"Dalam konteks brand fast fashion lokal Indonesia yaitu Erigo, eWOM yang terdiri dari aspek information quality, information quantity, dan information credibility yang informasi tersebar kepada pengguna TikTok generasi Z di Indonesia akan dapat memengaruhi tingkat adopsi informasi seseorang. Dengan pengadopsian informasi tersebut, maka akan berpengaruh pada niat pembelian pengguna TikTok yang terpapar informasi terkait brand Erigo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menganalisis 142 responden dengan rentang usia 18-26 tahun yang menggunakan media sosial TikTok dan terpapar informasi terkait brand Erigo sebagai brand fast fashion. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei online dan data yang didapat diolah dengan teknik Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari olahan data menunjukkan bahwa information quality, quantity, dan credibility berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap information usefulness. Information usefulness juga berpengaruh terhadap information adoption, dan information adoption berpengaruh purchase intention.

In the context of Indonesia's local fast fashion brand, Erigo, eWOM which consists of aspects of information quality, information quantity, and information credibility that information spread to generation Z TikTok users in Indonesia will be able to influence a person's level of information adoption. With the adoption of this information, it will affect the purchase intention of TikTok users who are exposed to information related to the Erigo brand. The research design used in this study is cross-sectional with a purposive sampling method. This study analyzed 142 respondents aged 18-26 years who use TikTok social media and were exposed to information related to the Erigo brand as a fast fashion brand. The data collection method used is an online survey and the data obtained is processed using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results of the processed data show that information quality, quantity, and credibility have a significant effect on information usefulness. Information usefulness also affects information adoption, and information adoption affects purchase intention."

"ABSTRAK
The purpose of this study is to examine the information system (IS) success of the accounting software based on the user perception. The model used to examine the IS success is the modified IS success model of Seddon (1997). The model employed in this study is applied on data collected through 204 questionnaires distributed to the users of accounting software who work at the variety of companies in Indonesia. In examining the model, we employ the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the use of LISREL 8. 72 softare. The results of the study show that system quality
significantly affects the perceived usefulness and the user satisfaction. Furthermore,
the results show that informqtion quality significantly ajjects the perceived usefulness
and user satisfaction. On the other hand, the study finds that user satisfaction does
not affect the system use."

"Tingginya cost of equity yang ditanggung oleh perusahaan, dapat berarti pula bahwa, tinggi pula tingkat pengembalian yang disyaratkan oleh investor. Laporan keuangan perusahaan menjadi sumber informasi utama investor dalam menilai tingkat risiko investasi perusahaan. Ketika terjadinya ketidaksamaan informasi yang dimiliki antar investor, mendorong terjadinya asimetri informasi. Perusahaan dapat mengurangi asimetri informasi dengan salah satunya melakukan peningkatan pada kualitas laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh dari financial reporting quality terhadap cost of equity dengan adanya peran dari information asymmetry, pada perusahaan non keuangan di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode data panel dan variabel kontrol berupa size, leverage, growth dan dispersion. Hasilnya adalah perusahaan yang meningkatkan keterbukaan informasi keuangannya cenderung mengurangi asimetri informasi, namun, tidak dapat mempengaruhi secara langsung hubungan antara financial reporting quality dengan cost of equity bagi perusahaan non keuangan di Indonesia.

The higher cost of equity which is borne by the company, may mean that, the higher the rate of return required by investors. The financial reporting of the company is main source of information in when investor assess the level of risk when investing in a company. When the inequality between the information held by investors, pushing the asymmetry of information. Companies can reduce information asymmetry with making improvements to the quality of the company's financial reporting. This study aims to see how the effects of the financial reporting quality of the cost of equity with the role of information asymmetry, non financial firms in Indonesia, using panel data and control variables such as size, leverage, growth and dispersion. The result is a company that increases its financial information disclosure tends to reduce the asymmetry of information, however, information asymmetry can not affect directly the relationship between financial reporting quality with a cost of equity for non financial companies in Indonesia. "

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara kredibilitas sumber dari Exchange Participant Story dengan risiko yang dirasakan, dan adopsi informasi untuk program Global Volunteer yang dimediasi oleh kualitas argumen dan kegunaan informasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan elaboration likelihood model dari adopsi informasi yang diajukan oleh Sussman dan Siegal (2003). Sebanyak 175 responden berusia 18 hingga 30 tahun yang pernah mendengar atau mengetahui tentang program Global Volunteer dan mengikuti salah satu media sosial AIESEC menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling untuk pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa expertness dan homophily dalam kredibilitas sumber pada Exchange Participant Story memiliki pengaruh pada risiko yang dirasakan oleh pembaca hingga dapat mempengaruhi adopsi informasi pada program Global Volunteer. Selain itu, orang-orang juga menggunakan Exchange Participant Story untuk mengurangi potensi bahaya sebelum mereka memutuskan untuk mengikuti program Global Volunteer.

This study examined the relationship between source credibility of Exchange Participant Story, perceived risk, and information adoption for Global Volunteer program which was mediated by information usefulness and argument quality, using elaboration likelihood model approach proposed by Sussman and Siegal (2003). There were 175 respondents ranging from 18 to 30 years old, have heard or known about the Global Volunteer program, and follow one of AIESECs social media accounts as a sample for this study using an online questionnaire. This study used Structural Equation Modelling to process the data. The result reveals that Expertness and Homophily from source credibility of Exchange Participant Story positively affected perceived risk to the extent that it can affect the information adoption on Global Volunteer program. Moreover, people used Exchange Participant Story to reduce potential hazards before they decided to join the Global Volunteer program."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi continuance intention penggunaan layanan aplikasi pengiriman makanan. Hipotesis penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, confirmation, system quality, information quality, service quality, terhadap satisfaction. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, confirmation, system quality, information quality, service quality, satisfaction, perceived time saving, perceived promotion terhadap continuance intention dan dengan trust sebagai moderator memperkuat hubungan satisfaction dan continuance intention aplikasi pengiriman makanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebanyak 462 responden aplikasi pengiriman makanan diambil sebagai sampel melalui teknik non-probability sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), khususnya PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived usefulness, system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived enjoyment, perceived promotion, perceived time saving, dan satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention. Dan variabel confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, system quality, service quality, information quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction. Selanjutnya, trust terbukti memperkuat hubungan antara satisfaction dan continuance intention. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen di era digital, terutama dalam penggunaan aplikasi pengiriman makanan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat membantu praktisi industri dan pembuat kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan merumuskan strategi promosi yang lebih efektif.

This study aims to examine the factors influencing the continuance intention to use food delivery service applications. The hypothesis evaluates the impact of perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, confirmation, system quality, information quality, service quality on satisfaction. Furthermore, this research also examines the influence of perceived usefulness, confirmation, system quality, information quality, service quality, satisfaction, perceived time saving, perceived promotion on continuance intention, with trust as a moderator strengthening the relationship between satisfaction and continuance intention in food delivery applications. The research method employed is a survey with a quantitative approach. A total of 462 respondents of food delivery apps were sampled using non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, specifically PLS-SEM. The results indicate that all variables, namely perceived usefulness, system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived enjoyment, perceived promotion, perceived time saving, and satisfaction, have a positive influence on the continuance intention. Additionally, the variables confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, system quality, service quality, and information quality positively influence satisfaction.  Furthermore, trust was proven to strengthen the relationship between satisfaction and the intention to continue using the service. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics influencing consumer behavior in the digital era, particularly in the use of food delivery applications. The practical implications of this study can assist industry practitioners and policymakers in enhancing service quality and formulating more effective promotional strategies."

"ABSTRAK
Di Indonesia, perkembangan sektor pariwsata diikuti oleh perkembangan penggunaan internet terutama penggunaan di bidang ekonomi. Hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya bermunculan online marketplace sebagai tempat transaksi jual beli paket perjalanan wisata.Kemungkinan pembeli untuk mencari paket perjalanan di berbagai online marketplace tidak dapat dielakan.Penting bagi pengelola online marketplace untuk menjaga pembeli untuk tetap menggunakan online marketplace sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk mencari paket perjalanan. Atas kebutuhan tersebut maka diperlukannya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi switching intention, complaining behaviour, dan negative word of mouth.Model penelitian dibangun menggunakan expectancy disconfirmation theory (EDT), model kesuksesan SI, serta variabel angerdan regret. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan penglohan data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM melalui SMARTPLS 3.2.7. Berdasarkan hasil survei dari 81 responden ditemukan bahwa information quality disconfirmation dan system quality disconfirmation berpengaruh terhadap switching intention, complaining behaviour, dan negative WOM.

ABSTRACT
In Indonesia, the development of the pariwsata sector is followed by the development of internet usage especially in the economic use. This causes the number of emerging online marketplace as a place of sale and purchase transactions travel tour packages. The possibility of buyers to find travel packages in various online marketplace is inevitable. It is important for online marketplace managers to keep buyers to keep using online marketplace as an alternative to finding travel packages. Based on that requirement, the factors that influence switching intention, complaining behavior, and negative word of mouth are needed. The research model was built using expectancy disconfirmation theory (EDT), SI success model, and anger and regret variables. The method used is survei and data was processed using PLS-SEM method through SMARTPLS. Based on survei results from 81 respondents,it was found that information quality disconfirmation and system quality disconfirmation affect switching intention, complaining behavior, and negative WOM

"ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the role of management accounting practices in the mediated relationship influences the quality of the accounting information system and Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) against the performance of the company. Design/ methodology/ approach to hypothesis testing using partial least square approach (PLS). We perform an empirical study against the 89 companies in Indonesia that use ERP systems. Findings indicate that management accounting practices could bring impact on company performance of 63.7%. In this study found the findings that accounting techniques used after the use of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) can affect the performance of the company amounting to 68.5%. The influence of the use of management accounting provides the mediation role against the improved performance of the company. Research limitations/ implications of this model indicates that the effect of the use of mediation practice of management accounting is an important variable for understanding how to utilize a system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) exactly, but if not There is a push from Top management in accepting changes to it will not be achieved. The practical implications of adopting the system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems integration and ensure that the impact on the business value. In order for the system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has a positive impact on the value of the business, the process of integration with the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) should be ensured. Originality/ value - this research provide new knowledge about the importance of the use of contemporary management accounting practices used with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) to improve the performance of the company."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengguna dalam menggunakan Web Intranet Perbendaharaan pada Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan berdasarkan ekspektasi pengguna dan kualitas teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model yang terdiri dari beberapa variabel yang terdapat pada Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Delone dan Mclean 2003 dan Teori UTAUT yang diajukan oleh Venkatesh (2003). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan penyebaran kuesioner pada pengguna Web Intranet Perbendaharaan diseluruh Indonesia serta menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square(PLS). Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, ekspektasi kinerja, dan ekspektasi usaha. Hasil analisis terhadap 179 kuesioner yang diterima, menunjukkan bahwa niat memakai Web Intranet Perbendaharaan secara positif dan signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas informasi dan ekspektasi kinerja."

"Studi ini membahas mengenai bagaimana karakteristik e-WOM dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention pada pengguna Sociolla.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode conclusive descriptive cross-sectional dan kuesioner disebar kepada 187 pengguna website Sociolla yang pernah membaca review pelanggan yang tertera di Sociolla.com. Dengan analisis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa karakteristik e-WOM (quantity, credibility, dan quality) dapat mempengaruhi niat konsumen untuk membeli kembali di website Sociolla tersebut dengan variabel mediasi trust dan perceived usefulness. Karakteristik e-WOM (quantity, credibility, dan quality) ditemukan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap repurchase intention. Nilai e-WOM quantity dan quality secara positif dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap website. Nilai e-WOM quantity dan quality juga ditemukan dapat secara positif mempengaruhi perceived usefulness sementara nilai e-WOM credibility tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap trust dan perceived usefulness.

This study discusses how the characteristics of e-WOM can affect the repurchase intention of Sociolla.com users. This study used a cross-sectional descriptive method and a questionnaire was distributed to 187 Sociolla website users who had read customer reviews listed on Sociolla.com. With analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM), this study found the fact that e-WOM characteristics (quantity, credibility, and quality) can influence consumers to repurchase on the website. The characteristics of e-WOM (quantity, credibility, and quality) were found to be incompatible with the intention to repurchase. The characteristics of e-WOM can influence the intention to repurchase by mediating perceived trust and perceived usefulness. The value of e-WOM quantity and quality is positively related to customer trust in the website. The e-WOM value of quantity and quality is also found to be able to positively influence perceived usefulness while the value of e-WOM credibility has no influence on perceived trust and usefulness."

"Melihat pertumbuhan transaksi perbankan digital yang luar biasa di Indonesia mengakibatkan persaingan bank dalam bertransformasi digital menjadi semakin ketat. Dalam lingkungan kompetitif ini, elemen-elemen seperti kecanggihan, kelengkapan, keamanan, dan estetika fitur aplikasi perbankan digital menjadi alat utama transformasi digital bagi bank. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh system quality, information quality, service quality, dan trust terhadap actual usage pada pengguna Livin’ by Mandiri di DKI Jakarta melalui satisfaction dan reuse intention sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 161 responden yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri, berusia minimal 17 tahun, berdomisili di DKI Jakarta, dan pernah melakukan transaksi minimal 2 kali dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Peneliti menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel berupa purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear, uji F, dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari system quality, information quality, trust terhadap reuse intention dan satisfaction. Penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari reuse intention dan satisfaction terhadap actual usage. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh dari satisfaction terhadap reuse intention. Kemudian, hasil juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh quality dimensions terhadap actual usage dimediasi oleh reuse intention pada pengguna aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri di DKI Jakarta.

Seeing the extraordinary growth of digital banking transactions in Indonesia has resulted in competition for banks in digital transformation becoming increasingly fierce. In this competitive environment, elements such as sophistication, completeness, security and aesthetics of digital banking application features have become the main tools of digital transformation for banks. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of system quality, information quality, service quality, and trust on actual usage among Livin' by Mandiri users in DKI Jakarta through satisfaction and reuse intention as mediating variables. Using a quantitative approach, this research distributed questionnaires to 161 respondents who were users of the Livin' by Mandiri application, aged at least 17 years, domiciled in DKI Jakarta, and had made transactions at least 2 times in the last 6 months. Researchers used a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis, F test, and T test. The research results showed that there was an influence of system quality, information quality, trust on reuse intention and satisfaction. Research also shows the influence of reuse intention and satisfaction on actual usage. Apart from that, the results of this study found the influence of satisfaction on reuse intention. Then, the results also show that there is an influence of quality dimensions on actual usage mediated by reuse intention among users of the Livin' by Mandiri application in DKI Jakarta."
