Saat ini di Indonesia, meskipun belum banyak literatur yang membahas schutznorm theorie (teori relativitas) secara khusus, tetapi telah terdapat perbedaan dalam penerapannya. Setidaknya terdapat 2 (dua) putusan yang menggambarkan perbedaan penerapan ini, yakni putusan nomor 48/Pdt.G/2016/PN.Njk dan putusan nomor 13/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Sbg. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini akan membahas bagaimana sebenarnya hubungan antara schutznorm theorie dengan perbuatan melawan hukum dan menganalisis penerapannya dalam perkara gugatan perbuatan melawan hukum. Penelitian ini berbentuk yuridis-normatif yang bersifat deskriptif-analitis dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif berdasarkan studi dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa schutznorm theorie dapat digunakan untuk menentukan hak gugat dalam perkara gugatan perbuatan melawan hukum dan terdapat perbedaan penerapan schutznorm theorie dalam perkara gugatan perbuatan melawan hukum. Dengan demikian perlu diatur pedoman penerapannya untuk menjamin kepastian hukum dan keadilan, dimana pedoman ini sebaiknya diatur dalam Peraturan Mahkamah Agung (Perma) yakni bahwa hukum acara perdata mengenal adanya schutznorm theorie untuk menentukan hak gugat, sebagaimana kedudukan legal standing dalam gugatan di MK RI sehingga dapat diperiksa lebih dulu sebelum masuk pokok perkara sebagaimana dismissal process di PTUN. ......Currently in Indonesia, although not much literature has specifically discussed the schutznorm theory (relativity theory), there have been differences in its application. There are at least 2 decisions that illustrate the difference: verdict number 48/Pdt.G/2016/PN.Njk and verdict number 13/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Sbg. Therefore, this paper will discuss how the actual relationship between schutznorm theory and tort and analyze its application in tort lawsuits. This research is in the form of juridical-normative, which is descriptive-analytical, by using qualitative analysis method based on document study. The results of this study found that schutznorm theory can be used to determine the right to sue in tort lawsuits and there are differences in the application of schutznorm theorie in tort lawsuits. Thus, it is necessary to set guidelines for its application to guarantee legal certainty and justice, where these guidelines should be regulated in a Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA), that civil procedural law recognizes the existence of the schutznorm theory (relativity theory) to determine the right to sue, such as legal standing to file a lawsuit at the Constitutional Court of Republic Indonesia so that it can be examined first before entering the main case, such as the dismissal process at the State Administrative Court of Republic Indonesia.

Symmetries, coupled with the mathematical concept of group theory, are an essential conceptual backbone in the formulation of quantum field theories capable of describing the world of elementary particles. This primer is an introduction to and survey of the underlying concepts and structures needed in order to understand and handle these powerful tools. Specifically, in Part I of the book the symmetries and related group theoretical structures of the Minkowskian space-time manifold are analyzed, while Part II examines the internal symmetries and their related unitary groups, where the interactions between fundamental particles are encoded as we know them from the present standard model of particle physics. This book, based on several courses given by the authors, addresses advanced graduate students and non-specialist researchers wishing to enter active research in the field, and having a working knowledge of classical field theory and relativistic quantum mechanics. The book describes Maxwell's equations first in their integral, directly testable form, then moves on to their local formulation. The first two chapters cover all essential properties of Maxwell's equations, including their symmetries and their covariance in a modern notation. Chapter 3 is devoted to Maxwell theory as a classical field theory and to solutions of the wave equation. Chapter 4 deals with important applications of Maxwell theory. It includes topical subjects such as metamaterials with negative refraction index and solutions of Helmholtz' equation in paraxial approximation relevant for the description of laser beams. Chapter 5 describes non-Abelian gauge theories from a classical, geometric point of view, in analogy to Maxwell theory as a prototype, and culminates in an application to the U(2) theory relevant for electroweak interactions. The last chapter 6 gives a concise summary of semi-Riemannian geometry as the framework for the classical field theory of gravitation. The chapter concludes with a discussion of the Schwarzschild solution of Einstein's equations and the classical tests of general relativity (perihelion precession of Mercury, and light deflection by the sun).

Recent state-of-the-art technologies in fabricating low-loss optical and mechanical components have significantly motivated the study of quantum-limited measurements with optomechanical devices. Such research is the main subject of this thesis. In the first part, the author considers various approaches for surpassing the standard quantum limit for force measurements. In the second part, the author proposes different experimental protocols for using optomechanical interactions to explore quantum behaviors of macroscopic mechanical objects. Even though this thesis mostly focuses on large-scale laser interferometer gravitational-wave detectors and related experiments, the general approaches apply equally well for studying small-scale optomechanical devices.
