"Pengelolaan rumah sakit bukanlah hal yang sederhana dan cukup diselenggarakan dengan biaya yang seadanya, melainkan menentukan upaya yang strategis dengan didukung oleh sumber daya yang andal seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Dan laporan analisa rasio RSUP Fatmawati dapat diperoleh Informasi mengenai rasio likuiditas, rasio rentabilitas, rasio pertumbuhan dan rasio aktivitas. Dalam analisa tersebut RSUP Fatmawati memiliki rasio likuiditas baik untuk membayar kewajiban jangka pendeknya, tetapi memlilki rentabilitas yang tidak baik karena masih minus berarti defisit dan rendah tingkat efisiensrnya dalam melaksanakan kegiatan sehari-harinya. Selain flu RSUP Fatmawati telah memiliki strategi RSUP Fatmawati, maka rencana strategis keuangan ini dapat mendukung strategi RSUP Fatmawati.
Bertolak dari hal itu maka dilakukan penelitian deskriptif analitik untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai analisa internal dan eksternal dan keuangan RSUP FatmaWati dengan analisis strategi melalui tiga tahap yaitu :
1. The input Stage terdiri dari identifikasi External Factor Evaluation Matrix dan Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix.
2. The Matching Stage menggunakan Internal Eksternal Matriks.
3. The Decision Stage , menggunakan teknik Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
Pengumpulan data lewat observasi data sekunder dan analisa faktor lingkungan dengan intuisi terbaik dalam fokus grup serta wawancara mendalam.
Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa eksternaI dibawah sedikit rerata dan internal berada diatas sedikit rerata dan dalam lE matriks tergolong datam sel V dengan rekomendasi alternatif strateginya market penetration dan product development. Dan dipilih market penetration sebagai pilihan strateginya.

From the RSUP Fatmawati retio analysis report obtained information about liquidity ratios, turn over ratios, performance ratios and activity ratios. RSUP Fatmawati have a good liquidity ratios for pay a short term obligation but RSUP Fatmawati have bad turn over ratios because they still deficit and low efficient to perform they activity. Except that RSUP Fatmawati already have RSUP Fatmawati strategy so this strategic financial planning support the RSUP Fatmawati strategy.
Based on its this description analysis research to obtain illustration about internal and external analysis from RSUP Fatmawati financial is conducted through 3 stages or strategic analysis as follows :
1. The input Stage consisting of External Factor Evaluation Matrix and Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix.
2. The Matching Stage using Internal External Matrix.
3. The Decision Stage with Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
Data collection is done by observing secondary data and analyzing environmental factor with the good Intuitive judgment in group focus and indepth interview.
Based on the research, It Is known that finance RSUP Fatmawati has a little bit internal above the average and the external is slightly lower than the average, with position on cell V in IE Matrix, with recommended alternative strategies are market penetration and product development. And finally choose market penetration as a strategic financial planning."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai penyusunan rencana usaha (business plan) pertambangan pasir di daerah Rumpin, Kabupaten Bogor. Menariknya industri ini didasarkan atas banyaknya kebutuhan pasir oleh pengembang perumahan di daerah Serpong yang belum mampu diimbangi oleh pasokan pasir yang ada. Strategi dan langkah-langkah dalammembangun usaha ini akan dijabarkan secara rinci, khususnya pada fungsi keuangan. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi proyeksi kinerja perusahaan dan perhitungan kelayakan investasi selama lima tahun ke depan. Proyeksi kinerja dijelaskan dalam bentuk neraca, laba/rugi, arus kas, dan struktur biaya. Sedangkan untuk analisis kelayakan, digunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan payback period.

The thesis describes the business plan of sand mining in Rumpin, Bogor. The attractiveness about this industry is based on the huge demand of sand by the house developers in Serpong which has not been fulfilled by the existing suppliers. The strategies and steps needed to run the business will be explained in detail, focusing on financial function. The analysis includes performance projection and investment feasibility in five years ahead. Performance projection will be described in form of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and cost structure. The feasibility analysis will be supported by the calculation using Net PresentValue (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period."

"Salah satu masalah yang menggaris bawahi ketidakstabilan dan rendahnya kinerja UKM adalah kurangnya literasi keuangan yang mengarah pada pengambilan keputusan yang salah. Informasi keuangan diperlukan untuk pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam menghitung laba operasi, pengendalian biaya, dan manajemen arus kas. Pengelolaan dan pencatatan keuangan yang baik dapat meminimalkan kerugian, membantu merumuskan strategi penetapan harga yang baik, mendorong efisiensi biaya yang lebih terukur, dan menjaga kelangsungan bisnis jangka panjang. Salah satu UKM di industri jasa laundry telah sampai pada kondisi di mana kurangnya informasi keuangan mengakibatkan penetapan harga dan penentuan biaya tenaga kerja yang tidak tepat. Pelaksanaan business coaching dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan survei kepada pemilik, karyawan, dan pelanggan UKM. Sistem keuangan dan aplikasi anggaran dibuat untuk pemilik usaha guna menyiapkan rencana keuangan serta menyusun strategi keputusan operasional baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang dengan lebih baik

One of the problems that underlines the instability and low performance of SMEs is the lack of financial literacy which leads to wrong decision making. Financial information is required to better understanding when calculating operating profits, cost control, and cash flow management. Good financial management and records can minimize losses, assist in formulating a good pricing strategy, encourage more measurable cost efficiency, and maintain long-term business continuity. One SMEs in the laundry services industry has come to a term where the lack of financial information has resulted in the improper calculation of pricing and labour cost. The Business Coaching is conduct using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and surveys to the owners, employees, and customers of the SMEs. The Financial system and budgeting tools were created which allow the owner to better calculating the financial plan as well as to line up the strategy of its short-term and long-term operational decision."

Summarecon Agung Tbk. sebagai perusahaan yang dianalisis didasarkan pada 3 hal yaitu perubahan profitabilitas perusahaan dari penurunan berturut-turut menjadi kenaikan berturut-turut, keunggulan dibandingkan 2 perusahaan property tbk besar lainnya yang dipilih sebagai pembanding dalam proses seleksi, dan profitabilitas perusahaan di tahun 2013 yang di atas rata-rata industry. Keunggulan-keunggulan ini telah membuat PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. menjadi sangat menarik untuk dianalisis, khususnya mengenai strategi korporasi, strategi bisnis, strategi keuangan, dan corporate action yang telah diterapkan oleh PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. Analisis dan pembahasan ini akan dilakukan terhadap strategi-strategi korporasi dan tindakan-tindakan penting dari SMRA tahun 2004 sampai dengan tahun 2013 yang terbagi atas 4 periode. Summarecon Agung Tbk. as analyzed company is based on three things: the change of the company's profitability consecutive reduction into consecutive rise, advantages over two other major public real estate company selected as a comparison in the selection process, and the profitability of the company in 2013 were above the industry average. These advantages made PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. become very interesting to be analyzed, particularly regarding corporate strategy, business strategy, financial strategy, and corporate action that has been applied by PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. Analysis and discussion will be conducted on corporate strategies and critical actions of SMRA from 2004 to 2013, divided into 4 periods. Then will proceed with the analysis and discussion of the financial strategy that includes growth, investment, financing, operations, profitability, risk, overall performance, and the value of the PT.
