"Tesis ini membahas mengenai redesain service blueprint terminal kargo Bandara Soekarno Hatta pada PT Angkasa Pura II. Tujuannya adalah dapat menggambarkan kembali desain service blueprint terminal kargo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pembahasan pada tesis ini dimulai dengan menyebutkan dan menjelaskan pihak-pihak yang terkait dalam proses, menjelaskan kegiatan-kegiatan dalam terminal kargo, dan menggambarkan existing service blueprint. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan service blueprint itu sendiri dan analisis desain jaringan distribusi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah desain baru service blueprint terminal kargo Bandara Soekarno Hatta.

This thesis discusses the design of service blueprint cargo terminal Soekarno Hatta Airport at PT Angkasa Pura II. The goal is to describe the redesign of the cargo terminal operations sservice blueprint. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive design. The discussion in this thesis begins with stating and explaining the parties that involved in the process, explaining the activities of the cargo terminal, and describing of the existing service blueprint. The analysis was performed with the approach of service blueprint itself and analysis of distribution network design. The result of this study is to describe the redesign of the cargo terminal operations service blueprint Soekarno Hatta Airport."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan kerangka logic model dalam penerapan Redesain Sistem Perencanaan dan Penganggaran (RSPP) yang diberlakukan di seluruh Lembaga Pemerintah Pusat mulai tahun anggaran 2021. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang penggunaan logic model pada proses perumusan Program, Kegiatan, Output, dan Outcome dalam rangka penerapan RSPP di Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) serta bagaimana strategi untuk memperbaiki kekurangan pada proses perumusannya tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis dokumen dan wawancara terhadap pihak-pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam proses inti dengan menggunakan tahapan pembangunan logic model dari Wholey, Hatry, dan Newcomer (2010) sebagai alat analisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa logic model belum digunakan secara optimal dalam proses perumusan Program, Kegiatan, Output dan Outcome dalam rangka penerapan RSPP. Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam proses perumusan tersebut belum semua tahapan pembangunan logic model dilakukan. Dari analisis ini juga direkomendasikan tiga strategi perbaikan yaitu agar lembaga mendefinisikan elemen logic model kedalam tabel logic, menggambarkan visualiasi diagram logic model dan melakukan verifikasi terhadap model bersama stakeholders.

This study analyzes the use of the logic model framework in the application of the Planning and Budgeting System Redesign (RSPP), which will be implemented in all Central Government Institutions starting in the 2021 fiscal year. The question in this study is about the use of logic models in formulating Programs, Activities, Outputs, and Outcomes in the context of implementing RSPP at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and how to correct deficiencies in the formulation process. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive case study. Data collection was through document analysis and interviews with parties directly involved in the core process using the stages of building logic models from Wholey, Hatry, and Newcomer (2010) as analytical tools. The analysis results show that the logic model has not been used optimally in formulating Programs, Activities, Outputs, and Outcomes in the context of implementing RSPP. The result also shows that in the formulation process, not all stages of logic model development have been carried out. From this analysis, three improvement strategies recommendation, namely so that the institution defines the logic model elements in the logic table, describes the visualization of the logic model diagram and verifies the model with stakeholders."
