"Pada era disruptif seperti sekarang ini, mengharuskan perusahaan perlu memiliki sumber daya manusia yang unggul serta berupaya untuk dapat mengoptimalkan job performance para karyawannya. Job performance dapat ditingkatkan dari adanya pengaruh employee engagement dan employee psychological wellbeing. Tujuand ari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap job performance melalui mediasi employee psychological wellbeing sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menyebarkan kuesioner Google Form kepada 117 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap di PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia yang sudah bekerja minimal selama enam bulan dengan Teknik penarikan sampel berupa total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi sederhana, uji interaksi, dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara employee engagement dan job performance melalui mediasi employee psychological wellbeing. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa employee engagement mampu mememngaruhi secara positif kepada employee psychological wellbeing yang memicu peningkatan job performance secara signifikan.

In a disruptive era like today, companies need to have superior human resources and strive to optimize their employees' job performance. Job performance can be enhanced by influencing employee engagement and employee psychological wellbeing. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of employee engagement on job performance through mediation of employee psychological wellbeing as a mediating variable for PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia employees. This research uses a quantitative approach and distributes a Google Form questionnaire to 117 respondents who are permanent employees at PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia who have worked for a minimum of six months using a sampling technique in the form of total sampling. Data analysis was carried out using simple regression analysis, interaction tests, and Sobel tests. The research results show that there is an influence between employee engagement and job performance through mediation of employee psychological wellbeing. This research proves that employee engagement can positively influence employee psychological wellbeing which triggers increased job performance significantly."

"Tantangan yang kerap dihadapi oleh mahasiswa rantau ketika memilih untuk melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi adalah banyaknya tuntutan, tekanan, dan kesulitan beradaptasi. Mereka harus meninggalkan kampung halaman untuk mengejar kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik di perguruan tinggi. Hal itulah yang membuat mahasiswa rantau tidak lepas dari berbagai hal yang menimbulkan perasaan stres, rendah diri, memperburuk isolasi sosial sehingga bisa berdampak pada psychological wellbeing mereka. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah menemukan bahwa psychological Wellbeing dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah self-compassion. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran self-compassion terhadap psychological wellbeing pada mahasiswa rantau. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah self-compassion scale dan alat ukur Ryff’s scale of psychological wellbeing. Partisipan penelitian ini melibatkan 234 mahasiswa rantau (Perempuan = 67.5%; mean usia = 20.63). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion memiliki peran yang signifikan dan positif terhadap psychological wellbeing mahasiswa rantau sebesar 43.6% (R2=0.436;F (1.232) = 179.492 p < 0.001). Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya self-compassion terhadap kondisi psychological wellbeing mahasiswa rantau.

The challenges often faced by students who move away from home to pursue higher education include numerous demands, pressures, and difficulties in adapting. They must leave their hometowns to seek better educational opportunities at universities. This situation causes these students to experience various issues that lead to stress, low self-esteem, and increased social isolation, which can impact their psychological wellbeing. Previous studies have found that psychological wellbeing is influenced by various factors, one of which is self-compassion. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the role of self-compassion in the psychological wellbeing of students who have moved away from home. This research is a quantitative study using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The measurement tools used are the Self-Compassion Scale and Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Wellbeing. The participants of this study involved 234 students who have moved away from home (Female = 67.5%; mean age = 20.63). The results of the study indicate that self-compassion has a significant and positive role in the psychological wellbeing of these students, accounting for 43.6% (R²=0.436; F(1,232) = 179.492, p < 0.001). The findings are expected to provide information on the importance of self-compassion for the psychological wellbeing of students who have moved away from home."

"Job Performance karyawan menjadi salah satu hal krusial yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan sehingga perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kinerja karyawannya. Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhinya adalah work-life balance. Banyak peneliti telah menerangkan bahwa work-life balance karyawan merangsang psychological wellbeing yang memengaruhi job performance. Job performance sendiri merupakan output dari work effort. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain konklusif dan deskriptif dengan pengambilan data single-cross sectional dan self-ratings survei. Structural Equation Modelling digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa psychological wellbeing tidak memediasi pengaruh Work-life balance terhadap work effort. Namun tetap menemukan bahwa work-life balance mempengaruhi psychological wellbeing dan work effort. Hal ini membuktikan pentingnya work-life balance bagi karyawan dan perusahaan. Di sisi lain job satisfaction memoderasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap psychological wellbeing dan langsung mempengaruhi psychological wellbeing. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perusahaan perlu menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung work-life balance karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan work effort dan psychological wellbeing karyawan. Di sisi lain job satisfaction karyawan juga harus mendapat perhatian serius oleh perusahaan sehingga psychological wellbeing karyawan juga meningkat.

Employee Job Performance is one of the crucial things that affect company performance so companies need to pay attention to the performance of their employees. One of the things that influence it is the work-life balance. Many researchers have explained that employee work-life balance stimulates psychological well-being which affects job performance. Job performance itself is the output of work effort. This study uses a conclusive and descriptive design with single-cross sectional data collection and survey self-ratings. Structural Equation Modeling is used to analyze the data. This study found that psychological well-being did not mediate the effect of work-life balance on work effort. However, they still find that work-life balance affects psychological well-being and work effort. This proves the importance of work-life balance for employees and the company. On the other hand, job satisfaction moderates the effect of work-life balance on psychological well-being and directly affects psychological well-being. Based on these results, companies need to create an environment that supports work-life balance of employees in order to increase work effort and psychological well-being of employees. On the other hand, employee job satisfaction must also receive serious attention from the company so that the psychological well-being of employees also increases."

"COVID-19 berdampak sangat signifikan pada kehidupan banyak orang dan mungkin memiliki efek buruk pada kesehatan mental. Kesejahteraan psikologis perawat menjadi perhatian utama di masa COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan strategi koping dengan kesejahteraan psikologis perawat. Desain penelitian ini cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 147 perawat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dukungan sosial MSPSS (Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support), strategi koping Ways of Coping dan kesejahteraan psikologis RSPWB (Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-Being). Analisis univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 49,7% kesejahteraan psikologis rendah dan 50,3% tinggi; 83,7% tingkat dukungan sosial yang tinggi dan 97,3% strategi problem focused coping. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (p 0,110), namun perawat yang mempersepsikan dukungan sosial tinggi mempunyai peluang memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang tinggi 2 kali dibandingkan perawat yang mempersepsikan dukungan sosial sedang setelah dikontrol variabel jenis kelamin (OR 2,354). Tidak ada hubungan strategi koping dengan kesejahteraan psikologis perawat (p 0,366). Perawat dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan cara pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan tenaga keperawatan seperti melanjutkan pendidikan keperawatan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan pelatihan berorientasi kognitif-perilaku serta mengikuti program berbasis kesadaran.

COVID-19 has had a very significant impact on the lives of many people and may have adverse effects on mental health. Nurses' psychological well-being is a major concern during COVID-19. The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between social support and coping strategies with nurses' psychological well-being. This research design is cross-sectional. Sampling used a total sampling technique with a total of 147 nurses. Data collection used the MSPSS (Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support) social support questionnaire, Ways of Coping coping strategies and RSPWB (Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being) psychological well-being. Univariate analysis, bivariate using chi square test and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression test. The results showed 49.7% low psychological well-being and 50.3% high; 83.7% high level of social support and 97.3% problem focused coping strategy. There was no relationship between social support and psychological well-being (p 0.110), but nurses who perceived high social support had 2 times the chance of having high psychological well-being compared to nurses who perceived moderate social support after controlling for gender variables (OR 2.354). There was no relationship between coping strategies and nurses' psychological well-being (p 0.366). Nurses can improve psychological well-being by means of continuous professional development of nursing personnel such as continuing nursing education to a higher level and cognitive-behavioral oriented training and participating in mindfulness-based programs."

"Beragam kesulitan dan tuntutan akademik dapat terjadi pada mahasiswa ketika memasuki perguruan tinggi. Mereka dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi dalam menghadapi tantangan dan kegagalan selama menjalani studi hingga tamat. Hal itulah yang membuat mahasiswa tidak lepas dari berbagai hal yang menimbulkan rasa stres dan kurang menerima diri sehingga bisa berdampak pada psychological wellbeing mereka. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah menemukan bahwa psychological wellbeing dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah resiliensi akademik. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran resiliensi akademik terhadap psychological wellbeing pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Ryff’s Psychological Wellbeing Scale dan Academic Resilience Scale-30. Partisipan penelitian ini melibatkan 238 mahasiswa (Perempuan = 73.9%; mean usia = 21.44; SD = 0.823). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi akademik memiliki peran yang signifikan dan positif terhadap psychological wellbeing mahasiswa sebesar 33.7%. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana resiliensi akademik berperan penting terhadap psychological wellbeing mahasiswa.

This situation causes these college students to experience various issues that lead to stress and low self-esteem, which can impact their psychological wellbeing. Previous studies have found that psychological wellbeing is influenced by various factors, one of which is academic resilience. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the role of academic resilience in the psychological wellbeing of students. This research is a quantitative study using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The measurement tools used are the Academic Resilience Scale-30 and Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Wellbeing. The participants of this study involved 238 college students (Female = 73.9%; mean age = 21.44; SD = 0.823). The results of the study indicate that academic resilience has a significant and positive role in the psychological wellbeing of these students, accounting for 33.7%. The research results are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how academic resilience contributes to psychological wellbeing among college students."

"Latar belakang: Kesejahteraan psikologis penerbang dapat mempengaruhi fungsi kognitif penerbang sehingga membahayakan keselamatan penerbangan. Tingkat kesejahteraan penerbang berhubungan dengan iklim keselamatan yang dimiliki penerbang tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim keselamatan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis penerbang sipil di Indonesia.
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik dengan menggunakan metode potong lintang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan pengisian kuesioner oleh subjek mengenai variabel iklim keselamatan dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda.
Hasil: Iklim keselamatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis [ =0,921; p=0,000]. Dimensi iklim keselamatan yang berpengaruh signifikan yaitu manajemen [ =0,135; p=0,049] , sistem keselamatan [ =0,143; p=0,040], prosedur [ =0,176; p=0,018], pelatihan [ =0,153; p=0,035], komunikasi [ =0,232; p=0,000] dan personil operasi [ =0,185; p=0,012].
Kesimpulan: Manajemen, sistem keselamatan, prosedur, pelatihan, komunikasi, dan personil operasi terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis penerbang sipil Indonesia.

Background: Psychological wellbeing of the pilot can affect the flight cognition function of the pilot, thus endangering the safety of the flight. The level of wellbeing of the pilots is related to the safety climate of the pilot. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the safety climate and psychological wellbeing of civilian pilot in Indonesia.
Method: This was an analytic study using cross sectional method. The sample is determined by consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected by filling out questionnaires by subjects regarding the variables of the safety climate and psychological wellbeing. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression.
Results The safety climate has a significant effect on psychological wellbeing 0.921 p 0.000. The dimensions of the safety climate which have a significant effect are management 0.135 p 0.049, safety systems 0.143 p 0.040 , procedures 0.176 p 0.018, training 0.153 p 0.035, communication 0.232 p 0.000 and operations personnel 0.185 p 0.012.
Conclusion Management, safety systems, procedures, training, communication and operations personnel have significant effect on psychological wellbeing of civilian pilot in Indonesia.

"Dewasa muda adalah kelompok usia dengan penggunaan tertinggi aplikasi seluler. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi seluler mengurangi kesejahteraan psikologis orang dewasa muda. Penelitian ini ingin melihat pengaruh dukungan sosial orangtua terhadap anak muda yang kesejahteraan psikologisnya menurun karena aplikasi seluler. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kuesioner kepada 99 responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun orang dewasa muda yang stres karena aplikasi mobile telah menerima dukungan sosial dari orang tua mereka, tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis mereka tetap rendah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada korelasi antar variabel.

Young adults are the age group with the highest usage of mobile app. Previous studies have shown that mobile apps are decreasing the psychological wellbeing of young adults. This study wanted to see the effect of parent rsquo s social support on young adults whose psychological wellbeing has decreased because of the mobile app. This study uses a quantitative approach and questionnaires to 99 respondents.
The results showed that although young adults who were stressed because the mobile app have received social supports from their parents, their level of psychological well being remained low. The results of the analysis shows that there were no correlation among variables.
