Abstrak :
Perusahaan yang baik adalah ketika menyusun strategi, mengerucut kepada tujuan serta misi dan visinya dan bukan keluar dari apa yang menjadi sasaran perusahaan. Hal ini menjadi dasar bagi perusahaan untuk menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran dengan metode Balanced Scorecard, dimana penekanannya diberikan pada aspek kinerja keuangan dan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga disebut dengan strategi 2 in 1. Kedua aspek ini menjadi penting untuk fokus penelitian karena PT Puti Hanum Astari merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang agrowisata. Demi mengembangkan usahanya dan berupaya untuk memenangkan persaingan di bisnis agrowisata, maka The Pinewood dibawah management PT Puti Hanum Astari menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran 2 in 1 yang digunakan untuk mentrasnformasikan perusahaan menjadi penyelanggara bisnis agrowisata yang diminati dan memiliki pelanggan yang loyal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran 2 in 1 terhadap The Pinewood. Sedangkan penelitian dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, kemudian untuk analisis data lapangan digunakan metode sign test (Uji Tanda). Dari hasil analisis penerapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran 2 in 1 diperoleh bahwa penerapan strategi tersebut tidak memberikan dampak perubahan kepada kineija keuangan perusahaan, namun untuk kepuasaan pelangan terbukti terjadi perubahan dampak setelah diaplikasikan kebijakan tersebut. Sehingga perusahaan perlu mengkaji lebih lanjut serta semakin mengembangkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran 2 in I pada perusahaan. ......The good company is to arrange strategy, sharping to perspeclive vision and mision, otherwise it is not beyond on target though. Therefore, it is a necessary to implement Marketing Communication Strategy with Balanced Scorecard method which focus on two aspects such as Financial and Customer Satisfaction aspects, hence the strategy is recognize as 2 in 1 strategy. Those are essential where PT Puti Hanum Astari is a company who has developed as Agritourism Business. The Pinewood which under PT Puti Hanum Astari management has implemented 2 in 1 marketing communication strategy that is used to Lransform the company become a pioneer of agritourism business in order to notice customer loyalty following by development of business competition in agritourism self. This research was a case to analyze impact of 2 in 1 Marketing Communication Strategy to The Pinewood. Meanwhile, the research had been conducted by data collection (questioners), and then the field data was analyzed by Sign Test Method. The result shows that 2 in 1 Marketing Communication Strategy is not giving any impact to financial performance, yet But it improves customer satisfaction and loyalty significantly. Furthermore, It suggested that The Pinewood should continue to impelement and develop the 2 in 1 Marketing Communication Strategy as increasing in customer loyalty at the end will positively impacting company financial.

Abstrak :
The title of this research is The Strategy Marketing Communication of Department of Culture and Tourism Medan City In Market Medan City as a Tourism City. The purpose of this study is to see the strategy marketing communication and the obstacles that is faced by the Department and Tourism Medan City in market Medan city as a tourism city. This research is a qualitative research with a constructivism approach. Research subject is determined through the purposive method and obtain ton (10) informants that is consist of Head Marketing of Department of Culture and Tourism Medan City, the secretary of PHRI North Sumatera, The Head of ASITA North Sumatera,the member of Medan city parlement, the representation from the Highways Department, the representation from travel agency, two public figures and two tourists who came visiting Medan city. Data collection methods were done by observation, depth interview, and documentation study. Data analysis was done through data reduction, display data, and taking conclusion. The results showed that the strategy marketing communication that is done by the Department of Culture and Tourism Medan City in market Medan city as a tourism city was done by segmentation, targeting, and positioning. These three strategies was supported with various forms of promotion mix, such as advertising, personal selling direct marketing, word of mouth marketing, and marketing via social media. The obstacles that is faced are inadequate infrastucture, unproffesionalof tourism human resources, attraction tourism management which is not maximized, the people who are not travel aware, the communication and coordination which is not maximized done among the Department of Culture and Tourism Medan City and some of the stakeholders, limited budget, and join promotion that haven't implemented yet by the Department of Culture and Tourism Medan City with the other region.

ABSTRACT
Social media is an effective media to increase brand popularity. Previous studies found that the brand has significant effects on the consumers purchasing decision. Indicator of brand popularity on social media includes the number of followers, likes, shares, comments, and views of the video. The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of post time, post content, and brand interaction on brand post popularity of Facebook fan page. Data collected through observation of six (6) international top brands on the Facebook fan page. Data were analyzed using logit regression method. The results show that post time, post content, and brand interaction have significant effects on brand popularity. The managerial implication, it is crucial to highlight that Facebook is a useful platform on brand popularity building. Our discussion section shows some suggested in managing the brand based on our results.
