impact-Performance Analysis (IPA) oleh para praktisi yang berpengalaman pada penggunaan e-procurement pada perusahaan dengan rekomendasi strategi prioritas utama adalah mengubah kegiatan manual input menjadi otomatis dengan terintegrasi pada sistem e-procurement dalam beberapa bentuk seperti penyimpanan kontrak dengan informasi kontak vendor dan ketentuan pembayaran yang terintegrasi pada e-procurement dan integrasi fitur membandingkan harga langsung dari berbagai seller sehingga tidak perlu mencari informasi secara terpisah.

Along with the rise of Industry 4.0, the Government is promoting the Making Indonesia 4.0 program to connect Indonesia to Industry 4.0 and is more ready to compete at the global level, one of which is by improving digital infrastructure in Indonesia, this is also supported by PT. This study aims to formulate a strategy for the level of readiness and intentions of e procurement users using a technology readiness index that refers to the level of technology adoption depending on the level of intermediate level of readiness and the technology readiness model and acceptance model showing significant factors in the adoption of e-procurement technology are Insecurity and Behavior Intention. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all e-procurement users in PT. PIHC. Then the strategy design is carried out using the Impact-Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram by experts trained on the use of e-procurement in companies with the contribution of priority strategies is to change manual input activities to be automated with integrated eprocurement systems in some forms such as contract storage with vendor contact information and payment terms integrated into e-procurement and the integration of features comparing prices directly from various sellers so there is no need to search information separately."

"Penelitian inl bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor·faktor apakah yang berpengaruh terhadap minat wajib pajak untuk menggunakan Fasilitas Pembayaran Elektronik Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB). Lokasi penelltian adalah wilayah kelurahan Pondok Cina, Kemiri Muka, Beji Timur, Depok dan Mekarjaya, Kota Depok, Propinsi Jawa Barat. Model penelltian yang digunakan adalah gabungan antara Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Variabel yang diamat! dalam penelitian lni adalah Minat Menggunakan Fasilitas Pembayaran Elektronik PBB,Persepsi Resiko,Slkap Terhadap Penggunaan, Norma Subyektif, Kesanggupan Diri Sendiri, Kondisi Peralatan Pendukung, KondlslTeknologl Pendukung, Persepsl Manfaat, Persepsl Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Kesesualan Teknologl. Data yang dlkumpulkan dari 171 responden, dianalisa menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Hasll pengolahan data menunjukkan hanya dua varlabel yang berpengaruh terhadap Minat Menggunakan Fasllltas Pembayaran Elektronlk PBB di kota Depok. Variabel tersebut adalah Persepsl Manfaat dan Persepsl Kemudahan Penggunaan. Persepsi manfaat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap mlnat wajlb pajak untuk menggunakan fasllitas pembayaran elektronik PBB, yaltu sebesar 92%. Sementara persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh secara tldak langsung terhadap mlnat wajib pajak untuk menggunakan fasllitas pembayaran elektronik PBB, yaltu sebesar 77%. Sementara variabel-variabel yang lalnnya tldak berpengaruh secara slgnlfikan terhadap mlnat untuk menggunakan fasilitas pembayaran elektronik PBB dl kota Depok. Berdasarkan hasll penelltlan tersebut, untuk menlngkatkan jumlah wajlb pajak yang menggunakan fasllitas pembayaran elektronlk PBB di kota Depok, Dlrektorat Jenderal Pajak, khususnya Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Depok?

The aims of this study Is to find the affecling factors that influence the tax payer to use Land and Building Tax (PBB) Electronic Payment Facilities. This study take place in district of Pondok Cina, Kemiri Muka, Beji Timur, Depok and Mekarjaya, Depak city, Jawa Berat province. This study use combined of TAM (Technology Acceptance Madel) and TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) as research method. The variables that observed In this study are Behavior Intention to Use PBB Electronic Payment Facilities, Perceived Risk, Attitude Toward Using, Subjective Norm, Self-Efficacy, Resource Facilitating Condition, Technology Facilitating Condition, Perceived Usefuness, Perceived Ease of Use and Compatibility. Date from 171 responden were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of this study show that only two variables that affecting Behavior Intention to Use PBB Electronic Payment. That variables are Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease Of Use. Perceived Usefulness directly affecting tax payer Intention to use PBB Electronic Payment Facilities (92%). While Perceived Ease of Use indirectiy affecling tax payer intention to use PBB Electronic Payment Facilities (77%). While another variables are not significant affecting behavior Intention to use PBB Electronic Payment Facilities. According to the result of this study, to increase the amount of tax payer who use PBB Electronic Payment Facilities in Depok, Dlrektorat Jenderal Pajak, especially KPP Pratama Depok could Implemented some methods, such as giving presentation about PBB Electronic Payment in Depok with stressing in usefulness and ease to use of the system, broadlng the net of PBB Electronic Payment Facilities and handle the Gall Center facilities more seriously."
