"ABSTRAKWater loss in a channel is an important component of the hydrologic budget for the design and planning of a water diversion and delivery system. Quantitative assessment of channel losses is required in the calculations of flow components of a river basin or reach and the projections of design flows at the withdrawal and delivery points of the water diversion system. In this study, hydrologic methods are employed to determine water losses along the Sheyenne River, a proposed diversion project. The hydrologic budget approach is considered the most appropriate method for the Sheyenne River and the proposed project. Long-term, monthly average, and annual channel losses and their longitudinal distributions are obtained. The estimated losses can be used as the additional discharge, compensating for the losses in the water delivery and supply system."

"Tesis ini membahas pengalaman yang tercermin dalam perilaku tenaga teknisperpustakaan Subbagian Penyusunan Program dan Anggaran PPDA PerpustakaanNasional RI dalam memaknai proses perencanaan yang setiap hari dilakukannya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metodefenomenologi. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatansecara langsung dan partisipatif, disertai dengan wawancara mendalam dan analisisdokumen terkait dengan proses perencanaan yang dilakukan sejak bulan Januari hinggaSeptember 2019. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perilaku tenaga teknisperpustakaan di subbag PPDA pada saat proses perencanaan menemukan kendalaterutama pada tahap penentuan tujuan terkait dengan partisipasi dan kesesuaian tujuan.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tenaga teknis perpustakaan subbag PPDAmemaknai pengalaman mereka tentang proses perencanaan terkait interaksi dengan parastakeholders Perpustakaan Nasional menunjukkan adanya perilaku komunikasi positifyang menghasilkan kesepakatan dan kesadaran bersama bahwa perencanaan merupakanproses penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan Perpustakaan Nasional sebagai lembaga,namun pengalaman para tenaga teknis perpustakaan di subbag PPDA dalam kaitannyadengan peran sebagai penyusun program menunjukkan adanya pengalaman yang negatifsehingga menimbulkan kesadaran diskursif bahwa proses perencanaan memerlukanpengetahuan yang komprehensif mengenai bidang kepustakawanan.

The thesis discussed the experiences reflected in behavior of library technical staff onProgram and Budget Arrangement Subdivision PPDA at the National Library ofIndonesia in interpreting the planning process of librarianship that is carried out everyday. The study used a qualitative research approach with the phenomenology method.Data collection was carried out by observation directly and participatory, in-depthinterviews and document analysis relating to the planning process since January toSeptember 2019. The result of this study was that the behavior of library technical staffon the PPDA Subdivision during the planning process found obstacles especially at thegoal setting stage related to participation and goal conformity. The study concluded thatthe library technical staff in PPDA Subdivision interpret their experience of theplanning process related to interaction with the National Library stakeholders showingpositive communication behavior that results in mutual agreement and awareness thatthe planning is an important process in realizing the National Library goals as aninstitution, but the experience of the library technical staff in the PPDA Subdivision inrelation to the role of the program compiler showed a negative experience that createddiscursive awareness that the planning process required comprehensive knowledgeabout the librarianship."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan memberikan usulan perbaikan terhadap pengendalian internal atas sistem berbasis ERP pada siklus persediaan PT PJM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptifdengan metode studi kasus dengan PT PJM sebagai unit analisis. Penelitian inimenggunakan instrumen observasi, wawancara, dan analisis pada serangkaiandokumen perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kelemahanpada pengendalian internal atas pengelolaan persediaan perusahaan. Kelemahan inidisebabkan karena belum adanya penyesuaian prosedur terhadap proses bisnisperusahaan, terutama proses melalui sistem ERP. Hal ini berdampak padapencatatan persediaan perusahaan yang tidak akurat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian inimemberikan rekomendasi perbaikan atas analisis aktivitas pengendalian internal perusahaan guna menyelesaikan permasalahan yang timbul saat ini.

This study aims to evaluate and provide recommendations for improvements to

internal control over ERP-based systems in the PT PJM inventory cycle. This study

used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method with PT PJM as

the unit of analysis. This research uses observation, interview, and analysis

instruments on a series of company documents. The types of data used are primary

and secondary data. The results of the research conducted indicate that there are

several weaknesses in internal control over the company's inventory management.

This weakness is due to the lack of procedural adjustments to the company's

business processes, especially that processes through the ERP system. This results

in inaccurate company inventory records. Therefore, this study provides

recommendations for improvements from the analysis of the company's internal

control activities conducted in order to solve current problems."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengembangan perancangan sistem penjualan yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan usaha perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa business solution memberikan kemudahan pengguna yang terlibat sistem informasi penjualan dalam melakukan setiap pekerjaannya, dapat meminimalisasi kesalahan dalam memasukkan data, dan sistem sudah terintegrasi antara satu divisi dengan divisi lainnya. The purpose of this study is to develop information systems that are being applied to the sales of the company rsquo s business activities. This study is qualitative research. The result of this study concludes that business solution application can be easier for users to do their job which related to sales. "Gedung apartemen merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang sangat kompleks dan harus direncanakan dengan baik agar tidak terjadi kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, harus direncanakan detail-detail pekerjaan yang tepat agar proses konstruksi dapat dikerjakan dengan jelas dan sesuai dengan tujuan. Agar proses konstruksi tidak mengalami kebingungan, maka dibuatlah standar Work Breakdown Structure sebagai alat bantu berjalannya suatu proyek. Dalam penelitian ini, dibuat standar WBS pekerjaan struktur bawah, dimana pembuatan standar WBS ini telah melalui proses validasi pakar yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik Delphi. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan sumber daya proyek pada pekerjaan struktur bawah, dimana sumber daya ini diidentifikasi melalui elemen-elemen WBS yang sudah di standarisasi.

Apartement building is a very complex job and should be well planned to avoid mistakes. Therefore, must be planned details right job so that the construction process can be done with a clear and fit for purpose. So that the construction process does not become confused, then be made to the standard Work Breakdown Structure as aids the passage of a project. In this study, the authors make the standard WBS of substructure work, where the making of this WBS standard has been through the process of expert validation is by using Delphi technique. In addition, this study discusses the planning of project resources at substructure work, where these resources are identified through standardized WBS elements. "
