ABSTRAK Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dilaksanakan di PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi Apoteker dapat memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis mengenai pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, serta memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi. Penerapan CPOB di PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories dapat dipahami dan secara keseluruhan sudah menerapkan CPOB dengan baik. Tugas khusus dalam praktik kerja profesi ini bertujuan untuk memahami prinsip kualifikasi serta mengetahui tahapan dalam menyusun protokol kualifikasi alat disolusi. Protokol kualifikasi dibuat untuk mendokumentasikan bahwa alat disolusi akan selalu bekerja secara konsisten sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Protokol Kualifikasi dibuat secara berurutan yaitu protokol Kualifikasi Instalasi (KI), Kualifikasi Opersional (KO), dan Kualifikasi Kinerja (KK).

ABSTRAK Professional pharmacist internship at PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories intend in order that professional pharmacist student can understand roles, duties, and responsibilities of Pharmacist in pharmacy industry, have knowledge and practical experience in pharmacy industry, and have description about pharmaceutical problems in pharmacy industry, and understand the implementation of GMP in pharmacy industry. All GMP aspects at PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories overall have been implemented so well. Special assignments intend to understand principles of qualification and stages in preparing qualification protocols of dissolution apparatus. Qualification protocols are produced to document that the dissolution apparatus will always work consistently in accordance with the specified criteria. Qualification protocols are Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

ABSTRAK Industri farmasi dalam seluruh aspek dan rangkaian kegiatan pembuatan obat wajib menerapkan Pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Apoteker dalam industri farmasi memegang peranan dan tanggung jawab dalam penerapan aspek-aspek yang tercantum dalam CPOB. Praktek kerja di PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; dan memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi. PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah menerapkan semua aspek CPOB dengan baik. Pada masa praktek kerja diberikan tugas khusus berupa pembuatan pedoman validasi metode analisis simplisia dan ekstrak. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis pengujian yang dilakukan, parameter validasi metode analisis yang diterapkan, dan alur pembuatan pedoman validasi metode analisis simplisia dan ekstrak. Hasil akhir dari tugas khusus ini berupa satu berkas pedoman validasi metode analisis simplisia dan ekstrak.

ABSTRACT The pharmaceutical industry in all aspects and production required to implement the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Pharmacists in pharmaceutical industry play a role and responsibility in the implementation of those aspects. Internship at PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to allow students to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in the pharmaceutical industry, and understanding the application of GMP in pharmaceutical industry. PT.Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories has implemented all aspects of GMP so well. During the internship period, special assignment that given was to develop guidelines for validation of analytical methods botanicals and extracts. This special assignment aims to determine the type of tests that performed, validation of analytical methods parameter that applied, and the steps that taken to develop guidelines for validation of analytical methods botanicals and extracts. The result of this special asignment is in the form of a single file validation of analytical methods botanicals and extracts guideline.

Industri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang telah diberikan ijin untuk pembuatan obat maupun bahan obat. Agar obat yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas, efikasi, dan keamanan yang baik serta konsisten, maka dibuatlah suatu pedoman tentang Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Dalam pelaksanaan CPOB, dibutuhkan apoteker yang kompeten agar CPOB dapat berjalan dengan baik. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan juga penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi, disamping untuk mengetahui permasalahan di industri farmasi. Selain itu diberikan tugas khusus tentang uji toksisitas akut sebuah produk di PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories.

Pharmaceutical Industry is an entity that has a permit from the Minister Health to the manufacture of drugs or drug ingredients. In order for the resulting drug quality, have good efficacy, and safe also consistent we need a guide for the pharmaceutical industry on the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In the GMP, pharmacist must be competent. Internship at PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to understands roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist and the implementation of GMP in pharmaceutical industry, also to understands problemst that occurs in pharmaceutical industry. A special task about acute toxicity test is also given.

Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh industri farmasi untuk menjamin mutu, khasiat, dan keamanan obat adalah dengan menerapkan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Industri Farmasi memiliki tiga personil kunci, yaitu kepala bagian produksi, kepala bagian pengawasan mutu, dan kepala bagian pemastian mutu yang harus dijabat oleh Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA yang dilaksanakan di PT Konimex bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, serta memahami penerapan CPOB di PT Konimex. PT Konimex secara keseluruhan telah menerapkan prinsip CPOB dengan baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa penyusunan protokol validasi proses produk Heltiskin dan Konigen Cream. Secara keseluruhan, protokol validasi proses telah seseuai dengan ketentuan yang direkomendasikan dalam POP CPOB dan Guidance for Industry Process Validation: General Principles and Practices FDA. ...... Pharmaceutical industry should implements GMP guideline to ensure the quality, efficacy, and safety of the product. Pharmaceutical industry has three key personnel as head of production, head of quality control, and head of quality assurance which are pharmacist. Apothecary internship at PT Konimex aims to understand the role of pharmacist and the implementation of GMP guideline at PT Konimex. Overall, PT Konimex has implement every aspect of the GMP guideline so well. Special task given was arrangement of process validation protocol of Heltiskin and Konigen Cream. Overall, the process validation protocol has fulfilled the POP CPOB and Guidance for Industry Process Validation General Principles and Practices FDA recommendation.
