"Tesis ini menganalisa peran dari kualitas jasa dalam membangun kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen di restoran "X", yang berlokasi di Kelapa Gading. Selain itu, tesis ini juga menganalisa gap antara kualitas jasa yang diharapkan dengan kualitas jasa yang diterima, dan dimensi SERVQUAL manakah yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen di restoran "X". Dari penelitian ini, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas layanan jasa yang diterima dengan kepuasan konsumen, dan juga hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dengan loyalitas konsumen. Meskipun demikian, hubungan antara kualitas layanan jasa yang diterima dengan loyalitas konsumen tidaklah positif ataupun signifikan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gap yang signifikan antara kualitas jasa yang diharapkan dengan kualitas jasa yang diterima. Responden juga menyatakan bahwa untuk restoran "X", dimensi SERVQUAL yang harus lebih diperhatikan adalah daya tanggap.

This thesis analyzed the role of service quality in building customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in restaurant "X", Kelapa Gading. Beside that, this thesis also analyzed the gap between expected service quality and perceived service quality, and which SERVQUAL dimension that is important for restaurant "X" from customers' point of view. The result from this research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction, and also between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. On the other hand, there is no positive and significant relationship between perceived service quality and customer loyalty. The results from this research also showed that there is significant gap between expected service quality and perceived service quality. In addition, the respondents suggested restaurant "X" to put more attention in responsiveness dimension."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer experience terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction pada pelanggan Genki Sushi di outlet Plaza Senayan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 144 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data digunakan dengan menggunakan smartPLS 3.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan positif antara customer experience terhadap customer loyalty, terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan positif antara customer experience terhadap customer loyalty,dan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan positif antara customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the affect of customer experience on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Genki Sushi customers at Plaza Senayan outlets. This research sample amounted to 144 respondents taken using purposive sampling. Data analysis is used using smartPLS 3.0.
The results of the study show that there is a strong and positive effect between customer experience on customer loyalty, there is a strong and positive effect between customer experience on customer loyalty, and there is a strong and positive effect on customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.

"Penelitian ini didasarkan pada respon kaum muda yang dinamis dan pengambil resiko yang juga disebut sebagai innovator dalam literatur pemasaran. Mereka yang menyukai kreatifitas dan inovasi akan berpindah dari produk satu ke yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan pelanggan untuk berpindah dengan metode SEM. Faktor - faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah attractiveness of alternatives, switching cost, customer satisfaction, perceived price, perceived quality, dan customer complaint.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa customer satisfaction, switching cost, dan attractiveness of alternatives mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan bagi switching intention. Dari semua faktor yang ada customer complaint mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar untuk customer satisfaction. Switching cost mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar untuk switching intention.

This study is based on the responses from youngsters who are also termed as innovators in marketing literature being dynamic and risk taker. They like creativity and innovation and often switch from one product to another. The purpose of this research is to identify factors that influence motivation of customer switching using SEM. Factors used in this research are attractiveness of alternatives, switching cost, customer satisfaction, perceived price, perceived quality, and customer complaint.
The result of this research show that customer satisfaction, attractiveness of alternatives, and switching cost have significant effect on customer?s switching intention. Among these factors, customer complaint is the most influence factor to customer satisfaction. Switching cost is the most influence factor to switching intention.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction pada LifeSpa Fitness South Quarter. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dengan diperantarai oleh customer satisfaction. Selain itu dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa experiential marketing juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap customer loyalty tetapi tidak sebesar apabila diperantarai oleh customer satisfaction.

This research is conducted to determine the effect of the experiential marketing towards customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at LifeSpa Fitness South Quarter. This research uses 102 samples collected by purposive sampling methods. The results show that there is a significant positive relation between experiential marketing towards customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. The result of this research also proves that experiential marketing has a direct influence to customer loyalty, but the result is not as good as when using customer satisfaction as the mediating variable.

"Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, sebagian besar perusahaan mencoba memberi nilai tambah kepada pelanggan yang disebut seamless experience yang telah memainkan peran penting dalam strategi omnichannel, dimana omnichannel merupakan evolusi dari strategi multichannel. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan seamless experience dapat memengaruhi perjalanan omnichannel pada pelanggan. Selain itu, adanya hubungan kuat antara perjalanan omnichannel pelanggan dan perilaku pelanggan. Penelitian lain menunjukkan bahwa kualitas integrasi omnichannel dan nilai persepsi omnichannel dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, kurangnya penelitian omnichannel tentang karakteristik pelanggan untuk menghadapi omnichannel di era digitalisasi masih belum banyak dipublikasikan. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah karakteristik pelanggan yang disebut kesiapan teknologi sebagai variabel moderasi apakah dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap word-of-mouth di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square untuk menganalisis data dari sampel 268 responden yang telah menggunakan platform omnichannel dari beberapa rumah sakit di Indonesia baik online (misalnya website, aplikasi pihak ketiga, aplikasi mobile rumah sakit) maupun offline (mengunjungi rumah sakit secara langsung). Responden diberikan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 32 item pertanyaan. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah keragaman karakteristik pelanggan dapat memberikan berbagai dampak terhadap perjalanan pelanggan dan perilaku pelanggan. Dengan demikian, organisasi dapat menerapkan strategi omnichannel berdasarkan karakteristik pelanggan.

In recent years, most companies try to customers added value calling seamless experience and alla had played important role in omnichannel strategy which is omnichannel is an evolution of strategy. Previous research has been showed seamless experience could affect customer omnichannel journey. Furthermore, it builds strong relations between customer omnichannel journey and customer behavior. Another research has been shown that omnichannel integration quality and omni-channel perceived value coud give positive effect to customer satisfaction.  However, there is still a back of research about omnichannel studies, special regarding the characteristic of omnichannel customers in digitalization’s era. Therefore, this paper aims to find out whether the characteristic of customers so called technology readiness as moderator construct probable affably affection customer satisfaction toward word-of-mouth in healthcare sector. This study uses Partial Least Square to analyze the data from sample of 268 respondents which has used omnichannel platform of certain hospital in Indonesia whether it’s online (e.g. website, third party app, hospital mobile app) or offline (visiting hospital directly). The respondents have Given the questionnaire consist of 32 items and 5-point Likert to examine each items. The expected result is that variety of customer characteristic coupon give various impact to customer journey and customer behavior. Thus, organization coop implementation omnichannel strategic based on customer characteristics."

Data yang digu.nakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari responder' penguna layanan sewa ken daraan pada perusabaan PT. Serasi Autoraya - TRAC Astra Rent A Car berkaitan dengan evaluasi tentang pengalaman mereka pada saat melakukan proses transaksi.Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layman berasosiasi positif dengan kepuasan emosional dan kepuasan emosional berasosiasi positif dengan kualitas hubungan dan loyalitas pelanggan, demikian jugs halnya kualitas hubungan berasosiasi positif dengan loyalitas pelanggan.
Basil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara tidak langsung tentang perlunya peruisahaan layanan secara strategi memperhatilran hal-bal yang menjadi awal terbentuknya loyal itas pelanggan dan kualitas hubungan dalam rangka mempertahan pelanggan dan pencapaian keuntirngan jangka panjang.

This research empirically examined the role of emotional satisfaction in service encounters. Spec tally, this study seeks to investigate the relationship between emotional satisfaction and key concepts, such as service quality, customer loyalty, and relationship quality. To clarify the role of emotional satisfaction in predicting relationship quality and customer loyalty in doing so, this study uses relationship between service quality, emotional satasifaction, relationship quality, and customer loyalty.
Data used in this research is from the respondent of the customer of car rental company PT Serasi Autoraya - TRAC Astra Rent A Car concerning their evaluations of their transactions experi nces_The collected data then analysis by using simple regression and multiple regression.
The result of this research shows that service quality positively associated with emotional satisfactions and emotional satisfaction positively associated with relationship quality and customer loyalty and also relationship quality positively assosiated with customer loyalty.
This finding implies the need for service firm to leverage strategically on the key antecedents of customer loyalty and relationship quality in its pursuit of customer retention and long term profitability.

"Tantangan untuk memperoleh kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan semakin besar di persaingan yang semakin kompetitif saat ini. Terutama pada sektor perbankan yang menawarkan produk yang relatif sama seperti sektor perbankan. Studi sebelumnya telah membuktikan bahwa inovasi layanan merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dihindari untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dan sangat penting untuk mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam industri perbankan. Di sisi lain, model konseptual yang matang mengenai faktor yang mepengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan sudah lebih dulu ditemukan dengan mempertimbangkan service quality sebagai antecedent. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi model konseptual baru dari kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan di industri perbankan Indonesia dengan inovasi layanan dan konsep kualitas layanan sebagai anteseden, dengan juga dimensi kualitas layanan yang digunakan. Untuk memvalidasi model konseptual yang diusulkan, survei online dilakukan dan data dari 274 pelanggan bank ritel sampel di Indonesia digunakan. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil SEM menunjukkan bahwa inovasi layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas layanan, kepuasan, dan loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan service quality berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan pelanggan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kemudian, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Studi ini memperkaya studi yang ada yang berfokus pada kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam perbankan terutama dalam konteks negara berkembang.

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are more challenging to obtain in today increasingly competitive market including banking sector which offered relatively similar product. Earlier study has proven that service innovation is an inevitable necessity for firm's survival and is critical to influence the customer satisfaction and loyalty in banking industry. On the other hand, a well-developed conceptual model of satisfaction and loyalty in service industry has been established, considering service quality as the antecedent. This study is aimed to develop and validate a new conceptual model of customer satisfaction and loyalty in Indonesia banking industry with service innovation and service quality concept as the antecedent, with also employed service quality dimensions. In order to validate the proposed conceptual model, online survey was conducted and data from 274 sampled customers of retail bank in Indonesia was used. The data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM results show that service innovation has positive effect to service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty while service quality has positive impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has positive impact on customer loyalty. However, the effect of service quality to customer loyalty was not supported. This study enriches existing study which focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty in banking especially in emerging country context. Moreover, this study provides additional knowledge with incorporating service innovation and service quality as antecedent of customer satisfaction and loyalty in banking industry."
